//-------------------------------------------------------// All I want for Christmas -by William w2- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// The Letter //-------------------------------------------------------// The Letter All I want for Christmas..... Adam had always believed in Santa. He always sent a letter every year. It was always one big present he wanted, along with a bunch of surprises. This year he only wanted one thing. He wanted to go to Equestria. Ever since he was a Brony he wanted to go. Everything was so much better there. There was no bullies, no crime. Besides, he wouldn't be missed. His parents both passed away when he was younger. This year Adams letter was very different from his others. It also created a different outcome. His letter went a little like this-        Dear Santa,   This year I'm not going to ask for any presents, but for a greater gift. I'm sure as you've followed my actions, you've found out I've become a Brony. This year, if it is within your power, I hope that you could let me go to the world of Equestria. That is all I ask for.       From a believer,    Adam Stark His letter didn't quite get to Santa, though. As it was sent on its way, a ripple in the universe from a certain occurrence caused it to go along the path of a similar letter. As the one went on its way it caught Adams letter in its breeze and carried it along its way with it. .   Z   . Celestia was in her room, not doing much aside from running a kingdom. She always has a window open, just in case her student, Twilight, ever sent a letter. A slight breeze came with a slight burnt smell and she knew exactly what to expect. A moment later a pile of burnt ashes came in with the breeze, and it reformed into a scroll. A moment later another one was formed. 'Huh, I wonder if one of Twilights friends had another issue.' Celestia asked herself. She read one of the letters. It was about Twilight telling her about her joy of it being Hearths Warming Eve. It brought a smile upon her face to read about her being overjoyed about being with her friends and family this year. The other letter wasn't quite what she expected.  She read it almost twelve times, each time she got more and more confused. 'Could this be from Earth?' She wondered. She glanced into the letters energy. This is something a highly trained unicorn could do. She one day wanted to teach it to Twilight. She saw a boy in a small space with a bed much too small for him. It looked like it was an alleyway. She decided to go to his world to journey into his past. Her mother always taught her that things always happen for a reason, and to not overlook the unexplained. She felt a slight lightening as her worldly pressures left her to be transported through space. She made herself materialize in the sidewalk outside of the alley, just out of the way of any onlookers. She had on a sweater and jeans. She had blond hair. She walked into the alleyway and saw the boy sleeping in the bed, curled up in a worn, light jacket. She saw that he didn't have any covers. Pity ran through her heart in a cold chill. She walked over to the boy and put her first finger on his forehead and searched through his memories. She knew this wouldn't wake him, since she wasn't entirely physical. What she saw rocked her to her core. There was memories of his step mom beating him. Him being bullied at school. Him walking in on his parents dead bodies. Him being interrogated at the police station. It was a sad life he'd had, and he looked barely fifteen. She saw only one good memory that stood out, and that was when his parents took him on a trip to the ocean. Them going seashell hunting and swimming. She took her finger off him and checkedif he would be actually noticed gone. She saw no records of him in any schools or foster homes. She turned back and focused he power on him. It was easy to transport herself to other worlds, but other beings were quite the opposite. She felt the lightening feeling and watched as the boy started to dissolve and turn into light and follow her through nothing and then she was back on her home planet. And with another pony. She turned and inspected the other pony. It had a dirty blond mane with a light brown coat. It's mane swept below its eyes and it looked slightly bigger than a regular pony. 'It may grow as big as me.' Celestia thought, wondering what would happen then. 'He is already a fairly tall pony.' Then it started to stir. It groaned and moved its position, then relaxed and went back to sleep. Celestia let out a small 'whew' and turned back to her desk and began to write.           Dear Twilight,    I apologize for the sudden reply, and for it being so late, but I would like to request the company of you and your friends to come up to Canterlot to help me with a VERY important task. It would be best to come late in the day tomorrow.         From,    Princess Celestia .  Z  . In a treehouse far away a dragon began to stir in his sleep. He sat up and rubbed his eyes, then moaned quietly to himself. He felt a fimilar ache in his stomach, then felt it build up like bile then he burped out a letter. He caught it before it fell, then read it in the moonlight. He then got up and put it beside Twilight on her nightstand and went back to sleep. It wasn't an emergency, so he didn't worry about it. .   Z   . "SPIKE!" He heard a voice roar. "What Twilight?! Stop yelling!" Spike awnsered. "Stop yelling? How can I NOT yell? I got a letter from the Princess and you didn't care enough to inform me?!" She asked him, slightly slowing her rushed packing. "It said to be there TOMORROW, not today! So stop rushing yourself so much." Spike said in an irritated tone. Twilight gave this some thought. "Ok, mabye you're right, but I still have to tell the others about this." She closed to bag and went to her door. Spike followed. They went to each of their friends houses and told them of the letter. After they got back, all that was left to do was go there. They just had to wait untill tomorrow.
