Chapter 1: A Chaotic Awakening
Current location: Canterlot Dungeon

Behind a steel door; a red eye opened glancing out the lone window in the chamber.

“Tonight is a perfect night. I think I’ll to have a bite to drink.” A smooth sounding baritone voice spoke echoing slightly off the stone walls.

The night was clear, the moon was a bright crimson as the night walker Alucard rose to great the night. It had been what seemed like a millennia but Alucard was once again free from his bonds this time by a most unexpected source.

3 weeks earlier

Princess Luna was running from the newly freed Discord. “SOMEPONY HELP ME!!” Luna yelled in the traditional canterlot voice reverting to it in a moment of panic.

“Come now princess it’s only a little chaos hahaha!!” Discord chuckled darkly. He had planned to thwart the elements by bringing back nightmare moon to help with promoting his reign of chaos; Luna had refused still weakened by the elements of harmony and a chase ensued.

The chase led towards the Canterlot dungeon down a barely used hallway.
Luna had remembered what her sister had said “If all hope is lost go to the door marked with a red eye and a wing there your help waits; for I will not always be there to protect you.” Celestia said in a firm tone.

Luna noticed the door at the end of the hall; blocked from the light, the red eye and wing symbols glowing faintly in the darkness. Luna’s horn glowed brightly as she used her magic to open the door. The room was dark except for a single window that allowed some light in which currently was dimly illuminated by the moon’s glow. The opposite wall contained a shriveled mass that was unlike anything Luna had seen in centuries she recognized it as human or so she thought. Discord teleported into the room laughing at the mass in the corner. “Just what was that supposed to do HM… a withered husk of a human was supposed to stop my chaos? That seems unlikely.” Luna dashed to the corpse only for discord to move in her way and cut her with his lion-like claw, this sent a small amount of blood onto the floor near the corpse. Luna scared for her life sunk to the nearest wall.

Unseen by the two others the corpse began to move a long tongue snaked out of its mouth lapping the blood off the floor the corpses hair changing color from white to black as the corpse opened its eyes for the first time in several centuries.
A deep voice rang out from the corner “Who has awoken me from my slumber?!” Both glanced to see the corpse revitalized dressed in Victorian style clothing with a long red jacket and wide brimmed hat. Luna stood back in fear as Discord moved towards the man “I sense a great deal of chaos within you; join me and you can be by my side as my general of my army.”
“What are you abomination a mash up of creatures? You are not worthy to be crushed under my boot. I am Alucard the night walker, the first vampire, the immortal one.” Alucard spoke in a calm collected voice

Alucard placed his left hand with his index and middle fingers pointing down, his right hand the opposite in front of his right eye and spoke with a calm tone "Releasing Control Art Restriction Systems three...two…one, approval of Situation A recognized, commencing the Cromwell invocation. Ability restrictions lifted for limited use until the enemy has been rendered silent."

Alucard’s form shifted to a black straight jacket with a large unblinking eye on his chest; his hat and coat long gone when the transformation started his gloves were the only part of his original outfit left.
His arm shifted into a many eyed head with a large jaw the head roared and stretched towards Discord clamping onto his arm and ripping it from its socket. Discord screamed in pain trying to teleport but being unable to do to the pain. The maw continued to lunge taking chunks out of discord’s body until nothing but blood remained; Alucard laughed darkly as he absorbed what was left of Discord before returning to his normal attire.

Alucard then walked to Luna his glowing eyes surveying her form before him. “It was your blood that awakened me from my slumber. What is your name regal one?”

“Pr…Princess Luna my subject.” Luna said softly so as to not aggravate Alucard.

“What are your orders my new master, Princess Luna.” Alucard spoke kneeling before Luna with his head bowed.
