//-------------------------------------------------------// The Birth of a World -by Daerthrahl- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Prologue-I //-------------------------------------------------------// Prologue-I It was a Friday afternoon at Golden Oaks library. All that could be heard was the turning of pages, and the scratch of a quill on parchment - until a voice punctuated the silence. “SPIKE... SPIKE, where is the copy of Natural magick?” called Twilight Sparkle, resident and current librarian. With a loud grumble, the purple drake trudged up the stairs, hammer in hand. Stomping over to the mare. “The same place it’s been the last four times you asked me,” Spike snapped gesturing to the stack of magic books piled high next to the lavender mare. “Oh... hehe, sorry Spike. I guess I am just so wrapped up in this topic that I am losing my head,” Twilight apologized to the young dragon. "Yeah yeah, you‘d lose your head if it were a book,” Spike muttered as he returned to the basement. Stopping short of the stairs Spike put a hand to his chin. “Hey, do we have any emeralds left? I need like three more.” "Yes, Rarity left the gems she couldn't use yesterday," Twilight got to her hooves, "which you would have known if you came out of the basement every once in awhile." She walked toward her erstwhile assistant. "What are you doing down there, anyway?" she asked, trying to peer past the dragon. Spike slammed the door with his tail before heading to the Gem cupboard, “Just some research I’m doing, alright?” Twilight raised her eyebrow and tilted her head. “Yes, for the hundredth time, I know it seems weird that all of a sudden I am interested in research” Spike stared at his surrogate sister with a intense gaze, which started to wilt as Twilight held her disbelieving look. “Please stop looking at me like that.” Spike entered the kitchen, and popped his head out as Twilight tried sneaking towards the door to the basement. “Stay out of there!” Twilight begrudgingly went back to her own research as Spike returned to the kitchen to fetch the three emeralds. Walking out to the Anteroom, he turned on his tail and decided on a snack of tourmaline, before heading back downstairs. Twilight watched Spike, descend the steps and tried to return to her studies but curiosity is a powerful thing. What is he doing down there? I am so curious but I do not want to disturb him especially if he has taken an interest in anything educational. Argh, but what is he doing that has had him secluded for almost a week? Twilight felt like interrupting his privacy, just to be able to know what he was doing. Knock Knock Twilight sighed Now who could that be? The library sign says closed. Slowly dragging herself from her spot on the floor, Twilight took her sweet time, in approaching the door. Reaching for the handle she suddenly stopped, I got a feeling I do not want to open this door. Everytime I do something bad happens. “Twilight, yah in there.” With another sigh she put on a happy face and opened the door “Hello Applejack, what brings you to the library?” “Howdy. As to what ah’m doin’ here, ah’m here to get you away from your books. Land's Sake, Sugarcube, ah have not seen yah in near a week.” Applejack made her way to the center of the library. The orange mare took a big sniff, crinkling her nose at the stench emanating from plates of days old food. “Sugarcube, this proves mah point that yah need to get out of here, it looks like yah ain’t cleaned fer days.” Flipping several plates onto her back, expertly balancing them, AJ paused at the kitchen door.  “An’ where the hay is Spike, isn’t he usually helping yah with this sorta thing?” Twilight blushed at the mess that her friend was cleaning up. With a spark of her horn she levitated the rest of the plates and followed her friend. “Usually he does, but apparently he has been so busy doing some research that he can’t be bothered to help. Not only that but it suddenly sprung up after I got a shipment of books for my research that has started, so I think he’s just avoiding work.” As the two mares approached the kitchen an explosion ripped through the basement, the shattering of glass could be heard after the initial boom of the explosion. Spike burst through the door leading to the basement. “IT’S ALRIGHT, NO NEED TO PANIC!”  Slamming the door shut after him, he slumped to the ground breathing heavily. “Spike! What happened are you...” Twilight stopped her charge as a scent graced her nose with a pleasant aroma. “I-Is that wintergreen?” Finally catching his breath, Spike looked at his surrogate sister as she stared at him eyebrows furrowed in puzzlement. “Uhh yeah it is, my uh research kinda blew up in my face...literally hehe” “Spike, if you do not tell me what is going on I will go find out for myself,” Twilight snapped. Spike whipped his head around as Applejack chuckled from the kitchen doorway. “Ohh hey Applejack, when did you get here?” “Howdy to you too, and a few minutes ago.” Twilight stalked closer to the dragon like a predator stalking prey, and Twilight’s prey was information. “Do Not change the subject I wanna know what is going on down there and I want to know now.” Swallowing loudly, Spike looked around the room for a means of escape, before his eyes rested on Applejack, he latched onto the idea, like it was a lifeline. “Hey, tell me about your research you are doing, me and Applejack wanna hear about it.” Spike closed his eyes, when no magic levitation came, he peered out. Looking at Twilight he could see a spark in her eye as she went off about her research. Whew, better sneak back into the basement before I get sucked into the lecture as well. He felt terrible for leaving Applejack alone with Twilight while she was talking about studying, but this breakthrough was important, and a week of work was riding on it. “In short I am researching how the world came into existence.” “Uhh, right, that sounds very interestin’.” Applejack and Twilight walked in silence for a few minutes as they approached the center of town. “Well, what do you think?” Twilight stopped as she awaited the answer from Applejack who kept walking, as if oblivious. “Think about what?” Applejack's mouth moved before she could think about her answer. Oh no ah forgot ah wasn’t paying attention to the technical mumbo jumbo... think... what did she say at the very end something about ‘in short’ Twilight watched as Applejack put a hoof to her chin in thought, excited at first that her friend might have understood. Time rolled past, she grew less excited as she came to realize that Applejack had not been listening. And here I have been talking for fifteen minutes...better give her a hint “What did you think about my research? About how science and magic mixed to create the planet,” Twilight bit out. “Ohh right, ah right, sorry yah tend to ramble a bit.” Applejack rubbed the back of her neck, embarrassed that she was caught “Yah done any research on the Holy Titans? They were the ones who created the planet.” Applejack offered, resuming walking towards Sugarcube corner, where they had planned on going for lunch. There was no way that Applejack could believe in the drivel that was Titanism, was there? The belief of creation through the 'All-maker', or the 'Creator' as some called it; that thought was that the 'All-maker' sent Echos of himself to the planet in order to craft a world in which he could shape the planet and create the life that dwelled upon it. Twilight had always scoffed at Titanism, as an uneducated way of explaining the things they had not taken the time to study, like 'Science and Magical Theorem'. There was no evidence to support this idea, and if there was no evidence then there was no place for it in her mind. Applejack stopped and walked back to the motionless lavender mare, thinking that she had hurt her feelings by not paying attention to the research paper.  Who could blame her really? Ah do not understand half what she says anyways plus it is so boring and makes my head hurt, it’s almost as bad as trying to understand Pinkie Pie’s antics sometimes. “Twilight?” Applejack called, waving her hooves in front of her face. “TWILIGHT!” Shouting in her ear seemed to have the desired effect. “Huh? Ohh sorry Applejack, I thought you said the Holy Titans created the planet, and I was trying to think of some possible way I could have been mistaken.”  Twilight looked at Applejack with a crooked smile, that said “Please tell me I am wrong”. “That is what ah said, come on sugarcube, everyone knows that the Holy Titans created the planet, else how would we be here?” Apparently, Applejack did not get the message. “What, you really believe that some supernatural beings came and orchestrated the creation of an entire planet, by themselves?” Twilight's eye twitched. She was hearing information that was not in her books, or had any base in science or magic. Her hair was starting to stick out at odd angles, and her pupils started to shrink. “If orchestrated means that the Titans did it then, yes. ...Come on Twi, yah gotta have some book that tells yah about the Titans, and how they raised the planet.” Noticing the signs of a panic attack Applejack fell back on an old trick she and her friends discovered when Twilight started to lose it. “Just ask the Princesses, They are immortal. They would know,  they should know.” Applejack explained, as she watched Twilight pace in front of her. Twilight took a calming breath,“Okay, okay” Smoothing down her hair she continued.  “I am going explain a few things. First, the Princesses may be immortal but that means they can live for a long time, not that they have lived a long time.” Applejack opened her mouth to ask a question. “And before you ask, I already asked. Second, there is no magical source powerful enough to shape the earth itself, the amount of power that would be need would be immense. Their magical font would have to be enormous, so big that the princesses’ would be like a drop of water in comparison. Third, and most important, there is absolutely no basis, in recorded history or the entirety of Science and magic for these so called Titans.” Twilight’s smile was twisting into a grin. “So you are wrong the Titans did not - could not have created the planet nor even have existed!” Applejack listened to the entire speech quietly, her face down turned, Twilight could not see the emotions playing on her face. Finally looking up with a face of hurt she spoke quietly. “Twilight ah may not be as smart as yah, but yah gotta take it on faith.” Applejack said shakily. “Not only that, this is mah belief, not yours, so do not make light of it,”Applejack did not take lightly to accusations against her beliefs, she stood by them, but none of the ponies she encountered that did not believe were Twilight. No, she had to stay firm in her belief. but it’s so hard, especially when one of mah friends is so smart and can throw all sorts of doubt at me. “Applejack I am going to say this once, there is absolutely no...” “WATCH OUT!” Applejack pushed Twilight reflexively, and jumped back landing in the ditch next to the road. there was a loud fwump and a groan as something struck the road. “WHEE, can we do that again Dashie? Can we, Can we?” A pink mare bounced up and down on top of a cerulean pegasus. “Pink...oof.... ie pie...oww stop bounc...NGGH please” the pegasus was pushed deeper into the earth with each bounce. “Oh my gosh, sorry Rainbow Dash.” Pinkie pie stopped in midair, walking several steps backwards to bounce up and down several feet away. Rainbow dash rose with a groan. Bones could be heard realigning as she stretched her wings. The abused pegasus flapped her wings to  her bring to a hover. Dash scooped up the unicorn, depositing her on her hooves. “Hehe, sorry bout that girls. Me and Pinks were flying when she started getting fidgety.” “Gosh darn it, RD, yah coulda killed us.” AJ said jumping to her feet. The farm pony glared at the cerulean colored mare. “Yeah yeah. Jeez, AJ, no need to get all mad, no way the most awesome pony would do something like that-" “CARAVAN!” Pinkie pie shouted. “Ohh right, there is some kind of caravan coming into town, has all sorts of ponies, and zebras. With magic tricks and stories and who know else, you guys gotta come and hang with us today.” Rainbow Dash explained excitedly. Twilight huffed “I would love to but I have some research to finish doing, gotta prove that the world was made logically and not by a silly fantasy,”  As she turned to go home, Twilight heard a whimper, turning back she saw Pinkie giving her puppy dog eyes, that said it all. Looking at AJ, she noticed that her demeanor had softened and she tilted her head towards where the caravan was supposedly coming. “Fine... but you and I are not done,” She said pointedly at AJ, “Ohh girl ah’ll trounce yah any day o’ the week ending in ‘why’.” While Rainbow Dash and Pinkie grabbed AJ and Twilight, the caravan had set up shop around Town Hall. There were Gazelles selling herbs and poultices, Zebras telling stories and hawking their crafts, even a few Wolven made the journey from the north to sell their scrimshaw carvings. But the Elephants were what attracted the most attention, huge beings easily seven ponies tall, told the tale of the caravan. “Wowie zowie, there is so much stuff here, look at that, the one with the long nose,” Pinkie pie zoomed from one stall to the next trying to see everything at once. Pinkie bounced to reach the elephants ear “Hey... my name is.... Pinkie Pie,...What's yours?” “My name is Agnota, young one. To what do I owe the pleasure of speaking to a beautiful pony such as yourself?” the elephant spoke softly and it took a little while to complete his sentence, but he did not shy away from Pinkie’s hyper-activeness like most creatures tended to. Pinkie stopped bouncing blushing at the complement. “Well uhh, I noticed you’re new in town, well there are lots of new people, and I was wondering if you would like a party to umm say hi to all of you at once.” she said slowly and somberly, much to her three friends' surprise. “I would be honored to help one such as yourself, young one. Come, we will go get started and I would like to hear more of this spectacular mare named Pinkie.” Pinkie regained a little bit of her usual bounce and they both wandered off to set up the party. “Did ya’ll just see what ah just saw?” a stupefied Applejack asked. Twilight and Rainbow Dash both nodded their heads in amazement. With one simple sentence the elephant did the impossible, he calmed Pinkie down to a point where you could actually talk to her without all the random stuff. “Only the Titan’s coulda made something as random as Pinkie,” Dash said as she worked her wings, flapping around different stalls, to check their wares. “Not you too,Dash?” Twilight groaned. I would have thought Rainbow, would have been too worried about training to care. “Of course! All pegasi know that Aether, Titan of Wind, granted the pegasus the ability to fly when he created wings, allowing us to fly free in his domain. He also gave us the ability to work with clouds to create our homes.” Rainbow recited, like a school lesson. “Ah heard of Aether but ah was taught about Gaia, how she gave us the blessings of earth.”Applejack put her hoof to her chin in thought. “ Ain’t there a more though? Ah only ever heard of three; Aether, Gaia and Furion.” Twilight was about to say something when a black robed figure walked up to the group, “But of course there is more, those who you call the ‘Holy Titans’ were not always the benevolent forces you make them out to be, they were originally known as the Primordials, and wreaked untold havoc and destruction unto this world.” “Ah’m sorry but who are yah, and how do yah know all of that... stuff?” Applejack looked at the figure with apprehension, and a little bit of reluctance. “Forgive me for my rudeness. My name is Saren, I am known as a lorewalker among my people. I have traveled far and wide gathering the story of the Holy Titans and the Primordials, which I would gladly tell you if you would but listen.” Saren threw his hood back revealing a striped face, a tidy ‘ponytail’ mane, and several piercings in his ears. Taking flight, Dash shouted“You're a zebra?” she  flew in close “How come you don't talk in rhyme?” Her face pressed to his, she sneered “Are you a Spy?” Saren backed up slightly clearing his throat to make a defense when the purple mare spoke up. “Rainbow, that is really rude.” With a flash of magic Twilight, sat Rainbow down before continuing. “I am sorry Saren, we have a friend who is a Zebra, her name is Zecora, she speaks in rhyme.” Rainbow Dash gave an awkward smile of apology. “ Now, as to what you were saying, there is no evidence to support your claims. How can you know this stuff and expect us to believe it?” “Zecora... hmm, I have heard of her, I do believe. If she talks in rhyme then she must be a Shaman, as only those and those affiliated with shamans speak in rhyme.” Saren smiled “It is a cultural thing.”  as he motioned the trio to come with him. They moved to a series of benches where they made themselves comfortable. “Alright, I know this story by heart, almost like I lived it.” Saren chuckled, continuing. “Now, as to how I know all that I know, well some parts you have to take on faith, others I have gathered from the corners of the planet, little snippits. Also, I have gathered this information from other cultures. And yes, before you ask about scientific proof, I have cross checked them and validated them with each other, and other obscure references. Now, if you would like to hear this story I will tell you, but let it be known this could shake the very foundations of your beliefs. Are you ready?” All three mares nodded their heads, and got comfortable for what seemed like it was going to be a long story. “Alright then. This is the Story of the Holy Titans and The Primordials...” //-------------------------------------------------------// Creation- II //-------------------------------------------------------// Creation- II The birth of a world is created by forces unknown to any creature something, what that force is no one knows but commonly refer to as God. For eons the world that the ponies and others now inhabit, was an abandoned ball of rock, magic permeated the world’s very core, allowing unnatural phenomenon to occur. This magic kept seas of magma boiling, while ash and magical smoke spewed from the depths. Few patches of cooled ground dotted the surface of this harsh world. From the black abyss of space descended a trail of fire. With a crash the world’s first inhabitants arrived, taking in the harsh beauty of this planet so rich in magic. “Hang on, how do we know this is all true? I mean, how can anyone know this? You said it was at the beginning of time.” Twilight listed off the various holes in the story that she saw as he presented it. Saren gave her a look that said “Really” before opening his mouth to speak “Alright you have got two choices here, you can either sit down shut up and listen to the story, or you can leave, I do not have time to argue semantics when I already explained how I know what I know. and I never said anything about time, clean your ears. ” Twilight looked rather offended before deciding that she wanted to hear the rest of the story. “Right now where was I... Ahha, so these two figures descended to earth...” “This will do nicely do you not think, Sister?” “Yes, although it is going to need a lot of work, Brother,” The white form replied. Indeed the world would work, for our purposes. But what is our purpose, I feel as if I should know, The white one thought, as she surveyed the planet. This dead planet, floated through the inky darkness, magma floated across the surface in roiling seas. Magic hung thick in the air it was as if it was a blanket of fog across the ground. Smoke from the magma mingled with the fog to create a miasma, trapping the heat on the planet. “Hmm, yes; but what to do first.” A Wicked grin flashed across the Black forms face, as he raised his hands upwards the night sky. “Might as well shed a little light on the situation!” The black figure, raised his hands to the sky, power started to gather in his hands, magic rolled off his body in wisps creating an aura of power. Directing his gaze to the heavens, he let out a cry as magic ripped through his body towards the millions of tiny lights dangling in the sky. For several moments nothing seemed to happen, but slowly thin trails of white light began to slither their way to the planet. The light gathered overhead, forming a ball of white light above the world, with one final cry, the figure threw his hands together the ball collapsed sending a soothing heat over the planet, a far cry from the harsh heat of the magma. “Oh, Chaos you are terrible with those puns of yours” Chuckled the counterpart of Chaos as she marveled at the beauty of the scene in front of her. With a lopsided grin Chaos, flopped to the ground sweat pouring down his face, he turned to his sister, “Well gotta find my fun somewhere, you are always so boring, Order.” Looking to the orb of fire he like to call a sun, he took a breath and admired his handiwork “Why I never. How could you call me boring, Brother, I am plenty fun; besides you are missing something.” Order pointed a ways away from the sun, to an empty portion of the sky indicating the spot she meant. “Yeah yeah, You're a slave driver to. How many we going to need, She is waiting.” Chaos stood and walked next to his Twin. Order closed her eyes for a moment. When she opened them, they were glowing a deep black a stark contrast to her White form. “According to my Calculations, this planet is big enough that one Large Mass....” Ahem “Sorry Moon as you like to call them, or two medium ones.” “Hmm” Chaos looked to the sky and thought what this world would look like when they had completed it. Two would look good, but I think it would look better with one. Then he thought which would be easier for Order to control, he hated making her do too much work.  “One will work nicely, tell her to move it into position so I might sculpt it.” Order closed her eyes, her lips moving without sound, when she opened them again she turned to her brother and said “It is done” With bout of power Chaos started grabbing at nothing in the air, and bringing them to a center point. Slowly high above the planet a orb of white rock started to come into existence. The power was taking its toll on Chaos as he fell to a knee gasping for air, finally putting the last few pieces into place he fell to the ground, trying to catch his breath. Finally he said “There it is done.”  “Alright, I will call the others down.” Order closed her eyes and spoke softly before turning to her duties of setting the Sun and Moon on its track. Order laid a hand on a black symbol on her stomach, the symbol meant chaos among order, and was her connection to Chaos himself. Chaos of course had the same symbol just the opposite color. The symbol meant ‘Balance’ as all things must be in. For balance is the rule of all things. As Order concentrated black lines flowed out from the symbol criss crossing over her form, as this occurred she started to speak in an ethereal voice. Creations of Chaos hang in the sky, Let the power of Order mark their passage among the heavens. Let there be Light, and Let there be Night, Sweeping her hands to the heavens, she cast the black lines from her body to the heavens, accompanying the black line white lines weaved in and out of the black lines. these lines seemed to have no reason to their ascent, but on closer inspection one could see they simulated the path the sun and the moon would take. The lines wrapped around each of the heavenly bodies, and were absorbed. The Sun and the moon glowed white and black respectively, before crossing one another forming the Symbol of the Twins. White light, Black Night. Punctuated by one another, Always in Balance. The Mark of Tao, the Mark of the Twins. Chaos rolled his eyes, as Order completed her work. The Sun and the Moon, both went to their respective place in the sky. “It is done, the Sun and the Moon, will fly across the sky, at my whim.” Breathed the sister, as she opened her eyes and looked upon their work, the beginnings of a planet. “You are such a drama queen Order, what was with the little, silky voice, and poem?” Chaos snickered. “You get to do your stupid puns, I thought I would try something new.” Chaos broke into laughter, Order blushed as she turned away, “Ohh shut up, ‘She’ is on her way.” Sure enough, as soon as Order finished her sentence down from the heavens a dark brown light shot towards them, with a thunderous boom out from the small crater, strode... “Gaia, good job with the Moon, woulda been next to impossible if you had not helped.” Chaos greeted warmly. “Hold on a minute I thought Gaia created the land?” Applejack asked tilting her head in confusion. Looking at the orange mare, Saren took a second to compose himself after being interrupted again so soon in his story. “Well she did, and if you let me continue I will tell you what else happened with her.” Twilight was muttering to herself “I have heard that poem before, the one about the Twins, it was in one of the books I was studying.” Saren groaned and motioned her to get it out of her system. “It was... let me think. Ah ha yes it was about the Cultural backgrounds on Zebras” she exclaimed hitting the table with a hoof as she remembered, the smallest detail she had read in the book, Zebra’s Black and White, but not all Grey “Yes we Zebra’s are avid believers in balance and thus is probably why you saw it.” Saren rushed this explanation as his whole body visibly sighed in annoyance, “Now can I please get back to the story.” Saren begged. “Yeah guys I wanna hear about Aether, at least a different opinion of him.” Rainbow Dash said finally voicing her opinion. “Well good, for he is coming up next, AND WE ARE!” Saren paused expectantly “This is where you say moving on.” All three mares who were looking dubiously. “Humor me would you? AND WE ARE!” “Moving on?” The trio replied hesitantly. “Well we will have to work on that pathetic response. Alright so Gaia had just descended...”  Gaia stood to her full height, a little bit taller than Chaos, and a lot taller than Order, Gaia was beautiful, her features seemed cut from stone, like a master mason, had carved her beauty. Skin like living stone, with all the softness of a lover, and ferociously protective like a mother. “Ah Chaos, no problem there, sorry if I did not get enough but it was a bugger to haul it all. Know what I am saying eh?” Right... despite her looks her voice was a bit rocky, but that was the beauty of it. The sharp contrast between jagged and smooth, just like stone. “Whatever,Gaia, you did good, but there is still more work to be done, you know Order wants this done quick, so the others can descend,” Chaos lowered his voice “and you know how much of a slave driver she is.” “What was that Chaos?” Order gave Chaos a hardened look, a tight lipped frown, and her eyes slanted.  Chaos cringed at the look, it meant ‘if you said anything bad about me I will kick your butt to kingdom come’ Chaos could only manage a quivering grin, “Nothing Order, just telling Gaia that we need to speed things along.” “Right.” Order gave him a final glare before turning to Gaia “Alright, the palate is yours as, it were. Just make sure you get everything done right, ohh and might as well tie the magic that is all around us to the earth, well all that will willingly cooperate, the others can use some to help them as well.” Order explained, and in her head she checked an item on her list of things to do to create a paradise. “Alright, there Order, I’ll gitt`er done don’t you worry bout that, alright lets see who is gonna work with me,” Gaia spoke rapidly as it was the only way she knew how to speak. The stone woman waded out  until she was waist deep in magma. “Tis a little toasty in here no doubt about that: she laughed. Gaia dipped a hand into the bubbling magma and scooped out a small portion, thoroughly inspecting it as it cooled into a blackish rock. Satisfied she let it fall back into the magma. Stretching out her hands, A deep brown energy flowed around her palms, absorbing some of the magic from the surrounding fog. All the while she stood still as stone. Chaos leaned towards Order and whispered, “What is she doing?” Order brought a face to her forehead and sighed in weariness as she heard this,Of course Chaos would ask that. If he really put his mind to it he could really accomplish a lot of amazing things. Order took a moment to formulate her response before answering. “She is testing to see the resonance of the earth to match herself to it, then since we are using the magic fog, she is finding which fog is willing, though more like which magic wants to be bound to the earth. The magic will bind with the earth, thus empowering her magic to start creating the earth on which we will stand.” Gaia began turning her hands upwards ever so slowly, and the magic she had gathered flowed over her hands into the magma  “Ah, see how the stone is flowing from her around to the magma, she is using the magma as a medium to speed along the process of creating stone, and rock deep into the planet, and imagine she is doing this on a global scale.” Order finished her speech, expecting a response she turned to see Chaos, sleeping with a comical snot bubble growing and shrinking with each breath. Seeing this a vein popped Orders head, and she started to shake, “HEY, WHY DID YOU ASK IF YOU WERE GOING TO SLEEP.” Order screamed at her Twin brother. “Sorry it kinda got boring after you said ‘resonance’ so I thought I would have a nap.” “Would yah two shut up, i’m trying to concentrate over here” Gaia shouted from her slow growing stone prison, “And with the two of yah yellin’ it is a right bugger of a job to try and do that, now isn’t. So shut it would yah.” Gaia turned back to her duty, raising her hands once again, as the stone started flowing from her body again. Order froze as she felt something brush her skin. There was a slight wind that tickled her hair. She shuddered as she felt a slight nip at her neck followed by a kiss, leaning into the familiar pressure, she fell into nothing, or what seems like nothing. Order was suspended in thin air and had her arms wrapped like she was hugging someone. With a slight grimace of annoyance Chaos snapped his fingers someone started to appear, the figure had his arms wrapped around Order in a loving embrace, with his lips on her neck, Order leaning into the embrace, they spoke a few words that Chaos couldn’t comprehend clearly, but he knew it was something mushy Ughh they are going at it again,Gag,“Alright you two enough. Aether, when the hell did you get here? I didn’t see you descend”  Aether let out a wide grin as he walked over to Chaos. “Ohh you know me ,Chaos, I decided that waiting to see your gorgeous sister was....unacceptable.” They stood looking at each other one with a glare the other with a wide smile, before the two friends embraced and greeted each other with slaps on the back. “We need to have some fun all this creation is sooo boring.” “Ugh, I know Order is being such a slave driver here, we need to go and fool around a little bit...” Chaos looked left and right before lowering his voice so that only Aether could hear him “maybe set a few pranks for the others?” Aether gave Chaos a lopsided grin, they spent a few minutes planning before Order decided enough was enough and piped up. “Aether, before you two go off and play you have a job to do, you know summoning the Wind and Water, that ring any bells.” “Wait how’s that possible? I was always told that Aether was the God of Wind, and wind alone.” Leaping in the air Rainbow Dash flapped her wings for emphasis. As the full-spectrum pony finished her sentence a butter yellow pegasus walked into Sugarcube corner, noticing the four ponies sitting and talking. Walking up to them Fluttershy replied to her friends comment. “Oh no, Rainbow, you fell asleep in that class halfway through.” Fluttershy adopting a professional tone of voice, continued “Aether is the God of Wind and Water, he was said to have given the pegasus the power to walk on clouds and manipulate the weather. Also, he gave us our magical ability to fly and the cold resistance to be able to fly and live at high altitudes. Well that was what Mr. Sweeping Gale said.” Jaws dropped at the boldness of the yellow pegasus speaking in front of a complete stranger. “THAT WAS A BEAUTIFUL RENDITION, but mostly incorrect.” Saren exclaimed. At the rather loud voice, Fluttershy meeped and gave Rainbow Dash a run for her money as the shy pegasus ran to hide. Rainbow Dash just face hoofed and flew to where her friend had sped off to to try and coax her out As this whole ordeal was occurring Saren had ordered a snack of cupcakes and coffee munching on them contently. Letting out a sigh as the yellow and blue pegasi returned to the table, he dropped his food in annoyance before asking.“Am I going to have to start this story over again or can I continue from where I was?” “Umm...I can get the beginning of the story later umm if thats alright with you.” Fluttershy said trying to shield herself behind her mane. “Wonderful alright so Order asked Aether to add the wind and rain to the planet....” “Already did it. Lets go Chaos, I kinda wanna explore this Planet a little more. See how my contributions changed the surface.” Aether said walking away from the group. Order sputtered at Aether’s answer, “How? I see no water, anywhere, not to mention you are out of time with my list- and that is unacceptable.” Order was getting flustered, at Aethers blatant disregard for Order’s....well order. Aether pointed to the ocean of dark clouds above the planet's surface and continued walking. Gaia stepped out of the prison of her own making, stepping next to Order she motioned to her job well done. Aether raised his hands and waggled his fingers in a downward motion, like rain falling. The dark clouds overhead started crying, they let go of their emotions and let it pour out, In a manner of minutes the seas and oceans and lakes and rivers were created, sloshing happily in their new home. Wind could be heard playing a soft tune, as it brushed against Gaia’s masterpiece.  “Told you it was done” Aether smirked at his drenched friends. As Aether was walking away a green light winked into existence high above the earth. He had seen the torrential waters find their home and knew what it was that he was to do. Gathering the last of the magical fog, it flowed up above the clouds around the light swirling violently, glowing a dark emerald, and vibrant greens. The green cloud was tearing the sky apart it seemed, taking some of the clouds who were still dropping water to the ground, and ripping them to shreds to add them to the swirling vortex that was the Emerald glow. Then suddenly it stopped and started to fall descending to the earth. Halfway to the ground it burst into a bright green fire burning the sky as it passed. The Green fire rocketed into the ground leaving a small crater, the fire exploded outward, but instead of burning where it fell the wisps of fire rose from the ground and out of what should have been ashes rose magnificent trees, delicate flowers, and rolls of grass. The fire spread across the landscape, allowing more trees to touch the sky, and other plants there after. and out from the crater rose a light purple skinned figure with a dark green beard, and a gnarled hand like an Oak branch. stepping out of the smoke one could see the feathers that graced his arms, along with the stag horns that grew out of his head and a pair of hooves where his feet should be. In a deep rumbling voice, the man in the Emerald fire gave voice to his visage, “mmMm I hope that this was an acceptable entrance, to a soil so rich in nature, and a stone carved from the essence of beauty herself mMm.” His green eyes descended on the Stone beauty he was speaking of, and she blushed not a rosy hue as most would expect but her cheeks darkened to a darker grey. “Furion mah love, what took yah so long my man of fire, I have been waiting on yah for an age dontcha know”  It was rare to see Gaia shy away from anything as she was a headstrong, prideful creature who would not accept help from no one. “Sounds like someone I know.” Whispered Twilight to herself, but she was overheard by the one she was talking about and received a glare from the Rodeo pony. “mmMm, When one you love is far away, it always feels like an eternity. Order, Arwan said he must tap into all of us to start his Time Stasis... well all of us except Chaos, you know how he affects time. mmMm” Furion rumbled in a deep voice. “Finally we will have paradise.” Order gave an apologetic look to her brother, Sorry ,Chaos, we need you to occupy yourself for awhile, you know how it is.” Turning to the rest of the group. “Alright join hands and let your will flow to Arwan, so he may cast the spell.” Chaos stalked off to let the others concentrate but mostly to sulk a bit. Chaos affects time, chaos makes too many parallel dimension, bleh. It’salways the same, though amazing as my abilities are it seems no one appreciates them. He turned  to watch the others light up in a brilliant blaze, each resemblant of their selves. Chaos put a hand to his chin in thought. Why are we time locking this planet anyways, we usually just created planets and then left them to their own devices for better or worse. Why is this planet so different, Was it the magic? That has to be it the last planet we worked on had hardly any magic at all, and the entire planet was mostly water and big section of land on it, with large reptiles. Then Gaia had started complaining that one big hunk of rock was no fun, and set them on a course to eventually split up and go to their respective places. Heh a design only she could see as beautiful. Thinking of that planet I hope I anchored the second moon properly wouldn't want it crashing into it and killing all those reptile thingys that would be a sore point.....hmm sore... Chaos scratched his head in deep thought. ...sore. OH I should call them Dinosaurs, that sounds like a cool name. “Hello everyone thanks for the help you know how Stasis locking a whole planet is.... Well, I suppose you don’t as you never done it before, but I have cause I am brilliant and all” Arwan spoke as he walked out of the middle of light. He was an odd fellow, constantly changing, one moment he looked wrinkly the next he looked young, first brown hair, blonde then grey, but never ginger, for some reason it avoided that color though he desperately wanted it. Turning back to deliver a devastating retort, Chaos saw them first - seven bright lights that pierced the heavens and struck the ground like meteors. Miles away he could still feel the intensity of the magic shock-wave. He could feel the others turn in reaction to the power of these mysterious new arrivals. “...and now I am thirsty, so I am going to get a drink.... and maybe check up on that pink one - the elephant has a tendency to talk people’s ears off.” Saren got up and started walking away, three voices asking tons of questions and one whispered for him to continue the story. Whipping around, with a grumble on his lips and in his stomach Saren growled “Look I am thirsty, tired and little hungry. I have not eaten since this morning and it is now....goodness it is almost supper, I am famished, and there are some famous apples here that I am dying to try.” Everyone quieted down, feeling a little guilty for making the Zebra starve just to satisfy their curiosity. Though one got up tilted her hat and had a look of pure genius on her face, clearing her throat she said, “Make yah a deal partner, ah grow those apples, so if you want some ah’ll stuff yah full o’ them, so long as you continue your story.” “Sounds like a wonderful idea, lets grab the pink one and be on our way.” The zebra rushed out the door and ran towards city center. “Other way there partner.” Running backwards, Saren whipped around facing the other way, and yelled as he past the entourage of Mares. “I knew that, I was just testing you.” //-------------------------------------------------------// Balance- III //-------------------------------------------------------// Balance- III “...then we journeyed to the badlands and encountered a rather peculiar race called the changelings, they are divided into two kingdoms, one is ruled by a tyrant by the name of Chrysalis, and the other is ruled by a loving King called Barith, suffice to say the King has a larger kingdom and happier citizens, they even look different from Chrysalis brood so one might consider them almost separate species.”  “Oh my gosh, Chryssy I know her! I was at the wedding where she smashed Celestia in battle then tried to take over Canterlot, though I wonder why she thought that was a good idea, I know Changelings feed on love, but there would not be much love in a city full of no fun, and no fun means *GASP* NO PARTIES, OH MY GOSH that is the worst thing ever.” The elephant chuckled, “Yes Pinkie, no parties is a terrible thing, but the changeling do not feed on love persay it is more that they gain their ability to use magic through love, it is a energy like a unicorn's magic but refills on love. Get it?” “Of course I Don....Oh hey Zebra-pony-I-saw-earlier-but-did-not-get-the-name-for.” Saren held up his hoof as he gasped for air. He ran all the way from Sugarcube Corner to the library to the park after he realized he was going the wrong way again. “Whoof, you're a hard pony to find, even though you are entirely pink.” Saren looked up to the elephant “Oh hello Agnota how are you?” “I am doing quite well, what about yourself?” “About to have those famous apples we have been hearing about, but I had to find the pink one first” Pinkie started bouncing in place, as she listened to the friendly exchange, until she felt Agnota’s trunk rest on her shoulder. She gave him an apologetic look. He got a headache when she bounced, so in order to talk to him more she refrained from bouncing, but it was turning out harder than she anticipated. “There yah are, Saren, was wonderin’ where yah got off too, lost yah after the library. Hey Pinkie pie and uh pardon mah rudeness but who might you be?”  Applejack and the others came walking up, and noticed the Elephant, Pinkie was...Standing patiently next to? “Ahh you must be Miss Applejack, Pinkie here has gushed at your exploits and wonderful farm and how you do so well taking care of it, though I have got to say she was a little modest on how beautiful you really are. It is a pleasure to meet you my name is Agnota” Agnota swept into a bow, as much as his hulking frame would allow him anyways. Sweeping his trunk behind him he whipped it out with a bouquet of Summer lilies and presented them to her. Applejack sat, her face turning as red as Big Mackintosh's coat at the unexpected compliment. Her "Thank you," was inaudible as as she fought down the heat in her cheeks. “Ahh and do not think I have forgotten about the others, Sky Flowers for the Sleek, Athletic, and ruggedly Beautiful, Rainbow Dash.” Rainbow Dash’s usual fire failed her as she accepted the compliments and flowers. “Cherry blossoms for the adorably shy, cute pegasus Fluttershy.” Fluttershy, was surprisingly, not as shy, she managed to take the flowers from Agnota, and mumbled a thank you around the flowers despite the intense red on her muzzle. “and of course Rosa woodsii Lindl for the Adorkable and incredibly smart Twilight Sparkle. Hmm it seems we are missing one, no matter her flowers shall keep until I see her.” Agnota stood looking down at all five mares, watching their mixed reactions, Twilight had levitated the flowers to her and kept repeating the name, along with “Adorkable is not a word....but it should be.” Applejack, who was just recovering from the compliments started nibbling on one of her flowers. The orange mare thought about what had Agnota said, and how to repay him when it hit her. “Ouch! Pinkie stop throwing apples... Hey Agnota, ah am sure you are famished and all from hanging out with Pinkie Pie, would you like to join Saren and my friends for some old style Apple family cooking?” “Yeah Agnota, you can hit on her grandmother and brother, hope you got more flowers in that trunk of yours, you hopeless romantic.” Saren bumped the Elephants shoulder, The grey elephant fluttered his ear’s in annoyance and glared at Saren before replying “I would love to attend.Do not mind Saren he is just... odd thats all.” “Hey, I am not odd... ALLONS-Y” The group looked at him with confusion. “You don’t know what that means... and well neither do I, but I think it’s Prench so... , WE ARE.” Ears perked, Applejack, RD and Twilight shouted “Moving on!” With that Saren took off at a gallop towards Sweet Apple Acres. Everyone else trailed behind talking as they walked. The sun was starting to dip past the horizon, it shot vibrant pinks and oranges across the sky, a signal to the coming end of the day. In the midst of a sea of apple trees, seven figures were spread out on a giant quilt . Trays of apple treats were spread across the quilt; the zebra laid back and patted his ample belly. “Ahh, that was one of the.... no the most delicious meal I have ever had in centuries, up there right next to ‘Maderos en Gloria’, which is a delightful little dish that is made over in...” “I don’t mean ta be rude but, yah did promise that yah would continue the story, if ah fed yah.” Applejack tilted her hat back and narrowed her eyes “And ah hope yah aren't thinking of going back on that promise” Saren looked into the eyes that promised swift retribution, if he did not make good on his promise. Sighing he got comfortable, before stopping, eyes widening at the increase of audience members, Saren let out his signature sigh “Am I going to have to repeat the story?” Without missing a beat Pinkie Pie jumped up “Oh, of course not, I know where we are. Alright so six Primordials descended onto a lost planet and decide ‘Hey I want to make this a really nice place, a place where we can have parties’ so they made the land sky wind water and the sun and the moon. There was some tension between a couple of them - but that is for later possible shipping purposes so I will not go into details - but anyways then the elements shot down from the sky all bright lighted and stuff, and said ‘this is a rather lame party lets liven things up’. Ohhh, but they haven’t said that yet so we gotta wait.” Taking in a huge breath, the pink party pony planted herself on the quilt down with a grin on her face looking at all the wide eyed stares being thrown her way. Saren tilted his head in curiosity as Pinkie told the abridged version of the story, With a confused look he replied slowly “Pink one. How you are not under study is beyond me, for as to what benevolent being would allow a mortal to possess such Paracognitive abilities is beyond me.” “Pinkieus Piecus is already under study... and said study is on hold due to the craziness that befalls researchers when studying her.” Twilight spoke with finality as the memory of her study sessions plagued her mind. Glancing over to the pained look on Twilight’s face, Saren gleaned all the information he needed.“Right, right I am getting off topic anyways...Alright so the Elements of Harmony had just landed and the Primordials are moving towards them...” “Why are we here? We were passing by on our way then you said drop, but why?” “I sensed a disturbance... an imbalance in this planet, like something is messing with natural progress.” “What do you think is causing it, Harmony?” “I do not know. The disturbance is like this planet, unlike any of the other worlds we visited. Not only is it alive when it clearly shouldn’t be,  but it is locked in a moment in time, standing still.” Magica took in a breath before shuddering at the intense smell of magic. It was as Harmony said, Something she could not identify brushed her mind. It came again, more powerful in it’s repetition. The pressure felt random, like ten different things were all happening at once, chaotic was the only word for it. As the pressure got stronger Magica found it harder to concentrate, That’s it she thought as she raised her eyes to the horizon They are coming. Magica slunk to the ground hand on head. Harmony cut her speech off as she noticed her friend fall. “Magica? What is it Magica?” Kneeling beside her friend she tried to offer what small comfort she could. “Someone is coming.” she managed to whisper. A Woman with hair a flowing scarlet approached Magica, laid a hand on her shoulder and spoke softly into her ear. A few minutes past and Magica rose from the ground and looked less in pain. “Thank you Aequan your kindness knows no bounds.” Magica embraced her scarlet haired companion “Harmony, Someone is coming.  I know not who.” Aequan moved back to the group allowing Harmony to lower her voice so only Magica could hear. “Whoever these beings are they have immense power, I need you to find anything you can with a magic scan. I will speak with them, maybe they can be potential allies, but I doubt it as I believe they are the cause of the imbalance I sensed” Magica gave her leader a terse nod, took a few steps back and prepared her magic, I will have to do this carefully, I do not want to lead them on to what I am doing. I hope Harmony knows what she is doing. “Look, I just do not think it is a good idea that you want to go alone, something could happen.” Chaos pleaded with his sister to reconsider. Looking over to her brother, he had been against the idea of her going alone from the start, Maybe he is right, what harm could it do to have everyone there. Order stopped and turned her kin. “Alright I know some of you were against me, going alone others trusted me. Chaos has made an excellent case as to why you should accompany me, and you shall.” Order looked at each gathered before continuing. “But I will do the talking, all I want is for you to stay behind and listen. Is that clear?”  There was a muttered agreement between the five kinsmen. Turning  to continue walking she saw the other group approaching. It looks like they are approaching as a group. I am glad Chaos talked me out of going alone. Donning an emotionless mask, Order spread her hands out at her side, as a sign of peace. The one she took as their leader mimicked her sign. As they approached, Order examined leader, Her silver hair cascaded down her back, her eyes were filled with a brilliance of colors, her dress, a golden satin fluttering in the wind, covering a figure both lithe and muscular that of a dancer. Her movements reinforced her frame, moving with a fluidity and grace, that few could hope to match. Her piercing gaze, looked up and down Order’s figure, doing the same examination as she gave her. Gazing at one another, these two epitomes of beauty tried to find any weakness which to exploit in the coming battle. Forcing herself to look away from her eyes, Order gave a tight lipped smile and a brief nod “Greetings, my name is Order, these are my kin, Chaos, Aether, Gaia, Furion, and Arwan” She pointed to each member of her party, they each gave a bow. “We are the shapers of this planet, and many others. We have never encountered someone with as magical power as yourself, may I inquire what you are doing here?” Harmony listened, she studied the group behind the speaker. “It is wonderful to meet you. My name is Harmony, these are my kin, Aequanimitas, Magnuficentia, Damnasse, Risus, Varum, and Magica” Hearing her que, Magica began her scan enemy company.“We are here to facilitate the spiritual growth of this planet, and fix the imbalance that has be brought upon this land.” Chaos felt a prickle on his skin, the familiar feel of magic. Whipping his head around to find the source, detecting the energies coming from the female, Magica. Hmm a Magic scan, this could be fun. The corner of his lips rising into a smile as Chaos worked a little magic of his own, snapping his fingers he turned the magic scan into a repelling spell, Magica had no time to react to this unexpected event and was flung backwards into Varum, the two collapsed onto the ground in a heap. Order looked over to Chaos, and her face in a glare that if weaponized could kill. Chaos’s amusement withered under the look. Turning back to Harmony, Order smiled “Imbalance, there is no Imbalance when order is used to create a utopia where life can flourish Do you know nothing?” Scowling at the arrogant being in front of her Harmony pleaded her case “There is a Time Lock spell here, and it is stifling the growth of the mind of this land, certainly you can see that. If you continue to turn a blind eye to the stagnation, you will create not utopia, but dystopia.” Order scoffed “Dystopia? Do you think I am blind? We, the great Primordials, have taken a barren dead planet and created the seeds of life, forever shall they live in their glory. Not only have we created life, but the sun and the moon orbit this world because of us. The very ground you stand upon was created by us. What have you done, besides scoff,  at our hard work and call it flawed, we have created something that will live forever.” Harmony was failing to hammer home the gravity of their situation to Order. Voice starting to grow louder out of frustration. “How can you believe that this will last forever? This perfect world you say you have created will live a life of agony. Life is change, Change means death. It is what every living thing fears, but it is also the one thing that drives life to live, and what you have here means there is no room for competition, no room for Growth, these creatures and plants will forever be what they are, as they can not create their own life, only you so called stewards can do that.” Gesturing to the land around her, Harmony pointed out an example.  Under the canopy of a copse of trees, ferns struggled to grow, and wilted brown, but since death was not an option, they revitalized only to wilt again. “You can already see it, Plants grow no taller, they do not seek the sun, they so need to live, they are constantly in pain, from your doing. These creatures they have no drive to reproduce, make more of themselves. There is no Harmony in this ‘nature’ you have created.” Face darkening, Order chuckled darkly at the words spoken by this poser, “There is no such thing as harmony, only the elements that make a planet” Order swept her hands to her companions. “And if you stand in the way of our Creation, we will bring about your Destruction,.” Harmony steeled herself “If you want to destroy what little chance you have at keeping what you created, so be it, but I will not see you destroy this blessing of nature, for your own petty ideals.” With a cold look in her eyes Harmony struck the nail home. “Let the scales be Balanced, we will not let you bring about the Destruction of this planet, we will defeat you and succeed where you failed. We will facilitate the growth of this planet. Not You” Both leaders faced each other, ideals clashing against one another like armies on a battlefield. Angers ignited they each turned on their heels, and marched away. They outnumber us, we need to strike the first blow Order thought as she walked away, She gave Chaos a nod, steel in her eyes, she sent magic power to Chaos.. Chaos smiled, gathering both his, and his sisters magic in his hands he traced a magic array in the air before him. This spell  annihilate their enemies, and leave them the victors. Power collected in the center of the array Chaos created, the black energy sent sparks of white as it finished collecting power, With a snap of his fingers, the energy leaped towards its master’s target, ready and willing to do his will. The energy streaked its way towards the Elements, their backs turned they could not see the attack coming, but one heard the screech of power and whipped around determined to defend her friends. Taking a low stance Magica threw out her hands and readied a Dispelling shield to catch the energy streaming towards her, she was ready to sacrifice her life to save her friends.  The power slammed into her palms forcing her back several feet, the magic tried to drill its way through her Dispelling shield, the purple shield bent under the pressure of the power, it seemed as if she might just stop it, but the power started to grow in strength. Black lightning streaked off, the white orb, slamming the shield in several places at once. Magica’s strength was fading, her shield cracking, she was going to fail, fail her friends. The impact could be heard as it slammed into Magicas shield. Everyone turned at the sound, but one turned and ran towards her determined to assist her, seeing her shield weakening, he willed her to continue fighting, just as the shield was about to shatter, Varum reached her and laid a hand on her shoulder willing his power into her, and orange light mixed with the purple shield, starting from her hands and pulsing outwards was a orange light followed by purple then orange again, in vibrant waves. The magic shot from Chaos finally dissipated on shield. Magica fell, Varum caught Magica, but had spent too much power and fell to the ground himself barely cushioning her fall. Varum wrapped his hand around Magica, and brushed her hair back, silently praying she would be alright. Harmony looked to retaliate against the surprise attack but found the enemy gone. With a cry of anger she silently vowed vengeance against the ones who would become known as the Primordials. Varum continued to hold Magica, in his arms until he noticed a slight fluttering in her eyes, She is coming to. Gently laying her on the ground, he awaited her eventual return to consciousness. Slowly she reawakened, feeling drained. It felt like a percussion band was playing a orchestra in her head, I am going to feel this in the morning she thought as she opened her eyes to see Varum standing over her. The sight of the muscular man, skin seeming of molten bronze, and eyes steel grey, made her smile. He smiled back and assisted her into a seating position. Holding a hand to her head in an attempt to silence the orchestra in her head, Magica leaned against Varum. “Thank you, if you had not come and helped me I-I...” She choked on the last words, they were too hard to think about Putting a finger to her lips, he silently whispered to her “Do not even think about that, I would never let you leave us, never.” Brushing a stray wisp of hair behind her ear, he continued “ There is Strength in the truth, and that truth is what helped you to persevere, not to mention the love I feel for you, and your friends feel for you.” bringing her closer, Varum slipped a hand underneath her legs and hoisted himself up to walk toward Harmony. “They fled in the midst of their attack those cowards” Varum sneered. “Yes, and I fear I let pride get the best of me, but we must fix this imbalance, or else this world will be lost, and eventually die.” Reflecting on her earlier action Harmony could not but help think, What have I gotten us into? I hope I made the right decision Looking to each with sad eyes, Harmony turned “Come we have much to prepare for, for we are at war.” Saren finished talking stood up and stretched his sore muscles, he was not used to staying in one place for so long. Looking up at the moon high in the sky, he gave a yawn before addressing the crowd in front of him. “Well it is late, I think it is time for bed.” “What! Thats it? I have so many questions, like...” Twilight tried to protest before a similar yawn struck her. “Alright, you are right, I think it is time for bed. I will just write down some questions. Which reminds me where are you staying for the night?” “Well me and Agnota usually share a tent, so I will be staying with him. Just on the outskirts of town is where the tent is set up I think.” “Well most everyone is heading that way, do you think I can pick your brain a little until we hit the library?” Sighing loudly, Saren agreed reluctantly . “Alright Agnota, Shuttershy” “it’s Fluttershy.” Came a whisper, which no one heard. Oblivious to the interruption Saren continued , “Twilight, and you, the pink one, let us....heh lettuce.” Pinkie started snickering at Saren’s little pun before bouncing down the path. “Let us follow the pink one shall we? “Get home safe y’all, and Saren I expect to hear the rest of the story tomorrow, Night” The rest of the group said their goodbyes and thank you’s before heading home for the night.
