Story Description:
One day, Celestia snapped. She destroyed all who would not love her, and in battle with her sister, covered the world in fire. In one final stand, Celestia faced off against the Elements of Harmony. When Luna was defeated, and the Elements were all that stood against her, they failed. The Elements were never made to be used against a former bearer, and they backfired; their undirected power causing the deaths of their bearers. Now, twenty-one years later, an emotionally unstable and magically drained Celestia walks the countyside in solitude, in self-imposed exile for her crimes. Perhaps one day, she will return to her ponies. Perhaps that day is coming sooner than she thinks.

Other Stories:
Moonlit Skies: The airship Australis and her captain, a pegasus scientist named Verdant Aurora, take off on a quest across Equestria. Along the way, they pick up a bat-pony mare, and fight their way through pirates and bounty hunters.
Darkest Days, Brightest Nights: Celestia's degrading sanity causes a civil war to break out, and a human-turned-unicorn is a primary cause. Celestia seems to recognize this human, but no one knows where from. His story spans a period of over 80 years, in Equestria and beyond.
[DEADLINE PARADOX]: Not all wars present you with a clear opposition. Sometimes, there are no heroes and no villains. Sometimes, we are all just soldiers. The same is true of the Gods themselves, and when they go to war, things are not always black and white...
Emberdawn: When dealing with balance on a universal scale, third party intervention frequently consists of ripping something from one universe, and dumping it in another. When the intended result is to create chaos, that thing is usually a human.

Author's Note:
This was originally just a quick little thing to judge reception of the storyline. Reception was good, so I'm continuing.
