The Trail

"All I wanted was peace, that’s all I asked for.

Looks like that was too much to ask….."

All these pent up emotions finally broke out,

At that moment all the Rage and Sorrow was pouring out of me

Same as the blood pouring from the unfortunate soul I seen only minutes ago.

"Look, it’s gonna be okay… we c-"

"Okay? Yeah where okay, it’s not like the ones we loved now gone,

There either dead or worse, I have more problems than ever now!

Equestria is now a rotting FUCKING HELLGROUND."

I told her as tears rolled down my cheeks

"Listen I know it’s hard but, you gotta keep yourself together, we can’t turn on eachother right now.

You think he want you to turn on me right now after all we been through?"

I watched as the Mare break down infront of me feeling her sorrow as she hugged me with her tearing running down my back, but then

I heard a noise outside.

I ready my gun went and went to the door quietly

I opened the back door and I was brought to a sight for sore eyes.

1 Month Earlier

A vacation in manehatten is all we wanted…nothing else.

Just  get away from work,stress and all the other problems in life. Me and my wife Ditzy where very busy ponys.

I myself worked as a Science teacher at a local school around Ponyville.

My wife worked as a mailmare going around Ponyville and cloudsdaile delivering mail to everypony, And after work I go and pick up my seven year old daughter Kalie….heh…she always told me story’s about how crazy her days was at that school…used to put smiles on my face every time I picked her up……

My friend XEN….knew the man half my life he was like a brother to me stuck by me no matter what he always helped me he was full of heart and did anything  to save others….he worked on a farm which was his wife’s family’s owed.

His wife, Applejack was quite a handful of a mare if you ask me but hell XEN knew what he was doing what her….heh… Applejack has been working on that farm for her whole life.  She was strong And good hearted……even though she was a good friend sometimes she could be a bit stubborn….heh…guess that’s her really….

The one taking us to Manehatten and pretty much spoke of the whole trip was a mare named Cardgames. She worked as a blackjack dealer back in Las Pegasus….The way we met I’m not going to say too much…….but all I’m going to say Is that she saved my ass at a bachelor party a while back.

She came down for about 5 weeks to take a break off work and told us to come with her to manehatten.

Seemed like a good idea at the time… All of us were expecting a week of peace and not a worry in the world was going to end it…

Untill all hell broke out of its cage……This is about what happened on that awful trail and how I survived to tell the tail here today…..This is my story…..
