Glorious Night

I sat down on my lawn, my fresh, green lawn. It was a beautiful night in Texas like it usually is, the cold, faint wind, the beautiful sky, the bright stars, and my favorite, the bright, full moon. Most people shunned the night, but I am proud to be different, I love sitting outside during the night, looking at the stars and the patterns they make. My life was still very boring though, living in the country part of Texas, not like Fort Worth, Dallas, and the other cities. The wind was stronger then most nights, when the winds are stronger, it makes me feel great. It may only be a few seconds of the wind, but it makes me feel alive, how the it makes my brown hair just race to the air behind me, it makes me feel alive.

The wind died in about thirty seconds, but I didn't care. I felt alive, I felt like I could touch the sky. I wish the night would never end but I knew, that the sun had to come up. On that thought I went back to looking at the stars, how beautiful they were. After yawning a couple of times, I decided to go to bed. When I arrived in my bedroom, I didn't want to get ready for bed, so I just jumped into the bed, and about thirty minutes later, I was asleep.
