Fallout Equestria: Endless Night Prologue

“Damn it, Trick you sure this things recording?”

“It should be recording, damn things over two hundred years old. Give it some credit for still working.”

“Fine, i’ll finish this up then we will go alright?”

*Static* *Door closes*

*Whack* *Whack*

“Ah, much better!”

*Throat clearing, phlegm spat nearby*

“Alright. Just like i said i would, i’d reflect on everything that's happened. Just like Raven wanted me to.”

*Deep breath*

“My name is Star Dawn, leader of... Oh Luna i can’t do this, this is so not like me!”

“Ya i know, i got too. Alright lets skip the formal crap.”

*Knock knock*

“Buck! I said i’ll come out when i'm done!”

“I'm Star, leader of this rag tag group of mercenaries. We call ourselves The Bloodied Dawn, because. Well, stuff happened. My name and his, doesn't matter.”

*Knock*

“Knock one more time and you’re going in alone!”

*Sigh*

“Look, what happened wasn’t our fault. Every pony, zebra, gryphon, changeling, ghoul, etc. Might blame us for it. But it didn’t happen like the papers said it did. Alright?”

*Gunfire*

“Of all the times...”

*Explosion*

“Alright i’ll be blunt. If Red Eye didn't have his little entourage show up, then we would be sending help too the front lines so we could crush the bucker and his army.”

*Explosion* *Building shakes*

“There was something in Big Moon no pony, gryphon... Buck! Any being was meant to see alright?! It was a mega spell made by Luna herself, as a last resort. It's called Endless Night, or Eternal Lullaby as Hooves called it.”

*Closer gunfire*

“Red Eye thinks he can control it, block out only portions of Equestria. In reality it was an Armageddon spell, if the zebras won, then everything dies. It makes these freaky clouds that can turn into unkillable monstrosities. It would stop the sun from reaching any part of this planet, basically permanent cloak of night across the land. Everything dies.”

*Explosion* *Building rocks* *Gunfire*

“I’ve got a plan, it's a stupid on every level plan, but at least it's a plan. I've got freaky gene pool shenanigans that lets me into every level of this place. I'm going down there too stop it once and for all. But first i'm going to save my team, i'm sending them on a one way trip back to Mercy via an escape teleport system. It hasn't ran in well over two hundred years but anyplace is better than here.”

*Gunfire outside the door*

“Trick get everyone down the corridor into the big white room alright?! I’ll be there in a second!”

“Fine, just hurry up!”

*Hooves and wing beats* *Gunfire*

“Alright we're in, get over here!”

“I’m sorry, i can't have you sacrifice your lives for me. Good bye Trick, everyone.”

“Wait. Star. No!”

*Massive static crackle*

“Alright, now i'm off to go save the world. Maybe one day someone will find this, until then. My name is Star Dawn, and i hope the sun is as bright as Dusk said it was. Because i don't think i’ll get to see it.”
