Nopony knows how Colgate makes her toothpaste. It's origins are mysterious. The strange thing about the factory is that once a pony comes in they never come out. Colgate is the only pony who has ever left the factory. The huge factory looms over a clear space of land just outside Ponyville. It's blank white walls hide all of it's secrets... It's DARK secrets. Gigantic black gates guard the entrance. Many ponies have suceeded to sneak into the factory. None of them ever come out. A thick cloud of black smoke curls out of the metal chimney on the top. Nopony knew the factory's dark secret.
A brown stallion slowly trotted towards the huge doors of the factory. He snuck through the gates using his 'Sonic Screwdriver'. He slowly pushed open the door and slipped inside seemingly undetected. He shut the door quietly and turned round. He stopped in his tracks. Standing there, smiling evilly, was a lavender unicorn with a purple and grey mane and tail.
"Hello, 'Doctor'" She taunted. Doctor Whooves began backing away slowly but he was suddenly knocked to the floor by one of the workers. Ponies in white lab coats bustled about using different machines. He looked around for someway of escaping but he couldn't find one. He saw Colgate slowly turn around. He was hoping she was walking away but at that moment a pair of hooves slammed into his face and he fell into unconciousness.
Doctor Whoove's eyes slowly flickered open. He tried to get up but he found himself tied to an operating table. He looked around frantically. The room was dark and empty. Suddenly Colgate stepped into his line of vision, smiling. She pulled a cart in front of her. It was full of sharp tools. The lights flicked on and Doctor Whooves realised the room wasn't empty at all. The walls were decorated with limbs and organs. On one wall was a line of stick figures. A heart for a head, intestines for the body and hooves for legs. 'Humans' as Lyra called them. He could tell that Colgate had a very cruel sense of humour. He noticed her examine a knife. She spun it in her hooves then flicked into the air and caught it in her hooves.
"This should do!" She exclaimed. She advanced on The Doctor slowly giving herself time to watch him struggle. She watched for a few seconds before speaking again. "Stop struggling." She said pulling out a syringe and jabbing it into his hoof. His muscles relaxed, seemingly shutting off. He couldn't move. He couldn't feel any of his boy he felt strange. Like his spirit had left his body. He heard a slash and moved his eyes to see his hoof had just been chopped off. She slowly worked her way upwards. The knife slashing down on the immobilised stallion. Blood spurted out of the wound. Colgate was now covered in blood, laughing insanely. He felt the effects of the syringe wear off. He moved his head to look at the wound. Colgate looked up smiling.
"Oh good!" She exclaimed "This should be alot more fun. I like it more when the victim screams." She slashed off a big chunk of leg and Doctor Whooves screamed in pain. Colgate laughed at the reaction. "I'm tired of slashing..." She taunted "Lets do some hacking instead!" She grabbed a hacksaw and examined it. She then lowered it and began sawing off the rest of the leg. Blood flowed off the table making a crimson waterfall right down to the floor. The hacksaw was covered in blood and Doctor Whooves was close to fainting. Blood was flowing more rapidly now forming a pool on the floor around Colgate's feet. Colgate was almost completely crimson. Her mouth had formed an insane grin as she hacked at the stallions limbs. She slowly started sawing his wrist. The cold metal cut an artery and he passed out, Colgate's insane laughter growing fainter.
The Doctor awoke to find himself with no limbs. He saw Colgate grinning manically. He saw her turning round and grabbing a scalpel. His heart stopped. This was it. He was going to die. And the only purpose of his death was to keep teeth clean.
"Why are you doing this?" He asked. Colgate smiled.
"To make toothpaste!" She replied.
"Why do you need to use ponies?" He demanded.
"Because that's what I chose to do now shut up!" She snapped. She levitated a gag over to the brown stallion and tied it round his head. She balanced the tip of the scalpel at the top of his chest and pulled it towards her slicing it open. She smiled at what she saw.
"Two hearts, eh?" She smirked "I'll soon fix that!" She plunged her hooves into the gaping hole and pulled out two, still beating, hearts. She stared at the hearts. She ripped off the gag.
"What is this?" She asked showing The Doctor his own hearts.
"You can't kill a timelord just like that!" He explained.
"Then how?" Colgate demanded.
"The hearts need to stop beating first." The Doctor said. He didn't care that he had told her how to kill him. He knew it was his time. Colgate plunged a knife into both hearts. They beating. She looked at the now still stallion. She smiled with satisfaction. She began ripping out other organs. Lungs, kidneys, intestines. All were tossed into a nearby bucket. This was how she made the toothpaste. She would use the organs or the sking and grind them up into a paste. It would then be coloured and given a minty flavour. In this case she would use the organs. The skin would be tossed aside. It would be left to rot until only the skeleton was left. She grabbed the bucket in her mouth and slowly began walking up the stairs. Another tube of toothpaste waiting to made. And nopony knew. But there was one thing that the mare didn't see. When she had shut the door to the basement the discarded skin began glowing. It slowly formed into a new form. And there stood a brown stallion. With a bowl like mane. He smiled.
"You can't get rid of me that easily, Colgate."
