0000 Chapter Six: Laaa…lalala….lala…laaa…

0000 Alpha Hold, City Center,Alien Troopers

“Go! Go! Go!” a sangheli barked as he led an assault. “Back up the REX! Kill the equines!”

A whole group of alien troopers gave a war cry as they charged over debris and broken vehicles as they pursued the colored freaks. The great REX was leading the way, destroying all that opposed its crown. Volleys of plasma and heat seekers flew; mutilated body parts of the equines littered the streets. The unstoppable juggernauts tore through mob after mob with no remorse and no mercy. The equines tried to fight back or turn the battle back in their crazed favor but it proves useless to the aliens as they push forward relentlessly.

“C’mon fuckers! Die! Die! Die!”

“What’s wrong bitches?! Scared!?”

“For my ancestors! For my kin!”

“We’re you pastel freaks going!!! GET BACK HERE SO I CAN SLAUGHTER YOU!!!”

“Your bitch princess aint here to save you now!!!”

“Go to hell!”

Curses and cries of rage erupted from the alien troopers as they pursued. These ponies were not getting away from their wrath. The avian’s screamed and cackled as they sliced down the ponies, the cries of their suffering ancestors slowly quieted with each kill. The sanghai’s roared as they avenged their own kin from long ago that had encountered these creatures. The large insectoids buzzed in glee as they fried each equine with bolts of lightning, savoring it for revenge for not allowing them the right to live. The REX in-front of them roared as it continued tits merciless barrage of plasma, laser, and missiles.

“They’re getting away!”

*Krrsh! *CRASH!!!

Another REX plowed through a building cutting off the equines retreat route, its form slide across the pavement before stopping. It rose and roared before firing its weapons on the equines that were dead-stop terrified.

“Not on my watch they aren’t.” the feminine voice of second pilot shouted.

Trapped earth ponies dive-bombed for any cover only for it to be blasted to pieces by the unstoppable forces. Pegasus’s tried to fly to safety; they were shot down by heat seekers, Unicorns tried to teleport or use magic only for a bright flash of light and an agonizing ring in their brains and ears to prevent them.

“There they are! Kill them! Leave none alive!” a female sangheli barked, the troopers obeyed the order without objection.

The area the equines occupied was a complete kill-zone. The roars of gunfire and explosions drowned out anything else as the alien force pummeled the area holding the equines. Smoke filled the entire area, lasers and plasma raged and smashed into whatever was in there. Grenades and missiles did their work in flushing them out or obliterating them. When the alien ceased, and the smoke cleared. There was nothing left but smears of blood and body parts of the equines.

0000 Alpha Hold, Residential Area A

A small figure whimpered lightly as she and her younger brother heard the battle rage in the distance. Bright explosions could be seen as well as some buildings breaking apart from the intensity. Her small arms carried her little brother on her back as she quietly ran through the streets.

“Alice! Run! Just run! Take your little brother and run! Don’t stop! RUN!!!” the voices of her parents echoed through her mind.

*Skreeeee!!!

She jolted behind a piece of concrete in fright; an alien spaceship sped towards where the action was at. A series of bright lights dropped out from the space vehicle before it flew up again.

*BOOM!!! *BOOM!!! *BOOM!!! *BOOM!!!

A series of bright explosions erupted in the distance, a carnage of fires left in its aftermath. Her little brother gave a small cry in complaint to the position. She quickly stood up and prepared to get out of there only to see something in the corner of her eye. Her head turned to see a creature that she once liked, now feared.

“I got a child here! Give me a potion!” the creature shouted, a group others came up from behind it.

“No! Go away! No! NO!” the little girl screamed as she back away in fear, her brother began to cry from the commotion.

The crazed pony paid no head as he rushed the girl with the potion in his jaw. The pony threw the vial at the girl, the girl’s eyes widened as she saw the vial. Everything was in slow-motion…her last moments being a human, as well as her brother. In a blink of an eye, a shadowed figure appeared in front of the girl. Its arms stretched outward, it then shouted.

“Psychic Shield!”

A large blue dome formed around them, the vial hit the wall of blue before disintegrating to nothing but ashes. The alien’s hands glowed bright blue as he held the dome up. The alien gave a cry of anger before the dome expanded instantly and become blinding. The bright light from the dome consumed the ponies in sight, when the light died, they were no more. The dome held in place some shattered like glass. The alien snorted in annoyance before turning its attention to the cowering girl, she held her little brother protectively. The alien walked forward slowly, the girl tensed lightly and tried to pull away.

“Hey…don’t worry. They won’t hurt you anymore.” The female alien said soothingly. “It’s going to be all right little one.”

Alice gave a small sniff as she looked at the alien, the hands were close to her. When they touched, Alice cried and let herself be embraced in a hug. Her little brother gave a small cry for milk.

*Crunch! *Crunch!

Alice looked up to see what had jumped down. She saw two other avian aliens like the one embracing her. One was looking at her and her little brother, the other looking around cautiously. The one looking at her place a digit to its side of its helmet and spoke.

“Dropship Naga, we got a human here. A little girl and her infant sibling, prep for extraction.”

“Copy that Spec Ops Ranger. Extracting.”

Another alien ship soon hovered over the four (counting her brother), a blue light engulfed them all before they were soon lifted off the ground and pulled into the ship.

“Laaa….la la….lalalala….laaaa…” a tune echoed across in the distance.

0000 Alpha Hold, Residential Area C

“Lemme go! Lemme go!” a young boy shouted as he was forcefully dragged and pushed by a mob of equines.

The boy tried screaming and kicking to get away from the crazed equines but they paid no heed to his cries. A whole mob was standing in a circle with a few captured humans in the center, all being restrained. Human infants were crying loudly, their mothers also crying in fear. Male humans tried resisting only to be beaten down and restrained more. Children were scared and confused to what was happening. The ponies were chatting excitedly as they were watching the event unfold.

“Now now you filthy human, we’re only purifying you! We’re going to make you perfect!” a pony said as the boy was pushed deeper into the circle.

“Conversion is at hand everypony!” another equine shouted happily.

“I don’t wan’t to change! I want to be me!” the boy shouted again, only for the mob to angrily drown him out.

“Silence filth! We’re are doing this for your own good! You’ll be much better off as one of us!” a unicorn retorted as they began to get vials out.

“Laaaa…la la….lalalalala….laaaaa…”

A few that heard the tune turned their head before shrugging it off. The captured humans shivered in fear as they saw the vials. The potion that converted their kind to nothing but mindless creatures. Turned equine, never to remember their past and family, forever lost to the potions affects created by the xenophobic ruler Celestia and Luna as well as her goons the Mane Six.

“Fuck you and your kind! I’d rather die!” a male human shouted in anger as he struggled. “You all will pay for this!”

A vial was smashed into the man’s face making him scream as he glowed and transformed. In seconds he was a newly made foal, the New Foal blinked owlishly as the other equines got themselves off of their “kin”. A girl screamed before she too was turned into a equine. One by one, each human began to suffer the same fate as the ones before them.

“Conversion!”

“Conversion!”

“Conversion!”

The equines chanted crazily as they “purified” each human. They were down to five, an earth pony made a grab for the infant the mother human was holding. She screamed and kicked the male equine away before she was restrained, the male equines dragged the infant away, the baby cried for its mother.

“Laaa….la la….lalala…lalala…..” a echo came, all the ponies diverted their attention to find the source.

When they found none, they began to chant again and the male readied a vial to use on the infant.

“Laaa…la la…lalalala…laaaa….lala…la la….” The melodic echo came again.

The equines then turned their attention away again looking for the source, the male pony shrugged and was about to resume his “purification” before…

*ZAP!!!

A red beam struck him dead center of the head; he turned to ashes in a insant. The ponies then turned their head again to see something that terrified them. A large black and white hovering creature floated above singing that melodic tune; large triangle shaped flaps surrounded torso, each flap had a red glowing circle. It almost looked like a dress to some, and a octopus to others. Glowing red eyes glared down at the cowering equines, two horn like protrusions sprouted on its side of its head. Two additional red circled flared brightly on the head.

“Laaa….la la…lalalala….la la la….lalala….”

A red beam fired from one of its flap striking an equine in the chest, he didn’t scream as he burned up. A vial flew at the creature but a blue bubble protected it from the vial. The thing then fired a barrage of red beams, the equines shouted and cried as they were hit by beams of heated energy. Vials and magic flew but the bubble protected the creature from all.

“Laaa…la la la…la la…lalalala….”

The thing continued to sing that haunting melody as it vaporized the equines in the area. Their numbers crumbled quickly by a single creature. A red beam fired hitting a pony in the leg; it was severed in a instant. The pony didn’t scream even when the leg was severed, it tried fruitlessly to escape. Another beam severed another leg, the equine still didn’t scream. Another beam then hit it in the back of its skull, the equine became nothing but ashes in seconds.

“La…laaaa la….lalala…..la la la……laaaa….lalala…..la la….”

The creature continued its song as it turned its attention to the humans below it. Each human backed up in fear of being killed by the thing. The creature then looked down towards the still crying infant below it. The mother then cried out in fear when her baby was enveloped in a glowing blue field. The baby then was slowly and gently lifted off the ground and held like in a motherly hold by the creature.

“Laaa….lalala….la la la…..la la…..lalalala….laaaaa….”

The infant cries quieted as it heard the melody of the creature. The baby again was lifted away from the creature and was lifted to its mother. The mother cried in joy as she held her baby in her arms. The humans seemed to relax a bit, the creature wasn’t going to hurt them...’yet’ to others. The young boy from earlier then nervously walked up to examine the creature before him. It looked like a large robot, like those from the games he used to play before all this happened. Suddenly they began to glow blue, a few humans panicked as they looked at themselves and looking to the source. The creature too was glowing blue, the humans were about to scream or act before they vanished in an instant…sent to safety.

“Laaa…la la…lalala….laaaa…la la…..la la la….laaaa la….la la….lalala….laaaaa….”

The synthetic continued to sing as it floated calmly away. It’s deadly vision searching for any equines to annihilate, and any humans to rescue and save from the xeno’s “purification”.

0000 Human HQ, Outer Perimeter, Sector A

“Hey…do you hear that?” Jason said as he aimed through his scope.

“Hear what?” Rick replied with a confused expression.

“That sound…There!”

“Laaa…la la….lalala…..la la la…..lalala…..la la….”

The two hidden snipers readied themselves, both aiming through their scopes searching. They found none until blotch of black and white was noticed moving.

“There! I think I see one!” Rick said.

“Yeah I see it too. Keep your aim on it.”

As they aimed, they noticed the tune was growing louder and more closer. When the thing came into sight, what they saw hat their mouths imitating a fish. A large mechanical creature was floating, wandering around the forest. It seemed lost but they knew better than that, it was heading right towards the base!

“Laaa….la la….lalala….laaaa…..lala…..laaa….”

That came from directly behind them. When they turned around they saw another one. It’s red eyes glaring at them…with curiosity?

And HERE IS ANOTHER CHAPTAH in Turn of War!!!! I own nothing but the Avian Aliens and the story! (yeah some people asked me about the avian's, they're my creation form Spore. And they have a serious bone to pick with the equine bastards.)
