Crazy Night
Fluttershy woke up on a hard floor rather than the usual soft bed she have at her cottage. She opened her eyes and saw the night sky. She jumped out of shock after she noticed that she is no in her usual home. "Where am I?" she asked herself as she got on her hooves. She looked around and saw a bunch of trees. "Am I in- the Everfree Forest!!!" she yelled. She ran as fast as she could even thought she doesn't know where she is going. Her running stopped when she hit something solid. "What was that?" she rubbed her face then tried to stand up. She seemed to hit some kind of wall since the only thing you could see is a black background.
"Lets start the performance!!!" yelled by a random voice. Fluttershy quickly turned around to check if there is anypony. The only thing she saw is a trail of spotlight. She followed the trail of spotlight. At the end of the trail was a mansion. The mansion where the play she joined should start.
"No, not this again." Fluttershy said to herself. She tried to back away but her body moved on its own towards the mansion. "I don't want to go inside." she tried to stop her hooves from walking but it seemed to have a mind of its own. She reached the door of the mansion. Her hoof knocked on the door. The door was answered by the butler she killed.
"Welcome to our wonderful mansion." said by the butler. The maid that she also killed is standing beside the butler.
"Please enjoy yourself." said by the maid. Fluttershy turned her head around to see if she could run back to the forest. She saw the ground started to break apart then disappeared.
"It looks like I don't have any choice." Fluttershy thought to herself. She went inside the mansion. The door closed on its own as she got inside. The master and the mistress greeted her.
"Looks like you're lost?" asked by the master.
"It's already dark outside so maybe it's better for you to stay here for awhile." said by the mistress. The master and the mistress walked Fluttershy to the middle of the main room. Nothing pretty much changed inside the mansion. The clock is still standing in front of the main room but this time it is now functioning. The stage is still there. The twins greeted her.
"The lights are set." said by the colt.
"We are now ready." said by the filly.
"We should now party!" everypony yelled in unison except Fluttershy. They escorted Fluttershy to the dining section. The butler and the maid brought out some bottles of wine. The maid passed down a glass of wine to Fluttershy.
"For our lead actress Fluttershy!!!" the master yelled then raised his glass.
"For Fluttershy." they all said in unison except for Fluttershy. Fluttershy laid her glass of wine down at the table then walked towards the master.
"What's going on here?" Fluttershy asked timidly.
"We are celebrating because the play is starting." the master said to Fluttershy with a smile.
"What the play is starting!?" Fluttershy gave a confused look. She looked around to see if there are any audience. She didn't find any audience so he looked back at the master.
"Where are the audience and I don't even know my script yet?" Fluttershy raised her eyebrow.
"You could see the audience everywhere and your script is to have fun and don't think about it too much." the master gave Fluttershy a glass of wine.
"How do I get out of here?" Fluttershy laid down the glass of wine on the table.
"We must first finish the play." the master gave Fluttershy the glass of wine again. Fluttershy sighed then continued to drink the glass of wine. Fluttershy joined them in the party but she didn't liked it. The master noticed her. "Look around you Fluttershy, you could see that they're having fun so if you want do your role you must also have fun." the master smiled at Fluttershy.
"What do you mean?" Fluttershy raised an eyebrow.
"How could you do your role if you don't even feel yourself doing the role?" Fluttershy nodded and tried to forget her problems. She tried to feel herself doing her role. She enjoyed the party and had some fun. After the party the butler escorted her to the guest room. As soon as the butler left the room she peeked out of the door to see if the butler was in sight. She tried to find another way to get out of the mansion. She went to the secret room again where she found a line of coffins in placed. As soon as she reached the room she tried to calm her breathing down. She opened the door and saw the coffins. She opened each of the coffins to check what is hidden. All of them are empty except for one that has a book in it. She quickly grabbed the book then opened it. The book has a title called "The Script".
"Maybe this is where I could find the ending." Fluttershy wasted no time on opening the book. She saw some pages that included her name in it. She skipped to the last part and saw that the play is gonna end with her living in with them. She stood frozen as she read the ending. "I don't want this." she said to herself. A tear fell on her eyes. "I just want to go home." she tried to read the last page again and saw that it has changed. The ending changed from her staying at the mansion to Fluttershy killing everypony again. She jumped out of shock. "Why would the ending change like this?" she tried to pick up the book. "Maybe the ending depends on my actions?" she thought to herself. "That's it." she ripped all of the pages that included her name in it. After she ripped the page she grabbed it with her mouth and then left. She went back to the main room and took a look at the clock. The clock stopped moving. She saw some shadows coming out of the dining section. She quickly ran upstairs and tried to peek at the shadows coming out. She saw everypony come out of the dining section. The butler took a peek at the clock.
"The clock has stopped moving." said by the butler.
"What is going on?" asked by the maid.
"We should check the script." said by the twins in unison. Everypony went down on to the secret door except for Fluttershy. Fluttershy followed them quietly hoping that they wouldn't notice her. She saw them taking a look at the script.
"A page of the script is gone." said by the filly.
"And the next page to." said by the colt. Fluttershy saw them scanning through the script.
"How could we find the culprit if the pages are missing?" asked by the master.
"So they follow by the script?" Fluttershy thought to herself,
"We don't have any choice but to investigate." said by the mistress. Fluttershy quickly ran up as soon as she saw the ponies closing the coffin.
"I must hide from them no matter what." Fluttershy thought to herself as she ran back up to the main room. She tried to hide under the stage. She dropped all of the pages from her mouth then tried to read it. The pages said that she will be caught by the ponies and the only way to escape is to kill them all over again. "I don't want that to happen." Fluttershy covered her face trying to remove the guilt that came over her. "The last time I killed them felt like I was stabbing myself." she started to cry again. "Maybe letting myself get caught is the best solution." she said to herself. She heard hoofsteps on the main room. "That's right I'll just let myself get caught." she quickly went out under the stage. "No need to investigate because I am the one who ripped the pages." she said to them. The ponies stood frozen for a moment before the butler talked.
"You don't know what you have done miss Fluttershy." said by the butler.
"You have destroyed our world." said by the maid.
"We can't live like this anymore." said by the master.
"We cannot accept this." said by the mistress.
"We are now doomed." said by the twins in unison. Fluttershy stood frozen. She didn't know that ripping the pages might destroy something important. A voice started to flood Fluttershy's thoughts.
"If you want to get out of this situation, you must kill everypony in your sight." said by a random voice in her thoughts. Fluttershy started to walk towards the clock. She broke the glass of the clock then grabbed the hands of the clock. She held the hands of the clock like a knife.
"Sorry, I can't take it anymore." said Fluttershy. All of the ponies in front of Fluttershy just stood there like there was nothing wrong. The master took a step forward.
"No Fluttershy, I'm the one who should be sorry because I'm going to end this play." said by the master. The master stepped on the floor as hard as he can with his hoof. The sound echoed through the room. The floors of the mansion started to break apart. "This play is over, you are now leaving." the master turned his back on Fluttershy.
"Wait what?" Fluttershy asked. She saw the ground she is stepping on is starting to break apart. She tried to fly away to escape the dark abyss below her but she can't. She fell on the dark abyss. An image of Discord started to appear in front of her.
"This wouldn't have happen if you followed the script." Discord said while laughing menacingly. Fluttershy screamed to her doom as she fell to what seemed like a bottomless pit.
"AAHHHHHHH!!!" Fluttershy screamed as she got up from her bed. She opened her eyes and saw that she was in her room. She felt herself sweating furiously. She tried to breath calmly. "What just happened?" she thought to herself. "Maybe just a nightmare." she tried to lay herself back to bed again. She felt a paper like texture on the bed. She quickly stood up then tried to see what's the problem with her bed. She saw the script of the play on her bed. "Maybe it is true." she started to panic but she got distracted as she saw a single page on top of the pillow. "We shall meet again at the next play." she read the page out loud. "This is gonna be bad." she said to herself. She picked up the pages and then put it in one place. She went back to sleep in case she might need it.
