Greatest Ninja in Equestria

Twenty-one years had passed since Naruto was born, but through those years of his life. Naruto started doing some training at the age of five in a small forest that looked very creepy to others, but not to Naruto since he saw creepier things in his past life. He wanted to see get some training in early and wanting to test himself of both his Chakra and Magic powers. Even he has a young Alicorn body, but his very mind-set is a war veteran. Anyway, since then Naruto grew stronger and kept on getting stronger as the years went by when he got older. He kept his chakra a secret from his parents of feeling that they might think it was ‘Dark Magic’.

His mother and father gave him a home tutor of controlling his magic. This helped him on the long run for himself knowing he has two sets of powers he could control just in case if he runs out from one source. By the age of fifteen, Naruto grew taller than his mother, but was the same height as his father. What freaked his parents out the most were his eyes changed from ocean-sky blue eyes into a purple-silver like color with six rings around the pupil.

Flashback

This happened five years ago when Naruto was the age of ten years old. He was trying to test out a new jutsu he made up in wanting to know how destructive it could be or how it could help him out to protect his precious ponies. He miscalculated in putting chakra into this one certain jutsu which backfired on him, so his own chakra overloads his body to a certain point that some chakra entered his eyes. Screaming out in pain while using his hoofs to hold onto his eyes and trying to hold out the burning pain. The pain stopped for several minutes, with a slight groaning sound escaping his mouth. The young alicorn took his time to assess the problem at hoof, but he didn’t let it bother him that much.

Standing up slowly with shaking legs of his, he slowly walked over a small puddle near his training ground to take a look. Once he looked at the puddle he gasped in surprise of seeing his eyes changed. He could believe he had the eyes of the ‘Sage of the Six Paths’. He remembered fighting against Nagato in his past life and seeing how he used the ‘Rinnegan’. Having such eyes at his disposal he knew that things were going to be very interesting in the future.

Throughout the day of finding out he has the rinnegan, Naruto took this time to figure out how to use the same powers he saw Nagato used. He learned how to use the power of the eyes very quickly like he had it throughout his whole life. The only thing that made him very disappointed was he’s still trying to figure out how to turn them off. He tried to stop the chakra flow through his eyes, but that did not work for him. So, he just let it be and knowing his parents was going to find out soon than later about this.

When the day slowly came to an end, he went home to find his parents in the kitchen with his mom cooking dinner for them and his dad sitting there just reading the newspaper. When he suddenly walked in through the front door they saw how dirty and bruised he has became, even his mother was about to fuse over him of wanting to know what happened to him. But, what stopped her were his eyes when she stared into them. This made her froze in one spot thinking how his eyes made him look very terrifying, even his own father had the same look as his mother.

“Na-Naruto?...........i-is that y-you?” Light asked with a slight stuttering.

Naruto gave out a small sigh knowing this will be the headache of his life “Yes mother, it is me.” He answered her.

“What happened to your eyes?” she asked again without taking her eyes off of him.

Another sigh escaped his own lips as he stared at both of his parents “I might as well tell the both of you what has been going on. But, this little secret must be kept between me and the both of you.” Both Night and Light understood that this was very important to him, so giving a small nod of their own they listened to the story from the start of his past life through now while leaving out all the gore and death.

Flashback End

At the age he is now they believed he was in the same power strength with Princess Celestia or even stronger than her. But wanted to wait and see what’s going to happen. Naruto knew how strong he is since throughout his life training non-stop, and knowing he could be stronger than Celestia herself.

At the age he is now they believed he was in the same power strength with Princess Celestia or even stronger than her. But wanted to wait and see what’s going to happen. Naruto knew how strong he is since throughout his life training non-stop, and knowing he could be stronger than Celestia herself.

Though they could tell how strong their son is by looking how well built he is and especially how tall he is to them. They had to look up to him if they wanted to talk to him up close which made them very proud they felt for him. Even Night Rider was more proud than he had been before, but had a little sour taste of seeing his son way taller than him. They believe he’s taller than Celestia herself too. This would be very interesting to them once they see it themselves, but they going to have to wait.

Everfree Forest

In the forest we find Naruto just strolling through a walk way. It forest was pitch black that no pony cannot see unless they have a light in front of them. As the young powerful alicorn strolled through Everfree Forest, he could hear growling noises all around him, but they didn’t do anything since they could feel the power rolling off of him. One timber-wolf tried, but was unlucky as it was turned into ashes right away. This made the other timber-wolves whimper in fear and fright in seeing their pack-mate turned to ash.

“For your own good, you better take off or else….” He flared his power around him and some killing-intent as well.

Without thinking twice the timber-wolves took off with their tails between their legs. This made Naruto chuckle to himself saying how easy it was to scare off predators like that. As he was walking through the forest, he felt something that seemed wrong to him. He could feel evil or darkness floating in the forest. It was like the same type of darkness that his former friend Uchiha Sasuke had, but it didn’t have the killer-intent. Curious about where this darkness was coming from, he followed it carefully while making sure nothing pops out to attack him.

“Hmm…..this is very interesting. It feels very evil, but no intent to kill anything.” He thought to himself while following the path.

Of course to Naruto, he could handle anything that comes at him. He faced people that had godlike powers or a wanna be god. As he thought about it, he could consider himself as a god with the powers he have at his disposal and defeating someone like Uchiha Madara. Letting his senses lead him towards the dark power, he could hear some yelling and screaming as well, but wasn’t sure where it was coming from until he found an old ruin castle. Upon looking at the old castle, he figured it could have been the ‘Alicorn Sisters Castle’.

His purple-silver like rinnegan gazed upon the old castle with a neutral expression on his face, but knowing there might be something there that could entertain him. Keeping his gaze upon the castle he spotted some flashing lights on the other side of the castle, so without wasting any time he flew towards the flashing lights. As he got closer he heard muffling sounds through a window in front of him, as curious as he maybe. Naruto floated near the window to take a closer look, but what made him surprised were eight ponies in the room.

Two unicorn’s, two pegasi’s, two earth, and two alicorn ponies sitting in a circle talking to each other. This made Naruto feel very confused by this, because earlier he felt dark magic floating to this one spot. But, there wasn’t anything there that could hold so much dark magic like that. Sighing to himself thinking he might get some action which did not happen, so he turned around to get ready to fly off until a loud roar sound came. Looking where it was coming from he saw a huge purple like bear that can be see through with floating stars all over its body.

The huge bear was destroying the forest while one its way towards the castle where he and the other ponies are at. Blood was pumping through his body as he could feel it wanting for some action right now, and he wasn’t going to deny it either. He wants to get some action himself and he’s going to get it either way. Smirking widely as his eyes glowed brightly in the night showing some power behind it. Without a second thought coming to mind, Naruto quickly flew towards the huge bear with speed as he pumped his wings with hard strokes. While this was happening the bear saw Naruto flying towards itself, and with a loud roar it swung its right paw downward to smack Naruto out of the air.

The rinnegan wielding alicorn took the hit head on which made him crash into the ground with the bears paw on top of him. The bear thought it had won, but thought wrong as its paw flew in the air. Looking down at the ground and seeing the alicorn standing still in a crater like it was nothing ticked the bear itself. Naruto couldn’t help but to smirk at the huge beast in knowing he’s going to get a major workout from this.

“Alright! You wanna play rough?..........then, we’ll play rough.” After finishing speaking to the bear, Naruto put both of his hoofs together and thinking the hand-seals in his mind.

“Katon: Haisekishō (Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning)” opening his mouth a big smoke pile of black ash floating towards the bear which surrounded the bear in no time.

Once this happened Naruto clicked his teeth together in making a spark that lit up the floating ashes. When he did that the floating ashes exploded in a chain-reaction of flames which burning the bear that was roaring out in pain. This did not stop the bear as it jumped out from the burning fire and aiming a swipe at Naruto. The young alicorn dodged the swipe with ease and dodging the other swipe as well.

Flipping through the air while dodging the paw swipes from the bear, Naruto put both of his hoofs together “Katon: Endan (Fire Release: Flame Bullet)” opened his mouth as bullets of fire shot towards the bear.

The flame bullets made contact with the huge creature with such power behind the attack. The purple bear roared out in pain again, but not wanting to back down. The bear reared back on its hind-legs while a white light shines in its mouth. Shooting its head forward at Naruto, it shot out a white beam type of magic from its mouth. Naruto saw this with little panic showing on his face, but by looking at him you could see he looked emotionless. (Sorry guys, I wasn’t sure if the Ursa Major had this type of power, so I just made it up along the way as I write this story.)

Hoofs together like last time “Doton: Doryūheki! (Earth Release: Earth-Style Wall)” yelling out loud a huge wall of earth shot out of the ground to block the beam attack.

From a different point of view, you could see eight ponies were standing from the entrance of the old ruin castle watching the battle unfold in front of them. They were at awe from seeing such power rating off from the male alicorn and the bear. The two alicorns known as Princess Celestia and Princess Luna couldn’t help but to shudder from the battle with fear, awe, and……lust?

When the beam made contact with the earth wall, it made a huge explosion that could destroy a whole town. This put fear into the ponies that saw the power behind that attack which made both Princesses narrow their eyes. They didn’t expect from the bear to release such amount of magic in that one attack. They knew that they needed to be careful in the near future if they faced one themselves again.

Celesita put up a magic barrier in making sure the shockwave of the blast didn’t take one of her precious ponies away. The wave of the blast made contact with the barrier which left a huge crack on it, and from seeing this Celestia eyes were wide at the sight. Usually when she puts up barriers without even trying they don’t even budge with magic reserves she has. So, knowing right now that with a huge crack on her barrier like this, she needed to put more magic into it.

This made Celestia think that this battle was on a whole other level, but she knew her sister Luna and herself can handle. Though not counting her favorite student Twilight Sparkle and her amazing friends to fight in such battle like these being in front of them, but she will prevent it from happening to her little ponies. As she watches the fight with her sister and the other ponies, she was planning to find out who is this male alicorn. Living for thousands of years you would know there was another alicorn around, especially one that is a male.

“Sister?” Luna leaned over to whisper to Celestia “What should we do? Do we help the stallion or do we wait and see?”

Celestia gave a thought while watching explosions were happening from left to right in the everfree forest which was caused by two titans “Let’s wait and see what happens, but if the stallion needs help then we will help him.” She answered softly.

Naruto was throwing random jutsu’s at the beast without giving away his true power. He knew he was being watch by the ponies in the old ruin castle, but he could care less than facing this huge bear. All that matters to him was to beat this creature into submission, and to do that he needs to use one of his power attacks. He used the ‘Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)’ to appear in front of the purple bear. Once he appeared in front of the bear where the face area is at, Naruto stuck his right hoof out while staring in the eyes of the beast.

“Shinra Tensei! (Almighty Push)” Naruto shouted while putting more chakra into the attack.

This attack made the bear fly backwards twenty yards away from the area that he and the other ponies are at. Landing on the ground without a sound, Naruto sighed softly to himself knowing this attack knocked out the beast. He didn’t have to check himself, because he could feel it passed out on the ground away from him. Looking around and seeing the destruction that the bear and himself put through this forest made him whistle at the sight. He didn’t expect the fight to go that far, but he did underestimate the bear.

Using one of the Earth Release jutsu’s, Naruto fixed the area where there was destruction at to make nothing had ever happened, and this made the ponies behind him gasps in surprised by this even surprising the Princesses ho talented this stallion is. Giving out another sigh and looking around the forest to see if there was anything else he needed to fix still, but finding none he turned around to look straight at the main six and the two princesses. The mares were shocked at seeing how big this alicorn up close.

Seeing how tall he is compare to Princess Celestia, and Celestia herself could tell that this stallion was taller than herself. His body gave off muscles all over his body like some athlectic sports training, but not as huge like a body builder. His orange coat gave off like silky substance that belongs on some bed sheets. His wings were large for his size, especially how his horn looks very sharp. The cutie mark looked like a dark red swirl (Uzumaki Clan Symbol). His mane and tail were bright yellow, but was flowing like fire. Then, what caught them off guard were his eyes, the purple-silver like with six rings around the pupil. They didn’t expect this type of eyes to be on a pony, especially this one male Alicorn.

“I see that all of you saw that right?” his deep voiced echoed through the night of the forest and it caused the mares to blush madly, especially the pink pony looked like a tomato.

Celestia strode forward to meet halfway from the stallion in front of her while clearing her throat “Ahem!.......why yes, we have seen what you did to that Ursa Major.”

“Ursa Major?.....damn I thought it was a Ursa Minor, but I guess I thought wrong.” He chuckled softly while rubbing the back of his head with a hoof looking sheepishly.

A lavender pony appeared through magic in front of Naruto with an outrage expression on her face “Ursa Minor!? How could you think that was an Ursa Minor? There is no way an Ursa Minor could be that big unless it was an Ursa Major.” Yelled the lavender mare with a vein bulging out from her forehead.

“Pfffffttttt……..I have faced monsters bigger than that Ursa Major.” Naruto kept on chuckling as he smirked from watching the expression the mare in front of him was giving.

The sounds of giggling was heard which made Naruto looked up to see who giggled, and finding out it was Princess Celestia herself “Twilight my faithful student, you should just calm down okay?” Celestia nuzzled the lavender pony named Twilight with affection.

“Fine!” Twilight sighed as she nuzzled back.

“Anyway……..what is your name my good stallion? And forgive me for being so rude, but…….How in the fuck are you an Alicorn?” swore the sun princess. This action had different facial expression from the ponies around her like horror, shock, and amusement.

“First question, my name is Naruto Ri-“ he was interrupted by the cyan pony with rainbow mane and tail.

“Fishcake Rider!? Hahahahahaha” the rainbow mare laughed out loud along with the pink pony mare, but was cut off with the power Naruto was giving off on her which made her gasps for air.

“Anyway!” stopping the flow of power on her “My name is Naruto Rider, and it means Maelstorm!” gritting his teeth a little to himself when he saw same mare about to laugh.

“As for me being an Alicorn, let’s say I was born as one, but………I’ll tell you later on once we have a private conversation.” Naruto stared into Celestia’s eyes without blinking and showing any emotions at the moment which made her flinch a little.

“Okay, I can understand that so………” the sun princess thought for a bit, but gave a small gasp of forgetting something.

“Sorry! What are my manners hehehe. My name is Princess Celestia, co-ruler of Equestria and this is….” Pointing to the blue alicorn mare.

“Is my sister Princess Luna, co-ruler of Equestria as well. So, for these other six ponies behind me are…..” Pointing the lavender mare.

“Is Twilight Sparkle, my faithful student, next over here…..” Pointing to another mare with a white coat and purple mane and tail.

“Is Rarity, then…..” Pointing to the orange coat mare.

“Is Applejack, then…..” Pointing to the cyan mare with the rainbow mane and tail.

“Is Rainbow Dash, then…..” Pointing to the pink pony with a cotton candy like mane and tail.

“Is Pinkie Pie, and last but not least….” Pointing to the shy yellow coated mare that was hiding behind Applejack.

“Is Fluttershy, and they are the wielders of the Elements of Harmony.” She finished speaking to Naruto.

As Celestia introduce to each pony around her, they gave off their signature moves of being named off. By nodding their head, puffing out their chest, waving their hoof, saluting with their hat, and flipping their mane to the side trying to look cute. A small chuckle was heard from Naruto, but wasn’t loud enough for him to make it sound rude. Though he had to give out a smile of his own, but the smile caused all the mares to blush furiously of seeing how handsome his smile was.

“It’s very nice to meet everypony, and I hope we can get along in the near future.” Said the male alicorn.
