Chrysalis turns Twilight Sparkle and friends into animals the day before the royal wedding. Now the six mares are on a race against time to get back to Canterlot and stop the evil, before it consumes their world.

The day before the royal wedding, Twilight Sparkle and friends wake up to find themselves in the Everfree Forest - All as different animals.

Now, lost and separated, they must find their way to Canterlot to somehow stop an evil being from invading their land.
