The crew on the Militia was a group of four. First there was Ashley She was the pilot of the crew in charge of making them not crash and die Her background states that she was an ex-pilot of the Rebels Because she found out that they were the bad guys. Then there was Harold he was the gun-master since he has experience as a gunner making him The most accurate bunch of the group His background states he was part Of the S. S. Shepard Which was a merchant ship Until it was destroyed by the Rebel Flagship. He then was founded then assisted by the federation then joined it so he could repay the favor Of saving his life. And then there was Derick he is the Militia's Shield-man since he is a tech genius His background states he was a Shield-man of the federation-flagship T.D.S Minuda Until they were attacked by the mantis and forced to enter a nebula with A thunderstorm so they lost all power to their systems Where he was forced to evacuate with the rest of the crew to a nearby desert planet With no lifeforms where they were trapped and one by one died until a federation rescue ship gave the Surviving members supplies and new ships to man. Finally there was Johnson an Engi that was found deactivated on an empty cargo freighter That sold crew members thanks to Derick's engineering tech he was able to revive Johnson And program him to full functionality where he was then appointed to be the thruster engineer. They were right now flying through an asteroid field On their regular quest to explore the galaxy and report to the federation. _____________________________________________________________________ "Yo anything on scanners yet Derick?" Asked Ashley with her usual impatient attitude. "For the Twenty Fith time No!!" Yelled Derrick getting annoyed by Ashley. "Well hurry up already I'm getting bored sitting around" Replied Ashley pouting. "Status: active course of action: agreement with female life form" Johnson said in his usual monotone voice. "Not you too Johnson I've already told you-" Derick was interrupted by a beeping noise on the scanner array system. "Never mind Scanner's picked up something at bravo-lima-Charlie- 527" Derick Growled from being interrupted by an inanimate object. "Gotcha moving to Location" Ashley replied Happy that she has something to do. _______________________________________________________________________ Couple minutes later. Ashley was talking to Harold about some random adventure she had when she was younger. "So then I said but your not a walrus whisperer than he said-" Ashley was interrupted by Derick talking though the radio. "Okay we're here "Finally man I thought I would have to listen to Ashley talk all day" Harold said sincerely to Derick. "By my reading's we arrived at an abandoned pirate ship so Harold, Ashley get over to the airlock and Loot it but be careful there are lifeforms aboard" Derick said though the radio. "On it/got it bro" Harold/Ashley said in response. _______________________________________________________________________ A couple of minutes gearing up later Harold and Ashley stood in the airlock ready to see what's on the other side. "On the count of Three... One...two...three!!" Ashley said as she charged in with Harold in tow What happened next shocked them though. .... .... .... .... ...There were technicolor ponies behind the door Chapter One: meeting the poniesFaster than Friendship Chapter 1:Meet The Ponies _________________________________________________________________ The Militia's POV Harold and Ashley had their jaw's dropped at seeing what they Least expected "Hey Ash" Harold called to Ashley. "Yes Harold?" Ashley asked with curiosity jaw still dropped at the sight of tecnicolored ponies. "Is it just me or are their colorful horses in front of us" Harold asked confused as to why ponies are in front of them "Hey we have names you know" One of the horses... ... ... .. Talked "DI-did it just talked?" Ashley asked having her jaw hit the ground...twice No literally her jaw hit the ground went back up then hit the ground again. "Stop talking like we can't understand you!!" A pony spoke and then Ashley and Harold noticed... ... ... ... .. They all were different colors. "Ok horses-" "Ponies" A purple horse stood up correcting Harold "Ok ponies one question why are you on an abandoned pirate ship I thought Merchant ships sold creatures like you?" Harold asked still trying to piece together why they are on a pirate ship And more importantly why they could talk. "To be honest I don't perfectly know myself and also how is this a pirate ship it's not on the water?" The purple horse replied to the duo. "Of course this isn't a pirate ship this isn't the medieval age this is a space pirate ship" Harold told the ponies but they looked at him confusedly. "B-but how could you achieve going into space we're still researching the mechanisms for the mechanical carriage" Twilight asked in disbelieve. 'How could the people that had them not have modern technology that's impossible unless they Were from another universe' Harold thought. The voice of Derick then boomed though the radio "Harold Ashley what's taking too long we have hostiles inbound" Then the sound of an explosion came through the radio "Come on ponies get back to our ship we have enemies inbound you can question us later" Harold said while opening the airlock. The ponies were hesitating but an explosion on the ship caused them to run through the door. 'Man I hope these ponies are worth it' Harold thought as he walked back to the Militia. _____________________________________________________________ One trip back to the Militia later All the ponies were aboard the Militia and Harold only had one question left "What are your names" Harold asked as they were getting their breath back from their power sprint "Well my name is Twilight sparkle" The purple pony named Twilight sparkle said. She pointed to the orange pony and rainbow colored pony. "That's Applejack and Rainbow dash" She pointed to the snow white and butter yellow ponies. "And that's rarity and fluttershy so what about you?" She questioned Harold "I'm Harold and She's Ashley the one talking on the radio was Derick and somewhere on the ship is Johnson" Harold answered The radio blared again "Harold,Ashley get to your battle stations a fleet of rebels found us!!!" Derick yelled though the radio Harold got up as well as Ashley. "Looks like we're going to have to postpone our conversation again the ship's under attack Harold said "What!!! From who!!?" Twilight yelled as she walked to Harold "The rebel's their people we're at war with so just stay here you'll be safe" Harold replied as he ran to his station without hearing the response from Twilight. As he ran he took glances out the windows to see indeed there was a fleet of Rebel ship's getting ready to fire their lasers. As soon as he got to his station he saw that The rebel's shut down the weapon systems to half functionality. Then a bright flash came and knocked him out. Chapter Two part Two: Jail BreakFaster Than Friendship Chapter part two: Jail Break _______________________________________________________________________ Derick's POV After a few days in prison the guards finally came to the decision to execute us. But what they don't know is that the Execution is where my plan can begin. "Psst Harold" I said to the sleepy Harold still drowsy after his thirty seventh tase today. "Ugh what Derick can't you see I'm busy trying To be knocked out" Harold groaned out in response. "Well fine if you don't want to escape this hellhole with Your friends" As soon as I said that he was up faster than Mach 1. "What's the plan?" Harold asked "I'll tell you after we're freed i already have the Equipment needed to get free" I replied to Harold He seemed to look to the ground in sadness after I said that. "Fine but you better tell me soon I don't want to be left in the dark" Harold Said with hostility in his voice. Soon after a guard came next to the cell so I got to my feet and went next to the cell bars And saw the keys so I did what every prisoner would do I took the keys and snapped the guard's neck. "Ok plans in motion now" I said to Harold he looked at me surprised "Wow that was fast what's the plan then?" Harold asked me with pure curiosity "Plan's simple grab the guard's blaster and get Ash and Johnson and get out of here in the Militia" I said as I grabbed the guards digital Holo map I took a good look at it and apparently we're In Saint Via The most dangerous Federation prison in the universe of course that was enough of a reason to be the first base captured by the Rebel's. I saw Harold checking the blasters heat mag before loading the gun. "Ready to go when you are" Harold said with an enthusiastic voice "Alright lets get going" And with that we set off to cell block A2-55c Where supposedly Ashley is being held _____________________________________________________________ Harold's POV After we set off I had a question just bugging in my mind "Hey Derick where does the holo map say the ponies are being held" I asked purely curious as to where in the 7 hells are they "Why would you even care for them it isn't like there the saving grace of the galaxies" Derick replied as nicely as possible but that didn't stop my blood from boiling "What do you mean why shouldn't we save them it's our god forsaking job to protect the innocent!!!" I yelled out of pure rage but I think a little too loud as a squad of Rebel soldiers started to charge at us blasters ready. "Well Fuck you got a good point there" Derick said as I shot left and right hoping to get to the ponies in time but of course karma wouldn't have it because a Platoon of guards came at us batons and blasters ready. I reloaded my blaster and started firing at the Platoon hoping to get the chance to escape. Of course karma decided to be a bitch again as all my blasts missed their targets. "God damn it this pistol's defective!!!" I yelled to the pistol as Derick grabbed it out of my hands. "Let me see" He said as he aimed the pistol and shot three times the light of the beam burning off the bangs off my hair But for some reason all his shots hit their marks and three guards went down without a struggle and of course being the cocky bitch he is Derick smirked victoriously "Wow I'm a better shot than the so called weapons expert I think I can die happy now" He said in a cocky tone to support his smirk. "Just shut the hell up and find us an alternative way to the cell block" I said as I took the blaster and loaded up one of the 2 spare clips I have for it See here's the thing these blaster mags use advanced technology to use heat shells and thanks to that we can use cooling modules to reuse the shells again. "Found us a new route from this intel if we go back there's a checkpoint leading to all other cell blocks if we kill all the guards there I can hack the checkpoint and use the teleporter there to get us to Ashley's cell" Derick said in a very smart tone I have to admit sometimes he's annoying with his eggheadish tone but he's very valuable to the mission. After we started running we lost sight of the Rebel soldiers quickly probably because they were tending to the wounded giving us the opportunity we needed. After a few minutes we came across a small box and being the scavenger I was I took a look inside What I saw surprised me. there was a rifle with five mags sitting there along with a couple of medkits and a star chart I took them along with me and loaded the rifle and gave the pistol to Derick. "Thanks I needed a weapon anyway also I have some new information if what I got from their database is true Johnson and Ashley and your little pony friends are in the same cell block as well as some federal soldiers from the S.S Galavur that will probably willingly join our crew and assist us with our mission" Derick said in an informative voice as we neared the checkpoint. As soon as we got there it was surprisingly empty so Derick got to work while I just sat in a corner waiting for Derick to hack the teleporter after ten minutes he finally hacked it and sent in the cordinates so we got into the teleporter and waited. ______________________________________________________ A few minutes of waiting later We were finally in the cell block after the forever taking render speed of the teleporter but something inside me snapped when we got there and saw a miserable sight... ... ... ... ... .. A wall of soon to be executed Federation soldiers after what inside me snapped I went into a rage And started killing the Rebel Soldiers one by one. When they saw me kill up to ten guards in a minute they all got so scared that the prisoners broke free and started a riot. Within four minutes I saw Ashley with Johnson taking blasters and rushing over to us. "Ready when you are" Was all Ashley said as we rushed to help get the ponies free but after we started running an army of guards took cover in front of us to prepare to defend the cell to the last man I smirked at their formation and charged in head on and started the battle where they were in a lose-lose situation if they stayed and fought they died but if they ran they would lose the prison to us. As I cut though the guards one by one I finally made it to where I want to. Twilight and all her friends jail cells Chapter Two part Three: EscapeFaster Than Friendship Part 3: The Escape ______________________________________________________ Derick's POV After we got to the holding cell Ashley and Johnson used blasters to hold off the Rebel soldiers long enough for the ponies to get out. When Harold tried opening the cell door but he figured out the door was locked so he turned to me and said. "Hey Derick now would be a good time for the equipment you promised" After he said that I dropped a backpack I carried along with me and searched inside. I thanked god all the gear was still there the gear I had was simple, One hacking device to hack doors and enemy systems, 3 demolition charges in case the door controls break and need to be manually opened, and last but not least the weapon god made for humanity an... ... ... .. Rpg... That's right boy an rpg don't know why we'd need an rpg but we have it hard to believe such a low tech weapon such as that could pack such a punch but enough talking we have to get back to the story. I grabbed the hacker and started a hacking sequence on the door. ___________________________________________ Two an a half minutes of hacking later Finally I got the door open after the weird locking sequence I don't know why but the sequence was playing a small game of chess the ONE board game I suck at. But it was worth it if we get to save innocent lives from Saint Vio. ___________________________________________ Harold's POV After I heard the door lock opening I got exited to see those little ponies again and.. ... ... .. I don't know? I didn't know why I was excited but I was certain of one thing they certainly won't die in this hellhole because of us and- My thoughts were interrupted from the door opening revealing the 6 technicolor ponies but I noticed something I didn't before... ... ... .. They had horns and wings and one had a Stetson.. I don't know how I didn't notice before but that doesn't matter anymore what matters more is getting them out of here. After Thirty seconds the ponies finally noticed the door opened and looked in our direction once they looked at us their jaws dropped to the floor from seeing us next to the door. After a minute of them getting their jaws back to where they used to be I made the motion for them to follow us and of course they had confused looks "Uh Harold why are you pointing your.. Limb in the air" Twilight asked very confusedly I facepalmed after realizing they didn't know hand motions "Ugh it means follow me" I said in a half speak half groan way. "Well why didn't you say so" Facepalm again "Fine lets go back to the Militia and figure out why you were on tha-" I was interrupted by a synchronized sound [Thump] [Thump] [Thump] [Thump] I heard that sound for a minute then it stopped finally another sound was present. 'What the fuck is that noise.. it kinda sounds familar kind of like a..oh nonononono-' I was cut off when the sound of a missile launching responded to my thoughts I turned around and was greeted by one of the worst possible sights... ... ... ... ... ... ... .. A M-m-mech. That's right a mech a fucking mech just sitting there blasters warm and launchers ready I said the one Phrase that was used for century's over and over again "Ruuuuuuuuuun!!!" I yelled as all four of us ran in different directions and of course the ponies got confused again but ran with us as soon as the blasters on the mech fired in a non-stop manner. "Hey Derick you got something to get rid of this mech!!" I yelled across the room as loud as I can so he could hear me "Yeah I have an rpg but I only have one rocket!!" He yelled back so I motioned the hand signal for {Give it to me} So I could blast that thing to hell he gave me the rpg and the rocket so that thing could DIAF And DIAF it will. So loaded the rocket and gave that thing a taste of its own medicine [Phoosh] was the sound the rocket made when I shot the rpg and I finally got a dead on shot today since it hit the cockpit of the mech and blasted it to flames once it was over I could see the butter yellow Pegasus shake in fear from so much violence which I can understand from the ponies probably being in a safe environment for all their lives. Once I could stand I went over to it to help it so I tried to pick it up only to be halted from the orange and rainbow colored ponies. "You leave your whatever they are off her!!" The rainbow Pegasus yelled while trying to comfort the butter yellow Pegasus. "Fine I was only trying to get her back to the ship jeeze" I said trying to sound as nice and innocent as possible "And these are called hands and fingers" I said as I showed my hands to them. "Why would you want to bring her back to your ship though to experiment on her!!" She yelled again while backing the apparently female Pegasus with her. "No I wanted to bring her back to the Militia to find a way to bring you all back to where you came from" I replied while pointing to the Militia which was conveniently sitting across the hall. "I agree with Harold I believe that they are our best chance of getting back home alive" Twilight spoke up while walking towards me "If we are to get back to equestria we'll need help from sompony to get home" Twilight said with an egghead tone that could rival Derick's "Ok Twilight if you think so we'll trust them" The rainbow pony Rainbow dash I think her name was replied to Twilight. _______________________________________________ And with that our heroes set off to find a way to the federation and find a way to get The Mane 6 home Will They survive the onslaught ahead will they be destroyed will I ever get my cookie find out next time on Faster Than Friendship Shadowwolf Corp.2013 Chapter Three: The ExplanationFaster Than Friendship Chapter Three: The Explanation _________________________ Ashley's POV After we got these so called "Ponies" Into the Militia I went up to the cockpit to start up The Militia of course that annoying purple pony who wouldn't shut up came into the cockpit and stared in awe at the fine machinery used to run this beast. When the pony finally got her bearings she said to me. "If I may ask what type of equipment do you use to operate this so called "Spaceship"" Twilight asked with a notepad somehow floating in front of her of course I wasn't surprised since the powers of The "Slugs" don't make any sense also. "Why do you wish to know and also shouldn't you be with the other ponies and another thing where did you get that notepad" I replied while looking at the controls for my favorite button. "Well I was just curios to see if Equestria can replicate this technology also I had this notepad with me the entire time" She said while looking at the controls in the cockpit. "Ok but I'm not telling you the equipment used for this ship" I replied as soon as I found the button I was looking for "What!! Why!?" She yelled while giving me a glare. "Well first this is Federation property and second this beauty of a ship is very expensive to make so goodbye" I said while pressing the button I Had my eye on it had the sentence "In case of being annoyed by crew press this button" What it did was simple... It throws crew members and passengers out of the cockpit with a mysterious force. So after Twilight was out of the cockpit I set the ship to its next destination and locked the door. _________________________ Harold's POV Once I was in the Militia I offered the ponies to stay with me in the weapon control room which they gladly accepted so I walked down the halls with the ponies in tow. After about a minute of walking we finally made it to the weapon room where I took my place at the control module. After another minute Twilight sparkle came flying down the hall all the way to my work station so I said montonely "Did you have a nice flight" All she did was glare at me before going back to her friends they were talking about random things like how they got here after ten minutes they all came up to me and the purple one said "If you want to can you tell us why you and those you call Rebel's are at war" I just looked at them and replied truthfully. "If that is what you wish then I will tell you *Ahem* the Rebel's are a group of ex-Federation soldiers that love warfare so they formed a group that loves warfare and nothing more so they started small like all major factions and grew in size every day. So once they were big enough that they were noticeable the Federation tried to put a stop to it but failed so after that A civil war approached between the two factions that we are right now losing and we are the federation's only hope of survival since the data we carry is vital and must not be lost or we will lose the war and the Rebel's will win" After that little story all six of the ponies had their jaw's dropped to the floor. "Also you say you are from a place called Equestria where is it because it is not on any of our star maps?" I asked while politely waiting ____________________ A couple of hours telling of Equestria later "-And that is the history of Equestria" Twilight said While I had my jaw dropped to the fact that these ponies are heroes against the major threats of their nation yet they resolved it without using violence I also hadn't noticed the rest of the crew were here as well. when we all got our jaws where they used to be we all got back to our regular duty's of the ship and ended the day and got ready for the next day. Chapter Four: Day TwoFaster Than Friendship Chapter Four: Day 2 ___________________ Day Two: 0800 Harold's POV After a good rest I feel rejuvenated to know we cheated karma again after the plentiful attacks against us. I'm also happy that we had spare bunk rooms to give to the ponies near the thruster engineer module but Johnson wasn't so happy since he apparently is annoyed by the ponies as much as I'm annoyed by Ashley. After a good stretch I started walking towards the ponies bunk rooms to see how they're doing then I have to head to my station and prepare for our daily routine of traversing the galaxy and fighting the Rebels. On my walk to bunk room 1-c I saw Ashley walking down the hall to the cockpit so I exchanged a bit of small talk on the way. "It was you who threw Twilight down the hall wasn't it?" I asked with a smirk on my face "Yup!" She replied with a goofy grin because that was the five hundredth time she did that. As I continued walking I heard yelling from room 1-c "Rainbow dash stop trying to mess with all the buttons on that we don't know what they do!!" After that sentence I started running hoping one of them doesn't hit THAT BUTTON. After sprinting for thirty seconds I reached the door and slammed it open much to the shock of the ponies. "Nobody and No pony move!!" I yelled as they as froze the one known as "Rainbow dash" tensed up "Step away from the panel" I said as calmly as I can to stop them from pressing the worst button we ever made. ... ... ... ... ... .. The Self destruct button. I don't know why Ashley ever installed that on the ship it was seriously the worst decision she ever made. Worse than the time she was swindled into buying an automated soup machine for Five hundred scrap. They of course calmly walked away from the panel looking at me scared from my loud outburst I just left hoping they won't actually try to press the button again.. When I got back to my station I started maintenance on the weapon generator so that we don't lose weapon power when we're in a battle. I started by of course taking off the armor plate on it that keeps it from being shot during Battle and entered the passcode to check its durability which said it was at eighty seven percent. In a minute I started fixing it up until an explosion was heard at first I thought it was the ponies until an alarm started blaring indicating that we were under attack from intruders I sighed because of how stupid they were because we had an automated defense drone that will chew them up before they get a chance to break a door. Then I heard the ponies screaming so I sprinted towards the room for a second time to see what the problem was. I went in with style this time because I went in laser cooking to find the most horrible sight I could imagine. ... ... ... ... ... .. The ponies were being kept hostage from some Rebels that apparently stowawayed on our ship so I got behind the bed and without warning started blasting as They shot back. First I prepared my rifle for three blasts while taking my pistol and blasting them with the laser setting on "slow and deadly" so I could take them out as fast as I can but just like prison I miss every single shot in the mag so I have to reload thankfully my rifle was charged so I took it and blasted the three shots and got three kills eliminating the intruders on board I was so tired from my power sprint that I passed out seconds after the fight was finished Chapter Four part two: Wake up call Of Wake up callinessChapter Four part two: Wake up call Of Wake up calliness ________________________ Derick's POV Right now alarms were blaring in my work quarters and the door control system used the automated defenses to lock the doors until the threat was dispersed but I was worried for the safety of the ponies because the door control system didn't register them as Crew members or passengers because of how absent minded Ashley is. However Harold's Weapon room doesn't close because he is registered as part of the defense group that protects the inside of the ship. After a few minutes I heard blasting noises nearby and just shrugged it off as Harold's defending the ship against the stowaways but then I heard the faint yelling of Harold so I jumped up and started hacking he door so I could save Harold. After minutes of hacking I hacked the door I set it to the option To let me out whenever I feel like it and so Ashley doesn't prank me with the old lock the door and keep whoever was inside locked up until you feel like releasing them and watching their misery occur while eating ice cream and having the rest of the crew enjoying it as well. I did a good and healthy jog to the thruster control room cause don't want to stretch those hammeys right? After a minute of jogging I looked out the window to see a bunch of rebel ships fighting over who gets to destroy us. "Phh idiots" I said while waving at them tauntingly they responded with the flip of a certain finger and left probably because their assault force probably failed but there's no harm in checking right? After Another small jog I made it to the six ponies "Poni" I resorted to calling them when they're in groups. I got ready to breach by pulling out my laser pistol and making sure the mag is full this time mentally counted down to what could be my probable doom. 'Three Two One goo!!' I yelled mentally as I kicked the door in with a C-4 charge and charged straight though the smoke that emitted from the demolition charge... ... ... ... .. To find that all the Rebel commandos were dead and Harold lying on the ground not moving. I teared up from this "Why why did he have to die!! He was so young but when I said I wanted him gone I didn't mean it literally!!!" I yelled as I cried over Harold's body ignoring the fact that the poni were eying me weirdly.. ... ... ..Then a certain pink pony we all know and love joined the cry fest. "Why Why did he have to die!!! I didn't *Sniffle* even get to *Sniffle* get to throw him a surprise party!!!" Pinkie pie yelled also ignoring the Poni were looking at her weirdly too. But then a Soldier we also all know and love went up so fast he could rival the ultimate sonic rainboom. "Did somebody say surprise party!!! I love surprise parties!!!" Harold yelled While jumping in the air and hugging Pinkie pie "*Gasp* I knew it I knew our tears of sorrow would bring you back to life!!!" I yelled out to him as I ran over and gave him a bone crushing hug to display my happiness but Harold looked annoyed. "Yeah yeah yeah but where's the surprise party and why ain't I surprised" Harold replied with a hint of anger in his voice the Poni shared a giggle at his silliness. "You silly filly I didn't even get a chance to plan it yet...So you have to wait a bit!!" Pinkie said in her usual loud voice. Once again Harold brought out his sad face but I pulled him out of the trance with a slap to the face. "Ow!! Jeez why did you have to do that?" He said with a red mark showing where I slapped him making it look like he has a scar that runs down the right side of his face. After a few minutes of arguing about why I slapped him The Poni finally calmed down and were giggling again at our conversation. "It's for all the times you trapped me in the shield control room!!!" I said "Yeah well That was for all the times you slapped me!!!" He replied "Well I only slapped you because of your idiocity!!" I replied to his repliment "I'm not an idiot!!" He yelled "Yes you are!!" "No I'm not!!!" "Yes you are!!!" "No I'm not!!!" "Yes you are!!" "No I'm not!!!" "Yes you are!!!" "No I'm not!!!" "Yes you are!!" "Yes I am!!!" "No you aren't!!!" I gave them a stern glaring to While trying to walk back to the shield control room only to trip because of Ashley who somehow got here while we were arguing about the whole getting slapped thing and so I fell to the cold metallic floor and felt a jolt of pain go through me when I hit the ground and it felt like I fell into the orbit of a planet that was having a volcanic attack. I groaned out in pain and tried to stand up only to see Ashley sitting on me like a chair Then that damned Pinkie came out of nowhere and sat on me too. "Oh cool is he part chair I always wanted a pet that was part chair!!" Pinkie yelled excitedly as the extra weight caused me to fall and literally taste the floor so fast that she knocked me out. _____________________________________________________________ Johnson's POV for once I was just standing in the sensor room making sure all nearby lifeforms were friendly or not but a small bleep popped as friendly and considering the one thousand hostile entity's I took the chance to go and tell the others about the friendly entity considering we need all the help we can get I'll take the chance. After a good walk to make sure my motion rotors are working fine I went to my max speed of zero point five miles an hour to the room of the Poni Derick considered on calling them that so I changed my speech pattern and headed to the poni and crews location. Chapter five 1/2: The small conversationFaster Than Friendship Chapter five: New arrival _____________________________________ Nobody/ponies POV After the engi unit designated as Johnson made his way over to the poni's room he saw Ashley sitting on top of Derick and Harold demanding A party. "I want my party and I want it now!!" Harold yelled as he jumped up and down like a child would do when they want something badly. as Harold continued whining Johnson Turned to face Ashley as she was the only human not crying or unconscious or else Johnson would have probably chosen Derick since he's the only Responsible human on this crew. "Johnson unit active course of action: upload data file to gunnery sergeant Ashley Ramirez Captain of the Militia" Johnson said with no emotion where as the ponies were quite scared of seeing a robot on the ship well except rainbow dash Cause she's pure awesome 'hey who hacked my story and put that! DINKLEBERG!!' Well let's continue with the story shall we not? As Ashley was reading the data file she went up to the soup dispenser and got a healthy bowl of chicken noodle And took a sip just to do a spit take on Derick. "Well what are we waiting for lets go!!" She yelled enthusticly as she ran back to the cockpit which coincidentally was when Derick decided to wake up "Aw Fuck!! That's hot!!" Derick said as a faint 'bow chicka bow wow' was heard somewhere. "uhh what the hell was that and more importantly who was that?" Harold said as he stopped whining and looked around the room whereas the poni just shrugged And all went to get some soup *sigh* healthy healthy soup Anyway POV change. _________________________ Ashley's POV I am so exited for the chance of a new recruit because this crew is like one big fami-oof' Ashley thought as she tripped over a space rock and tasted the floor and let me tell you It did not taste good! Derick asked over the radio as Ashley was using a sponge to get that awful taste out of her mouth "Not now D-" Ashley was cut off by Derick yelling "Now you know how I feel!!" After that Derick went silent so Ashley continued her journey to the cockpit and give Derick a stern messing with. After minutes of walking she made it to the cockpit and set their next course and pressed a button that said and I quote 'Incase of Derick becoming annoying press button' which does a horrible and cruel prank to Derick.after a minute a faint 'aagghh Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu' Was heard then a minute later a 'uuuuuccckkk!!! You Ashley' was heard. ____________________________________ Harold's POV After my little outburst about the party I just resorted to going back to the WCR and monitor the sector for movement and that friendly dot Ashley was talking about. When the ship went into hyper space I felt the familiar tingling in my stomach since I'm still not used To the hyper drive effects since every time we went to hyper space I vomited after we exited it even when I was asleep I vomited after we exited it. Once we got in position to the entity I looked out the window to find a giant space station That looked abandoned since chunks of metal were floating in the middle of space and the bodies were a big giveaway as well. "What the..." Was all I could manage to say at the heartbreaking image. What I didn't notice was that the ponies were with me. "Who.. who could have done this" Was all rainbow dash could say before welling into tears the rest of the ponies following suit. I looked at them with fire in my eyes. "The rebel's" I said darkly while grabbing my laser rifle and preparing my gear. "W-where are you going?" Rarity said with tear welled eyes as I neared the air lock wearing a standard issue soldier space suit "Out" After that statement I jumped out the nearest airlock ready to find out the cause of this horrible accident And destroy it. Chapter five 2/2: ever so way inside the stationFaster Than Friendship Chapter Five 2/2 Before AN 1:I hated writing this chapter but the only reason I published this is because I promised a long chapter ______________________________ Harold's POV As I was floating in space I thought I saw the poni look at me jaws dropped on how I just jumped out of the ship and into the void of space unharmed. When I could finally move around I started floating to a nearby ship wreckage and started looking for a way inside. (What!? The ship doesn't pay for itself you know!!) After a few minutes of searching I spotted a small hole so I did what every other Scavenger would do...Blow it up...I got one of my grenades ready and chucked it through the little hole. little did I know that The grenade would come back at me..I screamed like a little girl and floated away to the station hoping the grenade wouldn't follow me. After a couple minutes of playing cat and mouse I made it the the station and pressed the button to open the hangar bay doors That was coincidentally outside the station. "Thanks now we can get the friendly out of there more easily" Stated Ashley as the creaking of our rusty assault ship starting to move was heard then a minute later it was seen entering the station with a Soldier following behind. ____________ Nobody\pony POV After thirty minutes the Militia was parked in a ship depot ready for action when the time comes. "What in blazing hells made you take a half hour to park?" Harold asked while looking at the now clean Militia "Well I wasn't going to waste all the free offers here now would I?" Ashley replied while wearing a new Pilot's suit. "And besides there were free suits for all four of us for being federal personnel" She stated while showing the crew their new armor which Harold was drooling over his. Derick looked at his and personally liked it since it was a Combat engineering suit made for shield-men and engineers Johnson an Advanced engi suit made for engi commandos and support soldiers. After a minute of dressing up in their new wear they looked badass as the poni came out of the cruiser to look frightened at our new Appearance. "Aaahhhh Reapers!!" Pinkie yelled as she got some armor that had the initials N7 as she took a glowing weapon and shot at them like heck. "Hey hey hey oy don't shoot at me do you know how long it took to get my hair this way!?" Harold yelled as he took off his helmet and started fixing his hair. "Oh hey Harold!! Why are you next to the Reapers?" Pinkie asked as she looked at him and then looked at the rest of the crew. "We're right here Pinkie and we're not these 'reapers' you think of" Derick said as he took of his helmet with the rest of the crew following sweet. "Besides this gear is only made for trips outside the Militia not space explorations" Ashley stated as she walked back up the ramp to the Militia. "If you need me I'll moniter you through the Militia to find your way to whatever is here" Ashley said while closing the door and starting up the radar systems and after a minute of waiting The radar started to work showing all nearby Allies and threats in the vicinity. "What..?ok guys be careful the radar is jammed or something cause I can't seem to get it working right but thankfully that entity is still there with it's location" Ashley said as Harold took the first step towards the next room. "Why don't you fix it then? you took the basic engineering class while in training didn't you?" Derick questioned Ashley as he couldn't see it but she was blushing lightly "I may have *Unintelligeble murmuring*" "What was that?" "I said I might have *Murmur" "What?" "She said that she fell asleep that in class if that's okay with you" Replied fluttershy as she was cooing Ashley with the latter fell asleep in the cockpit snoring lightly...That is until Harold screamed that is. "Aaagghh!!" He yelled as the group heard laser shots in the other room "What happened!?" Screeched Twilight as the gunshots slowly died down. "I don't know but whatever happened took Harold with it" Said Derick as he opened the door only to find Harold missing and the floor leading to the door missing as well. "What!? Nononono this can't be happening why!!!?" Yelled Ashley as Derick inspected the room better "He still owed me twenty scrap!" Ashley said with the poni looking down in sorrow the orange one putting her hat down to her chest. "Wait Ash I think Harold didn't die but instead fell" Derick said as he looked down the broken part of the floor. "What do you mean?" Ashley asked as the poni looked at him curiously "I mean his body isn't here so obviously he either fell...or is a wizard" Derick replied with a scared tone since he is afraid of mystical beings. "Do you need me to look under your bed sweety" Mocked Ashley as she put on a fake motherly tone "How about you let me grab my gun then lets see who's mocking?" Derick replied as he jumped "See ya!" He yelled as he fell down the bottomless void and possibly to his death. "Oh well nice knowing ya!" Replied Ashley as she walked back to the ship. "Uhh shouldn't we go with em to make sure he's safe?" Questioned Applejack as all of the poni agreed. "Nope besides I have to monitor the radar and make sure it works anyway" Ashley replied. _________ Location: Unknown time: unknown Derick's POV "Uhhg" I groaned as I got up "Note to self, never do another suicide mission as long as I live" I said as I got onto my feet... "Fuck!" ...Just to fall back down again meaning either two things. One: I could have disabled my legs by unlocking super-human abilities or Two: Broke my legs. "Well it's obvious that I broke them considering I don't have super strength or speed since I'm already smart" I said as I crawled across whatever room I landed in hoping to find something to balance myself on so I can get a good look at My surroundings. After countless minutes of stumbling in the dark I found a small metal post I could lean on which I failed to get into a comfortable Position since I can't maneuver with a broken leg but I at least found some broken metal I was able to use to balance myself. I was able to get moving around after arguing with myself deciding whether or not to have decorations but decided against it considering My situation right now. "Alright now time to find Harold and find a way out. *Fumbles with comslink* Ashley are you there I found where Harold landed But I need the sensor array to find my way to him do you respond?" After I said that I found my laser pistol and used my helmet's flashlight to find my way about. "Oh what the...Jesus!" I said because as soon as I turned on my flashlight blood was everywhere along with a breach in the wall. "Entering vacuum" The computer in my helmet said as I started walking towards the door hoping that I could get out of here as fast as possible. Also failing to walk and stumbling over dead corpses in the process. "Warning five minutes of air remaining" The voice warned as I neared the hole in the wall which also housed next to it a control panel for life support. "Let's see...okay the blue wire goes.. there and the green one there" I said to myself as the ventilation turned on slowly and with dust coming out like crazy. "WARNING! CONTAMINATION BREACH IMINENT!! PLEASE FIND IMMIEDIATE ASSISTANCE OR RESISDANCE FOR THIS LOCKDOWN!" A voice boomed as the ventilation turned off and the doors locked down slowly "Fuck!" I said as I ran like hell for the door hoping I make it to see another day (And it's only day two for god's sake.!) After doing another power sprint I made it to the door as it was only a couple feet open and did a slide right through it At the last second. When I got through I was literally out of breath and my heart was beating like a machine gun laser since I was almost locked out And suffocated in there. "*Gasp x three* *Deep breath*" "Jeez I got out just fine but seriously your outta breath because of a five minute lockdown that was just making sure you were in stable condition You must be either a quick thinker or an idiot and you have a higher IQ than me" Harold's ever so not forgettable voiced boomed over what seemed to be an old fashioned intercom. "*Gasp* I *Gasp* hate you" I said as I limped my ever so way to the map to see where he is so I can give him the beating of a lifetime. Quick noteI will be re-writing this story from scratch because after re-reading it from boredness I was surprised it was even liked, I will keep all the chapters up until I release a re-written version of chapter one which I will then delete all the chapters and start over. Another reason was because I did not want to write the story like this since it's just another bland crossover practically. "Rebel prison" Came a suddenly familiar voice Harold turned around and was greeted With the sight of Derick. "Derick? What are we doing in a prison cell?" Asked confused as to why Derick said that Then he remembered the rest of the sentence. But before he had a chance to speak Derick Interrupted him. "We were captured by the Rebel's by staying in one place too long By the way why were there talking horses aboard the Militia I never remembered taking them aboard the ship?" Derick replied confusedly thanks to seeing the horses aboard the Militia "I brought them aboard they were aboard the abandoned Pirate ship so I took them to the Militia when You said we were under attack" Harold finished this statement Then a prison guard came by. No talking you are being judged whether or not you will be executed" The guard said with a harsh tone. After silently staring at the guard for a minute Harold And Derick got bored but one question was on Harold's mind. "Where are the ponies and our crew members are they safe if they aren't I swear you will wish you were in he-" Harold was cut off from his threat when he was electrocuted. He gave a painful scream and fell to the floor breathing heavily. "No threatening the guards" The guard stated as he walked away. "Don't worry Harold I have an escape plan" Derick whispered to Harold. "What is it?" Harold asked Derick. "I'll keep it a secret till the times right for now we wait" Derick replied to Harold. "Alright but we better save the ponies they don't deserve to die in this hellhole" Harold stated.

The crew on the Militia was a group of four. First there was Ashley She was the pilot of the crew in charge of making them not crash and die Her background states that she was an ex-pilot of the Rebels Because she found out that they were the bad guys. Then there was Harold he was the gun-master since he has experience as a gunner making him The most accurate bunch of the group His background states he was part Of the S. S. Shepard Which was a merchant ship Until it was destroyed by the Rebel Flagship. He then was founded then assisted by the federation then joined it so he could repay the favor Of saving his life. And then there was Derick he is the Militia's Shield-man since he is a tech genius His background states he was a Shield-man of the federation-flagship T.D.S Minuda Until they were attacked by the mantis and forced to enter a nebula with A thunderstorm so they lost all power to their systems Where he was forced to evacuate with the rest of the crew to a nearby desert planet With no lifeforms where they were trapped and one by one died until a federation rescue ship gave the Surviving members supplies and new ships to man. Finally there was Johnson an Engi that was found deactivated on an empty cargo freighter That sold crew members thanks to Derick's engineering tech he was able to revive Johnson And program him to full functionality where he was then appointed to be the thruster engineer. They were right now flying through an asteroid field On their regular quest to explore the galaxy and report to the federation. _____________________________________________________________________ "Yo anything on scanners yet Derick?" Asked Ashley with her usual impatient attitude. "For the Twenty Fith time No!!" Yelled Derrick getting annoyed by Ashley. Chapter One: meeting the poniesFaster than Friendship Chapter 1:Meet The Ponies _________________________________________________________________ The Militia's POV Harold and Ashley had their jaw's dropped at seeing what they Least expected "Hey Ash" Harold called to Ashley. "Yes Harold?" Ashley asked with curiosity jaw still dropped at the sight of tecnicolored ponies. "Is it just me or are their colorful horses in front of us" Harold asked confused as to why ponies are in front of them "Hey we have names you know" One of the horses... ... ... .. Talked "DI-did it just talked?" Ashley asked having her jaw hit the ground...twice No literally her jaw hit the ground went back up then hit the ground again. "Stop talking like we can't understand you!!" A pony spoke and then Ashley and Harold noticed... ... ... ... .. They all were different colors. "Ok horses-" "Ponies" A purple horse stood up correcting Harold "Ok ponies one question why are you on an abandoned pirate ship I thought Merchant ships sold creatures like you?" Harold asked still trying to piece together why they are on a pirate ship And more importantly why they could talk. "To be honest I don't perfectly know myself and also how is this a pirate ship it's not on the water?" The purple horse replied to the duo. "Of course this isn't a pirate ship this isn't the medieval age this is a space pirate ship" Harold told the ponies but they looked at him confusedly. "B-but how could you achieve going into space we're still researching the mechanisms for the mechanical carriage" Twilight asked in disbelieve. 'How could the people that had them not have modern technology that's impossible unless they Were from another universe' Harold thought. The voice of Derick then boomed though the radio "Harold Ashley what's taking too long we have hostiles inbound" Then the sound of an explosion came through the radio "Come on ponies get back to our ship we have enemies inbound you can question us later" Harold said while opening the airlock. The ponies were hesitating but an explosion on the ship caused them to run through the door. 'Man I hope these ponies are worth it' Harold thought as he walked back to the Militia. _____________________________________________________________ One trip back to the Militia later All the ponies were aboard the Militia and Harold only had one question left "What are your names" Harold asked as they were getting their breath back from their power sprint "Well my name is Twilight sparkle" The purple pony named Twilight sparkle said. She pointed to the orange pony and rainbow colored pony. "That's Applejack and Rainbow dash" She pointed to the snow white and butter yellow ponies. "And that's rarity and fluttershy so what about you?" She questioned Harold "I'm Harold and She's Ashley the one talking on the radio was Derick and somewhere on the ship is Johnson" Harold answered The radio blared again "Harold,Ashley get to your battle stations a fleet of rebels found us!!!" Derick yelled though the radio Harold got up as well as Ashley. "Looks like we're going to have to postpone our conversation again the ship's under attack Harold said "What!!! From who!!?" Twilight yelled as she walked to Harold "The rebel's their people we're at war with so just stay here you'll be safe" Harold replied as he ran to his station without hearing the response from Twilight. As he ran he took glances out the windows to see indeed there was a fleet of Rebel ship's getting ready to fire their lasers. As soon as he got to his station he saw that The rebel's shut down the weapon systems to half functionality. Then a bright flash came and knocked him out.
Chapter Two part Two: Jail BreakFaster Than Friendship Chapter part two: Jail Break _______________________________________________________________________ Derick's POV After a few days in prison the guards finally came to the decision to execute us. But what they don't know is that the Execution is where my plan can begin. "Psst Harold" I said to the sleepy Harold still drowsy after his thirty seventh tase today. "Ugh what Derick can't you see I'm busy trying To be knocked out" Harold groaned out in response. "Well fine if you don't want to escape this hellhole with Your friends" As soon as I said that he was up faster than Mach 1. "What's the plan?" Harold asked "I'll tell you after we're freed i already have the Equipment needed to get free" I replied to Harold He seemed to look to the ground in sadness after I said that. "Fine but you better tell me soon I don't want to be left in the dark" Harold Said with hostility in his voice. Soon after a guard came next to the cell so I got to my feet and went next to the cell bars And saw the keys so I did what every prisoner would do I took the keys and snapped the guard's neck. "Ok plans in motion now" I said to Harold he looked at me surprised "Wow that was fast what's the plan then?" Harold asked me with pure curiosity "Plan's simple grab the guard's blaster and get Ash and Johnson and get out of here in the Militia" I said as I grabbed the guards digital Holo map I took a good look at it and apparently we're In Saint Via The most dangerous Federation prison in the universe of course that was enough of a reason to be the first base captured by the Rebel's. I saw Harold checking the blasters heat mag before loading the gun. "Ready to go when you are" Harold said with an enthusiastic voice "Alright lets get going" And with that we set off to cell block A2-55c Where supposedly Ashley is being held _____________________________________________________________ Harold's POV After we set off I had a question just bugging in my mind "Hey Derick where does the holo map say the ponies are being held" I asked purely curious as to where in the 7 hells are they "Why would you even care for them it isn't like there the saving grace of the galaxies" Derick replied as nicely as possible but that didn't stop my blood from boiling "What do you mean why shouldn't we save them it's our god forsaking job to protect the innocent!!!" I yelled out of pure rage but I think a little too loud as a squad of Rebel soldiers started to charge at us blasters ready. "Well Fuck you got a good point there" Derick said as I shot left and right hoping to get to the ponies in time but of course karma wouldn't have it because a Platoon of guards came at us batons and blasters ready. I reloaded my blaster and started firing at the Platoon hoping to get the chance to escape. Of course karma decided to be a bitch again as all my blasts missed their targets. "God damn it this pistol's defective!!!" I yelled to the pistol as Derick grabbed it out of my hands. "Let me see" He said as he aimed the pistol and shot three times the light of the beam burning off the bangs off my hair But for some reason all his shots hit their marks and three guards went down without a struggle and of course being the cocky bitch he is Derick smirked victoriously "Wow I'm a better shot than the so called weapons expert I think I can die happy now" He said in a cocky tone to support his smirk. "Just shut the hell up and find us an alternative way to the cell block" I said as I took the blaster and loaded up one of the 2 spare clips I have for it See here's the thing these blaster mags use advanced technology to use heat shells and thanks to that we can use cooling modules to reuse the shells again. "Found us a new route from this intel if we go back there's a checkpoint leading to all other cell blocks if we kill all the guards there I can hack the checkpoint and use the teleporter there to get us to Ashley's cell" Derick said in a very smart tone I have to admit sometimes he's annoying with his eggheadish tone but he's very valuable to the mission. After we started running we lost sight of the Rebel soldiers quickly probably because they were tending to the wounded giving us the opportunity we needed. After a few minutes we came across a small box and being the scavenger I was I took a look inside What I saw surprised me. there was a rifle with five mags sitting there along with a couple of medkits and a star chart I took them along with me and loaded the rifle and gave the pistol to Derick. "Thanks I needed a weapon anyway also I have some new information if what I got from their database is true Johnson and Ashley and your little pony friends are in the same cell block as well as some federal soldiers from the S.S Galavur that will probably willingly join our crew and assist us with our mission" Derick said in an informative voice as we neared the checkpoint. As soon as we got there it was surprisingly empty so Derick got to work while I just sat in a corner waiting for Derick to hack the teleporter after ten minutes he finally hacked it and sent in the cordinates so we got into the teleporter and waited. ______________________________________________________ A few minutes of waiting later We were finally in the cell block after the forever taking render speed of the teleporter but something inside me snapped when we got there and saw a miserable sight... ... ... ... ... .. A wall of soon to be executed Federation soldiers after what inside me snapped I went into a rage And started killing the Rebel Soldiers one by one. When they saw me kill up to ten guards in a minute they all got so scared that the prisoners broke free and started a riot. Within four minutes I saw Ashley with Johnson taking blasters and rushing over to us. "Ready when you are" Was all Ashley said as we rushed to help get the ponies free but after we started running an army of guards took cover in front of us to prepare to defend the cell to the last man I smirked at their formation and charged in head on and started the battle where they were in a lose-lose situation if they stayed and fought they died but if they ran they would lose the prison to us. As I cut though the guards one by one I finally made it to where I want to. Twilight and all her friends jail cells
Chapter Two part Three: EscapeFaster Than Friendship Part 3: The Escape ______________________________________________________ Derick's POV After we got to the holding cell Ashley and Johnson used blasters to hold off the Rebel soldiers long enough for the ponies to get out. When Harold tried opening the cell door but he figured out the door was locked so he turned to me and said. "Hey Derick now would be a good time for the equipment you promised" After he said that I dropped a backpack I carried along with me and searched inside. I thanked god all the gear was still there the gear I had was simple, One hacking device to hack doors and enemy systems, 3 demolition charges in case the door controls break and need to be manually opened, and last but not least the weapon god made for humanity an... ... ... .. Rpg... That's right boy an rpg don't know why we'd need an rpg but we have it hard to believe such a low tech weapon such as that could pack such a punch but enough talking we have to get back to the story. I grabbed the hacker and started a hacking sequence on the door. ___________________________________________ Two an a half minutes of hacking later Finally I got the door open after the weird locking sequence I don't know why but the sequence was playing a small game of chess the ONE board game I suck at. I don't know? I didn't know why I was excited but I was certain of one thing they certainly won't die in this hellhole because of us and- My thoughts were interrupted from the door opening revealing the 6 technicolor ponies but I noticed something I didn't before... ... ... .. They had horns and wings and one had a Stetson.. I don't know how I didn't notice before but that doesn't matter anymore what matters more is getting them out of here. After Thirty seconds the ponies finally noticed the door opened and looked in our direction once they looked at us their jaws dropped to the floor from seeing us next to the door. After a minute of them getting their jaws back to where they used to be I made the motion for them to follow us and of course they had confused looks "Uh Harold why are you pointing your.. Limb in the air" Twilight asked very confusedly I facepalmed after realizing they didn't know hand motions "Ugh it means follow me" I said in a half speak half groan way. "Well why didn't you say so" Facepalm again "Fine lets go back to the Militia and figure out why you were on tha-" I was interrupted by a synchronized sound [Thump] [Thump] [Thump] [Thump] I heard that sound for a minute then it stopped finally another sound was present. 'What the fuck is that noise.. it kinda sounds familar kind of like a..oh nonononono-' I was cut off when the sound of a missile launching responded to my thoughts I turned around and was greeted by one of the worst possible sights... ... ... ... ... ... ... .. A M-m-mech. That's right a mech a fucking mech just sitting there blasters warm and launchers ready I said the one Phrase that was used for century's over and over again "Ruuuuuuuuuun!!!" I yelled as all four of us ran in different directions and of course the ponies got confused again but ran with us as soon as the blasters on the mech fired in a non-stop manner. "Hey Derick you got something to get rid of this mech!!" I yelled across the room as loud as I can so he could hear me "Yeah I have an rpg but I only have one rocket!!" He yelled back so I motioned the hand signal for {Give it to me} So I could blast that thing to hell he gave me the rpg and the rocket so that thing could DIAF And DIAF it will. So loaded the rocket and gave that thing a taste of its own medicine [Phoosh] was the sound the rocket made when I shot the rpg and I finally got a dead on shot today since it hit the cockpit of the mech and blasted it to flames once it was over I could see the butter yellow Pegasus shake in fear from so much violence which I can understand from the ponies probably being in a safe environment for all their lives. Once I could stand I went over to it to help it so I tried to pick it up only to be halted from the orange and rainbow colored ponies. "You leave your whatever they are off her!!" The rainbow Pegasus yelled while trying to comfort the butter yellow Pegasus. "Fine I was only trying to get her back to the ship jeeze" I said trying to sound as nice and innocent as possible "And these are called hands and fingers" I said as I showed my hands to them. "Why would you want to bring her back to your ship though to experiment on her!!" She yelled again while backing the apparently female Pegasus with her. "No I wanted to bring her back to the Militia to find a way to bring you all back to where you came from" I replied while pointing to the Militia which was conveniently sitting across the hall. "I agree with Harold I believe that they are our best chance of getting back home alive" Twilight spoke up while walking towards me "If we are to get back to equestria we'll need help from sompony to get home" Twilight said with an egghead tone that could rival Derick's "Ok Twilight if you think so we'll trust them" The rainbow pony Rainbow dash I think her name was replied to Twilight. _______________________________________________ And with that our heroes set off to find a way to the federation and find a way to get The Mane 6 home Will They survive the onslaught ahead will they be destroyed will I ever get my cookie find out next time on Faster Than Friendship Shadowwolf Corp.2013
Chapter Three: The ExplanationFaster Than Friendship Chapter Three: The Explanation _________________________ Ashley's POV After we got these so called "Ponies" Into the Militia I went up to the cockpit to start up The Militia of course that annoying purple pony who wouldn't shut up came into the cockpit and stared in awe at the fine machinery used to run this beast. When the pony finally got her bearings she said to me. "If I may ask what type of equipment do you use to operate this so called "Spaceship"" Twilight asked with a notepad somehow floating in front of her of course I wasn't surprised since the powers of The "Slugs" don't make any sense also. "Why do you wish to know and also shouldn't you be with the other ponies and another thing where did you get that notepad" I replied while looking at the controls for my favorite button. "Well I was just curios to see if Equestria can replicate this technology also I had this notepad with me the entire time" She said while looking at the controls in the cockpit. "Ok but I'm not telling you the equipment used for this ship" I replied as soon as I found the button I was looking for "What!! Why!?" She yelled while giving me a glare. "Well first this is Federation property and second this beauty of a ship is very expensive to make so goodbye" I said while pressing the button I Had my eye on it had the sentence "In case of being annoyed by crew press this button" What it did was simple... It throws crew members and passengers out of the cockpit with a mysterious force. So after Twilight was out of the cockpit I set the ship to its next destination and locked the door. _________________________ Harold's POV Once I was in the Militia I offered the ponies to stay with me in the weapon control room which they gladly accepted so I walked down the halls with the ponies in tow. After about a minute of walking we finally made it to the weapon room where I took my place at the control module. After another minute Twilight sparkle came flying down the hall all the way to my work station so I said montonely "Did you have a nice flight" All she did was glare at me before going back to her friends they were talking about random things like how they got here after ten minutes they all came up to me and the purple one said "If you want to can you tell us why you and those you call Rebel's are at war" I just looked at them and replied truthfully. "If that is what you wish then I will tell you *Ahem* the Rebel's are a group of ex-Federation soldiers that love warfare so they formed a group that loves warfare and nothing more so they started small like all major factions and grew in size every day. So once they were big enough that they were noticeable the Federation tried to put a stop to it but failed so after that A civil war approached between the two factions that we are right now losing and we are the federation's only hope of survival since the data we carry is vital and must not be lost or we will lose the war and the Rebel's will win" After that little story all six of the ponies had their jaw's dropped to the floor. "Also you say you are from a place called Equestria where is it because it is not on any of our star maps?" I asked while politely waiting ____________________ A couple of hours telling of Equestria later "-And that is the history of Equestria" Twilight said While I had my jaw dropped to the fact that these ponies are heroes against the major threats of their nation yet they resolved it without using violence I also hadn't noticed the rest of the crew were here as well. when we all got our jaws where they used to be we all got back to our regular duty's of the ship and ended the day and got ready for the next day.
Chapter Four: Day TwoFaster Than Friendship Chapter Four: Day 2 ___________________ Day Two: 0800 Harold's POV After a good rest I feel rejuvenated to know we cheated karma again after the plentiful attacks against us. I'm also happy that we had spare bunk rooms to give to the ponies near the thruster engineer module but Johnson wasn't so happy since he apparently is annoyed by the ponies as much as I'm annoyed by Ashley. After a good stretch I started walking towards the ponies bunk rooms to see how they're doing then I have to head to my station and prepare for our daily routine of traversing the galaxy and fighting the Rebels. On my walk to bunk room 1-c I saw Ashley walking down the hall to the cockpit so I exchanged a bit of small talk on the way. "It was you who threw Twilight down the hall wasn't it?" I asked with a smirk on my face "Yup!" She replied with a goofy grin because that was the five hundredth time she did that. As I continued walking I heard yelling from room 1-c "Rainbow dash stop trying to mess with all the buttons on that we don't know what they do!!" After that sentence I started running hoping one of them doesn't hit THAT BUTTON. After sprinting for thirty seconds I reached the door and slammed it open much to the shock of the ponies. "Nobody and No pony move!!" I yelled as they as froze the one known as "Rainbow dash" tensed up "Step away from the panel" I said as calmly as I can to stop them from pressing the worst button we ever made. ... ... ... ... ... .. The Self destruct button. I don't know why Ashley ever installed that on the ship it was seriously the worst decision she ever made. Worse than the time she was swindled into buying an automated soup machine for Five hundred scrap. They of course calmly walked away from the panel looking at me scared from my loud outburst I just left hoping they won't actually try to press the button again.. When I got back to my station I started maintenance on the weapon generator so that we don't lose weapon power when we're in a battle. I started by of course taking off the armor plate on it that keeps it from being shot during Battle and entered the passcode to check its durability which said it was at eighty seven percent. In a minute I started fixing it up until an explosion was heard at first I thought it was the ponies until an alarm started blaring indicating that we were under attack from intruders I sighed because of how stupid they were because we had an automated defense drone that will chew them up before they get a chance to break a door. Then I heard the ponies screaming so I sprinted towards the room for a second time to see what the problem was. I went in with style this time because I went in laser cooking to find the most horrible sight I could imagine. ... ... ... ... ... .. The ponies were being kept hostage from some Rebels that apparently stowawayed on our ship so I got behind the bed and without warning started blasting as They shot back. First I prepared my rifle for three blasts while taking my pistol and blasting them with the laser setting on "slow and deadly" so I could take them out as fast as I can but just like prison I miss every single shot in the mag so I have to reload thankfully my rifle was charged so I took it and blasted the three shots and got three kills eliminating the intruders on board I was so tired from my power sprint that I passed out seconds after the fight was finished
Chapter Four part two: Wake up call Of Wake up callinessChapter Four part two: Wake up call Of Wake up calliness ________________________ Derick's POV Right now alarms were blaring in my work quarters and the door control system used the automated defenses to lock the doors until the threat was dispersed but I was worried for the safety of the ponies because the door control system didn't register them as Crew members or passengers because of how absent minded Ashley is. However Harold's Weapon room doesn't close because he is registered as part of the defense group that protects the inside of the ship. After a few minutes I heard blasting noises nearby and just shrugged it off as Harold's defending the ship against the stowaways but then I heard the faint yelling of Harold so I jumped up and started hacking he door so I could save Harold. After minutes of hacking I hacked the door I set it to the option To let me out whenever I feel like it and so Ashley doesn't prank me with the old lock the door and keep whoever was inside locked up until you feel like releasing them and watching their misery occur while eating ice cream and having the rest of the crew enjoying it as well. I did a good and healthy jog to the thruster control room cause don't want to stretch those hammeys right? After a minute of jogging I looked out the window to see a bunch of rebel ships fighting over who gets to destroy us. "Phh idiots" I said while waving at them tauntingly they responded with the flip of a certain finger and left probably because their assault force probably failed but there's no harm in checking right? After Another small jog I made it to the six ponies "Poni" I resorted to calling them when they're in groups. I got ready to breach by pulling out my laser pistol and making sure the mag is full this time mentally counted down to what could be my probable doom. 'Three Two One goo!!' I yelled mentally as I kicked the door in with a C-4 charge and charged straight though the smoke that emitted from the demolition charge... ... ... ... .. To find that all the Rebel commandos were dead and Harold lying on the ground not moving. I teared up from this "Why why did he have to die!! He was so young but when I said I wanted him gone I didn't mean it literally!!!" I yelled as I cried over Harold's body ignoring the fact that the poni were eying me weirdly.. ... ... ..Then a certain pink pony we all know and love joined the cry fest. "Why Why did he have to die!!! I didn't *Sniffle* even get to *Sniffle* get to throw him a surprise party!!!" Pinkie pie yelled also ignoring the Poni were looking at her weirdly too. But then a Soldier we also all know and love went up so fast he could rival the ultimate sonic rainboom. "Did somebody say surprise party!!! I love surprise parties!!!" Harold yelled While jumping in the air and hugging Pinkie pie "*Gasp* I knew it I knew our tears of sorrow would bring you back to life!!!" I yelled out to him as I ran over and gave him a bone crushing hug to display my happiness but Harold looked annoyed. "Yeah yeah yeah but where's the surprise party and why ain't I surprised" Harold replied with a hint of anger in his voice the Poni shared a giggle at his silliness. "You silly filly I didn't even get a chance to plan it yet...So you have to wait a bit!!" Pinkie said in her usual loud voice. Once again Harold brought out his sad face but I pulled him out of the trance with a slap to the face. "Ow!! Jeez why did you have to do that?" He said with a red mark showing where I slapped him making it look like he has a scar that runs down the right side of his face. After a few minutes of arguing about why I slapped him The Poni finally calmed down and were giggling again at our conversation. "It's for all the times you trapped me in the shield control room!!!" I said "Yeah well That was for all the times you slapped me!!!" He replied "Well I only slapped you because of your idiocity!!" I replied to his repliment "I'm not an idiot!!" He yelled "Yes you are!!" "No I'm not!!!" "Yes you are!!!" "No I'm not!!!" "Yes you are!!" "No I'm not!!!" "Yes you are!!!" "No I'm not!!!" "Yes you are!!" "Yes I am!!!" "No you aren't!!!" "Yes I am!!!" "No you aren't!!!" "Yes I am!!!" "No you aren't an idiot and that's final!!!" "Okay!!" ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... .. "Wait what?" The poni were dying because of laughter At how I just got swindled to that stupid joke Harold used. I gave them a stern glaring to While trying to walk back to the shield control room only to trip because of Ashley who somehow got here while we were arguing about the whole getting slapped thing and so I fell to the cold metallic floor and felt a jolt of pain go through me when I hit the ground and it felt like I fell into the orbit of a planet that was having a volcanic attack. I groaned out in pain and tried to stand up only to see Ashley sitting on me like a chair Then that damned Pinkie came out of nowhere and sat on me too. "Oh cool is he part chair I always wanted a pet that was part chair!!" Pinkie yelled excitedly as the extra weight caused me to fall and literally taste the floor so fast that she knocked me out. _____________________________________________________________ Johnson's POV for once I was just standing in the sensor room making sure all nearby lifeforms were friendly or not but a small bleep popped as friendly and considering the one thousand hostile entity's I took the chance to go and tell the others about the friendly entity considering we need all the help we can get I'll take the chance. After a good walk to make sure my motion rotors are working fine I went to my max speed of zero point five miles an hour to the room of the Poni Derick considered on calling them that so I changed my speech pattern and headed to the poni and crews location.
Chapter five 1/2: The small conversationFaster Than Friendship Chapter five: New arrival _____________________________________ Nobody/ponies POV After the engi unit designated as Johnson made his way over to the poni's room he saw Ashley sitting on top of Derick and Harold demanding A party. "I want my party and I want it now!!" Harold yelled as he jumped up and down like a child would do when they want something badly. as Harold continued whining Johnson Turned to face Ashley as she was the only human not crying or unconscious or else Johnson would have probably chosen Derick since he's the only Responsible human on this crew. "Johnson unit active course of action: upload data file to gunnery sergeant Ashley Ramirez Captain of the Militia" Johnson said with no emotion where as the ponies were quite scared of seeing a robot on the ship well except rainbow dash Cause she's pure awesome 'hey who hacked my story and put that! DINKLEBERG!!' Well let's continue with the story shall we not? As Ashley was reading the data file she went up to the soup dispenser and got a healthy bowl of chicken noodle And took a sip just to do a spit take on Derick. "Well what are we waiting for lets go!!" She yelled enthusticly as she ran back to the cockpit which coincidentally was when Derick decided to wake up "Aw Fuck!! That's hot!!" Derick said as a faint 'bow chicka bow wow' was heard somewhere. "uhh what the hell was that and more importantly who was that?" Harold said as he stopped whining and looked around the room whereas the poni just shrugged And all went to get some soup *sigh* healthy healthy soup Anyway POV change. _________________________ Ashley's POV I am so exited for the chance of a new recruit because this crew is like one big fami-oof' Ashley thought as she tripped over a space rock and tasted the floor and let me tell you It did not taste good! "Blah!" She yelled as Ashley jumped up and started the quest for something to scrub that horrible taste out of her mouth. "Hey Ashley guess what?" Derick asked over the radio as Ashley was using a sponge to get that awful taste out of her mouth "Not now D-" Ashley was cut off by Derick yelling "Now you know how I feel!!" After that Derick went silent so Ashley continued her journey to the cockpit and give Derick a stern messing with. After minutes of walking she made it to the cockpit and set their next course and pressed a button that said and I quote 'Incase of Derick becoming annoying press button' which does a horrible and cruel prank to Derick.after a minute a faint 'aagghh Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu' Was heard then a minute later a 'uuuuuccckkk!!! You Ashley' was heard. ____________________________________ Harold's POV After my little outburst about the party I just resorted to going back to the WCR and monitor the sector for movement and that friendly dot Ashley was talking about. When the ship went into hyper space I felt the familiar tingling in my stomach since I'm still not used To the hyper drive effects since every time we went to hyper space I vomited after we exited it even when I was asleep I vomited after we exited it. Once we got in position to the entity I looked out the window to find a giant space station That looked abandoned since chunks of metal were floating in the middle of space and the bodies were a big giveaway as well. "What the..." Was all I could manage to say at the heartbreaking image. What I didn't notice was that the ponies were with me. "Who.. who could have done this" Was all rainbow dash could say before welling into tears the rest of the ponies following suit. I looked at them with fire in my eyes. "The rebel's" I said darkly while grabbing my laser rifle and preparing my gear. "W-where are you going?" Rarity said with tear welled eyes as I neared the air lock wearing a standard issue soldier space suit "Out" After that statement I jumped out the nearest airlock ready to find out the cause of this horrible accident And destroy it.
Chapter five 2/2: ever so way inside the stationFaster Than Friendship Chapter Five 2/2 Before AN 1:I hated writing this chapter but the only reason I published this is because I promised a long chapter ______________________________ Harold's POV As I was floating in space I thought I saw the poni look at me jaws dropped on how I just jumped out of the ship and into the void of space unharmed. When I could finally move around I started floating to a nearby ship wreckage and started looking for a way inside. (What!? The ship doesn't pay for itself you know!!) After a few minutes of searching I spotted a small hole so I did what every other Scavenger would do...Blow it up...I got one of my grenades ready and chucked it through the little hole. little did I know that The grenade would come back at me..I screamed like a little girl and floated away to the station hoping the grenade wouldn't follow me. After a couple minutes of playing cat and mouse I made it the the station and pressed the button to open the hangar bay doors That was coincidentally outside the station. "Thanks now we can get the friendly out of there more easily" Stated Ashley as the creaking of our rusty assault ship starting to move was heard then a minute later it was seen entering the station with a Soldier following behind. ____________ Nobody\pony POV After thirty minutes the Militia was parked in a ship depot ready for action when the time comes. "What in blazing hells made you take a half hour to park?" Harold asked while looking at the now clean Militia "Well I wasn't going to waste all the free offers here now would I?" Ashley replied while wearing a new Pilot's suit. "And besides there were free suits for all four of us for being federal personnel" She stated while showing the crew their new armor which Harold was drooling over his. Derick looked at his and personally liked it since it was a Combat engineering suit made for shield-men and engineers Johnson an Advanced engi suit made for engi commandos and support soldiers. After a minute of dressing up in their new wear they looked badass as the poni came out of the cruiser to look frightened at our new Appearance. "Aaahhhh Reapers!!" Pinkie yelled as she got some armor that had the initials N7 as she took a glowing weapon and shot at them like heck. "Hey hey hey oy don't shoot at me do you know how long it took to get my hair this way!?" Harold yelled as he took off his helmet and started fixing his hair. "Oh hey Harold!! Why are you next to the Reapers?" Pinkie asked as she looked at him and then looked at the rest of the crew. "We're right here Pinkie and we're not these 'reapers' you think of" Derick said as he took of his helmet with the rest of the crew following sweet. "Besides this gear is only made for trips outside the Militia not space explorations" Ashley stated as she walked back up the ramp to the Militia. "If you need me I'll moniter you through the Militia to find your way to whatever is here" Ashley said while closing the door and starting up the radar systems and after a minute of waiting The radar started to work showing all nearby Allies and threats in the vicinity. "What..?ok guys be careful the radar is jammed or something cause I can't seem to get it working right but thankfully that entity is still there with it's location" Ashley said as Harold took the first step towards the next room. "Why don't you fix it then? you took the basic engineering class while in training didn't you?" Derick questioned Ashley as he couldn't see it but she was blushing lightly "I may have *Unintelligeble murmuring*" "What was that?" "I said I might have *Murmur" "What?" "She said that she fell asleep that in class if that's okay with you" Replied fluttershy as she was cooing Ashley with the latter fell asleep in the cockpit snoring lightly...That is until Harold screamed that is. "Aaagghh!!" He yelled as the group heard laser shots in the other room "What happened!?" Screeched Twilight as the gunshots slowly died down. "I don't know but whatever happened took Harold with it" Said Derick as he opened the door only to find Harold missing and the floor leading to the door missing as well. "What!? Nononono this can't be happening why!!!?" Yelled Ashley as Derick inspected the room better "He still owed me twenty scrap!" Ashley said with the poni looking down in sorrow the orange one putting her hat down to her chest. "Wait Ash I think Harold didn't die but instead fell" Derick said as he looked down the broken part of the floor. "What do you mean?" Ashley asked as the poni looked at him curiously "I mean his body isn't here so obviously he either fell...or is a wizard" Derick replied with a scared tone since he is afraid of mystical beings. "Do you need me to look under your bed sweety" Mocked Ashley as she put on a fake motherly tone "How about you let me grab my gun then lets see who's mocking?" Derick replied as he jumped "See ya!" He yelled as he fell down the bottomless void and possibly to his death. "Oh well nice knowing ya!" Replied Ashley as she walked back to the ship. "Uhh shouldn't we go with em to make sure he's safe?" Questioned Applejack as all of the poni agreed. "Nope besides I have to monitor the radar and make sure it works anyway" Ashley replied. _________ Location: Unknown time: unknown Derick's POV "Uhhg" I groaned as I got up "Note to self, never do another suicide mission as long as I live" I said as I got onto my feet... "Fuck!" ...Just to fall back down again meaning either two things. One: I could have disabled my legs by unlocking super-human abilities or Two: Broke my legs. "Well it's obvious that I broke them considering I don't have super strength or speed since I'm already smart" I said as I crawled across whatever room I landed in hoping to find something to balance myself on so I can get a good look at My surroundings. After countless minutes of stumbling in the dark I found a small metal post I could lean on which I failed to get into a comfortable Position since I can't maneuver with a broken leg but I at least found some broken metal I was able to use to balance myself. I was able to get moving around after arguing with myself deciding whether or not to have decorations but decided against it considering My situation right now. "Alright now time to find Harold and find a way out. *Fumbles with comslink* Ashley are you there I found where Harold landed But I need the sensor array to find my way to him do you respond?" After I said that I found my laser pistol and used my helmet's flashlight to find my way about. "Oh what the...Jesus!" I said because as soon as I turned on my flashlight blood was everywhere along with a breach in the wall. "Entering vacuum" The computer in my helmet said as I started walking towards the door hoping that I could get out of here as fast as possible. Also failing to walk and stumbling over dead corpses in the process. "Warning five minutes of air remaining" The voice warned as I neared the hole in the wall which also housed next to it a control panel for life support. "Let's see...okay the blue wire goes.. there and the green one there" I said to myself as the ventilation turned on slowly and with dust coming out like crazy. "WARNING! CONTAMINATION BREACH IMINENT!! PLEASE FIND IMMIEDIATE ASSISTANCE OR RESISDANCE FOR THIS LOCKDOWN!" A voice boomed as the ventilation turned off and the doors locked down slowly "Fuck!" I said as I ran like hell for the door hoping I make it to see another day (And it's only day two for god's sake.!) After doing another power sprint I made it to the door as it was only a couple feet open and did a slide right through it At the last second. When I got through I was literally out of breath and my heart was beating like a machine gun laser since I was almost locked out And suffocated in there. "*Gasp x three* *Deep breath*" "Jeez I got out just fine but seriously your outta breath because of a five minute lockdown that was just making sure you were in stable condition You must be either a quick thinker or an idiot and you have a higher IQ than me" Harold's ever so not forgettable voiced boomed over what seemed to be an old fashioned intercom. "*Gasp* I *Gasp* hate you" I said as I limped my ever so way to the map to see where he is so I can give him the beating of a lifetime.
Quick noteI will be re-writing this story from scratch because after re-reading it from boredness I was surprised it was even liked, I will keep all the chapters up until I release a re-written version of chapter one which I will then delete all the chapters and start over. Another reason was because I did not want to write the story like this since it's just another bland crossover practically.
Chapter Two part One: CapturedChapter Two part One: Captured Faster Than Light Chapter 2:Captured _______________________________________________________________________ Harold's POV Harold woke up with a groan he had a splitting headache and felt like A spaceship crushed him. With a gasp of pain Harold Got up to a sitting position to check His surroundings. 'I don't remember sleeping in a prison cell' Harold thought as he looked around. "Where the hell am I" Harold said as he got up to his feet and Walked towards the bars of the cell. "Rebel prison" Came a suddenly familiar voice Harold turned around and was greeted With the sight of Derick. "Derick? What are we doing in a prison cell?" Asked confused as to why Derick said that Then he remembered the rest of the sentence. But before he had a chance to speak Derick Interrupted him. "Where are the ponies and our crew members are they safe if they aren't I swear you will wish you were in he-" Harold was cut off from his threat when he was electrocuted. He gave a painful scream and fell to the floor breathing heavily. "No threatening the guards" The guard stated as he walked away.
