When You Give A Fluttershy A Horn
June 8th, 4232 RH
Dear Princess Celestia,
Today, I found an old spell book within one of the secret cupboards within the Golden Oak Library. I still don't know why the former librarian liked being so secretive but it's always a pleasant surprise to have something to organize. I know you told me not to read any of the books I find there and simply ship them to Canterlot but I couldn't help myself this time...
And I've already cast the spell. It was called the 'Endless Reach' and I had thought it would enhance my magical abilities or keep me from feeling tired after using magic.
My good, reliable friend Fluttershy just entering at the same time. It's a good thing that it was Fluttershy the spell affected. I couldn't imagine all of the mayhem Ponyville would go through has it been Pinkie Pie or Rainbow Dash. I just was sending you this letter just in case I can't teach Fluttershy how to cast the reversal spell.
I have her wings and she has my horn.
I thought that I would be more affected by the loss of my horn but somehow these wings feel right. I can't really explain it.
All is currently well. I'm heading to Fluttershy's house to check up on her.
Your Most Faithful Student, Twilight Sparkle
"Fluttershy? Fluttershy! Open the door; I have to speak to you." Twilight Sparkle hovered, her borrowed yellow wings quivered as she struggled to keep herself in place. In front of Fluttershy's woodsy cabin, it was strangely quiet for this time of the day.
Twilight glanced around. No blue robins sitting in the trees singing soft notes. No otters playing in the stream. No bear snoring loudly in the bushes. No rabbits stealing food and running away across the front yard.
There were no animals here. Not even a buzzing bee.
"Fluttershy." The name came out as a whisper. What could Fluttershy gotten herself into that all of her lovingly and loyal animals friends have deserted her?
Cue the following scenarios that Twilight's mind could come up with at a short notice:
'Fluttershy attempts to magically levitate all of her animals at once, strains herself and they ran away.'
'Fluttershy accidently teleports her animals to an unknown place.'
'Fluttershy somehow manages to send her animals into the distant future.'
Twilight flew around the house and checked every window, looking for a sign of her best friend. Something caught Twilight's eye and she quietly approached the second floor window and looked inside.
Something was in there in Fluttershy's bedroom but it wasn't Fluttershy. Whatever it was had the height as a young dragon and claws like a Minotaur but it no fur or scales. Could it be Fluttershy had discovered a new species from the Everfree forest? But still, the creature was covered in blood and seemed to be munching on something from what Twilight could see from its backside. It spat something that drifted to the ground. White rabbit fur.
The creature turned to her, Twilight screamed and backed away in horror.
The monster was dressed in pelts made out of animal skins and sticking out of its forehead was Twilight's purple horn. Oh dear Celestia, what could have happened to Fluttershy?
Twilight turned to fly away and to get help but a familiar purple glow enveloped her and pulled her inside of the house. Twilight struggled, flapping her wings as fast as possible. She broke free but fell to the ground in a heap of feathers and pain.
Twilight woke up, tied with yellow rope in a hog tied pig position with an apple in her mouth. She looked below her and saw with shock that there was a pot of boiling stew complete with fruits and vegetables waiting for her.
The creature came into the kitchen carrying a large bag full of fish and smiled upon seeing Twilight awake.
"Um, don't be mad Twilight." It spoke in Fluttershy's voice. "It just got out of hand.
Twilight growled and tried to flap her wings uselessly to escape.
"You see, Twilight," It spoke as it turned away from her and placed the bag on the counter. "When I had your horn, I thought I could use magic to change my appearance and look tough. If I look tough, then I can be TOUGH! Or that's what I thought would happen. I wanted to-" The creature frowned and flicked its long pink hair out of its face.
"Have you ever heard of the folk tale of 20 windigoes that were trapped within a hurricane? Their souls joined together, and they became the very first griffon. They became a griffon because they let go all of their hate and focused on the need for strength to protect those closest to them.
"I thought I could be a griffon too, like Gilda, but I must have gotten something wrong. And worse of, I'm hungry all of the time. There's something that I'm supposed to eat but none of my animals, bless their hearts, tasted right."
Twilight only continued her struggling. Refusing to listen to anymore of the monster's lies. Fluttershy would never eat her own animals to fulfill some sort of animalistic hunger.
"Twilight," The creature reach out her weird appendage and petted Twilight's hanging mane. "If you keep struggling like that, I might start to think you count as an animal as well. You wouldn't want to be eaten," The monster angled Twilight's face and leaned in, revealing crimson stained teeth with skin stuck on the molars from its last meal.
Twilight's heart raced in fear. She closed her eyes and her body trembled with fear. Why had she sent that letter to Princess Celestia today? It would take a week for the Court to send out Royal Guards to look for her. If she even lasted that long for the help to arrive. And then what about her other friends, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Rainbow Dash and Applejack?!
What if they came to Fluttershy's looking for her and they got caught too! She couldn't let herself die this way! She-!
A glowing light forced her eyes opened and Twilight felt a ticking peeling sensation. She turned her attention to M- Fluttershy whose horn was alight with magic.
"You didn't think I was going to eat you, Twilight? From my experience of a couple hours ago, pony meat is tough and not what my tongue is telling me to eat." Fluttershy admitted. “But it makes a nice yummy stew."
In a matter of minutes, all of Twilight’s pony hide, hair and hooves had fallen into the pot and a naked, winged human Twilight was still tied by the ropes. Fluttershy untied the ropes and helped the new human to her feet.
"How do you feel Twilight?"
"Hungry."

Five minutes later, a male human walked in. “I can’t believe it, I’ve made to Equestria. I have gone where no bronies have gone before!”
Fluttershy and Twilight shared a look and attacked.

Hours later, Ponyville was destroyed. And Fluttershy ate Rainbow Dash as revenge for something that happened at Flight School. Twilight boiled Applejack and Pinkie Pie alive. Rarity became a vampire to fight against the human menace.

Dear My Little Sister Luna,
If you think I am foolish enough to fall for a fake letter supposedly written by my student about her-
You know something, even now as I’m writing you even have the royal guard in on this act. Something about vampires everywhere and things that walk on two legs and are immune to magic. I will not be fooled even if you’ve managed to get everybody in on this joke.
Oh my, this ‘human’ looks terribly like Twilight…
