This Chapter takes place just before the regeneration of the Tenth Doctor... IN THIS STORY THE ELEVENTH DOCTOR IS A PONY..... This Story will have danger, romance, explosions, magic, Daleks, Luna, Historical Figures of Equestria, Evil, Randomness and above all..... MUFFINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also there is going to be a bit of a twist when it comes to Celestia in this story.... Haters will hate.... Last Time on Doctor Who

The Doctor stumbled into the TARDIS and felt depressed like he was he going to lose his life. The radiation was flowing throughout his body, his two hearts beating rapidly as the regeneration process began he said, "I don't want to go!" But the TARDIS had other plans as the engine pumped up and down; The Doctor lost his footing and fell. As he fell back the regeneration process sped up even more, he blacked out and screamed as the pain became unbearable. The TARDIS began erupting in flames with pent-up regeneration energy and radiation flowed throughout the ship, as the burning police box spiraled through time and space, then it barrel-rolled into another universe.

The Doctor woke up in the TARDIS in a dazed state questioning at what just had happened, "Well that never happened before. I wonder when and where I am." He walked over to the monitor, peered at it and it stated: Multiverse: Equespace, Planet: Earth, Country: Equestria, Location: Everfree Forest. "Wait?! It's another universe? That's Fantastic! But it's called Equestria, so that means…" He looked at his reflection in the screen and his appearance revealed a 3ft tall tan stallion with a spiky dark brown mane. He started to think out loud, "Well the Ood didn't say anything about changing species, and it looks like they were wrong. My song didn't end; it just became something brand new!"

He laughed as he slowly walked over to the door with the sonic screwdriver in his mouth, as the door opened to a dark and threatening forest.

Out from foliage came six bright and colorful mares. The purple one looked at the Doctor's direction and said, "Excuse me! Don't you know it is dangerous to be out here alone?!" The pink one told the purple one, "Twilight! He must be the one who threw off my Pinkie Sense." The newly identified Twilight responded with, "Oh, Pinkie! Your Pinkie Sense is scientifically impossible, it's the same with time-travel and aliens none of them are REAL." The Doctor walked up to Twilight then said, "How can you say that aliens and time travel isn't real. Also who and what are you six?!"
