The sun rose on this bright and happy day. The warmth of the sun crept its way into the small cottage from a closed window. As the sun rose it started its way up into the eyes of a certain rabbit, a rabbit known for being quite quick to temper. As the sun collided with his eyes, he started to rumble in his sleep. He rolled around for a good three minutes before he had enough. He jumped out from his little basket and jumped for the window. He quickly pulled down the drapes and let them fall flat over the window. Satisfied, the rabbit quickly went back to his resting place and began to snuggle back into his blanket. Now that the sun was gone, he thought he might be able to continue getting his rest. He about fell back into the same deep sleep that he was awoken from, but was cut off by a sudden beam of light hitting his eyes and an angelic voice saying:

“Good morning Angel Bunny. I am glad to see that you are awake! I opened the curtain so the nice, warm, sun could warm up this cold place.”

Angel Bunny slowly got up from his laying position. He looked over at his owner Fluttershy with great irritation. He was about to jump and give Fluttershy a piece of his mind, but he was cut off by the sound of his stomach rumbling. Fluttershy stopped her normal pace and turned towards her pet bunny.

“Oh my, you must be hungry! I heard that from here.”

She smiled as she flew over and picked up Angel. He lied dormant in her arms waiting for her to put him back down. She flew over to kitchen and placed him on the table.

“Now you stay here, let me get you something.”

Angel thought about his previous thought of yelling at Fluttershy, but he realized he was pretty hungry and could go for something. So he just sat back and began his wait for his morning meal.

Pinkie slowly got up from her mattress. She let out a small yawn and smacked her lips together. She looked around her room to see the average amount of streamers and balloons everywhere. If you didn’t know any better, it would appear her room was just the victim of one big party. (Granted it most likely was…) She let out another yawn and got up from her bed. She stretched out her legs and popped her back at least once. Satisfied with her routine, she looked around the room one more time.

“Hey! Where is Gummy?”

This brings us to the next character in our little story. Pinkie looked up to see her pet alligator slightly tangled in her mane and still asleep. Pinkie let out a small giggle before shaking her head and letting the alligator get thrown into the air. She stepped back and reached out her hoof and let gummy fall straight into her grasp. Gummy was surprisingly still asleep after the ordeal. Pinkie leaned in close and snuggled the very tip of her nose with Gummy’s.

“Wakie, wakie, Gummy! It’s time to wake up!”

The alligator slowly opened his eyes one eye at a time. He stood up and looked at Pinkie with his normally blank expression. Rather quickly, Gummy jumped up and grasped as tight as possible to Pinkie’s mane with his toothless jaws. Pinkie let out a small giggle before heading for the door.

“Come on gummy! We gotta go eat fast! We need to head to Fluttershy’s place for the BIG surprise.”

Gummy just blinked once out of sync and Pinkie smiled and nodded in agreement.

“I know…. She is going to love it!”

Pinkie hopped down the stairs as Gummy held on. It appears it was time for breakfast.

~~~
Angel Bunny was tired of waiting, he thought to himself.
“Can’t she hurry up a bit, I’m starving!”
A sudden strong aroma blasted through room. A smell of berries and butter, a smell of eggs and milk, it was the smell of one of his most favorite of all the meals to have in the morning. It was…
“Pancakes!”
Fluttershy flew out of the kitchen holding a plate of pancakes, wearing her usual apron and calm smile. Angel nearly began drooling over the sight. Fluttershy put the plate on the table. Angel sat there and looked over the pancakes, it would have been perfect if it wasn’t for one thing.
“Oh I’m sorry Angel, we were all out of syrup. Can you eat them still?”
Angel was not too happy. He was about to start his normal pouty attitude, and begin his small fit of rage. He was once again cut off by a sound, except it wasn’t the sound of his stomach this time. Instead, it was the sound of a knock at the door.
“Oh, my… I wonder who that could be this early in the morning.”
Fluttershy gently flew up towards the door. A small beat of sweat went down her cheek. Her natural nervousness was kicking in. She was about to speak to ask who was here but was instantly cut off by the door instantly flying open and a bright pink blob landing on top of Fluttershy, causing the two to tumble over on the ground. The figure stood above Fluttershy.
“Pinkie… You startled me….”
Pinkie giggled a little before removing Gummy from her poofy mane and placing him on the ground.
“Sorry, it’s just that I have a surprise for you!”
Fluttershy looked up in confusion.
“A surprise?”
Pinkie jumped off of Fluttershy.
“Yeah! Me and you are going to go out for lunch! Doesn’t that sound fun?!”
Fluttershy looked in confusion.
“But didn’t you just eat breakfast?”
Pinkie rubbed her stomach.
“Yeah, but I am super-duper hungry this morning. So I am pushing lunch earlier today!”
Fluttershy thought about this for a moment. Lunch? This was crazy… But it was Pinkie Pie. Plus she didn’t have a chance to eat, with all the animal feeding and cooking for Angel. She felt her stomach slightly rumble.
“Sure, let’s go.”
Pinkie jumped.
“YAY! Let me just drop off Gummy at the house.”
Fluttershy stopped Pinkie before she could charge out the door.
“It’s ok, he can stay here, I don’t mind….”
Pinkie hugged Fluttershy.
“Good idea Flutters! We can get to the restaurant faster that way! Come on! Let’s go!”
Pinkie grabbed Fluttershy and darted out the door. Fluttershy really liked Pinkie. She really doesn’t mind being around her. In fact recently, Pinkie seemed to be the only one that visited lately. Rarity was too busy for the spa because of recent events involving work. Applejack and Rainbow Dash have been a bit busy training for another iron pony challenge. They believe this time they could try again without all the cheating. Twilight as usual was too busy with her studies, apparently Celestia has this new test for her coming up and she REALLY wants to make sure she could pass. Pinkie was the only one who really stayed around. The only thing she was busy with was working with the cakes but, those are very short days considering they could only take so much of her shenanigans, so she heads over here for some fun and games.
As they walked Fluttershy looked over at Pinkie to see with that big goofy smile of hers, with her sweet luscious lips that probably tasted like….
“ Oh my….”
Fluttershy couldn’t believe her thoughts. She tried her best to cover her blush. Thankfully Pinkie didn’t notice and just kept bouncing the way she always does.
“Pinkie and ME?! Oh no… that couldn’t happen. I mean were just fiends, right?”
Fluttershy pondered. She wondered what her reaction would be. Would she laugh? Would she make fun of her for being a filly fooler? Will she find it too awkward and just leave? All these questions bounced around inside of her mind. She had to find some way to tell Pinkie how she felt, but her fear of rejection was still clear in her mind.
“I need to tell Pinkie how I feel. But how…..”
Angel sat waiting for Fluttershy. He sat there for a good few minutes before realizing that things got a little bit too quiet, even for Fluttershy’s standards. He jumped off from the chair and headed straight for the living room. Upon reaching the living room, he saw that no pony was anywhere to be seen. He sighed as he looked a bit further to see… Him…
The sun light from the previously mentioned window started shining on Gummy’s light green scales, giving him a small shine. Gummy turned towards Angel Bunny, revealing his pale violet eyes at the same time blinking off sync. He opened his mouth revealing his toothless mouth while simultaneously wagging his tail. Angel looked at Gummy and Gummy looked at Angel. Angel gave a small smile and a blush upon seeing Gummy. He felt a strange feeling takeover his body and raised his paw to……
Angel quickly dove behind a wall. He could still feel the blush from seeing Gummy. He thought to himself.
“What in all of Tartarus is wrong with me? Why is he here… Where is Fluttershy? Why am I having these feelings? Why……”
Angel’s train of thought was thrown off rails by turning to see Gummy standing right beside him. He fell backwards on his little cotton white tail. He looked up at Gummy. He could feel his slow breathing linger down his body. This sent shivers down Angel Bunny’s spine.
“Listen, umm, gator. Would you care to tell me why you’re here?”
Gummy just sat there and blinked out of sync.
“Are you going to say anything?”
Gummy just continued to be silent. Angel started to become irritated with the gator.
“Look, if you’re going to too sit there and not answer any of my questions I want you to leave.”
Gummy didn’t move an inch.
“Ok, now you’re just plain irritating me. Please leave.”
Gummy went from his sitting position to a standing one. He started to head in the direction of the door.
“Good, maybe now I can think clearly……”
Angel turned his head to see Gummy’s waging tail from the back end. It seemed move perfectly with each step. Angel moved his head side to side with the movement. He shook his head and slapped himself.
“What is wrong with me?”
Angel looked to see Gummy was still walking slowly to the door.
“Wait a minute… Is this the same gator that pink one brings to those pet play dates?”
He gave one more peek just to make sure. Gummy stopped at the front of the door. He turned his head to see Angel Bunny looking at him from a distance. Angel ducked for cover.
“Yeah that IS him, but why is he here?”
He waited a couple minutes before looking again. He wanted to process all the data that was going through his head. He gave one more peek outside.
“What?!”
Gummy was gone. Not a single trace was there. Angel Bunny quickly scurried across the living room and hopped up on top of a nearby table to look out the window, hoping to see him walking home. Despite his best searching, he could not seem to find him anywhere. He jumped down from the table and looked around the house.
“Ok, he must still be in this house. So he should be fine, why should I care anyways?”
Angel put on a smile, he wanted to forget that ridiculous gator and return to his pancakes. Something was wrong though; there was this feeling in his chest. It was kind of painful.
“Is this…. Guilt?”
Angel sat down on the floor. Why should he care so much about this gator? He had no problems in the past shrugging of other animals, but this was different. He HAD to find this gator, his mind wouldn’t leave him alone about it. He wasn’t sure why, but this needed to be done. Maybe it was cruel some trick being played on him by the rabbit gods.
He started by continuing his previous idea of going to the kitchen, maybe the smell of the pancakes lured him into kitchen, the gator did live in a bakery. He hopped his way around the corner, and entered the kitchen.
He saw his pancakes still sitting on the table. The blue berries still made its appearance on top, showing that it was exactly the same as he left. He knew by now that they would be cold, his stomach rumbled a bit.
Maybe it wouldn't hurt to have one bite. Then it is back to searching for that ridiculous gator.
Angel hopped his way to on top of the table. He picked up his fork and tried to pull off a piece to bite, to only have it reject his actions. He grumbled a bit to himself. He looked around the room for something to properly cut these pancakes. His gaze went straight towards the counter.
“That must be the knife Fluttershy used to cut the berries for the pancakes.”
All of a sudden, thoughts of Gummy walking in the kitchen popped into his mind.
Through his carefree walking, he bumped into the side of the counter. Gummy sat still rubbing his head a bit. The impact was hard enough to knock the knife loose and…..
Angel shook his head. He had to get that thought out of his head as fast as possible. In the blink of an eye, he hopped up and grabbed a hold of a handle to one of the drawers. He used his feet to push against the hard side of the counter and opened up the drawer. With the drawer opened he jumped to beside the knife. He then quickly pushed the knife into the drawer, and then proceeding to ump and kick it shut
“There, much better. I just saved you from your death gator. I hope you know.”
Angel felt proud of himself. He just saved the life of another creature. He decided to give up on the pancakes and return to the living room, to come up with more ideas as to where this gator might be.
Let's see... He wouldn't upstairs.... Would he?
Upon reaching the living, Angel's jaw dropped. There laid Gummy in Angel's little bed, in a presentable position. He spoke with a voice of pure seduction.
“Hello Angel, would you mind joining me here? There is room for two.”
Angel could not believe what he was seeing. He wanted to run, and get far away from this situation as fast as possible, but something stopped him.
Was it fear?
No... It was his eyes. His eyes kept him there in a lock of passion.
“Oh Angel would please come and join me? I am feeling so lonely over here by myself...”
Gummy pulled back the blanket and gestured for him to enter the basket. Angels face went into a full blush. He REALLY wanted to run now, but instead he began to hop closer towards the basket in small increments. His body rejecting all of his actions, and just doing whatever it pleased. Gummy scooted a bit as Angel approached the basket. He slowly climbed in and got comfortable and looked over at the gator with an obvious blush on his furry little face. Gummy climbed on top of Angel, allowing their stomachs to come in contact each other. Angel could feel Gummy’s heart beat on his chest.
"Oh Angel, I'm so glad your here....."
Angel’s body was now a new shade crimson. Gummy began sliding down the length of Angel’s body. Angels could no longer contain himself, he shivered and let out a small moan as Gummy worked down.
"Good boy Angel, Daddy is so proud."
When Gummy finally reached his target, he began take his tongue and slowly lick from the bottom of Angel’s stomach all the way to the very top of his neck. Angel’s ecstasy levels and heart rate rose rapidly. He squirmed a little and began biting his lower lip.
As Gummy reached the top he looked into his partners eyes. Angel looked up to see Gummy looking directly at him with enticing eyes. The two began to fall into a deep trance. Gummy leaned closer towards Angel. He softly spoke into his partners’ right ear.
“Listen Angel, I…..”
“SQUACK!”
Angel was thrown out of his trance. He turned his gaze to see a bird who had landed beside him. This little yellow cockatiel with its little red cheeks had flown up beside Angel, and screeched into his right ear. He pushed the bird and shook his fist as it flew away. He realized his heart was still beating pretty fast though. He wiped the sweat from his and tried to calm down. Angel looked around the area to see that he was still in the kitchen. The drawer was still open, but the blade was still inside. Angel closed and to a deep breath.
“Did I just….”
He turned on the faucet and splashed water on his face.
Was he going crazy? Why did he just picture that? He couldn’t fathom for the life of him on why all this was happening, but he had to push the questions aside. First, he still needs to answer the original problem at hand
“Where had that Gator run off too….?”
He hopped from the sink onto the counter. He looked up to see some carrots sitting on a rack. They looked recently washed.
Fluttershy probably was going to put some on my pancakes, but I guess she changed her mind. He didn’t really get to eat this morning, so he hopped up and grabbed one. He grasped hold of the petiole of the carrot, and it began sliding down from the rack while kept his grasp of the carrot. Within a few short seconds, they landed simultaneously on the counter. He picked it up the carrot, satisfied with his work, and took a big bite out of the tap root. The flavor of carrot filled his mouth as he chewed. He was really hungry, so this really was a treat. He swallowed gently and let the substance slide down his throat. He picked up the carrot and carried like a rifle propped on his shoulder. Making sure it was firm in place, he hopped down from the counter and landed safely on the ground. He looked up to see the berries on his pancakes were gone, he could see the yellow bird flying out the window.
“Well, at least I don’t have to worry about that thing anymore…”
He planned on returning to the living room to come up with more ideas of where the gator might have gone. As he approached the entry way, he stopped. He remembered what happened last time he came in here. He waited for a moment before entering. He slowed his breathing before he quickly hopped into the living room. His bed was vacant, except of his normal pillow and blanket. He gave a small sigh of relief, but something inside kind of wished he was there…
"Where to look now..."
Angel figured he was no longer on the bottom floor. He surveyed around one last time before reaching the stairs, his nose caught a sent coming from upstairs.
Scented candles?
Author's Note
Many ponies have their favorite pairings, I myself pick FlutterPie as mine. Seeing the bright happy pink mare with a wild poofy brilliant raspberry mane and eyes of luscious cerulean, added with the thoughts of parties with a mixture of laughter fun, with a small timid pegasus with a luxurious long light rose mane, beautiful bright gold coat, and the most beautiful pair of moderate cyan eyes you will ever see. I imagine the pink mare trying her best to keep her pegasus friend calm and happy, despite her constant lack courage itself, and the pegasus always helping the normally happy mare feel better when her mane drops straight showing her that she is in a state of depression. The thought of this just makes me feel all giddy inside, but recently my mind has been looking deeper. My mind has taken me to the background of the two. To see something that normally other ponies don’t see. I still ask my brain why it saw this, but I can’t help imagine seeing the brain shrug it shoulders. Not even knowing himself why such a thing occurred. Well it’s there now, and I have to wright it out to finally get it out of my head. So here is the new story I will be writing about my new ship:
Angel Bunny and Gummy the Alligator.
(Yes seriously, this is happening)
