This story, simply put, is the story of two ponies: two ponies who crave companionship, two ponies who long for love. These two ponies are accustomed to wishing ironically for what they desire, but one night Fate sees fit to teach them a lesson. Will this fleeting love last, or will it bring two nations to ruin?

Just a little scribble of a story, partially inspired by the namesake song from The Phantom of the Opera. This takes place after The Tale of Tux n Tails, but I'll keep it as spoiler-free as possible.
