Warning. be prepared for t violence and carnage to come in this fanfic. I do not own MLP nor do I own the human centipede. If you've seen the Human Centipede 2, you will be prepared. This fanfic takes place after "Cupcakes".
It was a bright and sunny afternoon in Ponyville. Various ponies of all shapes and sizes were enjoying themselves, and kept themselves busy. All except for one certain Pink mare. The Cakes were away on vacation, and the Sugar Cube Corner was closed.
In a dark basement, the pink mare strolled back and forth to a catonic figure standing before her.
"Well Dashie, it looks like it's just you and me" Pinkie said with a laugh to her friend Rainbow Dash, whom she had murdered not too long ago.
Hugging the stuffed body of Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie remembered all the good times they shared, from when Pinkie Pie invited Rainbow Dash to Sugar Cube corner, to Rainbow Dash's final moments being mutilated alive.
"MMM" Pinkie Pie said as she ate a cupcake from the fridge. "Dashie, you sure made me a lot of cupcakes."
In a cruel gesture, Pinkie Pie put a cupcake in the mouth of Rainbow Dash. "There" Pinkie said to Rainbow Dash's body. "Tasty aren't you Dashie?" Pinkie Pie then made a jump for the couch.
"I wonder what's on TV today?" Pinkie Pie asked herself as she used the remote to turn on the television in the Cake's living room.
Sometime later, Pinkie Pie began to watch a certain movie on the horror channel. A pony had kidnapped several ponies and sewn them together. Pinkie Pie watched in awe as the pony had total control over his victims.
"Oh boy!" Pinkie Pie said to herself. "That looks like a party!"
Pinkie Pie then set out to have the best party ever. Pinkie Pie returned to the basement where several other bodies lay rotting.
"Woo wee it sure is stinky down here!" Pinkie Pie said to herself as she collected tools from her cupboard.
"I'll need this" Pinkie Pie said, holding a knife, some duct tape, and a hammer. Closing the cupboard, Pinkie Pie ran up the stairs. Grabbing the keys to the car that belongs to the Cakes, Pinkie Pie set out to find some "Party-Goers".
The sun was going down as three young fillies played in the park. The Cutie Mark Crusaders were at it again, looking for how to get their cutie marks.
"Uh oh gals" said Applebloom to her friends Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo. "It's getting pretty dark out, and we better get back to my house or Applejack will ground me again."
As Pinkie Pie was driving the car in the park, she noticed the three fillies all alone. "Oh boy! More party goers!" Pinkie Pie says to herself.
Lowering the window of the car, Pinkie Pie leans out the window to talk to the Cutie Mark Crusaders.
"Oh hey girls" Pinkie Pie says to the three. "What are you all doing at this time of day?"
The Cutie Marks turned around to see their friend Pinkie Pie, driving along side them.
"We're the Cutie Mark Investigators" Sweetie Belle says to Pinkie Pie. "We're looking for Scootaloo's missing sister, Rainbow Dash."
"But we're a little far from Sweet Apple Acres" says Applebloom
"Oh don't worry girls" says Pinkie Pie to the CMC. "I can give you a life to Applejack's, we're gonna have such a fun time!"
The Cutie Mark Crusaders rush over to Pinkie's car. They got in, and sat comfortably side by side. After a few moments of driving, Applebloom points something out to Pinkie Pie.
"Umm Ms. Pinkie Pie" says Applebloom "I think we're going the wrong way."
Pinkie Pie stops the car for a little bit so she can turn around to face the little filly.
"Oh don't worry girls." Pinkie Pie says. "I know a short cut."
"Well okay" says Scootaloo to Pinkie Pie
Pinkie Pie continued the path down the road at a quicker pace. The sun had gone completely down, and the moon had gone up.
"Pinkie Pie!" Applebloom yells. "We're late for sure! Stop the car!"
Pinkie Pie merely laughs "Oh you girls aren't going anywhere."
Slamming on the breaks, Pinkie Pie turns off the lights, and everything is completely dark.
"What did you do that for?" cries Sweetie Belle who is very obviously frightened.
Opening the glove compartment of the car, Pinkie Pie slowly removes the hammer and duct tape.
"Surprise!" Pinkie Pie yells as she slams the hammer into Sweetie Belle's head. The hammer hits its target, making a loud cracking sound. Sweetie Belle lands at a bad angle, her head lying over the seat. Scootaloo barely saw what happened, before the hammer came down on her too. With a loud bang, the hammer comes down on Scootaloo's head, making her immobile. Now it was Applebloom's turn.
"Please don't Ms. Pinkie!" Applebloom cries as Pinkie Pie gets into the back of the car. "I won't tell anyone, honest!"
Pinkie Pie merely laughs at the young filly's cries. "But if I let you go" Pinkie Pie says. "How will I have a party?"
With both hoofs, Pinkie Pie brings the hammer down on Applebloom's head, the young filly drops unconscious from the blow.
"Phew" Pinkie Pie lets out a sigh of relief. "I was afraid that will take awhile."
Pinkie Pie then reaches for the roll of duct tape. Unwrapping it, she binds the hoofs of the young fillies together. Then with that finished, Pinkie then places strips of duct tape over the mouths and eyes of the three girls. Now that the girls have been safely subdued, Pinkie Pie moves their unconscious little bodies into the back of the car, covering them with a blanket. Her job finished, Pinkie Pie starts the car and returns to Sugar Cube Corners.
Had long had she been knocked out? Two hours? Three hours? Scootaloo found herself awake in what appeared to be a dark room. Though she regained consciousness, there was still a throbbing pain in her forehead as if someone had hit her very hard.
Scootaloo tried with all of her strength to move, but the duct tape that held her was very strong, and wouldn't budge.
"Oh good!" a voice says to Scootaloo.
Scootaloo looked up and saw Pinkie Pie standing before her. In a panic, Scootaloo, struggled even more, before backing into a figure that fell on top of her.
"MMMPH!" Scootaloo tries screaming, but the duct tape over her mouth made an effective gag.
"You're awake Scootaloo, I didn't want my guests asleep when the party begins." Pinkie Pie says to the helpless Scootaloo.
"I almost forgot" said Pinkie Pie. "Here I'll help you out." Scootaloo looked up, only to see Pinkie Pie holding up the dead body of Rainbow Dash, Scootaloo's sister who had been missing for months.
"She was really delicious, you wouldn't believe how many cupcakes I made with her. But we're friends after all, so I kept her around." said Pinkie Pie who was looking very insane at the moment with the frightened girls helplessly looking at her.
"We laugh, we play games, now she's going to watch the party!" Pinkie Pie ran back into a closet, and retrieved a hack saw and a sewing kit.
"Now I want you all to stay very still, Mama Pinkie Pie is going to do her work."
Pinkie Pie lined up the three fillies in a line. Applebloom was in the front of the line, Scootaloo in the middle, and Sweetie Belle was at the end. Pinkie Pie set out to begin her Pony Centipede.
"Now Scootaloo, I'm going to inject you with a shot of adrenaline, I don't want you dying off sooner than your sister Rainbow Dash."
Pinkie took out a syringe and a vial of adrenaline. Filling the syringe with adrenaline, she stuck the needle in Scootaloo's back, causing her to jump up with energy, if the duct tape hadn't been there to hold her down, she might have escaped.
"Opps, I almost forgot." Pinkie Pie said to herself as she drew out a knife. "I don't want you escaping."
Pinkie Pie went up to each of the girls, slicing off their tendons. Applebloom cried and screamed, though muffled by the duct tape covering her mouth. Scootaloo kicked at Pinkie Pie as she drew the knife across her tendon, cutting through the flesh and sinew. Blood flowed from the wound covering Pinkie, the knife, and the floor in blood.
"MMM" Pinkie Pie said as she licked up the crimson liquid. "Yummy, you'd make a great cupcake Scootaloo!"
Sweetie Belle had passed out at the sight of the blood, however, her tendons were not spared and they too were severed.
"Now that you can escape, we can finally begin!' Pinkie Pie said to her 'guests'.
Now that the girls could not move, Pinkie Pie set out to begin her morbid task.
"Now Scootaloo" Pinkie Pie said "we're going to have to do something about those wings."
Scootaloo looked up in an attempt to see what was going on. "MMPH!" Was all that the little filly could scream.
Taking a hack saw, Pinkie Pie grabbed the tiny wings on Scootaloo, and began sawing off her wings. The bones and flesh were tough to get through. Blood was now flowing freely as Pinkie Pie sawed through the wing bones of the young Pegasus.
"Wow, I need to get my chainsaw fixed" said Pinkie Pie as she worked on removing the wings.
"Thud" One of Scootaloo's wings fall to the blood stained floor.
"Now don't you pull a Dashie and die on me, Scootaloo!" Pinkie Pie yells and stabs another adrenaline shot into Scootaloo. Scootaloo jumps from the rush of adrenaline going through her, keeping her alive for more torment.
"Now that I've got one wing off, how about another?" Pinkie Pie says as he grabs Scootaloo's other wing. This time there is not as much resistance from Scootaloo as Pinkie Pie begins sawing through the bone.
"Here's another shot of adrenaline. I wouldn't want you dying when the party hasn't even started yet!"
Pinkie Pie jumps off the broken and shaking in pain Scootaloo and onto Sweetie Belle.
"Now Sweetie Belle, you're such a Sweetie Pie, but I need to take care of that horn. Pinkie doesn't know what you could do with it." says Pinkie Pie as she grabs the helpless unicorn's horn.
"MMMPH!" was all that Sweetie Belle could yell through her gag.
Pinkie Pie set off to work on hacking off Sweetie Belle's Horn. While Unicorn's horns tend to be very tough to destroy, Sweetie Belle was nothing but a filly. Her horn was still developing, and proved to be easy work for the deranged Pinkie Pie. With swift timing, Pinkie Pie finally saws off Sweetie Belle's horn.
"Mmmph" Sweetie Belle softly yells.
"Now that all precautions have been taking care of" Pinkie Pie says. "We can party!"
It took Pinkie Pie no time at all to retrieve her sewing kit that she had borrowed from Rarity. Pinkie Pie had been taking sewing lessons from Rarity for quite sometime, but clothes isn't something that Pinkie Pie likes to sew.
"Now girls, I'm going to have to ask you to be very quiet, when I remove your gags. Is that clear". Pinkie Pie said as she dragged the weakened Scootaloo to the backside of Scootaloo. Quickly she removed the gag off of Scootaloo.
"Wahhhhh!" Scootaloo yells from that torture and pain that had been inflicted upon her.
"I said be quiet!" Pinkie yells as she hits Scootaloo on the head with her hammer, knocking out the young filly. "That's better."
"Hold still Applebloom" Pinkie Pie says as she threads the needle through Scootaloo's mouth into Applebloom's anus.
"MMPH!" Applebloom yells as the needle continues to pierce both her and her friend's skin along there mouth and anus.
"I'm getting good at this!" Pinkie Pie says to herself, as she continues to sew Scootaloo's mouth to Applebloom's anus.
"Finally, I have two down, now it's your turn Sweetie- "RING RING RING RING" The telephone upstairs begin to go off. Knowing that the Cakes were nearing the end of their holiday break, Pinkie Pie rushes up the stairs to have a potential early warning that the Cakes were coming home. However, another voice was on the phone.
"Hi... Pinkie Pie" the pony on the other end of the phone sounded close to tears. "Sorry to bother you at such a bad hour, but this here.. is Applejack. I'm just calling to see if you've seen mah sister."
Pinkie Pie listened as Applejack began crying on the other end of the phone line.
"It's 3:34 a.m and Applebloom still hasn't come home. I tried calling Rarity to see if Applebloom and her little friends went there. Nothing! I haven't felt this bad since Rainbow Dash disappeared. So if you know anything, please tell me. It'll break my heart if I don't see mah lil' sister again" Applejack finishes with a breakdown in tears.
Pinkie Pie listened through all of this, even though she can at any point, tell her friend Applejack that she has all three of them, and the preserved body of Rainbow Dash down in the basement.
"Nope" says Pinkie Pie. "I haven't seen any of them. Sorry" Pinkie said with a smile to herself knowing that Applejack wouldn't see her.
"Well" Applejack manages to say fighting through her tears. "I thank yah for your time Pinkie. I just hope... I just hope Applebloom and her friends are all right. Gd' night Pinkie." Applejack finishes
"Goodnight Applejack." With that, Pinkie Pie sets down the phone. "Now where was I?" Pinkie Pie asks herself.
Pinkie Pie rushes back to the basement. "Now don't think I've forgotten you Sweetie Belle."
Sweetie Belle was struggling more now than ever as she didn't want to share her friends' fate. But the duct tape was too strong and wasn't budging.
"MMPH" Sweetie Belle muffled yells call out as she brings Sweetie Belle closer to Scootaloo.
"Now, be a Sweetie and hold still." Pinkie Pie says as she removes the duct tape over Sweetie Belle's mouth, and brings the needle and thread through Scootaloo's anus and Sweetie Belle's mouth.
"AHHH!" Sweetie Belle yells as tears flow down her little cheeks and Pinkie continues poking and threading her mouth. Soon, the Pony Centipede is complete with Applebloom the head.
"Why!" Applebloom cries out. "Why did you do this?!"
Pinkie Pie laughs at the helpless fillies as they all cry out from the pain. "Oh silly you. Pinkie was bored today and LETS PARTY!"
Applebloom couldn't stand to be there. She wanted nothing more than to wake up from this horrible nightmare. She wanted the embrace of her comforting older sister, brother, and grandmother.
"Applejack!" Applebloom cries out for her sister. "Sister! Applejack! Sister!" Applebloom continues to cry out in vain for her sister, who in her innocent mind protected since their mother and father died when she was little. Applejack protected Applebloom from all things, real and imaginary. But Applejack's protection has ran out.
"Oops can't let you talk!" Pinkie Pie yells, grabbing a pair of tongs. "Open wide!" Pinkie Opens forces open Applebloom's mouth, and with the tongs, clamps down on the filly's tongue, and begins pulling.
"WAHHHH!" Applebloom yells as the deranged Pinkie Pie rips out her tongue. Blood gushes out and down the young Applebloom's mouth, joining the puddles of blood on the floor.
"AHH Appfle ack" Applebloom attempts to make speech fail without a tongue.
"MM!" Pinkie Pie says as she opens her mouth and swallows the tongue down her throat. "MMM! Applebloom, might I say yu .. taste like apples. Hahahahaha." Pinkie Pie finishes with a laugh.
"Now for the music!" Pinkie Pie turns on the stereo. "This is my jam girls now walk"
The song 'Equestrian Girls' plays as Pinkie pie uses a cattle prod to make the three fillies walk around in circles. Pinkie Pie is having the time of her life, watching the three young fillies in pure agony.
"Here comes the punch!" Pinkie Pie takes a hose and shoves it into Applebloom's mouth, on the other end, is a tub of rabbit blood, stolen from Fluttershy's rabbit farm.
"Drink up!" Pinkie Pie laughs as Applebloom vomits up the blood forced down her throat.
Pinkie Pie clamps Applebloom's mouth shut and forces her to drink every last bit of blood from the tub.
"I see you aren't thirsty now. I hope you're all hungry for cupcakes!" Pinkie Pie yells out, bringing a platter of cupcakes.
"I made them from various things, a griffon, Fluttershy's animals, even Rainbow Dash. Now, eat up my little piggie." Pinkie Pie takes a cupcake made from the organs of Rainbow Dash and shoves it into Applebloom's mouth.
"Isn't that delicious?" Pinkie Pie asks. "Well you and I will stay here until we eat them all."
"WAHHHH!" Applebloom yells and cries, ut nothing is able to make Pinkie Pie stop shoving cupcakes down her throat.
"Ohhhhm" Scootaloo says. At this point, both Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle had lost a lot of blood from the removal of wings and horn. With one last breathe, Scootaloo finally collapses and dies.
"NOO!" Pinkie Pie yells as Scootaloo lays dead. "This party isn't fun anymore!"
Pinkie Pie begins to stab all three of the girls repeatedly with her knife. Blood, skin, and flesh flies everywhere as Pinkie Pie continues stabbing the bodies. With a deep breathe, Pinkie Pie stands up and examines the carnage. The bodies of Scootaloo, Sweetie Belle, and Applebloom have become disfigured beyond recognition.
"Well, I better take care of you." Pinkie Pie says as she loads their bodies onto a wheel barrel. Taking them to the back yard. Pinkie Pie digs a 4 feet by 6 feet whole rather quickly and drops the bodies in.
"Bye bye thanks for the fun!" Pinkie Pie says as she finishes scooping dirt on the bodies.
Her job finished, Pinkie Pie puts away her tools. Inside, Pinkie Pie moves upstairs to the bathroom to shower and clean herself of the blood and dirt. As she lay in the shower, Pinkie Pie began to think of what to do next.
"My my, that was the most fun I've had in a long time. I better invite more next time."

Basically this is or was my failed attempt to make a story that even grimdarker than "cupcakes". As you read i may have failed Miserably.
