Blessed Love is my name. I am a sixteen year old alicorn that needs work on her magic. I also have a best friend in all of Equestria named Music Melody. She's also sixteen but she's a Pegasus (yes there's a big difference). Well this all started when I did have a family. That's right. I had a mother, father, and an older sister but that was all lost when hell broke loose in my hometown.

" Blessed!" My mother yelled.

"Yes mother!" I yelled back.

As a thirteen year old mare life was always horrible. The sun never came out, It was cold like ice, and every citizen that lived there was scared to come out of their homes. War had stared and every night all you heard was mares and colts busting doors down and killing ponies that didn't respond to their questions. One night I heard a loud bang on my door. My mother ran to open it and when she did it was my father. His face was pale almost like you could see through it.

" We have to get everything and go right now!" He said.

His words chilled me as it ran down my spine. I didn't know what was happening. I was scared as hell and was asking questions. Each question I asked there was no response. My heart beat ran faster as I asked my questions over and over again. Until I heard a loud banging on our front door.

"Mom who is that?" I asked Her.

She had sensed fright in my voice. She came close to me and hugged me. I started to cry when she told me to go to my father. My father kept me and my sister in his arms as my mother opened the door. She swung the door wide open and before I knew it I heard a hard thud on the floor. A bullet had hit my mother.

"NO!" I cried.

My tears burned my cheeks as they quickly rolled down. I screamed out again when my sister jumped in front of my father to defend him. Another gunshot was blown and my sister's body hit the floor.

"Hide Now!" My father said to me.

I ran out of our house and to a safe place. I ran faster and I heard the last gunshot. It had echoed throughout the whole town. I cried harder as I ran. I saw the Ever Free forest. I didn't care what scary creatures lied in those woods. I just kept running. Kept crying. Until I reached an bridge. I was two weak to keep going that. I fainted into a long coma caused by pain of the family I thought I had lost and exhaustion of all of my running. The last thing I heard that day was the thud my body made as it hit the cold hard floor.
