Mare Crisium

by Between Lines
Princess Luna wakes up one evening to be promptly banished to the moon once more. Lost and confused, what she expects to be a long and lonely imprisonment, becomes the most bizzare case of culture clash she could have ever imagined.

The moon, Luna's charge, icon, and once before, prison. Though she'd vowed to never again find herself imprisoned within its grasp, a surprise attack on her person leaves her trapped just the same, even if she still retains body and mind.

On the moon's surface however, she finds things are not as they seemed. A strange structure looms on the far side, filled with stranger souls she could never have imagined. Stuck for what could be a long haul, it's up to her to try and practice the ideals of friendship her sister holds so highly.

Or go insane.
But she might just wind up doing that anyway.

AN: Sorry about completely changing the genre and most of the plot, but the heart of the premise remains the same, and I believe it works better this way.
