Veronica came back in.

"Alright I'm done, how you holdin up?"

"I've been through worse." He said leaning his back against the pod.

"Well rest up, you need it."

"I get to rest on free will, please someone pinch me I must be dreaming."

"You must be feeling better."

"Yeah I guess so."

She stood up and walked back into the first room. It was silent untill the sound of banging was heard. Glenn stood up and walked into the third room. Glenn opened the spare room door and tumbled out Spitfire.

"Can I please go now?"

"Ahhhh, but firespit you havent had breakfast yet."

"I can eat once you let me go........so let me go."

"Please eat with us, I mean its the least we can do for locking you up right."

She narrowed her eye's. "Fine i'll eat."

"See that wasent so hard now was it." Glenn pulled his ka-bar out. Spitfire twitched as he did that but he only cut off the band that bound her.

"Thanks."

"Dont sweat it, now how about some eggs."

Glenn and Spitfire walked into the first room. Spitfire took a seat at the table where Veronica was sitting looking at her tablet.

"Oh no.... Glenn get dressed we need to go now!" Shouted Veronica. Glenn wasted no time in leaving the kitchen. Thirty seconds later Glenn came back into the room but no one was there. He walked outside and saw Veronica talking to the pony.

"Go to canterlot and notify the princess that an attack is coming." Spitfire nodded and took off imeadetly.

"Doc whats going on?"

"They are getting prepared to attack canterlot because we didnt tell them to get out. They really up for the idea of negotiating peace."

Gleen looked at the osprey and opened the pilot's side door and got in he waved to Veronica to get in. The engines flared to life. Glenn brought it around while still rising.

"Do you know ow to fly this thing?" Veronica asked holding onto her seat for dear life.

"Not a clue."

"What!"

The ship took off towards canterlot momentaraly later it broke the sound barrier. Minutes later they could see canterlot in the distance and a collum of tanks with a Mk II V-23 heading down the road to the castle.

"You think Spitfire made it?"

"If we're here she just might be there." Glenn said with doubt in his voice.

"Hey Glenn slow it down a bit!"

"Oh, right shit." Glenn pulled back a lever and the craft came out of breaking sound with a loud crack from th abrupt stop. Glenn tilted the control stick forward and the osprey moved once more. Down below he could see a mass of ponies moving out of the city. But his presence only helped out with all the ponies running as fast as they could. Glenn stopped the osprey and put his hand on the adjacent handle and pulled it back slowley. The bird started to decend with ease.

"Activate the landing gear." reminded Veronica.

"Cool your jets doc. I got this." Glenn touched a yellow button and he could hear the mechinasm fold out the landing gear. The drop ship bobbed up and down signaling that they have landed.

"Go warn the princess just incase we beat Spitfire." Glenn said flipping more switches to turn off the engines. Veronica opened the co-pilot door and ran towards the castle.

-Veronica's pov.-

I leapt out of the door and ran as fast as I could to the castle. To my right Spitfire landed next to me. We wasted no time in greeting each other. The castle doors opened fast to reveal Celestia standing there.

"Spitfire where have you been." She said not acknoledging the human next to her.

"Princess you have to get out of here!" Veronica and Spitfire said in unison.

"Sol is that you?"

"Yes princess but we have no time you have to leave."

"But I must stay here for my subjects."

"Princess please listen, this place wont be here for your subjects or for you if you stay."

"Okay what do you suppose we do?"

"Either we stay here and die or we can head back to the drop ship we brought with us."

"I will stay and try to solve this peacfully and if that doesnt work come pick me up at the top of the mountain where the others are at."

"Okay princess, can you take me there now?"

"Sure." Celestia's horn glew and Veronica dissapeared.

-Celestia's pov.-

The sound of banging and explosions could be heard on the opposite end of the city. The sky lit up with orange and black and the sound of screaming eagles appeared. The behemouth swooped down and did a 360 turn and hovered above the ground. A door/ramp opened and touched the ground. Dust was being kicked up and obscured my vision. The so called human in a black suit stepped out from the back of the flying demon.The demon rose and the dirt screen settled back onto the ground. The ship took off back to where the sounds of bangs was heard.

"You know i'm actually kind of sorry I have to do this but hey you know its logic." The creature said waving his hands at his side while holding the L shaped thunder maker.

"Why are you here?"

"Oh you dont know why, seems that Veronica and sergeant Glenn didnt tell you."

"They said that I would have a diplomatic meeting not an invasion."

"Well heres your deplomancy." He said aiming down his thunder maker. Another human came out of seemingly no where and jumped in the way of me when the air cracked, then it cracked once more. I opened my eye's and looked at the scene infront of me. Two bodys lay ther on the ground, one unmoving and the other grunting and gripping its shoulder.

Glenn just jumped infront of Celestia and shot the agent in the head, but he took a round to his shoulder. He let out raspy grunts as he tried to cope with the pain.

"Oh my are you alright?"

"Never been better." muttered Glenn.

"Here let me help." She put her horn on Glenn's wound. Her horn glowed a faint glow of gold. All the pain in Glenn's body dissapeared. He looked at his shoulder which was no longer bleeding from the hole the .45 gave him.

"Thanks"

"Dont mention it Shadow."

"Just stick to sergeant or Glenn. Either or will do fine."

"Okay we need to get to the top of the mountain, Sol said that you had a ride to get up there."

"Yeah follow me." With that the two ran across the castle grounds to the sight where he had touched down earlier. The sky became dark. Glenn pointed at the dor back door for Celestia to go right there. She did and stood there and waited. Glenn on the other hand went around the drop ship and jumped over the re-fueling rod and opened the pilot's door. Once in Glenn turned on the engines and dropped the back door. Celestia stood there and looked inside. Glen popped his head out in the small corridor and waved for celestia to come in. She proceeded inside and the door closed behind her.

"Take a seat and hold on." Glenn touched the handle and made the osprey rise. Soon the sound of another drop ship was heard as well as the pelting of led hitting metal. The other osprey flew by shaking Glenn's V-23 as it passed. Glenn evaded and banked right and headed to the mountin top. Seconds later Glenn could see Veronica waving him down as well as the others. Glenn dropped the ramp and let Celestia get out and get the others. The sound of a gattiling gun roared and made lines of snow jump up in the air. But Glenn would have none of this, he closed the ramp and took off. Above the two drop ships circled each other. On the ground they were to high up to make out who was who. Lines of orange came from both of the osprey's shooting at one another.

Glenn fired the mounted .50 cal at the other osprey. Glenn hit his engine and it blew up in flames and the osprey plumeted towards the ground in a ball of buring jet fuel. "What in tarnation just happened?" asked Applejack after the osprey hit the ground making a burnt crater in the process.

"That was a dog fight." Veronica stated in matter of factly.

"But dog's dont fight here." piped in Fluttershy.

"I'm pretty shure that was retorical. Was it Sol?" asked Twilight.

"Yes it was and please call me Veronica."

"Oooooooh Veronica what a pretty name, we should so totaly throw you a party." said Pinkie pie.

"Sounds nice, but lets hope that is Glenn up there or we may never have that party."

Their answer was fufilled when the black drop ship swooped down and opened the door. The light from inside the ship spread across the ground making the dark go away. Glenn looked back and saw that they were all smiling as they got on board. Once Veronica had them all in their seats, Glenn shut the back door.

"Wow this is so awesome." said Rainbowdash.

"Your species is very advanced." said Luna.

"I still dont trust it." said Shining armor in the back of the compartment.

"Hey princess or at least one of you, can you came up here and tell me where to go!" Glenn shouted back.
