Christmas Eve journey

My name is Chang (昌), I was a Chinese lived in Southeast Asia. I have always been bullied and despised by others people, just because my weir character. I have no friend. Nobody wants to play with the weirdo like me. And my family wanted me to be a company employee, working with computer. But how can I just sit in the office without a bit of freedom at all. Why I could not decide my own fate.

It always makes me very sad, that I wanted to commit suicide. There was one day when I watch the cartoon in internet call My little Pony: Friendship is Magic. It has changed my life forever. I did not stop thinking about it. The pony in Equestria always live in simple life and happy with no war and corruption and I wanted to be like them. I always dream to go to Equestria, My little Pony world and start the new life in there.

And that day happened.

In Christmas Eve, nearly 12 pm.

Everyone was asleep, but I still play the video game in my room. Suddenly I heard a strange noise in upstairs .I thought it was robbers. So I picked up my Bokken(wood sword) and went upstairs.

At that time, I was very scared and my heart beats very fast. I was thought "Not good! I have to wake my parents up". But when listen carefully. I realized that it was the bell. I slowly approached the window. I saw behind the window curtains was the quite big and long shadow.

I immediately pulled the curtains and open the window. And suddenly the red Santa Claus's reindeer in front of me and i was very shocked. But i only saw the part of body of it. I had let my head out of the window for a closer view. I do not see any reindeer in front. The animal had pulled the Santa Claus's reindeer was a cartoon pegasus pony I had see in cartoons. They were wearing the bells.

"What the.... hell!?"

I was shocked again. Suddenly a Pink unicorn has show up on the Santa Claus's reindeer. She has a yellow mane and blue eyes. She stared look at me. I could not believe what i'm seeing.

"What's... going on? This is.... a dream?"

Then she smiled.

"No, you're not dreaming, human."

Her voice was very sweet and cute, just like a cute Angel, that I could not imagine. I realized she's a female unicorn.

she said to me.

"Do you want live in Equestria? I come to take you to there!"

When I heard that. I was very happy about that. I had let go my bokken. Because that's what I want to. At that time, I do not, know why my heart have something was very uncomfortable. Maybe I still think that what I had seen and heard just an illusion? So I asked her again.

"what.... did you... just.. say?".

"Equestria! So, are you go or not?,  ". She asked me.

It was true. It was not a dream. I was talking to real unicorn.

It would be good, if live in Equestria in happiness with no War and corruption. But what about my family, if I had leave them. It was very hard for me to choose. But think again, Earth has been increasingly soiled by human crime. If I still lived here, which means that I will live in this "Sinful world". I would be belittled and bullied by others . So I made the decision not to stay here. I will live in Equestria in happiness. I can not live here much longer. There is no reason for me to live here.

I replied to her.

"ah...Yes! I ...always want to go there!".

"Good! if that is your choice".

She give her hand (or foot) to me and said "Get in! It's time to go."

So I grabbed it and jumped into Santa Claus's reindeer with her. Then she ordered the pegasus pony ready to derived. She used the rein to control them.

"Here we go..! Hya......!"

The pegasus began to pull. Finaly the Santa Claus's reindeer has flew up and fly very fast into sky. I looked back at my house. I saw it geting far aways.

I was flying. It feels so happy to be like that. I did not feel dizzy at all, I was so happy. When I looked down, everything was very small. I can see the lights of the city and buildings. We flew through the dark clouds. Behind it was a beautiful spectacle. The sparkling stars, they are very beautiful, just like the Milky Way. It made me feel very romantic and quiet, so quiet.

Suddenly I shed tears. I do not know why, but it made me very satisfied. Maybe I can feel what freedom is, now. But it reminds me, when I was being bullied, scolded, insulted..... So I began to cry. I was free now.

The unicorn turned to look at me and feel curious. She did not know why I cry. She wiped my tears for me. So I wrapped the her in a tight hug and keep crying. I could feel the warmth from her. She was so soft. She returned the hug and asked me.

"why are you crying?"

"I.... feel so... happy when come to me...you... has freed me. Thank you! Thank you!.....". And there are still tear on my face.

She was a little surprised, when she know I was crying in happiness. She comforted me.

" Don't cry...There are nothing to cry, just be happy". She smiled with me.

"Ah! I still do'n know your name?" she asked me.

"...Is Chang.... My name is Chang" I replied.

"Nice to meet you, Chang.. I'm Ria" she said.

I still have manything wanted to ask her. When I started to ask her, her horns became brighter. She closed her eyes. At that time, I thought maybe she was communicating with someone. So I did not bother her. When the horn turn off. She opened her eyes. Then I asked her.

"What just going on, Ria?".

She said to me.

"Our journey just begun, Chang".

She started using wire to control the pegasus. And we flew to the north.
