Reduced to Ponies

"Hey are you two comin' or what?" Rainbow Dash yelled.

"Yes Rainbow one, though I do not take kindly to your attitude." Dialga answered.

"Yeah whatever..."

He then started walking after the rest on the ponies where Rainbow Dash started to fly behind him glaring at him. Twilight Sparkle then slowed down to walk by him and Dialga.

"So why do you claim to be the rulers of space and time?"

"Because we are."

"But it's almost impossible to affect time, I only just managed it and I'm the personal protege of Princess Celestia herself! Not to mention she could probably do much better than me..."

"This Princess Celestia sounds powerful perhaps we should meet her."

"Oh yes she's very powerful! She raises the sun every morning and is the ruler of all of Equestria." Twilight got an excited smile on her face and started to walk with more of a bounce.

"You admire this being?"

"Oh yes very much so!" She nodded vigorously.

"She sounds like just another bug for me to step on." He interrupted.

Twilight glared at him, and then thought for a moment."What were you before? You were obviously not ponies by the way you put down on us."

"We were called Pokemon, Legendary to be specific, my typing was Water, Dragon. And the inferior one's was Steel, Dragon."

"Umm... what?"

"Pokemon : creatures that are used for either battling, domestic, or research purposes, each breed had a special ability though not nearly as powerful as mine." Rainbow Dash perked up at the 'battling' part.

"So what about the types?"

"Each pokemon has a different type that defines what they can do. There are many different ones such as: Fire, Water, Electricity, Steel, Psychic, Dragon, and many more. It's ridiculous really what was Arceus thinking? He would have only needed me for I am the most powerful pokemon."

"Stop being ridiculous Palkia, we both know that he needs both of us to keep the order."

"There would be no need for you if he would strip you of your power and give it to me!"

"That's never going to happen Palkia!" Twilight opened her mouth to say something. "Not while I'm still alive."

"That will change soon enough!" He and Dialga were horn to horn now. Due to their new forms he was the stronger one physically and was slowly pushing her back.

"THAT'S ENOUGH!!" They both looked at the purple unicorn. Her horn was glowing and before he could do anything they were both surrounded by pink magic and thrown apart.

"You-" He was cut off by Twilight."No! No more, why do you guys fight like this? What is there to gain?"

"Power! Of course, the inferior one does not deserve being the ruler of time!"

"And what makes you think you can make that judgement, Palkia?" Twilight's gaze hardened. "Now if you two would calm down we're almost to Ponyville." She then started to continue walking followed by her four stunned friends.

"Ponyville? That's a rid-" He was silenced by a glare from Twilight. Why did I just let that moronic pony silence me?...Hmm she does seem to hold some authority over this group, either way I will have to punish her later for it.

"Now before we continue into town you have an apology to make Palkia." She stared at him and then gestured to Fluttershy. Who then hid behind Rarity when he looked at her. Dialga then shot him a look at said Do it or suffer dire consequences. He was unaffected of course but he then concluded that it was the best way to keep the ponies from refusing to help get his power back.

He slowly walked up to the shivering pegasus peeking over Rarity's back. Rarity also looked a bit worried as the tall pony about a head taller than her came closer.

"I apologize, Fluttershy, for my previous behavior." He said through gritted teeth.

"O-Oh it's... ok..." She hid lower behind Rarity.

Twilight looked happier than before. Perhaps there is hope for him yet. She thought. And then she made a grand gesture towards Ponyville. "Welcome to Ponyville! I would like to hear more about this pokemon world at the library, follow me"

"Twilight I have to go darling, I left have to finish the dress I was working on before Rainbow Dash dragged me out." She then started to walk into Ponyville leaving Fluttershy without a hiding place.

"As much fun as that sounds Twilight I have to leave too, still have some cloudbusting to do." Rainbow Dash said rubbing the back of her head for a second before dashing off, leaving a rainbow streak behind her.

"And I've got animals to tend to...." Fluttershy said as she slowly backed away into Ponyville.

"While Ah got some applebucking to finish," Applejack stated as she head off.

"Well it looks like it's just you guys and me!" Twilight said with a smile. He gave her an unamused look.

"Just take us to the library pathetic equine."

"Please ignore him if you already aren't Twilight Sparkle, though may I suggest we hurry?" Dialga added while shooting him a glare which he gladly returned.

"Of course, please follow me!" Twilight started trotting into town.

Palkia did his best to suppress a bellow of rage. When I get my power back... Ponyville will no longer exist. Palkia smiled at this his first smile in fact.

Ponyville was strange, Palkia concluded. It's buildings were so obscure that he could not imagine that they would last long in a natural disaster. He also found more than enough pastel colored equines than he could have possibly imagined. As he walked through the town he found himself hating it more and more, he'd prefer a desolate wasteland were the only thing you could see was the bones of his foes and ashes.

They finally arrived at a large tree with windows and a balcony on the upper half.

"This," Twilight said gesturing towards the tree,"is Ponyville library, and my home."

Palkia only snorted, while Dialga only rolled her eyes in return.

Twilight, taking that as a cue to continue inside opened the door and stepped aside to let them in. "Spike! Spike we have guests!" Palkia and Dialga both flattened their ears at the sudden outburst.

"OK, Twilight be down in a second!"

"Oh and bring me some parchment and quills!"

"OK!!"

He glared at Twilight "It would be unwise to do that again pathetic equine." He said with every word filled with venom.

Before Twilight could respond the being he could only assume was 'Spike' came running down the stairs with paper and quills. "Here ya go Twilight!" Spike had purple scales all over except the belly area with green spines on his back with big green slit eyes. Spike then noticed to two tall ponies standing next to Twilight.

"Whoa you're one big unicorn." He looked at Spike with and uninterested look and walked past him to inspect a bookcase.

He didn't do much reading, why would you read when you were this powerful?

"Pfft, rude much?" Spike grumbled.

"Spike, this is Dialga and Palkia they're going to answer some questions for me." Dialga looked at her. "Oh and then they're going to see the Princess."

"The Princess? Why?"

"To regain what is rightfully ours. And leave this insufferable world."

"Um.. ok!" Spike said still confused about the situation to say the least.

"Shall we get started?" Dialga finally spoke up.

"Of course! Just take a seat over there." pointing a hoof at a couch on the other side of the room. Dialga and him both moved to the area in question but decided to stay standing.

"Oookaaay then."

He then looked at his surroundings finally taking in every detail. A table with a bust of a unicorn sat in the middle of the first floor and along the walls bookshelves, and the right side of the room a staircase possibly leading up to a bedroom since the purple unicorn had also said she lived there. There were also a couple windows and another door but nothing else of interest to him.

Twilight then took up a peice of parchment, quill, and ink. She then noticed Spike still in the room.

"Spike perhaps you should go see it Rarity needs any help at the Carousel Boutique."

"Yeah sure!" Spike was quickly out the door.

"That of course was Spike, he's a baby dragon that also doubles as my assistant."

Dialga was about to speak when there was a knocking at the door.

"Oh, just give me a second." Twilight said as she started trotting towards the door.

She used her magic to open it and immediately her jaw dropped.

"P-Princess Celestia!? Princess Luna!?"
