Welcome to Japan, are you ready for your entrance exam.
Location: Ponyville, Equstria.
Time: 12:43... Equestrian time.
Date: January 17th, 2018... Earth time.
Objective: Create permanent transportation system through use of the teleportation spell.
Twilight Sparkle, and the rest of the elements of harmony where gathered around a casting circle in the Ponyville Public Library. They had just gotten done preparing for the spell that could revolutionize Equestria's transportation system... their was only one thing left to do... ignite the powder keg that is the casting circle.
"Right girls, I'll go over this one more time, just in case. The casting circle is a multiplier for spells... the problem is, it requires magical artifacts to make it effective." Twilight informed.
"Which is why I busted my butt looking for these things" Rainbow said, gesturing toward the artifacts placed around the circle.
"Right, but there is more to it. Beyond multiplying the effects of the spell, it also sustains it." Twilight continued.
"And we're going to attempt to create a permanent teleportation spell... the first transportation portal in history I believe." Rarity cut in.
"Sounds like a good time and all, but why do ya need me an' Pinkie here?" Applejack asked.
"Because, I need the power of your's, and Pinkie's wills' in order to amplify the power of the initial spell." Informed Twilight.
"How are ya gonna use their wills?" asked Rainbow.
"Simple. Rarity is going to cast a binding spell to me, and Pinkie who will be holding onto Applejack. There will should enforce mine, and the spells potency should be quadrupled." Finished Twilight.
"... That is, um... it seems a bit dangerous." Said Fluttershy.
"It will be perfectly fine darling. Twilight isn't the only one with above average magic ability in Ponyville." Said Rarity.
"But just in case, you'll be wearing an enchanted necklace. All you have to do to break the binding spell is tap either Applejack, or Pinkie Pie." Informed Twilight. "Ready girls?" She asked.
They all gave a quick nod, and Twilight gave Fluttershy her necklace. Pinkie grabbed onto Applejack's tail. Rarity lit her horn, and Twilight soon followed suit.
"GO!" Yelled Rainbow when she saw everypony was ready.
After the initial spell, the six elements were swallowed into the portal. There was no sign that anypony was even in library, except for necklace Fluttershy was wearing.
Result: Catastrophic failure.

Objective: Survive the first day of school in Japan
Ava Crossheart is a seventeen year old American whos parents decided it would be good for her to study abroad. Ava thought that was fine. Her parents also decided to send her to Japan. That was also fine, she could speak Japanese fluently, and the country is credited by many people to have the best school system in the world. What Ava didn't realize, was that her new school was almost exclusively dedicated to piloting Rev-suits... that was, until now.
"You've got to be kidding me." She said to herself, as she read the pamphlet she had gotten from one of the teachers handing them out in the forum in front of the school. "I've only seen Rev-suits on TV... there is no way I can pilot one!" She nearly screamed.
It must have been quite a sight. A girl with short, messy, bright blue hair, wearing a school uniform whos skirt is far too small, and she's also speaking english. It must have been quite a sight indeed... which Ava probably realized, because the pale white skin on her face started to turn a light shade of pink.
No no no, my first day, and people probably already think I'm a freak... not to mention the issue with academics. What am I going to do?! She thought to herself.
"Hey!" said a girl with long rainbow colored hair that appeared suddenly beside Ava.
Ava was startled by the girls sudden appearance, and let go of her pamphlet. Ava let it drop as she took in the sight of the girl... she was the same height as Ava, which wasn't saying much, since Ava wasn't particularly tall. She was obviously toned, the slightly skimpy uniform made that clear, but she wasn't as... um... shapely, as Ava.
"Uh... hi." Ava returned, when she caught herself staring.
"Are you going to this school to?" The girl asked. Her voice was a bit scratchy, but not overly so.
"Yeah... I think..." Ava answered.
"Ya think? What do you mean?" The girl asked.
"Uh... I didn't realize this school was a Rev school until,"
"Just a few seconds ago?" The girl cut her off. "You made that pretty obvious."
Ava's cheeks turned a slightly deeper shade of pink. "Was it that obvious."
The girl nodded, but her smile grew. "The name is Rayn, but everbody calls me Rainbow." The girl said, extending her hand.
Ava took Rainbow's hand, and shook. "Nice to meet you, call me Ava."
"Right, so... are you even prepared for the entrance Exam?" Asked Rainbow.
"It's just a test right?" Ava asked.
"If by test, you mean tournament... then yeah, it's just a test." Informed Rainbow.
"Tournament?" Ava asked, confusedly.
"Yeah. They'll let you make your own custom Rev-suit, and then you are pitted against the rest of the students in a tournament. Everybody that makes it past the first round gets in to the school, the rest of the tournament is for bragging rights of the victor... that, and the winner gets free lunch from the school for the rest of the year." Informed Rainbow.
"Wait, wait, wait... isn't there something else that we're suppose to do, or do we just jump in, and start the tournament?" Ava asked, seeing as she probably wasn't gonna get out of attending this school.
Might as well make the best of what you got right?
"We get two weeks to prepare. Today, we're just getting assigned our dorms, and homerooms." Informed Rainbow.
"Oh... that doesn't seem too bad." Ava said.
"Well, we successfully spent a good twenty minutes talking." Said Rainbow, checking her wristwatch.
"That doesn't seem right." Ava retorted.
"Well, time flies when you're having fun." She responded. "I should go." Rainbow said, as she started to run away.
"Wait!" Ava yelled after her.
"Yeah!" Rainbow called back as she stopped.
"Do you mind if I tag along with you?" Ava asked, jogging up to Rainbow.
"No, come on, we have to hurry if we want to find a seat at the big introduction ceremony." Rainbow said, as she turned and started to run again, but at a slightly slower pace.
/)(\
Ava took a seat beside Rainbow on the bleachers on the large arena. The arena it's self was the size of about nine soccer fields put together. In the center were a couple of the instructors in their rev-suits. One of the instructors was in a giant tank of a suit, about the size of... well, quite a few tanks really. Another one was in a suit that barely covered him at all. You could see his torso, and head. There was some metal on his chest, arms, and legs. but the rest of the suit just kind of... floated around him. It looked like he had wings really, and he held a giant katana like sword.
"HELLLLLLOOOOOO!" Yelled the instructor in the tank. It was Japanese, but it took only a second for Ava to understand. "How is everybody doing?" Asked the same instructor, who sounded female.
In response, the students around the stadium cheered, as if this were some kind of sporting event. "That's good to hear. Alright, calm down. First off, my name is Sakura Aryuma, and I am the head instructor for the 'Heavy, and medium' students." She informed.
"And I am Hank Verkunstien, the head instructor for 'Lite, as well as medium' students. It is a pleasure to meet you all." said the male one.
"What do they mean by heavy, medium, and lite students?" Ava asked Rainbow.
"You really don't know much about Rev-suits, do you? Rev-suits are classified as Heavy, Medium, and Lite. It's pretty self-explanatory from there." Rainbow answered.
"NOW! Everybody go to the appropriate gate according to your I.D. card. An instructor will be there, and you will customize your Rev-suit. Your dorm room number, and Homeroom number will appear on the heads up display once you are suited up." The female one informed.
"NOW GET OUT THERE, AND REV IT UP!" The two instructors screamed in unison, as fire works shot into the air.
Ava, and Rainbow got up, and said their good-bye's as they parted ways to get to their respective gates. Ava took some time to find hers, but when she did, there was a relatively short line until she would be suited up. After a couple minutes, it was her turn.
"Hello." Said the instructor.
Ava bowed in response.
"Here." The instructor handed Ava a small box.
"What is this?" Ava asked in Japanese to the instructor.
"Your under-suit. There is a changing room over there." The instructor gestured to his right. "Once you are changed into the under-suit, please place your school uniform, and other garments... including shoes, underwear, and accessories... back into the package, and leave it in the room. It will be transported to your dorm once you leave. I will give you further instructions once you are done." The instructor informed.
Ava took the package, and entered the changing room. She stripped naked, folded her clothes, and placed them beside the package. She opened the package, and took out the Under-suit... which was actually not a suit, rather, it was two articles of clothing. They seemed to be made out of some type of jet black rubber. She pulled on the first article of clothing, which was a pair of extremely tight, low-cut panties, and then she pulled on the second article of clothing, which was an extremely tight tank top that she barely managed to pull over her breasts. There was mirror in the room, and she looked at herself. She looked over herself, but then she felt a... um... shock, yes, lets say shock... on her chest, then on her *Ahem* lower body. The 'shock' numbed her entire body, and she fell to her knees. Once the sensation was over she picked herself back up. She looked in the mirror again, and was a bit surprised at what she saw. Her Jet black garments weren't jet black anymore. They where a piercing white, and lines of blue glowed on the suit, as if electricity was flowing through it.
Disregarding the slightly... surprising... change that her under-suit had undergone, she turned around, and placed her uniform into the package. She turned around, and looked at herself once more. One thing was going through her mind as she looked at her extremely suggestive attire.
This school was made by a bunch of perverts.
/)(\
Once Ava had finally overcome her pride, she left the room, and walked over to her instructor. "Good. Now... Heavy, Medium, or Lite?" The instructor asked.
"Uh... would you have any suggestions?"
"Heavy will provide you the most protection, as well as the most supply of auxiliary energy, and you would be able to carry a higher number of weapons, and more powerful weapons, but you lose speed, and dexterity."
"Medium sacrifices protection, auxiliary energy, and number of weapons that you would be able to carry, but the weapons you do carry will have the same amount of power as the Heavies weapons. If you go with medium, you will have the same dexterity that you have outside your Rev-suit, and you will be able jump, which can be improved to flight if you sacrifice some auxiliary energy, and weapon power. You also gain the use of more Melee weapons that weren't available to the Heavy due to dexterity issues."
"If you select Lite, you will have almost no protection, also, your auxiliary energy will be unavailable for use, as it will only be used to provide a weak energy shield. You will have almost no powerful weapons, and you may only be able to carry one to two weapons depending on your choice of said weapons. You will, however, be much, much faster then you are outside of your Rev-suit, and your Dexterity will increase dramatically. Lite Rev-suits are not suggested though, simply because there is high risk of physical injury, and that your weapons will be almost useless in a fight."
"Have you come to a decision?" The instructor asked
"Yeah, I'll take Lite." Ava answered.
"Are you absolutely sure? Not one Lite Rev-suit was ever able to get past round one of the tournament." The instructor warned.
"I am sure." Ava answered.
"Very well. Please walk onto the Rev-pad." The instructor said, pointing at the Rev-pad on the ground.
Ava walked onto the pad, and then she was blinded by light. When she regained her vision, she was greeted with a Heads Up Display, or HUD. Options filled the HUD. The first one was the color options. Ava picked the base color as White, and the secondary as Blue. Then she was greeted with body design. She chose a 'floating' scheme. Next was weapon selection. She could have a humble Katana, her choice of sub-machine guns, or an assortment of handguns. She chose to dual wield one Desert Eagle Mark XIX .50 Action Express with a Ten inch barrel in Titanium Gold, and a Katana.
Power, class, and respect. That's what the Katana is all about. The Desert Eagle however, is all about shooting out engine blocks.
Once she was done setting up her Rev-suit, she was blinded by light again. Then she felt cold metal touch her back. The first piece of armor was the 'Spine' which ran down Ava's back, and cupped its base against her butt. The next piece of armor was the 'Belt' which pressed against Ava's belly. It was in a T shape, and its 'arms' wrapped around Ava just below her breasts. The vertical part of the 'Belt' wrapped around Ava until it met the 'Spine', then it, and the Spine seemed to fuse. Next were the 'Gauntlets'. They were gauntlets really. The fingers ended in sharp spikes, and they covered two thirds of her forearms. The fourth Piece was the 'Leggings'. They were basically big metal boots. They came up to about halfway up her thighs. The fifth piece was the 'Breast Plate'. It was a piece of metal that came up from the 'Belt', and groped Ava's breasts. The sixth pieces were the wings. They were floating metal spikes that hovered around the 'Spine' in a wing pattern. Finally was the 'Mask'. It was a simple piece of metal that covered her face from the nose down.
Ava looked at her self in the mirror. Her hair was pink for some reason, and her amber eyes seemed to glow. The Rev-suit was skin tight, and didn't leave much to the imagination. Ava started to think that the medium type rev-suit would have been a better choice, but the thing about Ava was... she liked speed... she really liked speed.
Anyway, once that whole process was done, the Rev-suit dematerialized, and turned into a necklace, which was now around Ava's neck. Ava's Under-suit was also Jet Black again.
"Very good. Now you should probably head back to your Dorm." The instructor, instructed.
"Uh... I was wondering, is it alright to use the Rev-suit as transportation?" Ava asked.
"The more you use your Rev-suit, the better. It's yours now, what you do with it is up to you." The instructor said.

Time: 9:00
Rainbow had waited in line for much to long, and it was wearing on her patience. She just wanted to get her Rev-suit, and find out where she was staying for the next three to five years. Rainbow was suppose to be enrolled in this school last year with Twilight, and the others, but she had chosen a lite Rev-suit, and was creamed in the entrance tournament. Now she was going to choose a medium one, and hopefully start working her way through the ranks. But first thing was first, getting her Rev-suit.
Rainbow walked up to the rev-pad, and customized her Rev-suit. A standard medium Rev-suit, most of her body was covered in metal, save for the face, and midriff. The auxiliary energy was geared toward flight. Her weapons were a rocket launcher, beam sword, and an arm mounted Gatling cannon with explosive rounds. The color scheme... rainbow. Once she was done, she kept her suit on, and didn't even listen to what the instructor had to say. She ran out side, and took flight toward her dorm. "I wonder who my roommate is gonna be." She said to herself.
/)(\
Ava was outside, and was about to put on her Rev-suit, but the head instructor for the Lite, and medium Rev-suit students flew in from nowhere, and stopped her.
"Hi. Listen, you are the only student in this school that chose a Lite Rev-suit, so I'm going to give you a little tip. There is another use for your auxiliary energy besides shields... but if you chose to use it, one hit from anything in a match, and you'll lose. Do wish to hear more?" the instructor asked.
"Yes." Ava said.
"Well, you can customize your Rev-suit at any one of the many pads scattered through out the school campus. Go to one of those pads, and gear your auxiliary energy toward the option SP-1337... do you got that?" the instructor asked.
Ava nodded.
"Alright. If you do that, your reaction time will increase dramatically, as well as your speed, and dexterity. I've never told a student this before, but there has never been only one lite student. Take care." The instructor said, as he took to the skies.
Ava thought about the option she was presented with for a good ten minutes. From what Ava understood, the lite Rev-suit cannot take more then four, or five hits in the first place. Ava made up her mind, and looked for a Rev-pad, lucky for her, there was one right next to her. She did as the instructor informed, and her Rev-suit was finally hers.
Ava stayed in her Rev-suit once the customization was complete, and looked around. There was nobody in sight, which was peculiar since it was still morning. Once Ava was done contemplating the reasons for no one to be walking around here, she took off.
Her launch was fast... really fast. In fact, she was well above the school, and she had only jumped. She steadied herself, and hovered a bit. She set a waypoint for the coordinates her Dorm room was at. Her wings pulsed once, and she rocketed through the skies.
"Epic" Ava thought to herself.
Once she arrived at the dorm building, she dematerialized her Rev-suit, and looked around. Again, nobody was there. Ava took no mind to that, and entered the building. She made her way to her room, and stood outside it for a bit. After a few seconds, and a deep breath, she entered the room. In side, Ava was greeted by the sight of Rainbow still in her under-suit.
"I'd tap that." Ava thought to herself.
"Hey, fancy meeting you here." Rainbow greeted.
"You're my roommate! This is awesome!" Ava squeed.
"Calm down, calm down. I invited some friends of mine over. We're gonna go practice, want to Join?" Rainbow asked.
"Sure." Ava answered. "Uh... if you don't mind me asking, what type of Rev-suit did you chose?"
"Oh! I choose a medium type. Last year I chose a Lite, but I was creamed in the entrance tournament. All my friends got in though, so they should be able to help me out." Rainbow informed. "What type did you chose?" She asked.
"Lite." Ava answered.
"Oh shit. Really? Crap, uh... me and my friends will be sure to help you as much as possible, okay." Rainbow said worriedly.
"I'm not worried." Ava informed, just as a few knocks came from their door.
Rainbow answered the door, and Ava was greeted by the sight of five more girls dressed in their under-suits.
"Hi." Rainbow greeted.
"Sup." The tall blonde one returned.
"Dear." Said the buxom one with a faint accent.
"Hello." Said the shy looking one.
"It's been awhile Dash." Said the one with purple, and pink hair.
"Omigosh, omighosh, Its been way to long since we've seen each other Dashie poo!" The one with puffy pink hair said, hugging Dash.
"Why did she call you Dash?" Ava asked Rainbow.
"It's just a nickname." Rainbow answered. "Everyone, this is my roommate Ava." Rainbow introduced.
The rest of the girls said the greetings.
"Ava, this is Pink, Rare, Shy, Jack, and Sparkle." Rainbow introduced, making the appropriate gestures.
"It is very nice to meet you all." Ava said.
"So, lets go practice." Jack said. "You coming along?" she asked Ava.
"Yep." Ava answered.
Sweet. First day at school, my roommate is hot, and all my new friends speak English.
Result: Epic win.
