This story follows a 16 year old boy named Richard. His parents were murdered when he was 8 and because of that, he has gone foster home to foster home, but his final one is the one that changes his life.
He becomes emancipated and is 100% supported by his final foster father.
The story follows Richard from the moment he becomes emancipated.
Just as his life becomes wonderful, a downhill spin takes place.
He becomes lost, and finds himself walking where he has never walked before; the forest behind his apartment. Most people are too obsessed with TV to leave the comfort of their homes, so it does not surprise him when he sees the purity of this untouched part of nature.
Each night he travels deeper and deeper until he finds what appears to be a shrine… What could be so special about this shrine..? Why do the stones that surround it appear to resemble…ponies..?
Why does he seem so drawn to this place? Perhaps it reminds him of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic?
That night, a storm brewed, and while he examined the stones once more, he is struck by lightning.
The next thing to happen is that his existence from Earth vanishes as he is discovered by Princess Celestia as a baby Unicorn.
