The Doctor takes a break from arguing with Ditzy and finds himself a place to snack on something. Trying to avoid muffins and butter, he goes for his next favorite. Bananas. He gets a bunch, though one starts to run... er, levitate off. He scans it with his Sonic Screwdriver and tells him something's gone wrong. As the Doctor runs off to chase the darn thing, he meets a grey unicorn that becomes the Doctor's temporary companion, and the two set off to find the dreaded living banana.

This story takes place between the 2 parts of the episode "Apples and Arguments" of Doctor Whooves and Assistant.
