//-------------------------------------------------------// Glorious Night -by Ileikmusic- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter Three: Koko //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter Three: Koko I started to regain conscious and I thought I was hallucinating because a saw a pony, who had a coat the color of the night sky and it seemed like she had stars in her mane, she also wore a crown. "We are most sorry" the pony said, ponies can talk? I said in my mind. "Y-you c-can t-t-t-talk?" I said scared but I tried not look frightened but I couldn't hold it back. "Yes" she said, "and why are thy afraid?" I didn't know how to respond. "Um um, who are you?" I asked. "We are Luna, princess of the night" she said. Walking closer I noticed more details, the pony had a horn, also, the pony had wings. "U-um my n-name is S-sam." I must have hit my head. Hard. "We are delighted to meet you, Sam" Luna said. When I heared her say we, even though she said it many times, I was even more frightened. "W-wait, there a-are more?" I asked. "No, we are- actually, how about I just say I, me, or my" Luna said. "Why are you here?" I asked, I was still afraid but calm enough to not stutter. "Honestly, I have no idea" Luna said. Now that I think of it, she did look lost. "Do you need directions?" I asked. "Why, actually yes please" she said. "Where to?" I asked, I was thinking she might say Houston or something. "To Canterlot" Luna said, and she looked at me, waiting for me to tell her. I almost let out a laugh but I decided to get serious. "Come on inside, I might be able to find it." "Thank you Sam" Luna said and we both walked to the door, as I opened the door, I looked back at the lawn, the star that hit me was gone. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter Two: Gau //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter Two: Gau The day went as usual, I woke up, went to work, go back home, and then do some other thing before going to sleep. But today, some things changed, I went to work and I found out that the company was being shut down because no one would buy the products. That was when the day started to go crazy, I've always loved to work there, but since it was closing, I had no job. If only getting a job was easy in Texas and trust me its not. I walked home to find that someone went by my home and brought me the newest newspaper. After reading it, I decided to go outside. When I got outside I sat down on the stairs to my house. Things were starting to get rough in life, I could only hope for the better. It was starting to get dark so I went outside as usual, but things didn't feel right, the sky looked, different. Then I noticed it, an unusual star, it was getting bigger. I realized it was coming towards me but it was too late. I was lying down, I saw a shadow,all I could notice about the shadow was that it wasn't human, but then I became unconscious. (I am aware this chapter is short, I will make up for it later) //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter Five: Nótt //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter Five: Nótt I woke up to the sound of my alarm, it was 7 in the morning. After I got up, I started to pack for the journey. I didn't know how long it would take so I brought 5 pairs of everything. As I went downstairs I heard a loud bang. I ran down the stair to see a pot on the floor and Luna trying to cook something. "Uh, I guess cooking is more complicated here" Luna said. "I guess so. How about I cook us breakfast" I said picking up the pot and started cooking some pancakes. Assuming that ponies eat hay here, I went outside to get a hay bale and got some hay out of the bale and put it on a plate and I brought it to Luna. "How did you know I like hay fries?" Luna said amazed. "Lucky guess?" I said, all I did was put some hay on . "Well" Luna said, "what is it like living in uh uuuh" Luna didn't know this country's name. "Texas?" I replied sitting down with the pancakes. "Yes. What is it like living in the country of Texas?" Luna said and ate some hay. "Well actually, Texas is a state but its pretty nice living here, especially in the rural parts of Texas, like where we are now. The wide fields, fresh air, the warm sun." I said. "Well, that seems nice" Luna says finishing her hay. "I suggest we better be going" I said. "I suppose" Luna said. As we went out the door I grabbed my backpack. "Why do you need that?" Luna asked pointing her purplish-blue hoof at my backpack. "You'll see" I said as we head out to start our journey. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter Six: Gauean //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter Six: Gauean As I closed the door, I realized something, the word Equestria seemed awfully familiar but I couldn't find out why so I decided to just start the journey. As I passed the cows, horses, and sheep I owned, I noticed Luna trying to communicate with one of the calves about her three quarters her size. It looked very confused because he thought Luna should be talking like a regular pony. "Uh, Luna?" I said, watching as she turned around. "Yes" Luna responded. "Why are you talking to a cow?" I asked, 'Wow' I thought, 'This is weird.' "Don't cows talk in this world?" She asked curiously. "Uh no but we should get going." I said starting to leave the area I owned. "Wait up" she says, clumsily running towards me. When we got outside I decided to look at what I'll soon be leaving one more time, but a second part of my mind said that I'll be back here one day. Yes, one day, might be in weeks, months, or even years, but one day, I'll be back here. 'One day', I thought, and I walked away and didn't look back. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter One: Nisha //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter One: Nisha I sat down on my lawn, my fresh, green lawn. It was a beautiful night in Texas like it usually is, the cold, faint wind, the beautiful sky, the bright stars, and my favorite, the bright, full moon. Most people shunned the night, but I am proud to be different, I love sitting outside during the night, looking at the stars and the patterns they make. My life was still very boring though, living in the country part of Texas, not like Fort Worth, Dallas, and the other cities. The wind was stronger then most nights, when the winds are stronger, it makes me feel great. It may only be a few seconds of the wind, but it makes me feel alive, how the it makes my brown hair just race to the air behind me, it makes me feel alive. The wind died in about thirty seconds, but I didn't care. I felt alive, I felt like I could touch the sky. I wish the night would never end but I knew, that the sun had to come up. On that thought I went back to looking at the stars, how beautiful they were. After yawning a couple of times, I decided to go to bed. When I arrived in my bedroom, I didn't want to get ready for bed, so I just jumped into the bed, and about thirty minutes later, I was asleep. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter Four: Nyx //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter Four: Nyx As we both went inside, I saw Luna looking at the TV, yes, I might live in the country, but I have found a way to get connection. I got onto the computer in the office to search Canterlot. I finished the search and I got some strange results that said Canterlot was a place in a land named Equestria. I've never heard of Equestria, so I decided to search that also, and the results were that it was a land that is ruled by a pony princess named celestia, and also a pony named princess Luna. Becoming even more worried, I decided to make my searches more specific, but I couldn't find anything. I didn't want to tell Luna that there was no place called Canterlot, but I didn't want to make her upset. "Um, Luna?" I asked. "Yes?" Princess Luna responded. "You said you needed to go to Canterlot right?" I said. "Yes. Why? Have you found directions?" She said excited. "Well, come here" I said as I looked over to her. "Ok" she said and walked over. When Luna saw the computer screen, she was worried. "T-there aren't any directions to Canterlot?" She said. "I'm afraid so" I said. "B-but how?" She asked, her eyes started to water. "I don't know, but I'll help you find it if you want." I said. "Y-you will?" She said as a tear went down her face. "Sure, why not" I said. "Oh thank you" Luna said. "hmm I think we should travel during night, the night always aids me" she said. "Hmm I guess that makes seance, since you said you were the princess of the night." I said. "Ok let's rest. For tomorrow night, we start our journey" Luna said. We both got ready for bed. I let Luna pick where she would like to sleep, she chose the guest bedroom and after she went to sleep, I went to my bed and did the same.
