Twilight receives a knock on her door, upon opening it she finds Princess Luna holding a foal. After promising to raise Dusk Shine she very quickly she starts to learn how much this little foal will change her life.

This story follows mostly Dusk Shine as he carries out his daily life in Ponyville.
