Pinkamena trotted into the hospital, her sister leaning against her for support. "Can somepony help us?!"
A bright pink mare walked over to them. "How may I help you two?"
"It's my sister." said Pinkamena. "I think she broke her leg."
"Oh, that sounds awful." said the mare. "Please, let your sister take a seat and fill this form. I'll call a doctor right away." She began making her way to one of the doctor's rooms.
Pinkamena helped her sister to a chair. "It's working..." she whispered.
Cherry smirked "Do you have the anesthesia?" she whispered back to Pinkamena.
"You bet." said Pinkamena. "Wait here." She then trotted over to the counter and began filling out the paperwork.
Cherry waited for pinkamena to return
In the meantime, Nurse Silkheart came out of the treatment room which she had entered a few minutes ago. She then trotted over to the counter.
"If you've finished filling out the form you can wait here in the waiting area." said the nurse. "If your sister would like to have your company while in the treatment room, you can follow us. I'll bring her to the Doctor now. He just needs a moment."
She got a wheelchair from a corner and helped Cherry into it.
"Thank you." said Cherry, sitting in the chair.
Pinkamena trotted over. "You okay, sis?"
Cherry nodded "Yeah"
Pinkamena waited for the nurse to move Cherry.
"Okay then, please follow us." said the nurse, and started to move Cherry down the hallway.
On the fifth door on the left, she stopped and opened it. She then entered the room with the two mares.
"Please wait in here. The doctor will be with you shortly." said the nurse.
She turned to leave the room through the door.
Pinkamena smiled at her sis. "So far, so good."
Cherry smirked and nodded "Yes,I can't wait"
After a short time the Nurse re-entered the room with the doctor.
"Hey, doc." said Pinkamena.
"So, what seems to be the problem here?" asked the doctor in an professional tone.
"Well...I tripped coming down the stairs. And when I got to the bottom, I could just feel pain in my leg. After my sister told me my leg was broken she took me here."
Pinkamena trotted over to the window and looked out. They were facing the forest. A smile spread across her face.
"Okay. I'll have to palpate your leg to see what it could be and where it hurts. You okay with that, miss?" asked the doctor, looking at Cherry with a serious look on his face.
Cherry nodded "Yes. I'm okay with that, doctor."
Pinkamena turned from the window and trotted up to Cherry, leaning in close as she walked passed. "I brought two." she said. She continued to the door and closed it.
"Well, then. Which one is it?" the doctor asked Cherry.
"Its my left leg" Cherry said holding up her pink hind left leg up to the doctor
"Good. Tell me when it hurts too much." said the doctor and began to feel all over the leg.
Cherry let out a yelp of fake pain. "Ow!There. There."
The pain seemed to be coming from the side of her hoof.
The doctor let go of Cherry's leg. "Well, it could be a fracture right above the hoof joint. Nurse Silkheart, please take her to the X-Ray room and we'll see what it is on the shots." ordered the doctor and wrote something onto a form on his clipboard.
"Yes, doctor." said the Nurse, and moved Cherry out of the room.
Cherry looked around at all the sick ponies and hurt ones it made her happy to see others tortured
Pinkamena looked at the doctor. "Do I have to wait here?"
"Yes. It is not allowed for others to enter the X-Ray room." answered the doctor.
Pinkamena closed the door and looked at the doctor, smiling.
Nurse Silkheart had already entered the X-ray room with Cherry in her wheelchair. "Okay, let me help you onto the table so we can take the shots." said the Nurse as she helped Cherry out of the chair.
"Thank you." said Cherry, limping over to the table.
The nurse by the controls watched an waited for Cherry to get into position.
"Good. Now, please lay down onto your right side and I'll bring your leg into position for the first shot." said Silkheart.
Cherry nodded and did what the nurse said.
"Good. Now, we're ready for the first shot." Silkheart then gave the other Nurse on the Controls a sign to start the process.
The nurse at the X-Ray controls pressed a button, starting up the machine. Cherry laid perfectly still. After a few more shots, the procedure was done and Nurse Silkheart helped Cherry back into the wheelchair.
"Now, I'll bring you back to the waiting area while the shots get developed. That will take a few minutes and after that I'll bring you back to the treatment room. Then the doctor will look what the next step is." explained Nurse Silkheart and began to move Cherry out of the room and back to the waiting area.
Just then a pink nurse in a surgical mask walked passed Cherry, winking at her. Cherry grinned and winked back at the pink nurse.
Hmm?... Who was that? wondered Nurse Silkheart. I can't remember that we had a pink earth pony in one of our surgeon teams. But she shrugged it off and moved along.
The pink nurse stood by a sick colt and began talking to him. When they arrived at the waiting room, Nurse Silkheart turned to leave the room and headed down a hallway to the back area of the hospital to see how far the shots where.
The pink nurse patted the colt on the head and trotted back to Cherry. "Get ready." She then trotted off after Silkheart.
Cherry got out of the chair and sat down in one of the waiting room seats, awaiting for Pinkamena to return.
The pink nurse continued to follow Silkheart to her destination. Nurse Silkheart arrived at the room where the shots where being developed. She stopped beside the door and waited for one of the staff to come out with the finished shots. Pinkamena ran up to her.
"Please, come quick! Something's happened to the doctor!"
"WHAT?! Of course. Lead the way!"
Nurse Silkheart didn't hesitate and followed the mare. Pinkamena led Silkheart back to the treatment room.
"See? He's unconscious."
Silkheart saw the doctor and ran over to him. "Get help."
Pinkamena jabbed the syringe into Silkheart's neck and injected her.
"WHAA... W-What was that? Wha... What did you..." The nurse started to clutch her neck with one of her hooves and her vision started to blur.
Pinkamena ripped off her surgical mask and held the sides of Silkheart's face, staring into her eyes. "You seem tired. Why not sleep?"
"Y... You?" asked Silkheart.
She was surprised, but before she could say anything else, she fell unconscious. Pinkamena gave her a kiss before letting her collapse. She then leaned out of the door and motioned to her sister. Cherry came into the room to see the unconscious nurse and smiled.
"Finally, we got her... I've been eyeing this one for a long time."
"Lock the door." said Pinkamena, heading to the window and opening it.
Cherry closed and locked the door. Pinkamena went over to Silkheart and dragged her over to the window. Cherry picked up the nurse, then dropped her.
"Wow, she's heavy. Help me." Cherry said grabbing her hind legs.
Pinkamena went over to her sis and helped her pick up the body. "Ready?"
"Yeah." said Cherry, lifting the nurses hind legs.
The two mares lifted the body up and out the window.
"Let's go." said Pinkamena, climbing through.
Cherry climbed through and closed the window
"Come on." said Pinkamena, rubbing the nurse's cheek. "Wakey-wakey."
Slowly, but surely, Nurse Silkheart started to wake up.
"Uhhh... What?... Where am I?" asked the Nurse. She looked around but her vision was blurred. Then she noticed that she couldn't move. Her eyes shot wide open. "What's going on here? Why can't I move?" she asked nervously.
"Cause you're strapped down to a chair, idiot." Cherry said, who was sitting down in a chair herself. She got up. "Finally, we can play..."
"You two? What is going on here? Let me go!" ordered the nurse.
"Silkheart, isn't it?" asked Pinkamena, circling the chair.
"Y-Yeah." answered the mare nervously as she began to struggle to get herself out of the chair. "Let me go, already!" said Silkheart. "This isn't funny!"
"We're not trying to be funny" Cherry said, standing in front of the mare.
Pinkamena stood behind Silkheart and reached a hoof around, rubbing her chest. "You played right into our trap."
"Your trap? What are you gonna do to me?" asked the nurse as she got even more nervous due to the touch of the pink mare.
"Oh... We're just going to have some fun" Cherry smirked.
"Fun?" asked the nurse. "This isn't fun. Let me go. LET ME GOOO!" she creamed, and began to struggle more and more.
"Our kind of fun." said Pinkamena, getting close to the nurse's ear and gently licking it.
"Ahh! Don't you dare to do that again. HEEELP!!! ANYPONY, PLEASE!!!" Silkheart continued to scream and struggle against her bonds.
"No pony can hear you." Cherry sighed, thinking of all the slaves that tried to scream for help. "Walls are sound proof."
"You two are sick!" yelled Silkheart, and spat in Cherry's face.
Cherry's eyes widen. "You didn't just..." She wiped the spit off her face. "You did. You bitch!" She punched her in the face, hard. "Try that again! I dare you."
"AAHHHH!!! THAT HURTS!!! LET ME GO!!!" screamed Silkheart in pain, her eyes beginning to tear up slightly, due to the pain in her face.
"And so it begins." said Pinkamena.
Cherry grabbed a knife and held it up to the nurses neck "Shut up!"
"P-Please... take that away... Th-That's dangerous." said Silkheart and stopped struggling. She looked into Cherry's eyes.
Cherry glared at her. "Shut up. Just shut up! Or I'll stitch your mouth shut!"
"Y-You're joking... right?" asked Silkheart. "Right?" She got even more uncomfortable in the current situation.
Cherry smirked. "No, Sweetie... I'm not." She then took the knife away and gave Silk one last punch.
"AAAAAHHH... F-Fuck! You sick bitch!" screamed Nurse Silkheart out of reflex.
She regretted it right afterwards. Cherry kicked the nurse, knocking her chair backwards and causing her fall to the ground with a thump.
Pinkamena knelt down next to Silkheart. "You really need to watch what you say to my sister. She can get... violent."
Silkheart kept silent.
Cherry walked up to the mare and put her fore hoof on her face. "Piece of shit."
She then picked up her hoof and brought it down hard onto her face and did it again and again.
Pinkamena held out a hoof in front of Cherry. "Sis..."
Cherry stopped and panted with rage.
Silkheart lay on the ground, bound to the chair. Her face had bruises and her nose was bleeding.
"Get her off of me, please." begged Silkheart.
"Sis... Why don't you check on our little game?"
Cherry looked down, then nodded, giving the nurse one last stomp before going to check on the game.
"Ahh. What game?" asked Silkheart.
She started to struggle again. This time she tried to unfold her wings to get free.
Pinkamena knelt down and rubbed her stomach. "Just something we put together for you."
"This can't be good. Just let me go and I won't tell anypony." begged the pegasus mare.
Pinkamena pulled off her glasses. "You got dirt on them." She rubbed the lens on her coat and examined them before putting them back on Silkheart.
"Let me go, you stupid maniac! What do you get from keeping me here? This is sick you two need psychological help! I could help you to get some." said the Pegasus mare, trying desperately to get out of the situation.
Pinkamena lifted her up off the floor, setting the chair back on all fours. "There we go." she said, ignoring Silkheart.
"HEEEEY!!! ARE YOU EVEN LISTEN TO ME? I SAID, LET ME GOOO!" screamed Nurse Silkheart, her nervousness increasing with every minute.
Pinkamena sat on her lap and wrapped her hooves around her. "You want to go? So soon?"
"YEAH!!! LET ME GO!!!" the pegasus screamed directly into Pinkamena’s ear.
The pink mare didn't budge. "You know, you're kind of cute."
"Wh-What?" That caught the pegasus off-guard. She looked away from the pink pony.
"PINKAMENA!!! ARE WE GOING TO DO THE GAME??!!!" Cherry yelled from the other room, interrupting the "chat".
"Come here, sis!" yelled Pinkamena. "I wanna ask you something!"
Cherry came back. "What is it?"
"Don't you think she looks cute?"
"Game. Is. Ready." Cherry said, walking back into the room.
"Well, sis? Don't you?"
Cherry didn't answer.
"I think we have time for some fun before our game, don't you?"

"There'll be time for that later, sis." said Pinkamena, rubbing Silkheart's chest. "Maybe you can use one of your toys on this mare. You know... payback?"

"Why?" asked the pegasus mare quietly, barely audible for the pink mare.

Cherry smirked and started to pick out a few toys to use. Pinkamena went behind Silkheart and reached around, rubbing her chest.

Pinkamena moved her hoof lower.

"What kind of game is this? Do I even have a chance to win?" asked Silkheart.
She sniffled and some tears ran down her face.
"Oh, sure. Just take your time. I remember one colt that tried this..." Pinkamena stopped and laughed. "Remember, sis?"
Cherry laughed at the thought "Yeah..."

"B-Blood? What happened to him?" asked the nurse, shocked.
Cherry chuckled "Tell her, sis."
"Well, he rushed to get through and didn't take his time. So... He got burnt, electrocuted, and impaled."
"What? Oh, no, Can't we please skip this? I would do anything. I don't want to die. Not like this. Please. I'll even shut up for your sister." begged Silkheart, her whole body shaking and shivering from fear. She tried desperately to change the minds of the two mares.
"Is it any consolation to tell you it's doable?"
"N-NOOO, PLEASE!!!" Silkheart started openly sobbing at this point.
She couldn't take it anymore; the psychological pressure and her confusing feelings for the pink mare who had brought her into this situation.
"There's no escaping this, Silky. But could you do me one favor?"

Cherry once again punched the nurse, making her chair fall backwards. "Shut up! We weren't talking to you."
The pegasus mare fell unconscious, the impact caused her to instantly black out.
"Uhh... Oww... My head. What happened? Was this all just a Nightmare?" asked Silkheart. She couldn't see anything. She still had her blindfold on, but she was to dizzy to notice it right away.
She felt a pony tap her cheek. "Time to wake up, Silky."
"What? Who's there?" asked the nurse. Then she recognized the voice. "Oh no. It wasn't a dream?" Her heart began to race.
She felt a pony help her up. "There we go. Ready to start the game?"
"N-No." the pegasus mare answered hesitantly.
"Either you fight for your life or we can kill you right now." said Pinkamena.
"Can I at least know one thing?" asked the nurse, in a somewhat emotionless tone.
"And what is that?"
"Why did you two choose me? Out of all the ponies in the hospital, all the nurses, all the doctors and patients... Why me?" asked the mare as a quiet tear began to run down her cheek.
"It was random. My sister found a mare she liked and we followed her. No special reason."
"Oh... Okay." answered the nurse, sounding somewhat disappointed. Then she took a deep breath, and another one, and asked, "What do I have to do now?"
"You're gonna go through a grid of 20 squares by 20 squares. 400 in total. Find the right path and you earn your life. Step off the path and you'll be injured. Now, you may be able to survive the traps. Being a nurse might prove to be an advantage here. Traps include electricity, hot coals, spikes about 5 inches high, and pits that you could climb out of if possible. Ready to begin?"
"I'm not ready, but... I don't have a choice, right?" answered the pegasus mare.
"Nope." said Pinkamena, giving Silkheart a smack on the flank. "Go for it. You'll move square by square. Forwards, left, right, and even backwards."
The pink mare backed up and let Silkheart begin.
Silkheart took a deep breath and then felt the square to her left with one of her shaking hooves.
"Oh, damn..." she said, stepping onto the left square she had checked.
She felt a burn of coals beneath her hooves.
"Ahhh... F-Fuck." she screamed, and hopped back to the square on which she had started. "Ahh, that burns." she said.
"Bet that hurt." said Pinkamena's voice.
After Silkheart had soothed the pain away a bit, she held her hoof onto the square in front of her. This time she just felt. Silkheart didn't respond to Pinkamena's remark. After feeling nothing on the square, she moved onto it.
"Good girl." said Pinkamena. "One step closer."
"Shut up, you beast." bellowed Silkheart. She tried really hard to concentrate her thoughts. Now, she felt the square to her left.
A constant surge of electricity shot through her body.
"AHHHH!" screamed Silkheart.
The nurse immediately pulled her hoof back and shook it to sooth the tingling pain away. She then felt the space to the right. She heard the spring of a bear trap.
Silkheart pulled her hoof away immediately. She just managed it in time, feeling a whiff of wind as the trap snapped shut.
"GAH!" she screamed, and after she got down from the shock, she cautiously felt on the field in front of her. Nothing.
After she felt and heard nothing on the field in front of her, she moved on.
"Well done." said Pinkamena. "Having fun?"
"Damn you to Tartarus!" Silkheart said in a nervous tone.
She tiptoed with her left front hoof on the square in front of her, in hope that it could be just a straight line.
She felt another surge of electricity.
"Ooh, girl..." said Pinkamena mockingly.
"GAAAAHH" Silkheart cried out.
She then felt the field to the right of her, just briefly stepping on it. She felt the burn of hot coals.
"Ow ow ow ow... Damn... " she swore in desperation.
Now she tapped briefly on the field to the left. Nothing.
"How many are left?" asked Silkheart.
She turned to face the direction she faced at the beginning and started to feel briefly at the left field. She felt nothing.
"56 safe spaces left, Silky." said Pinkamena. "Though, you may be able to skip over a few if you're lucky."
Silkheart moved to the field to her left side, then she briefly touched the field in front of her with her right fore hoof. She felt more hot coals.
"Ahh! Damn it! And you said this is doable! Fuck that! Both my front hooves are aching like hell already!" bellowed Silkheart and briefly touched the field behind her with her left back leg, She heard the spring of a bear trap.
This time, Silkheart couldn't get her leg pulled away fast enough. Her hoof got trapped into the bear trap.
"OOOAAAAHHHH!!! FUCK YOU!!! How can I get this off of me?! How can I get this off of me?!" asked Silkheart in a hasted manner while trying to free her back leg from the bear trap.
She felt the bear trap slowly open and lock in place.
"Oh, damn, Celestia... I don't want to do this anymore! This hurts so much!" said Silkheart while she stood still on her three, yet healthy, hooves.
"If you make it through, I'll help you with that." said Pinkamena.
"I'll never make it this way. I can feel the blood trickling out of the wound. Another one of these an it won't take me long to die from blood loss." answered Silkheart.
"Would like a hint, Silky?" asked Pinkamena.
"What?!" Silkheart whined in pain.
"For the most part, the path is straight. It curves at some points but otherwise it's almost a straight line."
"Well, that's not really helping..." remarked Silkheart.
She started to slide her left fore hoof over to the square to her left to check it. She felt nothing.
The nurse stepped to the left field. Come on, you can do this. thought Silkheart and tapped briefly on the field in front of her. She felt nothing once again.
Pinkamena grinned. "Two in a row! Keep it up!"
Silkheart moved on to the field and then checked the field in front of her once again. She felt something metal. Either a bear trap or spikes, but she wasn't planning on finding out. Quickly, the nurse pulled her hoof back and then felt briefly on the square to her left. Nothing.
Silkheart stepped to the field she just checked and took a deep breath. "Oh, Celestia... Please, help me to get through this." she said quietly to herself.
Pinkamena watched her with anticipation. Slowly, the pegasus mare began to slide her left fore hoof on to the field in front of her. She could feel the heat of burning coals becoming more and more intense the closer she got.
"O-Okay. I think I got the drift... Just keep calm." said Silkheart to herself.
She then began to slide her hoof to the left field. She felt nothing this time.
Silkheart hobbled to the left field, her back leg ached terribly.
"Oww, damn. I think that bear trap broke the bone. It hurts like hell." she said.
After she shrugged off the pain, she slowly began to slide her right fore hoof to the square in front of her. Her hoof bumped into a metal spike.
"Okay, not there." the nurse said, then she slid her hoof to her left.
Nothing.
Silkheart limped off to the left field, then she stopped and took a minute. She just didn't move. Pinkamena watched her.
"Damn pain..." the nurse said, and began to slide her hoof to the field on her left. I think I should try it this way. It worked well up to now. she thought.
She bumped into the side of another spike.
The pegasus mare slid her hoof back.
"Then, the front!" she said, convinced, and stepped carelessly. She thought that she had noticed a pattern... She guessed correctly.
"Phew." she sighed, relieved. "Okay. Next one." she said, and slid her hoof to the field in front of her once again.
She, once again, felt nothing. Pinkamena trotted to the edge of the Grid and watched with a smile.
Silkheart limped ahead and, when she stopped, she reached her hoof to the field on her left. She felt a sudden burst of heat.
"Oh, damn." she squeaked, and quickly pulled her hoof back. Then she slid her hoof to the front. "Don't get reckless now, Silkheart." she said to herself.
She felt nothing.
"Good." said the pegasus mare, and limped forward.
Again, she stopped and let the pain die down before sliding her right front hoof to the field in front of her. Her hoof bumped into another spike.
"Ha! Bet you two didn't think I would make it this far!" Silkheart remarked.
She thought she would easily make it out of this game, now that she had the gist of what to do.
"Oh, I'm leaning both ways, Silky!" said Pinkamena.
"And after I won this game I can go, right?" asked the mare.
"I'll let you know what your two choices are when you get out alive." said Pinkamena.
She then limped to the field to her left, convinced that it would be an empty square. It turned out to be a pit.
"WHHHOOAA!!!" Silkheart yelled, fall in.
She landed on her face.
"You okay there, Silky?" Pinkamena asked with a laugh.
"Argh... Damn you!" Silkheart got up and held her nose with her left fore hoof. It felt damp and she knew her nose was bleeding. "Fuck. I think I broke my nose." remarked the nurse.
She slowly turned around and tried to get the edge of the hole. Pinkamena trotted to the start of the Grid and watched the pit that Silkheart fell in.
Silkheart got a grip on the edge of the pit and started to climb out in the direction from where she fell. When she got out of the hole, she took a second to calm down and slid her hoof to her right. She felt nothing.
Pinkamena started to trot along the path. Silkheart limped to the field on her right. She suddenly heard hoof steps coming closer.
"W-What's wrong?" she asked, standing still on the square.
Pinkamena trotted up to Silkheart, standing on the square the mare was just on. She then placed a hoof on her back.
"Hey, Silky." said Pinkamena.
"WHAAAA!" yelled Silkheart, startled. "Wha-What?" She feared for the worst.
"You're doin' great, Silk."
"Y-You came here and startled me just to tell me that?" the pegasus asked, shivering in fear.
"I also have one final tip or you." she said, getting close to Silkheart's ear.
"What is it?" asked the nurse, backing up slightly when she felt the pink mare touch her ear. She made sure to not leave the field.
"When you reach the next pit, go straight."
"Why should I trust you?" asked the nurse. "And even if you're telling the truth, then... why do you tell me?"
"There's something about you I like, Silky." said Pinkamena, rubbing Silkheart's back. "Now, you may get injured, but it's your best chance."
"Yeah. My best chance... for sure..." said Silkheart. "Damn... Okay."
She then slid her hoof over to the field in front of her.
Pinkamena smiled. "Good choice."
Silkheart moved forward to the square in front of her. The pink mare turned and followed the path out of the Grid.
Cherry was waiting at the edge of the grid. "Why did you tell her that?"
"Hmm?" asked Pinkamena. "Oh... Well... Just thought she'd make a great slave, is all."
"Hmm... Maybe she would... if she survives the rest, I mean." said Cherry.
"Oh, there's still a chance she'll be killed. But if she makes it... you could beat her, and... I could fuck her..."
"Ha! My kind of fun." said Cherry with a smile.
The nurse slid her hoof to the field in front of her once again.
"Looks like she's about to hit another bear trap." Pinkamena whispered to Cherry as Silkheart's hoof hit the trap.
Silkheart pulled her hoof back and slid it to her right. She felt nothing.
Pinkamena smiled and patted her sister on the back. "She's doing it. Much better than the last one."
Cherry smirked, watching the mare. "Got that right."
Silkheart limped over to the field on her right.
"Come on. Ignore the pain and keep in mind what she told you." she said to herself.
"So... sis..." said Pinkamena. "What're you gonna do to her if she makes it?"
"I'm going to beat the living shit out of her... If I told you all the things I'm going to do to her, it would take a long, long, long time..."
"Just no permanent damage, huh? I'd like to keep her."
"I can't make any promises."
Silkheart slid her hoof to the front. Pinkamena watched as she slid her hoof into hot coals.
Silkheart pulled her hoof back when she felt the heat of the coals. Then, she slid her hoof to the square on her right. I can do it. she thought.
She felt nothing.
"And if I told you all the things I'd do to her..." said Pinkamena to her sister. "I would get you so turned on."

She felt a pit. Perhaps the one Pinkamena mentioned.

"I-I... Uh... I... g-guess you could..." said Cherry, still a little shocked by her sister's offer.

Cherry blushed before slowly sitting into Pinkamena's lap.

Silkheart started to climb out of the pit, but she couldn't get herself over the edge. She rested with her front half on the ledge and with her back hung in the pit.

Pinkamena rubbed faster as she smiled. "She's doing it."

"No, I didn't!" yelled Pinkamena, still rubbing her sister. "I said when you hit the pit, go straight!"

Cherry's eyes widen. "Hey! Not funny." she said, getting up.
Pinkamena got up. "Come on, Silky! You can do it!"

The nurse kept still and waited for the pain to subside. Then, she felt her way to the edge of the pit. "Oh, I think I got a concussion from the last fall." she remarked. "I feel sick."
"Come on, Silky. If you don't make it out of there, you are probably gonna die of blood loss!"
Slowly, the nurse started to climb out of the pit. She used her last power reserves to get out. "Oh... I think... I can't take anymore." said the pegasus mare, panting heavily.
"Well, too bad!" called Cherry.
Silkheart finally found herself on a safe square.
Pinkamena went over to the end of the maze. "Feel free to rest, Silky. We have all the time in the world. Just be sure you don't bleed out."
"Or do." said Cherry.
Silkheart panted weakly. I don't think I'll recover before I lose too much blood... I have to move on. Silkheart thought. She fought with herself to get on her hooves, her leg shaking.
"O-okay..." she panted and moved forward to the next field.
She felt nothing. Another safe space.
"Damn it." said Cherry.
"If she dies, sis... you've lost your punching bag."
"Well, I still have you." said Cherry, smirking.
Silkheart slowly trotted over to the next field in front of her. Her panting got heavier every second. She felt the sharp point of a spike.
"You need to take your time, Silky." said Pinkamena.
"AAAAHHH!!! FFFFFFUCK!!!... I thought you said I would just have to move forward to get out!" said the pegasus as she pulled her right fore hoof off one spike that had impaled her through the hoof's center.
"Not straight all the way. Just through the pits. You should feel good. That shortcut got you passed 29 spaces. 9 more left. You're almost out."
"Boooooo!" yelled Cherry.
"Come on, Silky. Don't wanna bleed to death do you? Just take your time. When you get out, I'll fix you up."
"By her she means me..."
"Shit." said Silkheart, back on the previous safe field.
She had to stand on her left front leg and her right hind leg. These were the only two hooves that where somewhat healthy enough to walk on. She slid her left hoof to her left. Another safe space.
Silkheart limped cautiously to the field on her left.
"Seven more spaces and you're out, Silky."
Silkheart slid her hoof cautiously to her left again. Another safe space.
Silkheart moved slowly to the left square and let her hoof slide to the left again. She was fighting against the immense pain that constantly shot through her body. Her hoof bumped the side of a spike.
When she touched the spike and pulled back her hoof, she almost lost her balance and had to use her Injured right front hoof to help her out.
"AHHH!!! Damn..." She stifled her scream and lifted her injured hoof back into the air after she regained her balance.
She shrugged off the pain and slid her hoof to the field in front of her.
"Safe again, Silky." said Pinkamena.
Silkheart moved on to the field in front of her and let her hoof slide to the square in front of her. Another safe square.
Again, she moved on to her front and again she let her hoof slide to the field in front of her. She looked almost like a caterpillar, the way she moved.
"Safe again, Silky." said Pinkamena. "4 more to go."
"I don't know if I can make it... I feel extremely dizzy and I can't get much air into my lungs." Silkheart said as she sat down on her haunches to rest a bit. She panted very heavily.
Pinkamena entered the the Grid and trotted over to Silkheart, kneeling down. She placed a hoof on Silk's shoulder.
"Only four more to go." said Pinkamena. "Then you'll be healed. Don't you want that?"
"I just want to be free... Just let me go." said the mare and got up to her hooves.
Pinkamena stood up. "Four more. Four." said Pinkamena, backing up out of the Grid.
Silkheart let her hoof slide to the field in front of her. Her hoof bumped the side of a spike.
The pegasus pulled her hoof back and then let it slide to her left. She felt another safe space.
"That's it." said Pinkamena. "Three left. Come on, girl."
Cherry whistles. "Come here, doggy. Good doggy." She let out a laugh.
Pinkamena smiled. "Almost out."
She moved to the safe field and let her hoof slide once again to her left. She felt how her strength faded, but she didn't stop. She felt the floor suddenly drop into a pit.
Silkheart fell forward as her hoof lost its grip. She fell on her chin but kept out of the pit.
"Owww..."
She slowly got back up and shook her head. She then moved her hoof to check the front field.
"That's it." said Pinkamena. "Two more."
The weak nurse moved on to the field to her front and then slid her hoof to the front again.
"That's it." said Pinkamena. "That's it."
Again, she moved to the front space and then slid her hoof to the front. This time, instead of feeling the normal safe space, she felt the cement floor of the basement.
"I did... it..." whispered the pegasus.
She blacked out and fell forward out of the Grid. Pinkamena caught her and knelt down, holding her.
"There, there." she said, stroking the mare's mane. "You did it."
"Awww, man. I wanted her to die." growled Cherry, looking at the banged up nurse.
Pinkamena looked down at the mare and gently shook her. "Hey... Wake up..."
"Oh... Wh-What? Uhhh..." the pegasus whispered.
Pinkamena leaned in. "You made it, Silky. You survived."
"Y-You'll let... me go now?" asked Silkheart with her weak voice.
"Of course not. You'll tell others."
"I-I... wouldn't..." answered the mare.
"Can't take that risk, Silky. Sorry. But I will give you two choices."
"What... choices?" asked the nurse.
"I can either let you die... or I'll have my sister heal you and you can live as our slave."
"I don't want to be a slave... but I didn't fight that hard to die... so..." She stopped mid-sentence.
Pinkamena leaned in and gave Silkheart a quick kiss. "And with me, you'll get to experience the joys of pleasure every day."
Silkheart just looked at Pinkamena and gave her a weak smile, then she closed her eyes.

"Well, you're welcome." Cherry rolled her eyes and walked out of the room.
"Silky?" asked Pinkamena.
Suddenly, Silkheart's eyes shot wide open and she began to gasp in as much air as she could.
"Welcome back, Silky."
"What... What just happened?" asked Silkheart between heavy breaths.
"You survived The Grid and my sister healed you."
"I thought... she said she didn't want to." said Silkheart quizzically.
"She did it for me."
Silkheart suddenly looked away from Pinkamena and asked, "Did I really agreed to be your slave?"
"Is that really such a bad thing?" asked Pinkamena, still holding the nurse.
"I just fought so hard, because I thought I could go... I don't know how to feel right now. It's confusing... I mean... I really liked our kiss..." explained the pegasus mare, blushing slightly.

"Well... no... Not just the kiss." said Silkheart, sounding very ashamed.
Pinkamena smiled. "Well... we're alone right now..."

"Something wrong?" asked Pinkamena.

"Thanks." said Pinkamena, leaning in so their noses were touching. "Silkheart's a nice name, too."
"Thanks." said Silkheart. She leaned in to kiss the pinks mare.
Pinkamena kissed back, closing her eyes. Silkheart moaned again. She felt a heat rising in her abdomen. Pinkamena pushed her tongue into Silkheart's mouth.

Pinkamena hesitated. "Why are you a nurse?"
"Because I wanted to help ponies." answered the pegasus. "Why?"

"Of course I do. Helping others is a great feeling." replied the mare. She looked very puzzled at the pink mare's questions.
"You like it. You feel like it's what you're best at, right? Go so far as to say that helping others is your life?"
"Y-Yeah. It means the world to me."
"Now, imagine you met a pony who you care a lot about. Let's say you fall in love with this pony. Now imagine this pony told you they disapproved of your way of life. What would you do?"
"I think... it would break my heart." said Silkheart.
Even now, she didn't get the purpose of the questions. Pinkamena gave Silkheart a look, waiting for her to get it.
Suddenly she gasped. "OH, NO!" she said, shocked. "You mean... Oh..." She then looked down in shame.
"Yeah..." said Pinkamena with a sigh.
"I'm sorry. I didn't know you felt about it like that... But, I think... that makes us two absolute opposites... I-I guess." said Silkheart, tears beginning to stream down her face.
"Does this mean you wanna break up?" asked Pinkamena
"I... I... DON'T KNOW!!!" Silkheart started to sob openly.
Pinkamena stroked her mane. "Must be a hard decision. Which means you must love me as much as you love your job."
"I-I can't decide. I could never decide... My job is my life... Ohhh..." Silkheart continued to sob and sniffle.
She didn't know why this was so hard. She got tortured by this mare, but she didn't hate her for it.
Pinkamena smiled. "How sick ans twisted must you be... to love a mare... that put you through hell?"
When Silkheart heard those words she felt rage rising in her body. She didn't know why, but she felt like shouting. "I'M NOT SICK!!! YOU ARE... You are sick..." Silkheart yelled at Pinkamena.
Pinkamena smiled. "How does it feel to openly express your rage? Feels good?"
"I... I'm sorry... I just... Fuck. What's wrong with me? My head feels like it's going to burst any second." Silkheart said as she clutched her head with her fore hooves and screamed out of desperation.
"I think, subconsciously, you wanna be like me so you can be with me..."
"NOOO!!! NO!! SHUT UP!!! JUST SHUT THE FUCK UP, YOU MONSTER!!!" screamed the nurse, her eyes got wide as she stared at Pinkamena wildly.
Pinkamena smiled and stood up. She pulled out her knife from her mane and dropped it in front of Silkheart. She then backed up a bit. "Go on. Take the knife. Strike me down. Become like me."
Silkheart stared at the knife with a bewildered look on her face. She hesitantly moved towards it.
"That's it, Silky. Give in to your rage and become a monster like me. Kill me."
Silkheart then bent down to grab the knife. When she got it, she stared. She just stared into the empty space between her and Pinkamena, breathing heavily.
Pinkamena closed her eyes. "I'm waiting."
Suddenly, the sound of a knife hitting the floor was heard together with the soft sobs of a mare.
"What... What was I just about to do? Did I really want to kill a pony?" Silkheart asked herself, just audible enough for the pink mare to hear.
Pinkamena opened her eyes. She smiled and trotted over to the knife, picking it up. She then held it with the tip against Silkheart's neck. "Failing to act is what'll get you killed."
Silkheart didn't respond. She just sat there, eyes wide open as she stared at her own hooves in disbelief. The pegasus mare's body was shaking all over out of pure fear.
"Now, that you know who and what I am... do you still have feelings for me?"
Silkheart's facial expression got emotionless. "Kill me..." she whispered.
Pinkamena let out a gasp. "What?"
"I don't want to be a monster. I can feel that I want to hurt somepony... I couldn't live with this feeling. Please, just kill me." the nurse explained with an anxious tone in her voice. She grabbed Pinkamena's leg and stared into her eyes with tears in her own.
A tear fell from Pinkamena's eye as she cried softly. "Silky..."
"Please... do it... It's just that... I could never choose between helping and hurting ponies... I just don't want to hurt somepony. I can't take this pressure... I would rather die." Silkheart spoke softly as she got a begging look in her eyes.
Pinkamena looked as though she was about to do it when she threw the knife across the room. "NO!" she sobbed. "I can't do it. Please, don't make me."
Silkheart then got up and walked slowly in the direction of the knife.
"Then... I'll have to do it myself." whispered the pegasus mare.
One could easily tell her psyche was in a very fragile state at the moment.
Pinkamena ran over to her. "Please, don't, Silky." she cried. "You're the only mare that's ever loved me. Don't go... Please..."
Suddenly, Silkheart collapsed on the floor, crying and sobbing. She curled up to a ball and shivered.
"I can't... I can't." was the only thing she said, over and over again.
Pinkamena knelt down next to her and put a hoof around her.
"I'm sorry... I'm so so sorry." Silkheart said repeatedly.
"I never thought I'd say this to any pony except my sister, but..." She leaned in close to Silkheart's ear. "I-I love you..."
When she heard those words, Silkheart's eyes went back to normal and she hugged Pinkamena.
"I-I'm just so sorry... I... I love you, Pinkamena." cried Silkheart.
Pinkamena hugged back. "I'm sorry to make you choose like this."
"No... I did choose... I finally made my choice." answered the pegasus mare.
"What is it?" asked the pink mare.
"When I heard you say those words... I knew that I really loved you... I have to accept what you like, if I really love you... and I can accept that now." answered Silkheart. Then she pulled back and looked into Pinkamena's eyes. "I really do love you." she whispered.
Pinkamena placed a hoof on her cheek and smiled, a tear running down her cheek.
"Can you forgive me?" asked Silkheart in a soft tone.
"Of course." said Pinkamena, wiping the tears from her eyes and sniffling.
"Thank you... I'm so sorry for being so selfish..." said Silkheart and kissed Pinkamena briefly. "I promise I'll never do this again."
"Selfish? Your reaction seemed pretty normal to me."
"Really? So ,you're not mad at me?" she asked the pink mare looking into her blue eyes.
"Mad? No. I think, for the first time in a VERY long time... I was scared."
"Scared? Why?" asked the nurse. The situation had cooled down and so did Silkheart.
"You're the first mare that ever loved me after knowing what I am, and... I thought I was gonna lose you."
"You won't loose me... I promise... I accept what you are." answered the nurse as a soft and warm smile crept across her face.
Pinkamena smiled and leaned in for a kiss. Silkheart leaned into the kiss, too, and wrestled with the Pink mare's tongue.The pink mare closed her eyes as she felt the pegasus' tongue against her own. The Pegasus mare then broke the kiss.
"What about your sister? Don't you two want to get your next pony?" asked the nurse nervously.
Pinkamena smiled and kissed her nose. "I love you." she said, turning and heading towards the door.
"I love you, too... just... be careful." said Silkheart, sitting on the floor, looking at the Pink mare with a worried look on her face.
Pinkamena turned around and continued backing up towards the door. "I'm always careful."
Silkheart smiled weakly and waved her hoof at Pinkamena.
Pinkamena left the room. "Yo, sis! Where'd you go?!"
Cherry didn't answer. She wasn't on the floor.
Pinkamena went up the stairs into the main area. "Sis?!"
Cherry came down stairs from the second floor. "What?"
"Time for our next victim. Let's go."
"Kay-kay". said Cherry.
"And I think we may need to make the Grid harder next time. What do you think?"
"Hmm... What about some more better traps like... a lava pit... acid river... stuff like that?"
"We'll discuss details later, sis."
"Alright."
"Ready?" she asked, heading for the door. "Let's go."
Cherry smiled. "Let's go." she said, following her sister out the door.

Previously on Pinkamena GrimDark Role-Play Project...Pinkamena trotted into the hospital, her sister leaning against her for support. "Can somepony help us?!"
A bright pink mare walked over to them. "How may I help you two?"
"It's my sister." said Pinkamena. "I think she broke her leg."
"Oh, that sounds awful." said the mare. "Please, let your sister take a seat and fill this form. I'll call a doctor right away." She began making her way to one of the doctor's rooms.
Pinkamena helped her sister to a chair. "It's working..." she whispered.
Cherry smirked "Do you have the anesthesia?" she whispered back to Pinkamena.
"You bet." said Pinkamena. "Wait here."
Nurse Silkheart arrived at the room where the shots where being developed. She stopped beside the door and waited for one of the staff to come out with the finished shots. Pinkamena ran up to her.
"Please, come quick! Something's happened to the doctor!"
"WHAT?! Of course. Lead the way!"
Nurse Silkheart didn't hesitate and followed the mare. Pinkamena led Silkheart back to the treatment room.
"See? He's unconscious."
Silkheart saw the doctor and ran over to him. "Get help."
Pinkamena jabbed the syringe into Silkheart's neck and injected her.
Slowly, but surely, Nurse Silkheart started to wake up.
"Uhhh... What?... Where am I?" asked the Nurse. She looked around but her vision was blurred. Then she noticed that she couldn't move. Her eyes shot wide open. "What's going on here? Why can't I move?" she asked nervously.
"Cause you're strapped down to a chair, idiot." Cherry said, who was sitting down in a chair herself. She got up. "Finally, we can play..."
"Hold on, sis." said Pinkamena, sitting on Silkheart's lap. "I wanna try something." She leaned in and kissed Silkheart on the lips.
"HMPF!" exclaimed Silkheart.
Her eyes went wide when the lips of the pink mare touched her own. She tried to turn her head away from the kiss.
"Pinkamena. You need to stop trying that. Every slave we have hated your kisses."
Silkheart tried to turn her head for a few more seconds, then she slowly gave in and parted her lips, Though she couldn't really understand why. She didn't even like mares.
Pinkamena leaned into Silkheart and continued kissing her.
"Maybe not all of them..." said Cherry.
"What kind of game is this? Do I even have a chance to win?" asked Silkheart.
She sniffled and some tears ran down her face.
"Oh, sure. Just take your time. I remember one colt that tried this..." Pinkamena stopped and laughed. "Remember, sis?"
Cherry laughed at the thought "Yeah..."
"Ooh. What a mess."
"Yeah. Blood everywhere."
"B-Blood? What happened to him?" asked the nurse, shocked.
Cherry chuckled "Tell her, sis."
"Well, he rushed to get through and didn't take his time. So... He got burnt, electrocuted, and impaled."
"What? Oh, no, Can't we please skip this? I would do anything. I don't want to die. Not like this. Please. I'll even shut up for your sister." begged Silkheart, her whole body shaking and shivering from fear. She tried desperately to change the minds of the two mares.
"Is it any consolation to tell you it's doable?"
"N-NOOO, PLEASE!!!" Silkheart started openly sobbing at this point.
Pinkamena started to trot along the path. Silkheart limped to the field on her right. She suddenly heard hoof steps coming closer.
"W-What's wrong?" she asked, standing still on the square.
Pinkamena trotted up to Silkheart, standing on the square the mare was just on. She then placed a hoof on her back.
"Hey, Silky." said Pinkamena.
"WHAAAA!" yelled Silkheart, startled. "Wha-What?" She feared for the worst.
"You're doin' great, Silk."
"Y-You came here and startled me just to tell me that?" the pegasus asked, shivering in fear.
"I also have one final tip or you." she said, getting close to Silkheart's ear.
"What is it?" asked the nurse, backing up slightly when she felt the pink mare touch her ear. She made sure to not leave the field.
"When you reach the next pit, go straight."
"Okay. This must be the pit she meant... I don't know... Should I really trust her?" the pegasus mare said to herself. "Fuck it... Here goes nothing." she said, and then let herself fall into the pit.
Silkheart landed unintentionally on the leg that got injured by the bear trap. It gave a loud cracking sound and her leg bone ripped through her skin.
"AAAAAHHHH DAMN!!! OWWW!!! SHIT SHIT SHIT!!!" she screamed.
She moved to the front space and then slid her hoof to the front. This time, instead of feeling the normal safe space, she felt the cement floor of the basement.
"I did... it..." whispered the pegasus.
She blacked out and fell forward out of the Grid. Pinkamena caught her and knelt down, holding her.
"There, there." she said, stroking the mare's mane. "You did it."
The pink mare closed her eyes and waited until her shower was over before pulling out.
She wiped the juice from her eyes and returned to Silkheart's face. "Liked that, did you?"
"Y-Yeah..." was the only response the mare could muster as she rode the waves of her afterglow.
"So... Answer me this... If you had to choose between me or death... which would it be?"
"YOU!" Silkheart said without hesitation.
Pinkamena smiled and kissed Silkheart, the nurse's own juices dripping from Pinkamena's face onto her own. After a few seconds, she pulled away. "Good girl."
