Takes place during the Canterlot Wedding episodes.
A not-so-bright changeling is hurled from Canterlot after the changeling invasion fails, and lands in the Everfree Forest, and makes his way into Ponyville. Stuff happens, and he is taken in by Lyra and a reluctant Bon Bon. Aside from a few mishaps, things go well, until the Mane Six returns from the wedding. Shenanigans ensue.

Generic changeling in Ponyville fic, so don't expect anything special. If it does become something special, then yay.
Rated mature, mainly because aside from the occasional curse word, I have no idea where this story is going. At all. Romance tag included because I feel that, at one point, whether I like it or not, I'll end up shipping somepony (or someling) with another pony (or someling). I probably won't go far with the human tag outside of an occasional gag.

Inspired to be written by "My Little Changeling – "I" is Magic" by Zethariel, though I don't expect this story to end up resembling it much. At all. It's a good fic, you probably should read it.
