Shy and I
As I was running down the dirt road with some food, the guards are throwing stones at me and yelling “stop” or “we will kill you, boy”. “I’ve seen this before” I say to myself. The chase already exceeded a point they always stop at. The sign that says “Welcome to Equestria”. I was scared once we passed. I have never passed that sign before, maybe they did but not me. The only reason I crossed was for my life. The guards seemed to stop running. I stopped to look back, and there they were maybe fifty yards away with a terrified expression on their face. I look back and see two stallions running at us. They seemed to be armored. I dropped all the food, and started running the opposite way. It was a matter of seconds before they caught me. The next thing I know that everything went black.
When I woke up there were the guards glaring at me. They said the same thing at the same time “Princess Celestia wants to see you”. The whole time I was wondering how they were talking. They took me through some hallways, out the dungeon, then to a large door. They opened the door then in the middle of the room was a throne. And there sat a horse that I guessed was Princess Chilestia or whatever her name was. Her mane was of many different colors at the same time and seems her mane was flowing. I had to admit she did look a bit beautiful. “Hello, human” she said. I didn’t respond. “Why are you here in Equestria?” she asked with a non-existent expression on her face. I was afraid to lie so I just said the truth. “I was chased out of my town, because I stole food so I won’t starve.” She stood there for a second. “Starve?” she asked. “I am very poor” I said with a weird tone in my voice. She stood there for a minute or two looking like she wants to do something. “I am a generous pony so I will give you an offer so you can live and eat. You can go back to your part of the world or you may live here.” She said. “Here?” I said shocked. “You can live with my most honored student in PonyVille, Twilight sparkle.” I wanted to stay here, but I don’t know what’s in store for me here. So I said without thinking the answer no other human would say “Ill stay here”. She looked at me for a second. “My guards would escort you the library, were my student lives.” With that she nodded and the guards told me to follow them, and so I did. I looked back to see Princess Celestia smiled at me.
As the guards escorted me to this so called “PonyVille” I thought to myself “Will I ever see my home again? Will I see my friends again?” All these questions I had.
I saw a sign that read “Welcome to PonyVille”. I heard lots of noise from the town, but when I walked through the streets it seemed to be muted. All the ponies had a look on their face that said “Is that a human?”. We seemed to walk forever. Then we arrived to a tree with a door that read “Library”. The door opened and there stood a pony with a purple mane and tail with a lighter purple streak with going through the middle. “Are you the human Princess Celestia sent?” she said with a smile. “yes” I said. “I’ll show you your room” she said. She gave me the grand tour through the house then we came upon a door. “And this is where you’ll be staying.” She said with a great smile on her face. “Thanks?” I said “No problem” then she trotted away. I opened the door and there a saw it. A small dragon “Hey, I’m spike!” He said happily. I slammed the door. The last time a saw a dragon it killed my family.
Twilight came running back to me or more correctly, galloping. “What’s wrong?” she frantically asked. “Why is there a dragon in my room?” “Spike? He’s my apprentice.” She said calming herself down. With that Spike started knocking on the door. I release my weight to the door and he comes out. I eye the dragon suspiciously. It’s going to take time to trust him. I kneel down to the dragon “Sorry spike.” “It’s ok, dude” he says still happy. I walk into my room and throw myself on to the bed.
One week has passed. Twilight, Spike and I became friends since then. She discussed taught me everything about ponies. She hasn’t asked me to do anything except pick up some books or clean something. Five minutes ago she asked me to go get some apples at Applejack’s farm. So I’m walking down the street with all the ponies looking at me. I turn the street corner and see the farm. I heard a couple ponies talk here and there. I walk to the farm and knock on the door. “I’ll be there in a sec.” Soon the door opened and Applejack stood there with an aghast look on her face. Applejack had an orangey yellow colored mane with a cowpony hat. Her cutie mark was of three apples, which made sense. “Uh… can I help you, mister?” “Apples for Twilight Sparkle.” I said calmly “Twilight? Why didn’t you say so, sugar cube. Follow me. ” She led me to the apple trees in the back. She walked to a tree with a tub underneath it and kicked it with her hind legs. The apples fell straight into the tub. “Here ya go” with that I picked up the tub and started walking to the library. I heard some talking inside. I opened the door and saw twilight talking to another pony. She turned her head with her pink mane and she seemed very shy. She was very beautiful. I couldn’t take my eyes of her. “Hey you got the apples!” Twilight said happily. The other pony softly squealed. “It’s ok Fluttershy” Twilight said “um… um… hi” she said softly.
That same moment my heart stopped beating. Her voice sounded as beautiful as she looked. Twilight broke the moment of silence “Put the apples in the kitchen, and come sit down.” When I went to the kitchen and put the apples down; I walked back over to the living room and sat down one seat away from Twilight. Fluttershy asked in the softest voice “Is this the human that’s living with you?” Before Twilight could respond I answered “yes.” Twilight looked at me suspiciously. There was another moment of silence. I tried to see what her cutie mark was but she was at an angle and I couldn’t see it. I excused myself to go to my room. When I came back I looked again. It was three butterflies. Weird. What could that mean? She likes butterflies? I don’t know. Fluttershy asked a question that stumbled me “How is it like in the human part of the world?” “Horrible”. I answered stupidly. She looked at me in a strange way. “Well, for me it was. Other people love it.” I said to correct myself “Why is it horrible?” She questioned in that sweet voice. “I was very poor, I had to steal food and my family died.” My voice trembling. “Well, I’m going to leave you two alone.” Twilight said with still a suspicious face. She went up stairs got a book, dropped the book, picked it up, then started reading. I looked at my feet. She asked another question. “How long have you been here?” “A week.” And another one “Have you meet any other ponies?” “Just Applejack.” I said looking up back at her. “Applejack… she’s a nice pony.” She said “Any other?” She asked so softly I barely heard her. “No.” “I’m sure you wi…” Then there was a knocking at the door. “Twilight? Is Fluttershy there?” Fluttershy responded “Yes, I’m here”. The door opened. “Fluttershy we are late for our spa…….. In good heavens are you?” The mare asked me. “Oh, Hey Rarity. He is living with me.” Twilight asked Rarity. That’s a nice name for three diamonds for a cutie mark. “Come on Fluttershy. We’re late for the spa.” She said. Her mane was a dark purple put in an elegant way. “I’m coming” Fluttershy said in that soft tone “See you around” she said that I almost didn’t hear.
The next day I lay awake in my bed. Will I ever get to see Fluttershy again? Ever? Then I just realized. After maybe an hour of thinking. Am I obsessing over a pony? I soon pushed Fluttershy out my mind. I finally went out of my room. I didn’t see Twilight or Spike, so I called their name. “Twilight?” no response. “Spike?” Still no response. I decided to take a stroll around town. Most of the ponies got used to me. They never really talked to me or nothing they just carried on with life as usual. I stopped by a stack of hay look around to see if I can see Twilight and Spike. I felt a sharp pain in my side. The next I know I was on the ground next to a rainbow colored pony. I got up to shake myself off. Other ponies were rushing up to us with worried looks on their faces. I noticed four of them Twilight, Rarity, Fluttershy. And Applejack. The rainbow one and another pink one was with them. “Are you two ok?” Twilight said with much worry. “I’m ok.” I say calmly. “Me too” The rainbow colored one said. She looked at me for a sec. “Hey, what’s up? I’m Rainbow Dash.” She holds out her hoof. I think in my mind. Huh, a hoof shake. I hold out my hand “Hey” I said and I shake her hoof. Just then the pink pony jumps on me. Once again, I fall to the ground. “HEY, I’m Pinkie Pie!” She says loudly. I couldn’t breathe. She knocked the breathe out of me. “Hey, Pinkie Pie” I said still trying to breath. She was still standing on me. “Pinkie, do the nice gentle man a favor and stop standing on him.” Rarity said. “Oh sorry.” With that she hopped of me. I got up off the ground and brushed off all the hay and dirt that was on me. “Where you from.” Rainbow Dash said coolly. Before I could say anything Pinkie Pie spoke….loudly and energetic. “Where ya from? Why you here? Do you like to party? Do you like cupcakes?! I love cupcakes! Wanna make cupcakes!?” She said very annoyingly. But, it didn’t bother me, it reminded me of me when I was younger. When she started talking I saw her cutie mark it was of three different colored balloons. And when she said party, I instantly knew. She was a party pony. I looked at her and saw her with a really big smile on her face. “Don’t freak the dude out. I think your scaring him already Pinkie.” Rainbow Dash said. “Come on everypony we need make your dresses. Fluttershy didn’t you say you need to go somewhere?” Rarity said with that weird accent in her voice. “See ya later, sugercube.” Applejack said “Peace out, Fluttershy.” Rainbowdash said messing with her mane then flying away with the rest of the group. That left me with Fluttershy and Spike. Spike just walked away probably to the library. I said thinking out loud “I need a pet.” I stood there for a second. I looked at Fluttershy. Her eyes were wide and she had the biggest smile on her face. “Follow me!” she said
I followed her for maybe ten minutes, and then we arrived to her house part farm thing. She led me to the back. She had so many animals. She lead me through the whole farm talking about how excited she was. “Which pet would you like?” She asked kindly with a smile on her face. “I think the otter would be cool.” With that she flew of then returned with the otter. He jumped on my shoulder and started licking my face. “He likes you!” She said happily. At just the same moment the other ponies appeared around the corner. “HEY GUYS!” Pinkie Pie shouted. Pinkie Pie startled Fluttershy. She jumped up and landed on me. We fell to the ground together. Her mane was in my face. I blushed. She got up, and I continued to lay on the floor. I finally decided to get up. All of the other ponies laughed. So did Fluttershy. I soon joined in. “We need to get back to the library.” Twilght said giggling. “Ok.” We started walking to the library. I looked back at Fluttershy. She was looking at me with a smile. I looked her in the eye. Then and there I know we had a connection. I smiled at her, and she smiled at me. I turned then walked away with Twilight.
“Why’d we come back to the library?” “I figured it got a little awkward.” I laughed at what she said. “How’d it got awkward?” “She jumped on you.” I was trying to figure out what to say next. “She got scared.” We looked at each other. We started laughing. “It did get really awkward.”
A couple years have passed. I just turned 17. My relationship got stronger with Fluttershy and the rest of the gang. Rarity makes me pants, shirts, sweaters, and many other things. Applejack told me how it wasn’t that bad to be a vegetarian. Pinkie Pie introduced me to other ponies in the town, and I’m well known. Rainbowdash helped me get stronger and fit. Twilight helped me to read, write and actually think. Last but not least Fluttershy taught me how to love all living creatures. I loved Fluttershy. But, I don’t know if she knows, or she loves me too. But, she might be too shy to tell me, or I’m too stupid to tell her. I love her so much…. I just don’t know what to do.
I woke up from a long nights sleep. I changed into some clothes. I walked outside my room to see Twilight sitting there with Princess Celestia. I stopped breathing for a minute. I haven’t seen Princess Celestia in three years. “Come sit down.” Princess Celestia said. I sat down next to Twilight. She looked nervous. “I wanted to check on you my dear human.” She paused. Neither me nor Twilght spoke. “I was wondering if you would like to go back to your town.” My smile dropped to a worried look. I spoke without thinking “No disrespect Princess, but I never want to go back there.” “I understand. Why you want to stay.” She paused once again. “Me and Twilight need to talk.” “Ok,” I said actually breathing. I walked out the door and ran right into Rarity. “Oh, sorry Rarity.”
“I was just coming to get you.” She said elegantly like she always does. “why?” I chuckled “Why I made you some new shirts of course.” “Oh, thanks.” I said excitedly. I followed her back to her house and she showed me my new shirts. “They look awesome.” “Why thank you. I will drop them of later today. I am still working on some. I think Fluttershy wanted to see you in her farm.” I ran out of her house and ran as fast as I could to Fluttershy’s. I walked in the backyard and saw her sitting there getting overrun by baby bunnies. “Please stop running.” She said worryingly. I ran to help. I rounded about half of the baby bunnies in one pin. “Bunny season?” “Yea. There are allot this year.” I looked at her. I looked at her beautiful mane. I felt wonderful around her. Just looking at her is a gift, and I got all of it. I loved that mare so much. I probably loved her more than my family. That’s how special she is to me. I just don’t know when to tell her. I started walking toward her. She looked at me. Her smile dropped. I stopped walking. I looked behind me. The next thing I know that I got knocked out.
I woke up in a bed. All the ponies surrounding me with teary faces. All except Fluttershy. “ Where’s Fluttershy? WHERES FLUTTERSHY?” I yelled at them. “She was kidnapped.” Twilight said crying harder. Pinkie Pie was crying the hardest. I got up to try to find her. The nurses tried to hold me down, but I easily over powered them. Thanks from the help of Rainbow Dash. I ran to the library changed into some flexible pants and shirt. I grabbed a box under my bed and put it on top of my bed. I opened it and their lay a knife. I swear to Celestia that I will cut their throats or so help me. I put the knife in its sheath, then clipped it to my belt. I ran out the library and started to the evergreen forest. Rainbowdash tried to stop me. “you cant save her.” She said “WHY?! WHY NOT?!” I yelled furiously at her. “You’ve been out for a week.” I stopped running. “I don’t care. I will find her.” I whispered. Then started running. She tried to talk me out of it, but I didn’t pay attention. I reached the edge of the forest. Rainbowdash looked at me. I ran into the forest.
I stayed in the forest for a week now. I have been living off of plants. Thanks to Applejack. I found no traces, but I never gave up, my love was to strong. I keep up my pace. I had a very good endurance from the training from Rainbowdash. I barely had any sleep, but I was fine. And there I saw it, I strand from Fluttershy’s mane. I picked it up. I’m close. I double timed my pace. I couldn’t help it I had a wide smile on my face.
I traveled for another day or so. I kept finding her hair. I got mad. What are they doing to her? Are they abusing her? I got mad at that thought. I got maybe four hours of sleep. I talked to some animals. They seemed to understand me. Maybe, form what Fluttershy taught me. They keep pointing at one direction were Fluttershy was. I headed toward that direction. I heard a sound I couldn’t make it out, but I followed it. When I got closer it sounded like a moan. I walked maybe twenty feet closer. It was Fluttershy. I almost started running. But, I stopped myself. I pulled out my knife and treaded lightly. I got to the camp, and I hid behind a bush. I didn’t see what was going on, so I peeked a look. I looked at from the side of the bush. My eyes widened. I felt an anger boiling inside me. There were three men. One with her and the other two at the fire. I tightened my grip on my knife. I jumped over the bush an ran at the one with Fluttershy. I didn’t yell so I wouldn’t ruin the element of surprise. I was probably ten feet from him, until he saw me. I jumped on him and stabbed him in the neck. I pulled out my knife as fast as I could. Already my knife was littered with blood of another human. I didn’t care. I went for another. They gotten up and was reaching for their firearms. I stabbed one in the thigh, gut, then throat. I let him bleed out as well. The other had his gun ready. He fired at me. I dogged his attack, cut his arm. He yelped in pain. He was grabbing his arm. I clipped him but, the sharp blade cut deep into his skin. I walked toward him. He dropped his gun, then to his knees then pleaded. “Please don’t do this.” I took no mercy. With the flick of my wrist, I cut his throat.
I walked over to Fluttershy. I had tears in my eyes. “What have they done to you?” I picked up a blanket and wrapped her in it, picked her up then headed home.
We had to get home as soon as possible; it took about a week and a half to find her. If we stayed out in the forest for longer than three weeks we surely were to die out here.
I don’t know how long I’ve been running with Fluttershy in my arms. I ran none stop, no matter what. My arms were burning like hell. I didn’t care. My legs were burning like hell. I still didn’t care. I was dehydrated. Screw it. The only thing that mattered to me was to return Fluttershy to PonyVille and nurse her back to health. And, if I died before that… I didn’t care, as long she got to safety. I had to give this to Rainbowdash. If she hadn’t trained me. Fluttershy would be dead. All of this started running through my head. What if I didn’t steal that food? What if I escaped those stallions? What if I didn’t meet Twilight? What if I never meet Fluttershy?
I ran for two days now, I walked now. I collapsed to the ground. I finally let myself breath. I stayed there for maybe a day or so. My legs and arms were better. Just sore. I nursed Fluttershy the best I could. I gave her some food and water. She barely ate or drank. I was worried. I kept petting her mane and saying I loved her so much. I didn’t hide my emotions. How could I? if I didn’t love her I probably wouldn’t come after her. I probably stayed in the hospital bed crying with all the other ponies. But no, I didn’t. I came after her and saved her…. for now. I picked her up, then started running again. I could tell I was getting close. The trees were getting less thick. I traveled for eight days. I stopped once only to feed and nourish Fluttershy. Anything else I kept running. I finally saw the clearing. I started sprinting. Even with Fluttershy in my arms. I came upon the clearing. It was her farm! I started running, not for long. I saw the other ponies walking to her house sadly. The only one that stuck out was Pinkie Pie she wasn’t happy either. Her mane was straight. I started walking to her house. The first one to notice was Rainbowdash. She flew over to me to see if her friend was ok. Her smile dropped into darkness. She tried to get a better look; I looked at her not to. She understood. The other ponies ran over to see their friend. I ignored them. They were speechless. I walked over to her door and opened it. “Is she gonna…” I closed the door before Applejack could finish. I walked upstairs and placed her on her bed.
I barely manage to keep up the farm, and when I’m not working on the farm I’m nourishing Fluttershy. She shows little sign of improvement. I keep telling her I love her so much, and every night before bed I kiss her on the forehead. Then I go to sleep on the couch. I am still very sore from running all that was, but I don’t care. I keep up the farm and take care of Fluttershy. That’s all I care about. The other ponies still try to help. Applejack brings apples, Rainbow keeps it from any bad weather around the farm, Twilght gets me medicine and other medical supplies, Rarity makes some warm blankets and Pinkie Pie helps a little on the farm. I all thank them, but I don’t let them see Fluttershy.
A week passes by like nothing. Fluttershy got only a bit better.
Another week passes by and Fluttershy is able to walk around the house. But not for a long distance. All the spare time I get, I usually nourish her or snuggle with her. She doesn’t mind because when I put my arm around her she seems to loosen up. I love this Pegasus so much.
She is able walk by herself now. But, she still isn’t talking. I don’t blame her.
She is all better now. And I plan to take a trip to town. She said it would be delightful. I plan to take Splash too. My pet otter. Fluttershy got a little worried. She hasn’t seen her friends in two months. I told her not to worry.
We walked into town. The moment one pony saw everypony did. Rainbow spotted us. “Fluttershy are you ok?” She said as her eyes frantically looking at her body to see if anything was wrong. Fluttershy looked at the ground. “She’s fine” Rainbow let out a big sigh. “We have to tell the others!”
We all were sitting in Twilights house. All the ponies were silent. Applejack broke the silence “What happened to you sugarcube?” Fluttershy looked at me and nodded. I breathed for a second. “When I found her she was getting beaten by three other humans.” They all gasped. “Well those filthy brutes.” Rarity said “What did you do?” Twilight asked. “I… I l killed them.” They gasped again. “All of them?” Rainbow said “Yes” I scooted over to Fluttershy then I hugged her? “Why did you go after her?” Applejack said “Why? Because I love Fluttershy.” I held her tight right there. Fluttershy looked at me with a smile. I could tell right then and there she loved me too. I started to cry. “I’ve could have lost you.” I sobbed. She looked in to my eyes. “I love you too.” Fluttershy said. I cried even harder. When I looked up she had started to cry too. “You cry shyly to.” I said trying to make a joke. We both laughed a little. When we looked back at the other ponies they were crying. I needed to talk to Twilight. I wiped my eyes “I need to talk to you in private, Twilight.” She nodded and we headed to her room. “I wanted to ask you if I could live with Fluttershy.” She looked at me. She was speechless. “I don’t want anything like this to happen again.” “If you want, you can she said.” “Thank you.” We walked out the room to see Princess Celestia. I sat down next to Fluttershy. “I heard you went for a journey through the Evergreen Forest, To save Fluttershy.” “Yes, Princess.” She looked at me for a few seconds. “You have put your life in risk to save another; that was a great act of courage.” “Thank you.” I said. I wrapped my arms around Fluttershy. Princess Celestia raised an eyebrow at me. Twilight whispered something in her ear. “I hear that you are in a relationship with Fluttershy.” I looked at Fluttershy, she had a smile on her face. She nodded. I looked back at the Princess. “Yes, we are.”
A couple weeks have passed and I moved in with Fluttershy. I don’t sleep with her though. I sleep on the couch. My regular routine is have something small to eat, feed the animals then go to work. Mr. and Mrs. Cake found me of great use when I baked cupcakes with Pinkie Pie, so they hired me. The pay is 15 bits an hour. It’s a good pay, but just enough for me to feed the animals, Fluttershy, and me. After that I help Applejack harvest some apples. I Help Twilight with her weekly studying, go train with Rainbowdash, then last but not least go help make something with Rarity. I see Pinkie Pie allot at my job. Then after that I usually go home. I find myself walking around the farm allot, thinking about Shy and I. I usually call her Shy now. Yesterday I just thought of it, but I have some unfinished business with Rainbowdash.
The next day I walked to where Rainbow and I practice. I saw her sitting on the bench where she always waits for me. She saw me and flew up for our eyes meet. “You ready for prati…” I cut her off by hugging her. I hugged her tight. I whispered in her ear “Thank you so much.” “Uhhh… For what?” I released from my hug. “For training me. if you would have never trained me I would have never found Fluttershy, and if I would never found her she’d be dead, and if she be dead, I would never come back here, then if…..” Rainbow stopped me. I looked at her, and she looked at me. We shared another hug. We started training after that.
In a few days id turn 18. I didn’t seem to some ponies that it didn’t mean much. Pinkie Pie was always excited… as always; she seemed a little too excited. I become friends with some other ponies and fillies. Like Derpy Hooves and her filly, Vinyl Scratch, Lyra, Bigmac’ntosh, the Cutie Mark Crusaders which I found out that they were willing to do anything for their cuite marks, and allot of other ponies. Allot of the ponies enjoy my company, and I enjoy theirs. If a pony moves in im usually the second to greet them. Pinkie is always first.
I went through my schedule for a couple days now. I’m walking home then Rainbow stops me, she looks worried. “There’s been an accident in the barn!” She said nearly yelling, so I think this is important. The barn about one fourth a mile from here to there. I took an few minutes to get there. I slam into the door and it fly’s open. “HAPPY BIRTHDAY!” Allot ponies say at once. It nearly gives me a heart attack. I fall to the floor in relief and shock. I start laughing. All the ponies greet me. I saw Derpy with her filly. It saddens me, because she said the father left her after she gave birth. When Derpy came to greet me I shook her hoof and rustled with her filly mane. That made her smile. My heart exploded. The filly smile made me smile so much. Her smile just made my day. For another five minutes the ponies greeted me. And what surprised me that one of the ThunderBolts were here. Spitfire. We had maybe a good five minute conversation. We had cake then we opened presents. The gifts were mostly animal food, clothes, or bits. I thanked all the ponies for the gifts and the party continued. The D.J. was apparently Vinyl Scratch. She showed me how to work as D.J. I was pretty good to. She called me a natural, and told me I should work as a D.J. at the club. I didn’t really speak with Fluttershy she was speaking with her friends, so I left her alone. I mostly hung around with Applejack and Rainbow. We had a blast. The three of us pulled pranks on each other when we least likely expected it. The cake, the punch, the presents, when we were dancing, when they greeted me. Anytime they got. I didn’t get mad, it was very funny how could I get mad. It got a little awkward when Vinyl put on some slow dance music. I looked at her and she looked at me. She was giggling. I pointed at her mouthing her “Ill get you back.” She started laughing. I walked over to Fluttershy and put my hand out. “My I have this dance?” I asked politely. She looked nervous, she looked at Rainbow, Pinkie, Applejack, Rarity, and Applejack. They were either shooing her away or giggling. She put her hoof in my hand and we walked in the center of the barn to get away from the others so they wouldn’t see us. That plan backfired. All the other pony couples. Formed a circle around us. Horrible Idea. Shy put her hooves on my shoulders and I put my hands around her waist. I looked at some other couples dancing and followed what they were doing. It was quiet easy. A few minutes passed and the next song played. I looked at Vinyl who had a mare at her side. It was Octivia. She was looking at Vinyl movements like she was studying her. I looked at Shy. We touched foreheads. I wanted that moment to last forever. “I love you Fluttershy.” I whispered. She looked at me. “I love you too.” She said with a smile. At that same moment. The very same exact moment. We kissed. This may sound weird for a human, but I enjoyed every second of it. It sent a chill up my back. The same thought ran through my mind. I loved this mare and nothing will break up apart. Nothing. We released after a couple seconds. We looked at each other in the eye and laughed. I looked back at my other friends. They all had their mouths wide open. Applejacks hat fell off. Rainbow fell to the ground. Pinkie fell forward. Rarity stepped on her dress and she also fell. And Twilights tiara feel off. The music stopped and party music played again. I walked over to Vinyl. “Have fun?” I looked at her. I messed up her mane. “Hey!” she yelled and I ran away before she could do something. I sat next to Derpy. We started talking about some random stuff. Her filly trotted over to me. She jumped in my lap. I looked down at her. She curled up in my lap and fell asleep. I smiled again and thought of Shy and I. Me and Derpy talked for awhile. I found out her real name was Ditzy so I called her Ditzy. We continued talking for ten minutes, and while the filly was sleeping in my lap I petted her mane. The filly made me happier. After we got done talking Ditzy had to go because she and her filly needed sleep. I shook her hoof then she left. It gotten dark outside and half of the ponies left. Then the real music started playing. Vinyl had her goggles on which made her look cooler. The lights flashed. It looked like a rave to me. Some ponies even had glow sticks around their necks waist and hooves. One of them was Rainbow. They were all different colors. Beats me. I walked over to where Fluttershy was sitting down. “Hey.” She looked at me. “What’s up.” I sat down next to her. I just now realized how beautiful she looked. The flashing lights gave her dress, mane, and tail a spark. She leaned on me. I put my arm around her and held her. Vinyl walked over to us. “Hey you two. Well be packing up and leaving in about one hour.” “Ok.” The hour passed and the other ponies told us to leave because they will clean up for us. We walked home together, more correctly I carried her home. She wasn’t tired at all. We kept laughing. When we arrived at our house it was sort of difficult to open the door with Shy in my arms. We went into the house laughing. I walked upstairs into her room. We fell on the bed together. We stopped laughing. We looked deeply into each other’s eyes. We kissed again. She put her hooves on my chest. We looked at each other again. Her eyes sparkled in the low light. Her wings were spread apart. I closed my eyes, and I kissed her again.
I woke up the next morning with my arm around Fluttershy. I gently got out of the bed. I felt so good. I quickly changed into some clean clothes. I went downstairs. Had an apple then went on with my schedule. Tended to farm and fed the animals, went to work, helped applejack, trained with Rainbow, then helped rarity. I returned home, to see Shy feeding the animals lunch. I walked up to her and hugged her, and kissed her. “Hey, Shy.” “Hey.” I released her. “what’s up?” “Just feeding the animals.” I looked at the beautiful mare for a minute. “I’m gonna be inside.” I walked inside our house. It was normal. I sat down on the couch and Splash came and jumped on my shoulder. I played with him for a while. I walked out the house again. Fluttershy left to go to the market probably. I walked into town. I was greeted by hellos or a friendly smile. I saw Rainbow over head flying as usual. I kept walking. Pinkie Pie stopped me. “Hey! Did you like the party last night? I threw it just for you!” She kept jumping around me. I stopped walking. “It was…” I stopped talking and I thought of Fluttershy. “It was awesome.” She smiled. “I’d knew you’ll like it. She jumped into my arms. I caught her before I fell to the ground. I placed her down. She jumped of saying he liked it. I laughed at the strange pony. She was my friend. A very good one too. I continued to Applejacks farm. I could tell it was zap apple season. I saw Applejack trot up to me. “Zap apples?” “You sure are right, sugercube. I can tell It will be a good harvest this year.” I stayed to help the family prepare with the zap apples. Time pasted by fast before I knew it, it was dark. I said good-bye to the family and went home. When I got home all the lights were off. Fluttershy was asleep. I walked inside and up to her room, and there she was the beautiful mare fast asleep. I quietly crawled into bed and wrapped my arm around her. I felt her shoulder loosen up. She knew I was here. I buried my face in her mane, and then fell asleep.
A few years later, I find myself at twenty two years old on a stage in a suit and waiting for my bride to walk in from the large double doors. The music played cueing the marriage; a few seconds later, Dinky Doo (Ditzy Doo’s daughter) walked in from the doors as the flower-filly. I was nervous. A few seconds later my beautiful bride trotted in. Her dress was amazing. I knew Rarity made it; it was of course as she says after everything she makes it’s fabulous. She trotted up to where I was standing. Princess Celestia started the ceremony. “Ladies and gentle colts. We are gathering here today for the marriage of Fluttershy and……” My mind blanked out. I was distracted by Fluttershy’s beauty. I looked at her maids of honor. Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and Applejack. They nodded at me. I looked best colts and dragon. Spike, Bigmac’ntosh, and Mr. Cake. They nodded as well. My mind came back to reality. “…. take Fluttershy as your awfully wedded wife?” “I do” Princess Celestia continued. “Do you Fluttershy….” I closed my eyes and held my breath. She looked at me with a smile on her face “I do.” I exhaled. “You may now kiss the bride.” Princess Celestia finished. I embraced Fluttershy and kissed her. She wrapped her hooves around me and proceeded to kiss me. The crowed of mares and colts cheered and clapped. I released Shy. We smiled at each other. We had cake and we opened presents. Most of the present were filly clothes, which got me thinking. Will Shy and I have a filly? I just hoped we were thinking the same thoughts. We danced together after the dinner. We all just sat down and talked. I was talking to some colts, and Fluttershy was talking to some mares. When the ceremony was over there was a some colts pulling a taxie waiting outside for us. They took us home. We walked up the dirt path together. She partially leaned on me, and I had my arm around her. I opened the door and we walked in together. I closed the door behind us. I looked at Shy and she looked at me. She giggled and led me upstairs to our bedroom. She jumped on me and we fell on the bed together. We laughed for a second. We stared into each other eyes. I kissed her passionately. I wrapped my arms around her waist and she wrapped her hooves around me. I continued to kiss her passionately. I opened my eyes for a second. Her eyes were closed and she was blushing. I ran my fingers through her mane. She now laid on me. I felt her body warmth.
Months later I found myself a taxi cradling Fluttershy in my arms telling her “it’s ok.” She was breathing heavy. She was on the edge of labor and we were almost at the hospital.
We arrived at the hospital and I picked Shy up and rushed in yelling “PLEASE HELP, I NEED HELP NOW!” In a few seconds some pony’s came rushing out. They led me to a room and told me to place her on a table and shooed me out.
I waited for maybe ten or eleven hours, until a nurse came out and told me I can come in. I walked in and I saw Fluttershy cradling our little foal. I walked over to see a normal foal. She looked at me and said “It’s a girl.” My heart skipped a beat. I have my own daughter! She gave me our daughter. “What are we going to name her?” she asked. I looked down at the filly. Her eyes twinkled. I decided to give her Fluttershys last name.... shy. “Twinkleshy.” I said softly. I looked at Shy. Her eyes were teary, but she wasn’t crying. “Twinkleshy” she paused and I handed the filly back to her and she cradled her once more. “That’s a great name.”
Fluttershy and Twinkleshy had to stay in the hospital for a few more days. I went back to the farm to take care of the animals. I hope the animals would provide a safe area for her to roam around. I have to be honest but when Shy gave me Twinkle my heart skip a beat then exploded with love. For two days I waited for my family to arrive…. family. I haven’t thought I would ever have a family. But, no. I was wrong… very wrong. Here I found my greatest love and had my own daughter right here in PonyVille. I loved my life, it hit me again. Will I ever see my home town, will I ever see my friends, and will I ever go back?
I started thinking about Shy. From the first time I meet her and until now. She isn’t that shy now, she changed allot. I heard a knocking at the door. My heart started beating rapidly. My breathing intensified. I walked over to the door then reached for the doorknob. I turn the knob and opened the door. There stood Fluttershy and Twinkleshy wobbling around her hooves. Twinkle tripped over her own hooves. We chuckled at the sight. I crouched down and pick up Twinkle. She looked in fear at me for a second. She soon realized I was her father. She calmed down and snuggled in my arms. I look at Shy, she was smiling. We walked inside. I sat on the couch. Fluttershy came in and sat next to me. She leaned on my shoulder and we silently watched Twinkle sleeping in my arms. After an hour or so I got up to put her in her crib. We left a nightlight on for her. We had allot of clothes from our marriage, so we don’t have to go shopping for a while. We walked to our room and laid in our bed for a while. We soon went to sleep.
It has been three years. My friendship grew stronger with all the other ponies. We usually had breakfast or dinner with the others. Twinkle had grown allot too. She realized that I was different from Shy, but she never asked. And today was when she asked. I gave her a dumb response. “We’ll talk about that when you’re older, Twinkle.” I rubbed her name. she looked disappointed. This week it was our turn to host the breakfast. We prepared apple pie, pancakes, waffles, fruit, and juice. Like usual Rainbow Dash was first to arrive. We greeted with a friendly hug. She flew over to Twinkle and muffled with her mane. “Hey, sport” Twinkle responded with a smile. She helped Twinkle fly to the table. Fluttershy spends sometimes every day teaching her to fly. She has gotten really good at it too. I saw Twilight trot up the road with Pinkie Pie right behind her. I greeted them with hugs to and then they went to sit down. Few minutes later Applejack came with Rarity. I greeted them with hugs too. I sat down next to Futtershy and Twilght. Its strange how Rainbow sits next to Twinkle all the time I sit next to Shy. Twilight and Applejack and Rarity sit anywhere, I never gave it any thought. We talked about the usual. What’s going on in PonyVille, what things Celestia asked for, life, Twinkleshy, the new pony in town, and lots of other stuff. I always seemed to enjoy these chats. They make me feel… connected with the outside world. After the breakfast I cleaned up the dishes and stuff of that sort. I’m not on my normal schedule anymore. The Cake’s decided to hand the store to me because they were getting to “old”. I spent most of my day there. Every Friday I go to train with Rainbow or help Applejack at the farm. If the apple season isn’t there I got to help Pinkie with one of her crazy finactics or help Rarity. I visit Twilight sometimes to just talk. Spike has gotten very big in the years I was here. It surprises me that he isn’t doing anything else. He just stays here and helps Twilight. I’ll go home after that usually. Sometimes I’ll run into Ditzy and her daughter. Her daughter gotten really big too. She can talk very clearly, and sometimes I get stuck in a conversation about her about school. I was only in school since seventh grade so I’m not that bright with all that stuff. Twilght made up for all that loss in time though. I mostly tell her just to stay in school like all parents do. She tells me sometimes I’m a great inspiration for her.
Few month have past and Twinkle spoke more clearly now and started to go to school and taken flying lessons with Rainbow. But today was different. A couple months ago Twinkle asked me a question. That question was “why me and mommy different.” I remember I gave her a dumb response. But now I tell her. I had to. I walked upstairs with her in her bedroom and closed the door. Fluttershy was out with the other ponies so I didn’t need to look the door. She sat down on her bed and I sat down on her desk chair. She stared at me blankly waiting for a response. She probably was waiting for this a long time. She was learning about humans in school and all the wars ponies and humans had, but she never saw a picture of a human before. I let out a sigh. “You’re learning about humans in school right? About all the wars and that entire sort?” She responded simply “yea.” She probably was thinking about how horrible creatures they are… I don’t know if it would frighten her or just shock her. “Well Twinkle, I need to tell you a secrete. Ok?” “Ok” she still had a blank expression. “I… I am a human.”
The moment I told her blank expression dropped. She looked terrified. She almost started crying “Are… are you… you really a… hu… human?” “Yes… and no matter what I am I will always be your father you know that Twinkle…” I urged myself not to cry or hug my daughter. She looked at her hooves. I few moments later she looked up at me. She still wasn’t crying. “Do you still love me?” I couldn’t hold back anymore. I grabbed her and held her in a tight hug. I barley could talk my crying took the best of me. I didn’t respond we hugged each other and was crying into each other shoulders. Barely could respond. I managed to choke out. “I love you so much!” We sat there and cried for a couple of minutes. I released from my hug and held my daughter. We looked deeply into each other’s eye. Her eyes were puffy from crying. We were still both sniffling from crying. We started to laugh. We soon stopped laughing. We both were smiling. “I love you Twinkle.” “I love you too, dad” we sat there for an other five minutes or so. I got and placed her on the chair. “I get to take care of the farm now” she asked with excitement in her eyes. “Can I help you dad?” She never got to help on the farm because she was to young, but I let her help. I pretended to think about it. “I don’t know” “PPPPLLLLEEEEAAASSSSSEEE dad?” I let out a big sigh. “Ok….” She yelled out in joy “YAY” I interrupted her “BUT, promise to be careful” She was very excited. “I will”
We started feeding the animals. A few minutes later Fluttershy returned. She went inside for a minute then came back out. She flew over to we where and started helping us with the farm. We looked at each other for a second. We started working again on the chicken coop. My heart was filled with love I was here with my family working on the farm this is what I wanted…. This I what I live for….. this is what I love.
Back when I was younger I thought I would die alone, die poor, and die hated. I thought I would never have a child. I have all I ever wanted. I will die happy, and to hopefully to see my daughters child. I love my life.
I arrive at Twilights’ library and walk in. “Hey, Twilight, how’s the studying?” Twilight has aged beautifully over the past few years her mane is at it brightest color now, the thing that still shocks me is how never is interesting in dating. “You know the answer to that already” she said I walk up to her to hug. I embrace her in a tight hug. As soon as I release her Spike walk into the room. “Hey long time no see green dude” I playfully punch him. “How’s it going?” I answer him simply “good”. “I’m a tight schedule today so I just so I just stopped by to check in.” Twilight looks at me. “I’ll see you la…” I surprise her with another hug. She hugs back and smiles at me. “See you later.” I release from the hug and leave the library. I walk to the bakery and see Pinkie Pie early, as usual. “Hey Pinkie!” I say happily. She was already baking. This time she was the first to hug. We release from the hug and get right to work with usual conversation and business.
At the end of the day me and Pinkie say our final good-byes. I lock up the store and turn to see Pinkie happily hopping down the street. I smile at the sight. Before it gets dark I walk to Rarities’ house to pick up my clothes she makes for me. I knock on her door to hear Rarity say “Come in”. When I walk in I see that Rarity and Rainbow talking. Rarity notices that its me and walking in to the next room to get my clothes. I greet rainbow with a hug. “Hey rainbow, how’s it going?” “Good” She said still in the in the embrace of my hug. We release from the hug. Rarity walk back into the room and the clothes magically floats into my arms. “I still cant thank you enough” I hug Rarity “I told you before, it’s nothing but a mere favor.” I smile. “I’ll see you too later”
It has gotten dark now and I only see a few ponies. I walk down the street all by myself, with some clothes in my hand. I saw Ditzy and her child, Dinky walking down the street. I decided not to talk to them, since it was so late. It took about fifteen minutes to walk back to the house. I opened up the door to see Twinkle in the kitchen getting some water. “What are you doing up so late” “I just want some water, daddy” I chuckle. I wait there until she’s done drinking her water. “Do I have to go to sleep?” I laugh. “Of course you do.” I pick her up with my clothes under my arm. I walk up the stairs telling I love her. I walk into her room and place her in bed. I kiss her on the forehead. “Sweet dreams, Twinkleshy” I exit out her room. Walk down the short hallway to my room. I open the door to see Fluttershy sleeping. I put my clothes in my drawer neatly. I strip of my clothes then change into pajamas. I slowly slide into bed so I won’t disturb her, and I put my arm around her. As always I feel her loosen up.
When you’re happy time goes by quickly and you never get to enjoy it. You don’t think what will happen in the future because it’s always too good to be true.
“Who is that from?” Twilight looks over at the simple scroll in my hand. “I can’t say” She lets out a sigh. “Spike” He walks over to me. “Yes” He says. “Do you know where that one book that tells about…?” Spike burps out one of Celestia letters. Twilight trots over to Spike and picks up the Scroll with magic, then starts reading it. She looks up at me with a worried expression. “The princess is heading over to the library now; she says its urgent business. When the princess talks to me it’s always urgent business, but this sends a chill down my back.
Thirty minutes later I am sitting down with Shy, Twilight, and the Princess. “This I have thought over for quite a while, but I never put it into consideration that it will work. You can accept or you can refuse, either way will be fine.” We sat there for a couple seconds. “I would like to know what it is.” Another chill went down my back. “Over the centuries the two worlds have collided in wars for land, food, and equipment needed for survival of our species. We have never found anything to unite us, so we don’t have to fight. But, I think I have found something that I think will.” Before I could say something Shy spoke first. I sat there thinking what it could be. Then I realized. “What is it?” I looked at her. “Us.” We sat there looking at each other. “IF YOU CROSS MORE THAN HUNDERED FEET THEY KILL YOU!” Twilight shouted at the princess. She looked at Twilight. Twilight sat down worried for her two friends. “We are going to have to talk about this.” The Princess stayed the same. “How long” “Three days max.” The Princess nodded, and walked out the door. I looked at Twilight; she was holding back the tears. “Fluttershy” She sat there for a second. “Yes.” It took allot a guts to say this. “I need to talk to Twilight; can you walk home by yourself?” Twilight looked up at me. Fluttershy looked at Twilight then back to me and nodded. I waited till she was out the door. Twilight burst into tears. “YOU CAN’T GO; THEY WILL KILL YOU AND FLUTTERSHY!” She lunged at me then, embraced me in into a tight hug. All of it was too overwhelming. I burst out in tears and I embraced Twilight in the same hug. After a few minutes I stopped crying. Twilight stopped crying but, tears were still pouring out. I released from the hug. I held Twilight by her shoulders. “Twilight” I said calmly. She was still looking down. “Twilight Sparkle” I raised my voice at her. She looked up at me because I never raised my voice at her and, haven’t called her by her full name in a long time. I wiped her tears away with my thumb. We were both were looking into each other’s eyes. “Listen to me Twilight, no matter what happens, if we go or not, me and Fluttershy will not die… ok?” Twilight looked at the floor again. “Look at me Twilight!” She looked up at me. “Ok.” I embraced her in another hug. “I am going to ask everypony else, to see if I should go, if I get enough no’s I will not go, but enough yes’s I will.” We stayed in the hug for a few more seconds. Spike walked in the room eating an apple. He looked at us. I turned my head and looked at him. He started backing up into the room he came from. “Awkward” He whispered under his breath. Twilight was still sniffling. I let her put her head in my lap. I ran my fingers through her mane. She was breathing heavily, and soon fell asleep. I got up and gently laid her head on the couch. I walk to the door, and look back at her. I open the door then shut it quietly.
I knock on Rarity’s door. “Rarity this is urgent I need to talk to you.” I hear her voice. “Come in” I open the door. I walk in her house and I see Rainbow and Rarity talking once again. “Do we need to go in the other room?” She asks. “No I need to talk to the both of you.” I sat down on the couch. I explain the conversation I had with Princess Celestia. Rarity spoke first. “I think that is a horrible idea. Humans are brutes once you put it into mind.” I look at her. “Relatively speaking of course” I look at Rainbow. “I think that would be awesome!” She looks at me with a smile. “That’s the best idea someone had since you and Fluttershy got together.” I thank them and leave as quickly as I came.
I walk up to Pinkies’ house. I knock once and I here Pinkie say “Come in!” I walk inside. I found her making some cupcakes. I need to talk to you. “Sure, What is it!” I tell her my chat with the Princess. “That’s a great idea. CAN I MAKE THEM SOME CUPCAKES!” I stare at her. “I don’t think that would be necessary, but thank you for your opinion.” I head out the door. “No problem” She says happily.
It’s getting dark so I start heading home. I decided to ask for Twinkles’ opinion, because she is a big role in my life. I walk inside my house. I walk inside Twinkles room. She’s reading a book “Hey daddy!” “Hey Twinkle” I pull out the chair from her desk. I sit down in the chair. “We need to talk.” She doesn’t look at me worried, but by the time I finished she’s scared of what will happen. “I don’t want to go, daddy.” She pauses. “Are you and mommy going?” I sat there looking at the ceiling. I looked at her. “I don’t know yet, but don’t be scared nothing will happen to us, I promise.” I kissed her forehead. “Now go to sleep, you have school tomorrow.” “Ok” I walk out her bedroom then I go right to bed.
The next morning I go to Sweet Apple Acers to talk to Applejack. I see her bucking apples nearby. “Are you busy?” She looked at me. “No, what’cha need sugercube.” I told her the story. She stood there thinking. “Of course that would be perfect.” “Thank you for your opinion.” I turn and walked off the farm. I went on with daily schedule.
The next day we prepare to leave. I have decided it would be a good decision to try to make peace. We contacted the Princess that we will go on the journey. She will be coming along with us and so a few guards will tag along. We will bring along Twinkleshy to show how our two worlds be a peaceful place. The trip won’t take long, maybe around 8 hours at max. Me and Fluttershy will take turns walking while one rests in a buggy with Twinkleshy.
As we approached the sign that states “You are now leaving Equestria.” We stop. Celestia is the first to speak. “When we cross over, we will be on human territory. We do not know what will happen when we will. Hopefully they will accept us to talk to their king or queen.” She nods at the guard’s, they press forward. I get another chill down my back when I cross over.
When we approach the city my mouth drops. The city I used to know has changed very. We walk up to the entrance. A steel wall drops, spikes come up from the ground, and dozens of guard’s come out of nowhere with firearms. “State your business here!” A guard yells at us. “We wish to speak with your ruler.” Celestia responds. One guard nods and all of the defenses lower.
We walk into town. It was like the first time I walked into Ponyville, all was silent and everybody was looking at us like we were aliens. Twinkleshy spoke to me. “Why are they all staring?” I just looked at her and smiled. “Because we are very strange to them.” I said as a picked her up. I saw a couple people that had a face of disgust as I did so. Fluttershy came trotting over to me. “Hey” She looked at me with a smile. I kissed her, and smiled back. The whole city seemed to see it. They were shocked.
When we arrived at the entrance of the building were the ruler stayed they told us to go in, and Celestias’ guard’s stayed at the doorway. “You wish to speak with me is that correct?” He asked Celestia. “Yes, I wish to talk about peace among our land so we will not have to fight for it.” He sat there. “Our species are not the same, isn’t natural that we…” He stopped talking when he looked at me. “You” I shifted uncomfortably. “You are that boy that ran off so many years ago.” I looked at him. “Why are you here now?” Celestia was about to speak, then I cut her off. “I am here now to show that our lands can become one. “What if this proof to show that we can get along?” I looked at Fluttershy, and she walked up next to me. I still had Twinkleshy in my hands. He looked at us shocked. It took a while for him to speak. “I don’t believe it. All these years I thought I saw everything then you two show up.” Celestia looks at us with a smile on her face. “You two have a very good relationship and a good example how our worlds can get along. But, the people would never accept this. This seems very great I would love for this to…” He looked at me again, but this time he looked at Twinkleshy. “Is… is that… is that your child?” He barely managed to choke out. I looked at Celestia then to the ruler. “Yes she is.”
A few weeks pass by very quickly. Everybody in the city knows us now, and we have a deal with the ruler, Tom. We will be building a town where volunteers will live together in peace. Our mission was a success.
The next day we were walking in the market Celestia and I are talking with Tom and Twinkle and Shy were ahead of us. The market was great fresh meat fruits vegetables. We were looking at the beautiful scenery. Then I heard a commotion ahead of us. The guards around us were alert. “STOP THIS RIGHT NOW!” I man ran out in ahead of me in front of Shy and Twinkle. All guards were ready to fire at the man. “Don’t shoot!” I yelled. I looked at the man. He looked awfully familiar. It was my childhood friend Chris. I started walking to him. “DON’T MOVE OR ILL KILL HER!” He pointed his gun at Shy and Twinkle. My heart raced. “Chris please stop this.” When I said my name he lowered his gun and looked at me. He whispered my name under his breath. “You’re scaring everybody Chris, please stop this.” He pointed his gun back Shy. “Why would you do this? I thought you died when you were chased out of the city! Why didn’t you return!” Chris looks like he got lucky in life and isn’t a low life. “I found a new home Chris, I am sorry that I hurt you. Please stop this.” He has tears in his eyes. He whispered under his breath. He yelled like a mad-man. “TRAITOR!” I ran as fast as i could too Shy to protect her. He pulled the trigger. As I watched my best friend get shot up, I saw Shy hit the ground. I fall on my knees to look at her. She got hit by the round he shot. “Fuck, get help now! She’s been shot! Please!”
As I’m waiting outside the emergency room I think to myself. “Why me? Does this happen to everyone when everything is perfect? One second you are have the time of your life then it all comes crashing down.” I became so angry, and flipped a table over. I looked over to Twinkle. She had fear in her eyes. I sat down and cradled her in my arms. I could feel her weep on my chest. “Is mommy ok?” twinkle said in between breaths. “It’s ok Twinkle, mommy will be alright.” I don’t even know if shy would even live through this. Everything has always happened to Shy. I felt so bad. I couldn’t hold back my tears anymore. I started crying with Twinkle in my arms.
We stayed in the hospital for hours with no response. I had no idea what to expect when the doctor come out the surgery room. I tried not to think about everything. It only made things worse. Twinkle fell asleep so I decided to go get something to eat in the cafeteria. I didn’t feel hungry so I just some apples for me and Twinkle. I went back to the waiting room to see Twinkle awake. I gave her an apple, so she can eat something. She hasn’t said anything since we came to the hospital. I feel like is my fault I brought Twinkle here. I shouldn’t have agreed with Celestia to come here. It was a stupid idea. Twilight was right on of would get hurt or even killed. I should’ve stayed in Pony Ville. I hope Fluttershy is ok.
We have been in the hospital for 7 hours with no response from any doctors. I have seen doctors enter the room and leave the room. I even seen Nurse Redheart enter the room. I guessed to help them. I have been getting worried if she would live or not. The only thing I could do is wait, and right now I can’t. I started thinking about the past when I first arrived in Ponyville. The first time I saw Fluttershy. The first time we kissed. When we got married. When we has Twinkle. All of those memories started flooding back to me. Tears started rolling down my eyes. The only thing I can do is cry right now.
I saw a Doctor approach me with Nurse Redheart. My heart started beating fast. Nurse Redheart looked into my eyes. The door behind her didn’t close and I saw a white sheet covered with blood. “NO! NO! NO! NO! THIS ISNT HAPPING! NO! NO! NO!” I screamed and yelled. I then went into a fit of rage flipping tables and destroying everything I touched. It took 6 Doctors to restrain me. I fell to the floor crying and screaming. “My shy. My poor shy. How could this happen!?” I saw Twinkle staring at me with tears in her eyes. I walked over and embraced her. “I love you, Twinkle and nothing is ever going to separate us!” I felt her warm tears seep into my shirt. “Is mommy ok?” She asked in-between sobs. I looked into her eyes. “Twinkle, Mommy is in a better place now. Ok?” She cried harder. There is nothing I can do just let her cry. I picked Twinkle up. I saw that all the doctors had tears in their eyes. Princess Celestia came into view. “Everything happens for a reason Daniel.” I looked at her. “I just want to go home.”
When the Ponyville sign came into view there was only one pony waiting. It was twilight. Celestia told me only twilight would know we are coming home, but she didn’t tell her about Fluttershy. When the carriage stopped I stepped outside to greet Twilight with Twinkle and Celestia. Twilight looked around for Fluttershy. “Where’s Fluttershy?” She looked at me with a worried expression on her face. “Twilight… Fluttershy….” Tears started growing in my eyes. I can only think of one way to put it. “Fluttershy… she is in s better place now.” Twilight broke out in tears. She fell down to the ground. I embraced her before she could hit the ground. I sat there with Twilight crying in my lap. I couldn’t help but cry too. I looked at twinkle she had tears in her eyes, but she refused to cry. “Did they accept?” She barely managed to say. “yes”
When we told the others about Fluttershy, They cried for their friend. They all still asked if they accepted.
A few months later I sold the cottage to another family that can take care of it better than me and twinkle. Me and Twilight got together and I moved in with her and Spike. The city Celestia and Tom talk about was doing good. The people of Creation were getting along very well. I visited a couple times just to see how things were going. Twilight invested in a library in Creation and has a stallion and a female human working there so far. I still remember Fluttershy and it holds me back from and real love. My relationship is very complicated with twilight but I love her. But most of all I have Twinkleshy.
Don’t take anything for granted because it’s bound to be taken away from you.
