Now teenagers, Rumble has inadvertently spread around an embarrassing piece of evidence involving Scootaloo. Upset, Scootaloo decides that he should be punished. Rumble agrees, and willfully submits to Scootaloo's punishment: crossdressing. But that's not all she has planned.
