Angel Bunny GRUNTED out of frustration. Years of living with Fluttershy and the other noisy animals were starting to take their toll and things were only going to get ROUGHER as Fluttershy brought a dozen more animals back home. He realized things were getting too HARD for him, y'know? So, he decided he had to get away from it all... and FAST!
"No, please! Don't go!" begged Fluttershy as she realized that Angel wasn't going for a playful run, but rather, hopping away as fast as his paws could take him. He thought that maybe he could reach Manehatten in a few minutes at the speed he was going. He was finally free.
But soon, he had to stop to catch his breath. Looking at his surroundings, he realized he shouldn't have turned towards the forest on his initial dash away. Trees of all shapes and sizes seemed to be growing taller, the more he looked at them. In fact, one tree wasn't a tree at all... rather, it was a statue of the element of Chaos: Discord. It had a good reason for growing taller too. It was alive.
"Oh ho. What have we here? Did they realize I was just playing dead? So they sent a rabbit to guard me? Is that what this is?" asked Discord rhetorically, as he got out of the statue's pose. "Rainbows don't kill things off that easily, no matter where they come from! ...You're one of the harmony's pets, right? I bet you enjoyed those long legs I gave you back in the day."
Angel just tapped his feet on the ground, impatiently. He couldn't communicate with the dragonequus, so he just wanted it to cut to the chase.
"Oh, don't give me that look, you silly billy widdle bunny. It's time for me to start yet another bout of Chaos while they're not expecting it! So... what do you want this time? The power of speech? Ha! I might as well just make you look like a po-YES! That's it! I know what you can do for me..."
Meanwhile, some of Fluttershy's friends were trying to console her.
"Don't worry about him, darling. You have dozens more!" said Rarity. But this only caused Fluttershy to cry louder for some reason.
"I'll scout the area he was last seen in. Be back in a jiff-" pouted Rainbow Dash as she flew away, before anypony could say anything.
"Surely Rainbow Dash will find him. I'm afraid I can't use any 'locator' spells as Princess Luna banned me from using them this entire month when I invaded on her... um... privacy." continued Twilight Sparkle.
Meanwhile, Rainbow was flying around the surrounding forest, when she found a clearing. Diving down, she gasped at what she saw. It was Discord's statue and staring at it was a white unicorn.
"Hey-a! You must be one of the royal guards. Did you bring this statue here all the way from the princess' gardens? Where's your uniform?" questioned Dashy.
The stallion didn't answer. He just kept staring at the statue, so Rainbow looked at it too. She could have sworn it's eyes moved.
"I'm not gonna repeat myself. I'm not like that. Answer my questions... NOW."
"S-so-rry. I-I was jus-t pa-passing thr-through here an-and I f-found this was here al-already." stuttered the mystery pony.
"Ha! Where did you learn to speak like that? Fluttershy's house?"
"Yes, actu-"
"Anyway, I'm looking for a small bunny... exactly your colour, but smaller than you." interrupted Rainbow.
"U-uh, Rainbow... Do-don't you see one ri-right here? I'm pretty sure I-"
"Nope! I haven't seen one for miles, or whatever fancy word Twilight uses to calculate distan-Wait. How did you know my name?"
"Umm... well, I just assumed... with every-everypony else having a name con-nected to how they look, y'know?"
"Lucky guess. Else, you say? Why? What's your name?"
"Call me... Cherub Seraph." he said as he winked towards Discord, who facepawed while Rainbow wasn't looking.
"...so here I was, just teleporting around, and I stumbled into a forest clearing where Princess Luna was... fooling around with Discord's statue and then-" explained Twilight to the ponies who were curious about why her locator spells were banned. But just before she could continue Rainbow Dash burst in, with Cherub following her inside.
"I searched the whole forest, and all I could find was this guy! I think he hinted at seeing Angel, but I kept interrupting him. Sorry about that." Dash explained.
"Th-that's quite alright, thank you." affirmed Cherub.
"Ooh! He has manners! This one's a keeper!" squid Rarity. "Fluttershy! I demand you let him stay with you!"
"What! But-I...huh wha?" stuttered Fluttershy as she blushed.
"It'll be good for you! You'll have somepony to talk to! I have my sister, Twilight has Spike, Dashy has all her Cloudsdale friends, Applejack has her family... you really need to improve your... vocal ability."
"I can sing just fine, thank you very much." asserted Fluttershy.
"I didn't mean it like that. What I'm saying is you need a helping hoof... er, a... KEEP HIM AROUND! OH PLEASE, FLUTTERSHY! I BEG OF YOU!!"
"Well, these animals are kinda getting out-of-hoof... I guess Cherub can stay here..."
"...before we get any furth'r, I'd like to remind y'all that this pony is a complete stranger." proclaimed Applejack, who appeared out of nowhere.
Everypony else stared at Applejack.
"...eh he he. 'Stranger 'round these parts' is what I was aiming ta say! Yeah... we need to show him around Ponyville. Heh."
"I can figure things out for myself, but thanks for offering, madam." disclosed Cherub.
"So... kind..." drooled Rarity.
Soon, everypony left Fluttershy and Cherub alone with all of the other animals. Before Shy could decide what to do next, Pinkie Pie came bounding up the hill... while pulling a loaded 'welcome' cart... with one hoof!
"Welcome... welcome... welcome... Ok, see ya." Pinkie Pie said boringly, without even using her cart, or somehow opening the locked door to Fluttershy's house, like she always does.
Fluttershy didn't like this one bit. Opening the door hersel-
"WELCOMEWELCOMEWELCOME!" shouted Pinkie Pie as she rushed inside, knocking Fluttershy to the ground, and started bouncing around Cherub, finishing her song and offering a slice of Carrot Cake to everyone. (Not the pony, the food!)
"That's very generous of you!" complimented Cherub, with a smile.
"Ooh! I know, right? Wait, why am I agreeing with you? I should be saying 'oh, it's nothing' or something, but that just slipped out. Sooo, where do you come from? Me? I can't remember but I just came here from the bottom of this hill. At least that's somewhere, eh? I have a few sisters and I think my friend Octavia is one of them, but she keeps disagreeing. It's a conspiracy I tell you! Why am I telling you all this? It's crazy because you haven't said anything about yourself yet and I'm letting all the juicy secrets out! Speaking of talking, I like funny words. Do you know what an 'ergonomics' is? Er-go-NOM-ics. Lyra said she invented it while trying to figure out ways to sit down, but she has a funny way of sitting down anyway, so..."
"Alright, that's quite enough, Pinkie. I think you're scaring him." warned Fluttershy.
"Me? Scary? Don't make me laugh! Wait, what if I like laughing? I do like it actually, but do I like like it? If I don't like, like like it, how can I like it, laughably? Maybe if I forced one out right now as a test and it'd be all likebwaHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. But, that might come off as too scary to some, I mean I think I just scared myself and-"
"Oh goodness, look at the time. It's Pinkie Pie-has-to-leave-o'clock! I'm so sorry. See you next time." Fluttershy implied, while forcing Pinkie and her stuff outside.
"Tee hee! Silly, Shy! It's half past 11-"

Fluttershy locked the door, and blushed when she saw Cherub just standing there with his mouth wide open. "Uh, sorry you had to see that." said Fluttershy, referring to her forceful expulsion of a certain party pony.
"No, it's okay." said Cherub. "Even I have slammed the door on someponies... Apparently, they made a false news report about a very special pony I care about, so I didn't let them in."
"Reminds me of my Angel. Oh. You're taken alre-I mean, you have a special somepony?"
"Not anymore."
"Why? What happened?"
"Nothing. She's safe and sound. I was the one who ran away from her."
"Now, why would you do something like that? I'll march you right back to her, mister, and you will apologize. How far to her place?"
"It's closer than you think, but I don't think she would believe me if I told her."
"Oh. I see. Well, I'm not gonna force you, actually. It's not any of my business, but you should think about seeing her as soon as possible."
A bright flash. "Done and done."
"Huh? Did you use that horn of yours to communicate with her?"
Another bright flash.
"Wha-What were we just talking about?" asked Fluttershy, confused.
"Better." said Cherub, in Discord's voice, although it sounded like Discord was weak from using magic.
"Cherub, what's up with your voice?"
"N-nothi-not-a-thing..." he replied, in his original Cherub-y voice.
"Well, It's time for an afternoon nap. Oh! But, I only have one bed, and it's a double..."
"Can I go on the couch then? What if I curl up into this basket here?"
"NO! That's where Angel sleeps!" defended Fluttershy.
'It wouldn't make much of a difference...' Cherub muttered to himself.
"My bed or nothing, buddy." she ordered, slyly.
"You haven't ruled out the couch yet... maybe, I'll just stretch out on the ground. What if I stay awake and introduce myself to the animals?"
"YOU. ME. BED. NOW."

Fluttershy clopped her hooves up the stairs and Cherub followed her lead.

They reached the top of the stairs and Fluttershy made some more small talk of how a group known as the "Cutie-Mark Crusaders" have slept in here, and how easy it is for Rainbow Dash to fly through the window, interrupting a good night's sleep. "Now Mister, don't try any funny business."
"The slightest thought hadn't even begun to speculate about the merest possibility of crossing my mind." replied a smiling Cherub, as they climbed into the large bed together.
"Umm...okay, I have no idea what that was, but I'll assume it means 'I won't.'"
"You keep thinking that."
Later that night, Fluttershy woke to many of her animal friends staring at her and some were folding their arms, like they were done with waiting patiently for something.
"GOODNESS I FORGOT TO FEED YOU ALL!" quietly screamed Fluttershy as she dashed down the stairs and into her kitchen. Cherub also stirred himself awake, after hearing all the noises of pots and pans flying about.
"Fluttershy, what's wrong?" he asked, drowsily, but the only response he got was:
"featherfeatherfeatherfeatherfeather"
So, he got straight up and went into the kitchen himself, only to collide straight into Fluttershy who was panicking about the fact that some of the animals had broken into the pantry and were helping themselves to whatever they could find.
"Don't worry, I got this." sternly said Cherub as he used his unicorn levitation powers to make sure everyone got fed properly.
"Oh my. How can I repay you?" asked Fluttershy, after a job well done.
"Just letting me stay here is enough."
"No, you're staying here because I want to be good to my friend, Rarity. There must be something else I can do for you. A very large dinner? How about I buy one of those new arcade machines that kids are into these days, just for you?"
"Nope. I'm alright. Really."
"COME ON. I'LL DO ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING. EVEN... EVEN SE-meep."
"What was that?"
"Oh... nothing..."
"No, you were about to say something. What was it?"

Suddenly, another random flash of brightness occured. Discord stopped time, except for himself and Cherub's time, and began to chat with...
"My Little Bunny! Sex is Magic. Dohoho. Didn't you know your race is known for their... primeval habits? What's keeping you from drilling this pony until you can drill no more?"
"Aw jeez, you're still w-watching me? Well, it's just that... she's... Fluttershy, y'know?"

And with that, Discord resumed time and Fluttershy immediately collapsed onto the bed as Cherub had moved from under her while time was paused.
"Hu-What's thi-WHA? I HAVE A HORN?! HOW DID YOU GET OVER THERE? Explain!" Fluttershy quickly questioned.
"Di-"
"No need to finish that. I know what you want inside me." she said with a giggle. "Now let's see if I can use this horn of mine to..." Fluttershy concentrated and started flinging Cherub around the room.
"WOAH! I. Can. GET! to... The. bed... JUST! Fine." Cherub said with each word being louder or quieter depending on where in the house Fluttershy had flung him to.
"Uh, I can't seem to let go off you! My magic seems to have a mind of it's own!" Fluttershy said just before she heard an extremely large crash come from the kitchen... or was it the fireplace in her lounge?
"ARGH! OW! HOT! HOT!"
"I know I am."

"Rarity's here?!"
"NO! You threw me onto an open fla-GAHHH! I'LL GET YOU FOR THAT!"

Cherub used his own magic to counter-act Fluttershy's, and galloped straight back to her room. He also used magic to make the burns he recieved just a few seconds ago feel better. But it wasn't enough. He needed to feel good no matter what. Cherub was literally going to have 'hate sex' with Fluttershy. After acting all nice for a bit, he had enough of the act he was putting on.

After that, they fell asleep.
Fluttershy got a big shock when she woke up the next morning. It wasn't the fact that her horn had disappeared sometime during the night. It was the replacement of a large, handsome pony with that of a small, cute bunny.
"Angel... WHAT THE FEATHER?!" exclaimed Fluttershy, in realization. The small burns covering some of the rabbit were a dead giveaway.
Angel just shrugged and bounced away, smiling. What if he got her pregnant? Maybe, maybe not. He also can't speak again, so why was he smiling? The reason he was smiling is that Fluttershy will still have to fulfill that promise she made right after their romp, one day. Kind ponies never go back on their promises.
Meanwhile, in the forest...
"I've finished collecting the data from the subject. I think we can try again now if you want." whispered a male voice.
"Oh joy. We can finally have double the fun, without you getting overly-stimulated or going as fast as the speed of sound." boringly said a female voice.
"Yes, Luna. Let's get chaotic." said Discord in reply to her monotone.
