The boy has never known rainbows and only sees them vicariously on the old reruns. What happens when he meets one will forever change his life.
The world was plunged into darkness decades ago. Its only source of light? Slivers of breaks in the swirling clouds overhead. The boy has lived in this world for his entire life with his parents and sister, and cannot imagine a better life.
