We Got Our Cutie Marks (No Clop)
Another fine day has come again as usual. All the ponies were busy running errands and stuff like that. A train had made its next stop at Ponyville and in the train was Babs. Babs Seed had went to Ponyville to surprise her cousin and her friends after patching things up with them during her last trip, it has been awhile since the last time she went. Her motive was to prank Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo, it may have been a bit mean at first but after learning from Pinkie during her last trip, "A prank is all in good fun." Speaking of Pinkie, Babs had needed help with the prank, so she contacted Pinkie and told her to met her at the Train Station, and what better way to start off a surprise visit, even if it was the early evening and the ponies were finishing up what they set out to do in the first place.
"Hi Babs." Pinkie said before she had a chance to get out of the train
"Hi Pinkie." Babs said
"From the letters you've seen sending me, it looks like you want to pull a prank on somepony." Pinkie said
"Yeah, and I want to see my cousin and her friends again."
"Can I be in on it too?" Pinkie asked
"I guess you can." Babs answered "But I don't know what to pull on them."
Pinkie thought for a second and whispered into Babs' ear as of saying that.
"That's a bit mean don't you think Pinkie." Babs said
"I know it seems mean but a prank is all in good fun."
Babs took a moment to think about that.
"You're right Pinkie." Babs said running off to the CMC tree house "Thanks for the suggestion."
"Happy to help." Pinkie said
Cut To Tree house
Babs spied on the rest of the CMC through the window. She couldn't imagine why she needed to do this, but she felt it was necessary for the task at hand. They were standing in their idea spot thinking of ways to get their Cutie Marks, but by the time Babs is done with them, they'll have their marks all right.
"Hi again Babs." Pinkie said in a whisper as she popped up next to her.
Babs jumped and managed to not scream. After calming down, she saw that Pinkie was dressed up like a spy, with the night vision goggles and everything.
"Pinkie what are you doing here, and why are you wearing that spy outfit?" Babs asked in a whisper
"Felt it was necessary." Pinkie said "If you're going to pull this prank, you're going to need paint." Pinkie said whispering
Pinkie pulled out a few buckets of paint and a couple of brushes.
"My question for you is why aren't you talking to them." Pinkie said "Instead you're spying on them."
"Felt it was necessary." Babs said
"Touche Babs, Touche." Pinkie said creeping away from her until she finally left.
This was it, no turning back now. Babs moved the paint and brushes under the tree so Apple Bloom and her friends wouldn't get suspicious. Babs approached the door and gave it a nice, loud knock.
"I winder who that could be." Apple Bloom said from inside
Apple Bloom opened the door.
"Hi Babs!" Apple Bloom said before Babs could say anything
"Hi Babs." Sweetie and Scootaloo said
"Hi you three." Babs said
"What are you doing here, you never said you were coming."
"I thought I'd surprise you three."
"Come in, come in." Scootaloo said
Babs went in while Apple Bloom closed the door behind her.
"How are things going back home?" Sweetie asked
"Everything's going good." Babs said "How are things going here."
"Everything's fine." Apple Bloom said "We were planning on having a slumber party if you'd like to stay."
"I can stay." Babs said
"Okay, now let's get this party started!" Pinkie said bursting in through the door.
Later That Night After The Party
It was late at night. Everypony was sound asleep, except for Babs Seed. After the rest of the CMC went to sleep, Pinkie left and reminded Babs to get the job done. A prank is all in good fun after all. So in the dead of night, she grabbed some paint and a few brushes that Pinkie, who got the stuff from one of the stores, out from under the tree house. Her plan, to paint fake Cutie Marks on the other three sleeping fillies. It was a bit mean, but as she learned before, it's all in good fun. There in front of her lay the fillies, all cozy-ed up in a blanket. A grin slowly crept on to her face as she chuckled to herself quietly.
She pulled the blanket off them and picked up the paint brush. She dipped it into one of the buckets of paint and pulled it out. First Apple Bloom. Babs placed the tip of her brush against Apple Bloom's flank and made elegant movements.
"Stop that tickles." Apple Bloom said laughing quietly
Babs was worried she had woken up, but she wiped some sweat of her head after realizing she was just talking in her sleep. She took a moment to wonder what she was dreaming about, until she heard her cousin whisper the name Spike in her sleep. Babs them proceeded to paint on her flank, while Apple Bloom continued to say the name Spike and said it tickles. She rolled Apple Bloom over on her other side to get the other flank.
Now on to Sweetie and Scootaloo. Babs painted on fake Cutie Marks the two other fillies' flanks. Sweetie's was the most unique out of them all, it was a phone with a heart above it and three X's beside the phone, while Scootaloo's was a silhouette of a pony holding on to a pole. and Apple Bloom's was a silhouette of a mare doing some sort of suggestive thing that I should not mention. Babs Seed's work was done, and it went smoother than she thought. Babs took the blanket and put it back on the fillies and laid down next to her cousin in the covers. Slowly she fell in a deep sleep, knowing she'll be waking up to a funny prank.
The Following Morning
Babs awoke to the excitement of the CMC, they had just seen that they gotten their Cutie Marks. Apple Bloom and Scootaloo were perplexed at what they represented or how they even got them, but that didn't matter at the moment, they got their Cutie Marks, and that's all that mattered.
"Morning girls." Babs said
"Babs, y'all will never guess what happened!" Apple Bloom said
"What is it?" Babs said as a grin came onto her face
"We all got our Cutie Marks."
"Nice job, how did you get them?" Babs asked suppressing a laugh
"We don't know, but we're going to go show everypony." Sweetie answered
"Okay, you go do that." Babs said as the three other fillies left
Babs started laughing, as she got off the floor and followed Sweetie Belle.
Cut To The Carousel Boutique
Sweetie Belle ran straight into the Carousel Boutique to tell Rarity the exciting news.
"Rarity!" Sweetie called
"What is it Sweetie?" Rarity said coming out of another room.
"I got my Cutie Mark!"
"Really." Rarity said "Show me."
Sweetie presented her flank to Rarity. Rarity impressed at it, she knows she's supposed to be made, but she never pictured this to be Sweetie's special talent, especially since Rarity used to do that kind of thing back in the day.
"That's great Sweetie." Rarity said
"Thanks, I'm going to go show somepony else." Sweetie said "Bye Rarity."
"Bye Sweetie." Rarity said
"Wow, I need to see my sister in action." Rarity thought
Babs had been watching the whole thing go down, and by now was laughing even more than she did before she followed Sweetie. Next stop was Sweet Apple Acres.
Babs was a bit late for this one but from what she saw, everything was going well, except for Applejack was trying to force a grin on her face the whole time.
"Do you like it Applejack?" Apple Bloom asked
"I... like it." Applejack said
"I got to go show somepony else, bye." Apple Bloom said running out of the main farm house.
"Dear sweet Celestia, what has my sister been doing." Applejack said to herself
Scootaloo was searching all over town for Rainbow Dash for a bit, and she managed to draw some attention with her Cutie Mark, and all the ponies that saw were speechless. Finally she saw Rainbow Dash relaxing on a cloud in a part of town totally secluded from any living soul.
"Hey Rainbow Dash."
"Hi Scootaloo." Rainbow Dash
"I got something to show you." Scootaloo said
"What is it?"
"Why don't you come down and find out."
Rainbow Dash flew down and was greeted by Scootaloo's flank in her face. Rainbow Dash was speechless after seeing her Cutie Mark, she had never thought of Scootaloo doing that.
"What do you think, pretty cool right."
Rainbow didn't say anything
"To cool for words I know, I got to get going and show somepony else, see you later." Scootaloo said galloping away
Rainbow Dash was still speechless and never moved from that spot for about a minute or two wondering how she got that mark. Babs had managed to see that whole thing go down, and was now heading to Sugarcube Corner to tell Pinkie about the whole thing.
