After one fateful visit to the doctor's office Applejack learns that her farm work has hurt her once again, but this time she won't recover. She has cancer, mostly from working in the harsh sun all day, but also from certain products that they would use around the farm. Now Applejack has to adapt to her new lifestyle of constant hospital visits and worried family members.
