The new ponyView OnlineMystiqueThe new ponyTwilight Sparkle woke up. She felt uneasy, as if a strong magic was about her. It was the middle of the night, and she had attended one of Pinkie Pie’s Parties the day before. Twilight decided to get up, and get some fresh air out on the balcony. She stepped out to ease the feeling. Something about the warm summer nights soothed her. They were warm; the smells of the works from Sugarcube corner still lingered in the air and the sight itself of Ponyville was wonderful. Suddenly Twilight noticed a dark, unrecognizable figure. That was odd, Twilight knew everypony in Ponyville. The figure seemed to be lost, and was wandering in circles. Twilight decided to help the figure find their way. She left the balcony and went quietly downstairs, careful not to wake Spike. She headed to the front door and felt the uneasy feeling go away. She opened the door, to find a pony about her height looking in. “Umm hello”, Twilight said. “Hello”, said the mysterious pony. “What are you doing out so late?" "Well I don’t know." "Where did you come from?" "I don’t know, the last thing I remembered was seeing this really odd looking figure." "What’s your name, and what was the name of the odd figure?" "I don’t think I have one, and he didn't say." "Well you better come inside”, Twilight finished. Twilight looked out at the street where she saw the dark figure and noticed they were gone. She shut the door behind her and took another look at the pony. She had a blue coat, and a reddish pinkish mane. As soon as Twilight saw her mane she noticed she had a horn. She looked down at her side and saw wings! She was an Alicorn! A mixture between a Pegasus and Unicorn! “Oh my gosh! You’re an Alicorn!” Twilight exclaimed. “What’s that?” the mysterious pony asked. “It’s a mixture between a Pegasus and Unicorn." "What are those?" "I will tell you later, right now, I have to tell somepony about your arrival.” Twilight galloped upstairs to a sleeping Spike. “Spike, wake up!” Twilight yelled. “Hmmf waa?” Spike responded. “I need you to send a letter to princess Celestia, right away!" "But Twilight! It’s the middle of the night!" "Well then Spike, we have a visitor. Come and meet her!” Spike yawned, stretched, and then got out of bed seemingly half asleep. He walked downstairs and saw the pony looking at the names of all the books in Twilights library. “Who is she?” Spike questioned. “She, is an Alicorn!” Twilight answered. “Uh-huh… What’s an Alicorn?" "It’s a Pegasus, mixed with a unicorn." "So?" "Spike! There are only two other ponies in Equestria that are Alicorns, Princess Celestia, and Princess Luna! Two very important ponies! Now will you please write a letter?” "Ok, ok! I get it!" Spike ran to Twilights desk and pulled the required materials out for the letter. “Twilight what should I say?" "Umm, say: Dear Princess Celestia, I am very sorry to bother you, at this time, but it seems an Alicorn has appeared at my door. She claims to know nothing. I need you to help me figure out what is going on here. Your confused student Twilight Sparkle." “Ok got it,” Spike ended and set the letter aflame. She turned to the curious Alicorn. “I wonder what happened to you,” asked Twilight. “I think I’m forgetting something about myself,” said the Alicorn. “You’re very mystique.” “I agree, ha ha!” “Well we need a name for you-“Twilight was cut off by a loud bang from the balcony. Princess Celestia flew in from upstairs and landed next to the Alicorn. "My My. I don't know what to say," spoke the Princess. "Twilight do you know what this means?" asked Celestia. "No Princess, I'm confused as to why she showed up at my doorstep!" "It means that something in Equestria has gone wrong. The only reason an Alicorn is made, is to end something. Luna and I were made, in order to stop Discords reign of chaos, and bring peace and harmony to ponies. She must have another reason for being made. Do you think you know what it is?" "No Princess, although I felt uneasy so I got up, and when I went to the balcony, I saw someone wandering around. That's when I went downstairs to go out and help, but instead of the figure I found her, and the figure was gone." Spike chimed in,"why don't you try using the memory spell to help her remember something?" "Good idea Spike", commented Twilight. "Hold still please," Celestia asked the unknown Alicorn. "Oh ok," Twilight lowered her horn, and surged her magic through the Alicorn. "Can you remember anything?" asked Twilight. "Nope," she responded. "Well maybe you just need some time to re-cooperate," Celestia said. "I think we should all go back to sleep," Spike whined. "I agree, but before we do, I think our mysterious friend here deserves a name!" Celestia protested. "How about mystique, since you're so confusing?" Spike announced. "That sounds great Spike! Nice to meet you Mystique!" "Likewise" she replied. Mystique spent the night in Twilight's spare bed.

'How do I know all this stuff', she thought to herself. There must have been a past where she learned all these things, sights, sounds, colors, and language. How else did she know how to speak, and read? Twilight woke up and noticed Mystique was awake and thinking. "Good morning," yawned Twilight. "I need to show you around town, so you can get used to things around here, and get yourself acquainted with everypony," stated Twilight. "Well what should I do?" asked Mystique. "You should follow me to get some breakfast." "That sounds good, I am hungry." "Come on, let’s get ready." "How do I do that?" "Oh yeah, I forgot you don't know anything. Just come downstairs with me and I can show you how. Spike time to get up," said Twilight cheerfully. "Ok ok..." grumbled Spike. Twilight went downstairs and went through her morning routine of: brushing her teeth, combing her hair, and making sure she looked good. All the while Mystique was watching how she used her magic to control the brush. 'I wonder if I can do that,' she asked herself. "Here, now you try," Twilight got out a new toothbrush for her to use. Mystique focused, and held the toothbrush with her magic. "Wow, I didn't know if I could do that or not," Mystique said ecstatically. "I wasn't sure you would be able to either, I was about to have to teach you the hard way, ha ha ha!" Twilight laughed. Mystique went through the rest of her morning start, with minimal problems. They got Spike out of bed, and went to the front door. As soon as the front door opened Pinkie Pie, turned her head and saw Mystique. She gasped for a few seconds and ran off. "Don't worry Mystique, she's just about to throw you a party for you," Twilight assured. "Now let’s get going, I'm starving. I will introduce you to many of my friends on the way there." They walked, and, on the way to the diner, they had to greet Mystique to everypony, and after about thirty minutes, for what usually is a ten minute walk, they arrived at the diner. "Finally," sighed Spike. "I'm starving," he whined. They sat down at the table and a waiter came and dropped the menus on the table. "What would you guys like to drink?" asked the waiter. "Just order what I order Mystique it's super easy, I will have a glass of water," answered Twilight. "How about you?" "The same as her." "And you?" "I'll have an emerald martini, you guys have those right?" "I'm sorry we don't carry jewels!" "Alright, alright. I guess I will have the grass shake." "Spike we've come here before, you know they don't serve gems here!" Twilight said. "I know, but I figure if I keep trying maybe they will have them someday." "Ha ha ha, your'e funny Spike," laughed Mystique. "Aww, your'e gonna make me blush..." ogled Spike. "He does this a lot, better just to ignore him when he does something silly." "Hey!" answered Spike. Suddenly, a loud bang in the distance stirred everypony up. Twilight turned her head around to see the essence of a sonic rainboom coming from behind her. "What was that?" questioned Mystique. "That, was a sonic rainboom," Twilight answered. But what caused it?
What's going on?View OnlineMystiqueWhat's going on?“Come on Mystique, we need to go investigate this phenomenon!” Twilight was confused, so far she had only known about 2 other sonic rainbooms. Both were performed under incredible circumstances. What might have Rainbow Dash, performing a sonic rainboom? Spike perched onto Twilights back, and they galloped off towards the explosion. It was actually in the Everfree Forest. When they were galloping, Mystique started to feel a bit unnerved. Something about whatever was present at the sonic rainboom was not something they would like. They kept galloping, and galloping, towards the rainbow overhead. Twilight had to stop. She and Mystique were out of breath. “Twilight, I don’t like the feeling of this,” sputtered Mystique. “Me either, but one of my friends, Rainbow Dash, is the only one who can fly so fast, she breaks the sound barrier. Why she would do it out here is my big question,” Twilight rasped. “Let’s pick up the pace. I don’t like it here,” shuddered the cowering Spike. “Spike, you’re almost as bad as Fluttershy sometimes,” spouted Twilight. The two ponies and their dragon marched off. Spike was completely right to be scared. The Everfree Forest is not a place anypony should go. It was unnatural. Eventually they were lead to a clearing of ugly flying creatures, thousands of them, which looked like pigs mixed with bats. Rainbow Dash was circling in the air, fighting them, and several were on the ground appearing to be dead. Then Twilight noticed other ponies on the ground. It looked like all of her friends! Apple Jack was kicking rocks towards them, Fluttershy seemed to be injured, and was lying on the ground with a wincing face, Rarity was propelling anything she could force her magic upon, towards them, and Pinkie Pie was lobbing rocks at them. Then all of the sudden, Twilight noticed herself along with Rarity, using magic to fight the monsters. How in Equestria could there be 2 Twilights? One of the pig-bats, started after Twilight and Mystique. They both panicked and sent a surge of their own magic upon each other. And they disappeared. Mystique gained consciousness, she looked around and saw it was night time, but she wasn’t at the place she had just been. She appeared to be at Twilights front door. The magic she used was quite powerful, but she didn’t know what she did, she just did it. She looked around, and saw Twilight, and Spike, unconscious. She moved over to their position, and started to push them around, unsure of what else to do. Twilight gasped and shot up, looking at her surroundings. “Oh thank Celestia that worked,” sighed Twilight. “How long were we out?” asked Twilight. I don’t know, and how did we end up back here?” she asked. “Oh, I know a spell that can teleport us to anywhere I will.” “Let’s wake up Spike and figure something out here.” “I think it would be ok if we left him here to sleep.” “Oh ok.” Twilight picked him up and opened the door. She suddenly felt as if she wasn’t alone. She looked upstairs and saw Spike and herself sleeping. She stood and blankly staring. ‘How am I seeing myself right now? Is this some sort of magic? What’s going on around here?’ She went back out to Mystique. “Well if I were to put Spike to bed right now, he would wake the other Spike up…” stuttered Twilight “Huh?” Mystique questioned. “I can’t explain, go see for yourself.” Mystique walked in and walked back out with a very blank expression. “How could this happen?” she demanded. “I can only think of one thing right now, and that’s time shifting! Maybe you have the power to travel through time!” Twilight suspected. “I don’t know how I did it, it just came to my mind. I think I may have shifted time! “ “Do you know which way in time you may have gone? To the past,or the future?” Twilight questioned. “I don’t know, but maybe we could check your calendar or look for evidence in what day it might be.” “Alright, I will look at my calendar, to see what day it is, you stay here and care for Spike.” Twilight tiptoed inside, and Mystique waited. She looked back at Spike and questioned how one thing could sleep through such circumstances. Twilight returned and was carrying saddle bags of her own, and some for Mystique. “As it turns out, we went to the past, but right now, we need to figure out what those pig-bat things were, so I packed us some things for the time out. We will drop off Spike at one of my friend’s houses on the way.” Twilight said. “Come on, we’re going to drop him off at Fluttershy’s house on the way, it’s the closest to the Forest, and she is known for her love and care for animals.” “Oh ok.” Mystique answered. They set off for Fluttershy’s house, not know what may be ahead of them. But the only thing that could come from this adventure was disaster.
