Ron and Madeline walked beside Luna. She had just noticed Hermione sitting on the beach alone. “She ate her breakfast out on the sand.” Madeline said “She’s been like that all morning.” “She’s probably feeling guilty.” Luna said. “I’ll could talk to her.” Ron said. Madeline and Luna looked at Ron in total surprise. They then did some eye-searching and then looked back at Ron. “Alright then.” Ron said. He then walked towards Hermione who was staring at the ocean. “You okay?” Ron asked. Hermione didn’t answer. Ron sighed. “Hermione, if you’re feeling guilty about Dobby…”  Ron started to say. “No. It’s not that.” Hermione finally said “I just that….D-Draco.” Ron blinked in surprise. “What about him?” “I-I love him. But he doesn’t love me….” Hermione explained as her eyes began to tear up “Tell me, Ron…am I….am I just not good enough for him?” “No.” Ron replied “Hermione, I’ve never met a woman as amazing as you. Maybe Draco’s just not the one for you. Maybe the perfect boyfriend for you is…uh….somewhere nearby.” Hermione smiled and kissed Ron on the cheek. “Thank you, Ron.” she said as she got up and walked off. “Hey guys! Come look!” Fluttershy called out. ///////////////////// “Are you sure that’s Bellatrix’s hair?” Ollivander asked. “I scanned it twice to be sure.” Twilight said. “But the Polyjuice Potion only has enough for one person.” Catalonia said “And I can’t take it.” “Why?” Applejack asked. “We have to get back to Hogwarts.” Catalonia said taking Ollivander and Luna Lovegood’s hands “They need us.” “Well, God be with you.” Madeline said. “And with you.” Luna said. Luna, Catalonia and Ollivander then apparated away. The ponies, Madeline, Ron and Harry looked Hermione. “That leaves you.” Rarity said. “What about you guys?” Hermione asked with concern. “We’ll be under the Invisibility Cloak.” Harry said. “I’ll pretend to be your entourage” Madeline explained “Wherever you go I’ll go.” “We’ll let you get ready.” Rainbow Dash as they walked out of the house. ///////////////////// After waiting a few minutes, Hermione came in wearing Bellatrix’s outfit and hair and looking almost exactly like her. “How do I look?” she asked in Bellatrix’s voice. “Just like her.” Applejack said. “Alright” Harry said “let’s do this.” They held each others hands and apparated away. ///////////////////// Madeline, Harry and the ponies apparated in an alley-way. “I’ll be right back.” Madeline said as she began to walk away. “Where are you going?” Fluttershy asked. “I’m getting some guns in case we lose our wands.” Madeline replied. “What’ll we do?” Pinkie Pie asked. “Quick, put on the Invisibility Cloak.” Harry said. Twilight wasted no time in covering all seven of them (including herself) in the cloak. ///////////////////// Both Hermione and Ron apparated in front of Gringotts Bank. Ron started to walk in while Hermione stood in her place, looking at the floor. Ron turned around and looked at Hermione, worried. "Hermione?" he asked. "Yeah?" Hermione asked. "You ready to go in?" Ron replied. "I...I...I," she started before frowning and falling to the ground, already crying. Ron bolted to her and embraced her. "It's okay. It's okay. I'm here for you." "I wish Draco was here." she whispered. Ron tensed but relaxed as to not give off anything. "I know. But, he's not here right now. I'm here. Calm down, please..." he said comfortingly. They sat there for a while as Hermione cried for Draco. Finally, she cried her last tear and sniffled her last sniffle. She sighed and said "Thank you, Ron. You're an amazing friend." Ron's heart dropped at the last sentence, but he didn't let that affect his mood. "It's never a problem, Hermione." he said. The two then walked into Gringotts and stood and looked at the looming hallway ahead of them. Ron then felt a tug on his shirt to see Rainbow Dash’s seemingly floating head. “Ron.” she said “Get under, quick.” Ron snuck under the Invisibility Cloak. “Good God, man” Rarity said muffled “Harry, what the hell is up with your under-arms?” “I’m sorry.” Harry said. “Dude, you’re growing mushrooms under there.” Rainbow said. Hermione shushed them. And straightened her Bellatrix wig and began strolling towards the desk at the front of the hall. The fake Bellatrix passed goblins counting money while human security guards stood keeping an eye on things. She then stood right in front of an old goblin who was busy writing into a check book. The fake Bellatrix cleared her throat. “I wish to enter my vault.” “Identification.” the old goblin said totally distracted by his book. “I hardly think that will be necessary.” the fake Bellatrix said. The old goblin then looked up to see the fake Bellatrix standing before him her arms crossed. “Madame Lestrange.” the goblin said. He then walked away towards a room. “I don’t like to be kept waiting.” the fake Bellatrix said. “None of us do!” the goblin yelled from across the room. A security guard then walked up. “Madame Lestrange” he said “May I see your wand?” “And why should I do that?” the fake Bellatrix demanded. “Well, ma’am” the guard replied “it’s the banks policy. I’m sure you understand.” “No! I must certainly do not understand!” the fake Bellatrix said. “Whoa, calm down ma’am!” the guard said “Alright, I’ll leave you be.” As the guard left Madeline entered the room being careful not to bump into where she thought the Invisibility Cloak was. She was carrying a knapsack and stood beside the fake Bellatrix. “How’s it going?” she whispered. “Good.” the fake Bellatrix whispered back. The old goblin then returned and was quite surprised to see Madeline. “And who is this?” he asked. “She’s Muggle entourage.” the fake Bellatrix said “Wherever I go, she goes.” “Okay then. Now, how would you like to enter your vault?” the goblin asked “The long way or will you just be apparating there?” “I-I think I shall take the long way.” the fake Bellatrix replied. ///////////////////// The mine car twisted and turned through the caverns of the abandoned mines. It turned and whirled making everyone dizzy. “Look out!” Madeline yelled. Everyone looked and then were slammed by an underground waterfall. They all looked at Hermione. Her Bellatrix wig was gone and by now the Polyjuice Potion had ceased working by now. The car then ground to a halt right at the edge of a ledge and the side door opened and everyone got out. The ledge lead to a cave and they walked towards it. Harry, Ron and Hermione lit their wands and Twilight and Rarity lit their horns. Madeline looked at the door and twisted it open. It opened to reveal a cave loaded with gold. Everyone walked astonished. Even Madeline as she closed the door behind them was surprised. “Okay, start looking.” Harry said “Remember, it’s a cup.” They looked around but couldn’t find it. All they found were gold coins, silver pearls and diamonds of various colors. “I see it!” Twilight said. Everyone looked to see it on a shelf none of them could reach. Fluttershy flew up and got it and flew back down and gave it to Harry. “Here you go.” Fluttershy said. “Let’s go.” Ron said. The ponies, Madeline, Harry, Ron and Hermione ran towards another door but then stopped. They found themselves in a room where a huge white dragon was chained up. It roared and growled at it’s new prey. Rainbow smiled. “Rainbow, why you smiling?” Applejack asked. “Guys, that’s our ticket out of here!” Rainbow replied. //-------------------------------------------------------// Back to Hogwarts //-------------------------------------------------------// Back to Hogwarts The goblins quietly counted their money. Suddenly, the white dragon burst through the wall roaring as it did. Harry, Ron, Hermione, the ponies and Madeline rode on it’s back. The goblins ran for their lives as did the security guards as the dragon breathed a massive blast of fire that killed three goblins. The dragon then began climbing up the wall shattering the chandelier as it did. It then destroyed the glass dome as it finally reached the roof. The dragon stopped and looked around. “Now what’ll we do?” Ron asked. Hermione fired a spell that hit the dragons tail. The dragon roared and it began flying clumsily hitting several chimneys. “Hang on!” Harry yelled. The dragon then finally got fully in the air and flew much better. “That was absolutely brilliant!” Ron said. “Oh, thank you.” Harry said. “Not you!” Ron said “Hermione!” “You’re welcome.” Harry grumbled. The dragon then turned and headed in the direction of Hogwarts. After what seemed like hours they found themselves flying over a lake. “There’s the drop zone!” Twilight yelled. “When do we jump?” Ron asked. “Now!” Harry yelled back. The group then jumped off the dragon and landed in the water. As they did Harry saw four visions in this order: Voldemort killing the staff of Gringotts, Chrysalis smiling evilly, Helena Ravenclaw and Hogwarts. As they surfaced the visions stopped. Everyone climbed out and checked if they had anything. “He knows.” Harry said. “What?” Madeline asked. “He knows we stole the Horcrux.” Harry explained “He’s looking for it. We have to get to Hogwarts.” “Isn’t there a hut nearby here?” Hermione asked. “Yes but we have to hurry.” Harry said “Voldemort will be here soon.” ///////////////////// *translated from parseltongue Voldemort walked through the dead body’s on the Malfoy Manor floor, blood on his feet with Nagini slithering by his side. “The boy has discovered our secret.” Voldemort said “That makes us vulnerable. We must deploy all our forces to find him. And you my friend must stay close.”* With that he and Nagini apparated away leaving the Malfoy’s to stare at the dirty work of their master. They looked to Chrysalis. “Well, I must be off.” Chrysalis said “People to kill. Ponies to find. Ta, ta.” She then walked out of the room. What have we gotten ourselves into? Narcissia thought. ///////////////////// The eleven walked up to the hut and knocked on the door. After a few minutes, a man with dark hair and green eyes opened the door. “Harry Potter” the man said shaking Harry’s hand “As I live and breathe.” “Who are you, sir?” Harry asked. “Wilson Samara.” the man said. He let his new friends in and they sat down at a table where an old man was sitting. “Hello, Aberforth.” Harry said. “Hello, Harry.” Aberforth replied. “Who?” Madeline asked. “Aberforth Dumbledore.” Wilson explained “He’s the brother of Albus Dumbledore.” “Oh, okay then.”  Madeline said. “Oh, um, Catalonia wanted me to give to this Mrs. Granger.” Aberforth said. He then tossed Hermione her bag and she checked it. Her clothes and books were still in there. Nice and dry. “Thank you.” Hermione said. “Right”  Aberforth said getting up with Wilson “We must be off.” “Where are you going?”  Pinkie Pie asked. Wilson twisted a knob on the wall and a round door opened to a tunnel. Aberforth walked in. “Back to Hogwarts.” Wilson said as he walked in and began to close the door “But don’t worry, we’ll send Neville for you.” The door closed and the sound of pattering feet quickly vanished. “We have to change into dry clothes.”  Hermione said after finding some dry clothes in her bag. She then climbed up the stairs. “I’ll make us something to eat.”  Applejack said walking into the kitchen. “And I’ll help.”  Pinkie Pie said following Applejack. “Hey, Madeline” Ron said “can I talk to you?” “Sure.”  Madeline replied “What is it?” “Well….it’s about Hermione.” Ron said. “Yeah, what about her?” Madeline asked. “Madeline, I-I don’t think I’m the right man for her.” Ron replied sadly. Madeline smiled and held Ron’s head up. “Look, Ron, it’s very simple” she said “Just tell her you love her.” “But…what if she rejects me?” Ron logically asked. Madeline sighed. “That has to be a risk you have to take.” Hermione then came down wearing a blue and aqua vest and dark purple shirt and sat down beside Ron and Madeline. “Hello you two.” she said happily. “Hey.” Madeline replied back. “Dinners ready.” Harry said. Madeline got up and sighed. “Right then.” ///////////////////// After dinner, everyone stood at the door where the tunnel was. It was 7:30. Almost time for Neville to come. “Where is he?” Rainbow dash asked. “Patience.” Twilight said “He’ll be here.” After what seemed like an eternity, the door opened revealing Neville Longbottom. “Neville!”  Harry said. “Sorry I took so long.” Neville said “Got a little lost. Come on, quick.” Neville led the group into the tunnel. Neville, Harry, Ron and Hermione lit their wands and Twilight and Rarity lit their horns and they began walking. “So…how long have you had this tunnel?” Rarity asked. “Oh ever since Dumbledore’s death.” Neville replied “Was constructed in case of emergencies. We can’t apparate. Above ground is crawling with Death Eaters and those…..what do you call them Twilight? They look like horses and bugs?” “Changelings.” Twilight replied “Chrysalis brought at least 500 of them.” “Good odds.” Neville said. “What’s it like with Snape as headmaster?” Hermione asked. “Not bad. We never see him.” Neville said “His minion though that’s another story.” “Minion?”  Fluttershy asked. “Yeah. Gorgeous French lady with dark hair.” Neville said “You know her?” “All too well.” Madeline replied. ///////////////////// A group of students which included Lavender Brown, Colin Creevey, Luna Lovegood, Cho Chang and Astoria Greengrass. Around them were bunks hanging and beds all on the floor. The door to the tunnel then opened and Neville appeared. “Hey! Look whose here everyone!” he said. He then moved out of the way revealing Harry, Ron, Hermione, Madeline and the ponies. Everyone got up, clapped and cheered and embraced Harry and his friends and said various greetings like they hadn’t seem them in years. Hedwig then flew in and landed on Harry’s shoulder. Neville leaned into Colin’s ear. “Tell Catalonia to tell the other’s Harry’s back.” he whispered. Colin nodded and left the room. As the cheering subsided Hermione looked at edge of the crowd to see her mother sitting with her back turned. Hermione got in closer and sat next to her mother. “M-Mum?” she asked in pure surprise. Jennifer lifted her head up and gasped. “Hermione!” she said embracing her daughter and kissing her forehead. “Mum, what are you doing here?” Hermione asked. “We came looking for you.” Jennifer said “You see, I had a nightmare that you were dead and I told your father and he and I came back here.” “Thanks, mum.” Hermione said. Jennifer noticed Mudblood faintly on Hermione’s arm. “Sweetheart, what happened to your arm?” Jennifer asked. “Oh, um, I had an incident.” Hermione replied noticing the cut. Jennifer then noticed Madeline and motioned for her to come over. Madeline did. “Yes?” she asked. “Thank you for taking care of my daughter.” Jennifer said. “It wasn’t a problem.” Madeline said. John then walked in and noticed Hermione and hugged her. “How are you, sweetheart?” he asked breaking the hug. “Okay.” Hermione responded. Hermione then walked off to join her fellow students. All of them were quiet. “So, what’s the plan Harry?” Neville asked. After some awkward silence Harry cleared his throat. “Okay. There’s something we need to find. Something hidden here in the castle. And it may help us defeat Voldemort.” Harry said. “What is it?” Neville asked. “We don’t know.” Harry replied. “Where is it?” a student named Dean Thomas asked. “We don’t know that either.” Harry replied. “Well, we’re all screwed.” Rainbow Dash said. “Rainbow, let Harry finish.” Lavender Brown said. “That’s not a lot to go on.” Twilight said. “It’s nothing to go on.” a student said. “I think it might have something to do with Ravenclaw.” Harry said “It’ll be small. Easily concealed. Anyone have any ideas?” Everyone thought and did some eye-searching. “Maybe Ravenclaw’s lost diadem.” Luna Lovegood piped up. “Oh bloody hell, here we go.” Ron said. “The lost diadem of Ravenclaw? Hasn’t anyone heard of it?” Luna asked “It’s quite famous?” “Yes, but Luna it’s lost.” Cho Chang said trying to sound smarter then Luna “No one alive has seen it.” “Excuse me could someone tell me what the bloody hell a diadem is?!” Ron demanded. “It’s like a crown or a tiara or a necklace.” Lavender Brown replied. “Alright, that’s good.” Madeline said putting down the knapsack she’d had this whole time “Let’s look for anything that resembles a crown.” “What’s in the bag?” Applejack asked. Madeline zipped the bag open reveling the bag loaded with guns. “These.” she said. “Lass, I’m afraid bullets aren’t going to win this battle.” Neville said. “Trust me, they’ll come in handy.” Madeline said “And my name is Madeline kid.” She then began passing them around “Alright anyone who doesn’t have a wand take these.” She then gave a gun to Applejack, then to Pinkie Pie, then to Rainbow Dash (since her wing was broken), then to Jennifer and then to John. Suddenly the door opened and shut and Ginny ran into the room. “Harry!” she said. “Hello.” Harry said. The two looked into each others eyes for some time. “What is it, Ginny?” Neville asked. “It’s Snape. He knows.” she said. //-------------------------------------------------------// All Out War //-------------------------------------------------------// All Out War Ron grabbed some Basilisk  teeth from the nearby skeleton and handed one to Hermione. The rest he stuffed in his pocket. “You do it.” he said. “I can’t.” Hermione said. “Yes you can.” Ron assured her as he knelt down. Hermione knelt down and placed the cup on the floor. The two looked at each other for a while in silence. Then, Hermione lifted up the fang and then with all her might stabbed the cup. A few seconds after she stabbed the cup it rolled into the water around them and the water began to form a tidal wave. Before they could get out of the way the water slammed into them soaking them. There they stood, soaking wet. Hermione looked at Ron and Ron looked back. Ron smiled and said, "You're amazing." "Thanks. You too," she said before the both of them ran at each other and kissed each other passionately. “R-Ron.” Hermione said breaking the kiss “Wow. Why?” “You must understand, Hermione” Ron explained “I-I love you. I’ve loved you for quite some time. In fact, ever since I laid eyes on you. I’ll never be Draco but even then….I’ll always love you.” “Ron, I have something to tell you.” Hermione said. “What?” Ron asked “If I’ve offended you…” “No, it’s not that.” Hermione said putting her hands on his cheeks “You see, Ron, you’ve always been there for me. Even when I was broken-hearted when Draco left me, you were there to comfort me. I guess, Ron, what I’m trying to say is….I love you too.” The two then closed their eyes and shared a soft kiss. Breaking the kiss they looked at each other and then chuckled. ///////////////////// As Voldemort recovered from the agonizing pain in his chest he looked at the Elder Wand in his hand and then at the shield of which his Death Eaters had stopped firing at. Time to see what this can do. he thought. With an over-the-top yell he fired the wand and a plume of magic shot out and hit the shield. The shield rumbled and glowed bright blue as the beam ripped through it. Voldemort was destroying the shield. ///////////////////// Everyone at Hogwarts looked to the sky in shock as the shield slowly deteriorated. Tonks and Lupin held each others hands and closed their eyes. Ginny, Neville, Colin, Lavender and Catalonia looked up and couldn’t believe what they were seeing. Lucille McGillicuddy and Horace Slughorn looked up at the shield with Minerva McGonagall in the courtyard. “Prepare yourselves.” Minerva said. “Yes, ma’am.” Lucille said walking inside. Horace turned to Twilight and Rarity who looked up in shock. “You two! Get inside quick!” Horace ordered. “Y-Yes sir.” Twilight said running in with Horace and Rarity. ///////////////////// Voldemort then cancelled the spell and pulled the wand back. He now suddenly felt very weak. What he did not notice was the Elder Wand was beginning to crack. Voldemort turned to his army. “So….shall we begin?” Chrysalis asked ///////////////////// The shield now looked as if it was on fire. Granted it wasn’t. At the bridge, Scabior and his Snatchers saw the shield disintegrate and Scabior swiped a piece of it away with his wand. To be sure the shield was really gone he slowly put his foot out on the grass. Nothing happened. He smiled evilly while Neville began to back away slightly. Scabior then screamed and he and his Snatchers charged at Neville who ran for his life. As they fired spells at him, Neville made sure all 297 Snatchers were on the bridge. Neville cast his own spell and it hit the explosives around the bridge. It then began exploding part by part. The Snatchers were now running for their lives but the explosions caught up to them and they fall fell to their deaths. Neville ran as fast as he’d ever run in his life but he slipped as the explosion caught up with him. “Neville!” Ginny screamed. Neville closed his eyes expecting pain or death but then opened them and looked up. Catalonia had taken his hand as he fell and she was hanging over the ledge. “Thanks.” Neville said. “Don’t thank me yet.” Catalonia said pulling Neville up. “Might not get a chance to later, professor.” Neville said brushing himself off. The ten remaining Snatchers retreated into the woods. Neville, Catalonia, Ginny, Colin and Lavender then turned their attention to the sounds of more charging. “Quickly, children!” Catalonia ordered “Inside!” ///////////////////// The Death Eaters and Chrysalis with her Changelings charged all yelling as they did. Most of the Death Eaters turned into plumes of smoke so they could attack from the air. Likewise, the Changelings launched into the air though Chrysalis herself stayed on the ground. The Death Eaters on foot fired their wands or guns at the statues on the main bridge. The statues stood their ground while Fillius retreated back to Hogwarts to help his fellow professors. As they Death Eaters closed in on the bridge, suddenly vines sprouted out of the ground and tangled some of the Death Eaters and they were thrown to the ground. But the rest kept charging In a clash of stone and blood, the Death Eaters on foot met the statues. The first row were cut down easily but the other rows advanced and managed to break the statues with axes, sledgehammers, crowbars and bullets from their guns and began to cross the bridge. The Death Eaters as plumes of smoke fired spells at the statues but they simply bounced of the statues and hit their casters killing them. The Changeling’s magic, however, blasted through an entire row. Whenever a statue got in her way Chrysalis zapped them with her magic. Even with the statues biding time for the staff and students, most of the Death Eaters who were plumes of smoke managed to bombard the courtyard and the buildings around it. Everyone ran for cover. Minerva stood her ground waving people towards the entrance. “Get inside!” she ordered. One Death Eater in particular headed towards the south side and shattered the window of the tower. He then fired a spell at Remus as did Remus and the beams collided. Kingsley Shacklebolt saw the shadow of a Death Eater charging towards his side and fired a spell. The window shattered and the Death Eater froze for a few seconds before falling out the window screaming to his death. ///////////////////// On the Hogwarts staircases, students ran upstairs so they could help while the others went looking for their friends throughout the school. But mostly it was panic. As Harry ran up a step, the upstairs window shattered and a Changeling broke through hissing as it did. Harry yelled a stun spell and the Changeling flew out of control and hit the wall breaking it’s neck. Ginny and Neville then ran up to Harry. “Ginny!” Harry yelled embracing her. He then turned to Neville who had a gash on the side of his head. “Neville, you alright?” Harry asked. “Never better!” Neville said “I feel like I could spit fire! You haven’t seen Luna have you?” “Luna?” Harry asked. “I’m mad for her!” Neville yelled walking off “I think it’s time I told her since we’ll both be dead by dawn!” Harry then looked at Ginny who looked at him. "You know that I might or might not survive, but just know that...I love you." Harry said. Ginny then pulled Harry into a hard kiss. She then sighed as she broke it. “I know.” she said. Harry then ran off and Ginny headed upstairs. ///////////////////// Draco Malfoy apparated into the crowd of running students. He then grabbed two of his comrades who were a fat boy and a dark-skinned boy and dragged them with him. Astoria Greengrass, however, turned and saw Draco walk away. Where are you going? Astoria thought to herself. She followed Draco at a safe distance. ///////////////////// The students and professors charged at the oncoming enemy and clashed in the courtyard. Spells were fired. Guns blasted away. In the midst of this may lay, Cho Chang fired a spell at Chrysalis. Chrysalis dodged it and ran towards Cho. Cho fired three more spells but Chrysalis dodged them all, grabbed Cho and snapped her neck. Chrysalis panted with exhaustion. With no love to feed off of she was now very weak. “Hey you!” said a voice. Chrysalis turned to see Rainbow Dash with an ax in her hand. Chrysalis coughed a laugh. “Well, well, well” she said “The pegasus with the broken wing. Can’t fly away now can you?” “I don’t intend too.” Rainbow said. “And why, pray tell, do you have that ax?” Chrysalis asked. “Oh, no reason” Rainbow replied “JUST THIS!” Rainbow then threw the ax at Chrysalis. It soared toward her head. Before Chrysalis could stopped it, the ax slashed her horn in half. The top half hit the ground and was crushed by a boy wearing glasses who was fighting Gilderoy Lockhart. Chrysalis felt her head and looked at her hoof. Green blood was on it. She could no longer use her magic. She then turned to Rainbow Dash. “You little BASTARD!!!!!!” she roared. Chrysalis then football tackled Rainbow Dash and they went through a wall and Chrysalis began punching Rainbow Dash. She then grabbed Rainbow Dash’s tail with her teeth and threw her against a wall. Chrysalis then picked up the pike and lifted it to stab Rainbow Dash. Suddenly a beam of magic slammed into Chrysalis killing her instantly  and throwing her against a wall. Rainbow then turned to see Draco Malfoy. “Where is the Room of Requirement?” Draco demanded. Rainbow Dash pointed towards the direction of the Room of Requirement. Draco nodded. “Come on, guys!” he yelled as he ran off. Draco’s two friends ran after him. Rainbow dash then got up and ran to look for Madeline. As Rainbow left, Astoria came out of hiding and followed after Draco. ///////////////////// Ron and Hermione walked down a hallway looking at the map Harry gave them. “We’re never going to find him on this!” Ron said. “Look! There he is!” Hermione said pointing to Harry’s name. “Right there?” Ron asked. Harry’s name then suddenly vanished. “He was there.” Hermione said “I saw it.” “Maybe he’s gone to the Room of Requirement.” Ron said “You said yourself it doesn’t show up on the map.” “That’s right, I did say that.” Hermione said. “Well come on, let’s go!” Ron said running off. Hermione stood in her place for a few moments. “That was brilliant.” she said to herself before running after Ron. //-------------------------------------------------------// Imagine the Fire //-------------------------------------------------------// Imagine the Fire Harry looked around and around for the amulet but couldn’t find it. Just then he heard faint whispering coming from a box. He walked up to it and opened it. Their inside was the diadem he’d been looking for. “Well, well.” said a voice. Harry turned to see Draco and his two friends with their wands pointed at him. “What brings you here, Potter?” Draco asked. “I was going to ask you the same.”  Harry said. “You have something of mine. I’d like it back.” Draco said. “What’s wrong with the one you’ve got now?” Harry asked. “It’s my mothers.” Draco replied “It’s powerful but not the same. It somehow doesn’t understand me.” “Why didn’t you tell Bellatrix?” Harry demanded “You could have called the dark lord and you didn’t. Why?” “Just kill him, Draco.” the fat boy said. The three walked to Harry when Hermione and Ron appeared. Hermione fired a spell but Draco dodged it. The fat boy fired a kill spell but Hermione ducked and fired a stun spell which caused the diadem to fly to the top of a pile. Ron ran after Draco but then was hit by a stun spell. Astoria Greengrass then walked into view. “Astoria?”  Hermione asked. “Stay away from him.” Astoria said “All of you.” Astoria then followed after Draco. Hermione then looked back to Harry who was climbing the pile. She joined him in the pile and the two began clearing stuff. A group of bats flew out briefly spooking the two. Harry then pulled the diadem from the bottom of a red chair. “Got it.”  he said. Hermione and Harry then climbed down to the floor and heard a faint hissing sound. By now Ron had recovered from the stun spell. “Ron, go check that out.” Harry ordered. Ron nodded and ran towards the source of the sound. But strangely after a few seconds he was heard screaming. A faint orange red glow started to appear and grow. Ron then came to them running for all his worth and screaming. “They set the bloody place on fire!” he yelled grabbing Hermione. Harry looked and suddenly a plume of fire in the shape of a snake came at him. Harry then ran for his life. In a few seconds he caught up to Ron and Hermione and fired several spells that blocked the path of the fire temporally. The fire then formed into the shape of a dragon. ///////////////////// Draco, Astoria and the dark skinned student backed up right next to a pile. The fat boy had started the fire but now he couldn’t control it. “What have you done?!” Astoria demanded “You’ll kill us all!” Draco then turned towards the pile behind him. “Quick, follow me!”  he yelled. The dark skinned boy and Astoria followed Draco while the fat boy threw his wand in the fire and followed. They managed to climb up just in time as the fire surrounded the floor around the pile. ///////////////////// Everywhere Harry, Ron and Hermione turned the fire seemed to follow them, turning into various animal shapes as it did. They now found themselves trapped in a corner. As the fire closed in on them Harry swiped his wand and a force field temporarily blocked the fire. Ron then noticed some brooms and threw one to Harry and one to Hermione. Before the fire could reach them, they took to the air and headed for the exit. ///////////////////// The fat boy tried to climb the pile but slipped and fell into the fire screaming. Astoria had already reached the top as the fire was slowly climbing towards the pile’s top. “Look!”  she said. Harry, Ron and Hermione passed by them. “No! Wait! Come back!” the dark skinned boy called out. ///////////////////// “Come on! This way!” Ron yelled. Hermione turned to look behind her to see Draco, the boy and Astoria on the top of the pile. Though he didn’t love her, Draco was still her friend. She suddenly turned around. “We can’t leave them!” she yelled to Ron and Harry. “She’s joking right?” Ron asked as he and Harry turned around. Harry caught Draco’s hand and Ron caught the dark haired boys. Hermione caught Astoria just as the pile burned. They then turned their attention to the exit. The fire began to grow higher and higher threatening to block their path but Hermione fired a spell giving them a clear path. They flew through the door (which was still open) and landed hard. Wasting no time, Harry took the Basilisks tooth and stabbed the diadem. He was thrown back by an agonizing pain in his chest and the diadem flew into the room and disintegrated. Astoria then slammed the door shut and sighed and fell to her knees. ///////////////////// Voldemort felt an agonizing pain in his chest and clenched his chest. His breathing was very agonized. Nagini coiled nervously. When the pain faded away Voldemort then began to walk towards his army. “Hey, buddy?” a Death Eater asked “You alright?” Voldemort fired a kill spell at the man killing him instantly. Voldemort now felt very weak. So weak he thought he’d fall over. Nagini slithered beside her master. “Come, Nagini”  Voldemort said “I need to keep you safe.” He and Nagini then apparated away. ///////////////////// With his breathing now normal, Harry relaxed a bit. “It’s the snake.” he said “It’s the last one. It’s the last Horcrux.” “Look inside him, Harry.”  Ron ordered “Find out where he is. If we find him we can end this.” Harry then shut his eyes and bit his lip. An image of Voldemort in the boat house then appeared. Lucius Malfoy then walked up behind Voldemort. “My lord” Lucius said “I think we should call of this attack. Just look for the boy yourself.” “I do not need to seek the boy” Voldemort said turning to Lucius “Before the night is out he will come to me do you understand?!” he then slapped Lucius “Look at me! How can you live with yourself?” “I do not know.”  Lucius said. “Go find Severus.” Voldemort said “Bring him to me.” Harry opened his eyes and looked to his friends. “I know where he is.” Harry said. ///////////////////// The battle had now grown fierce. Wand battles were quickly descending into fist fights. Gunfire was occasionally heard. A few students including the brown-haired girl from the Quidditch Match a year before flew beside Oliver Wood who led them into battle. On the ground, Harry, Ron and Hermione ran down the stairs. Harry and Ron stopped by the door and Harry managed to stop Hermione before a beam of magic hit her. Harry then fired a spell at the Death Eater and killed him. The trio then ran into the courtyard where all the Mane 6 where busy fighting back at attackers. Twilight and Rarity were using their magic, Fluttershy was with the Quidditch team, Pinkie Pie, Applejack and Rainbow Dash were busy using their fists. Harry, Ron and Hermione pushed through the crowd of fighters and briefly passed Sybil Trelawney who was having a really difficult time fending off Barty Crouch Jr. The trio then headed through the walkways and Hermione saw mother who was reloading her gun when she noticed a Changeling coming up behind her. “No!”  Hermione yelled. Jennifer looked to her daughter and the Changeling looked at Hermione exposing itself. Hermione then fired a kill spell and her mother ducked and the spell hit the Changeling killing it instantly. Jennifer looked up and her daughter and the two nodded knowingly at each other and Harry, Ron and Hermione ran towards the direction of the boat house. However, when they arrived at the entrance to Hogwarts they saw more of Chrysalis’ changelings flying towards Hogwarts hissing as they did. The three turned around to see Aberforth, Neville, Catalonia, Rosie, Colin, Lavender, Ginny, Madeline, Wilson and John walking towards them. Aberforth then fired a spell and a blue wave of magic flew out and hit the incoming changelings, disintegrating them all. Harry, Ron and Hermione looked to Aberforth who nodded to them and they ran to the direction of the boat house. Aberforth and his men ran back into the fight. ///////////////////// By the time the three arrived Voldemort and Snape were already there. They hid behind a window and began listing in on the conversation. “You have performed extraordinary magic with this wand in the last few hours alone.” Snape said. “No. I am extraordinary but the wand resists me by weakening me.” Voldemort said. “There is no wand more powerful. Ollivander has said so.” Snape said “When the boy comes it will not fail you, I’m sure of this. The wand answers to you and you alone.” “Does it?” Voldemort asked. He then began to walk around Snape. “The wand…does it truly answer to me?” Voldemort continued “You’re a clever man, Severus. Surly you must know. To whom does it’s loyalty lie?” “With you.”  Snape replied. “The Elder Wand cannot serve me properly because I am not it’s true master.” Voldemort said. The gears then turned in Voldemort’s head and he looked to Severus and his face turned to mid-anger and mid-smiling. “You killed Dumbledore, Severus.” he said “While you live the Elder Wand cannot truly be mine. You’ve been a loyal servant Severus but now….you must die.” Severus gulped nervously. “But, my lord-” Voldemort slashed at Snape’s throat, cutting it. Snape gasped for air and fell and hit the window where Harry, Ron and Hermione were hiding. “Nagini…kill!” Voldemort ordered. Nagini lunged at Snape at least six times biting him in the throat. Harry, Ron and Hermione shuddered each time Snape was slammed against the window. Nagini then slithered away to her master and they apparated away. The trio then walked in and Harry put his hand on Snape’s throat to stop the bleeding. A tear ran down Snape’s cheek. “Take them.” Snape gasped “Take them…please…” “Hermione, do you have a vial?” Harry asked. Hermione nodded and gave an empty vial to Harry. Harry then caught Snape’s tear. “Take it….to the Dish of Memories…” Snape gasped. Harry tried his best to fight back the tears. Snape then smiled at him. “You have your mother’s eyes.” Snape said. “Snape, m-my mother’s soul is inside the Elder Wand.” Harry said. “W-what?” Snape asked. Harry nodded. “Tell her….tell her…” Snape started to say. “NO!” cried a voice. ///////////////////// Bellatrix Lestrange had come to ask Voldemort if there was a change of plans but hid behind a wall when she heard footsteps. When she felt she was alone she rushed into the room only to find Snape and the trio. Harry prepared to pull out his wand but Bellatrix fired a spell and Harry hit the window. Before Ron could pull his wand out, Bellatrix fired a stun spell and Ron hit the floor. Hermione tried to pull hers out but Bellatrix fired a whip out her wand and whacked Hermione with it. “GET AWAY FROM HIM!” Bellatrix roared her eyes welling up in tears. She knelt down and took Snape’s hand and then apparated herself and Snape out of the room. ///////////////////// Ginny and Fred ran towards the stairs. Ginny had a slight limp and she couldn’t walk straight. Fred helped her up the steps. “After them!” Barty Crouch Jr. yelled. Barty and a small group of Death Eaters came charging at the two. “Ginny, go!” Fred said. Fred pulled out his wand and fired spells killing three of them. A Death Eater tackled Fred but he snapped the Death Eaters neck. The others, however, immediately tackled Fred. “Fred!” Ginny yelled with tears in her eyes. Fred looked up at his sister who was slowly climbing up. When she looked back at him one last time a tear streamed down is face. “Goodbye.” Fred said. The Death Eaters were then on top of him and Ginny limped up the stairs as fast as she could. //-------------------------------------------------------// Painful Memories //-------------------------------------------------------// Painful Memories Voldemort looked at destruction on the slopes bellow him. He then lifted the wand and fired a spell. It shot into the sky causing the clouds to darken. The Death Eaters and 20 surviving Changelings suddenly stooped fighting and looked up at the signal. The Death Eaters turned into plumes of smoke and flew to the cliff. The Changelings flew to the cliff after the Death Eaters. Now, the few remnants of the Hogwarts staff and students stood looking at the sky. The ponies, exhausted, looked at their human comrades. “Quickly” Minerva said “We must bury our dead.” ///////////////////// Bellatrix and the injured Snape apparated to a remote island. It was, in fact, the spot where Voldemort took the Elder Wand (the most secluded place Bellatrix could think of). She then looked for Snape’s wound and once she found it she began reciting the healing spell Snape had used on Draco. Once Severus’ breathing returned to normal he opened his eyes and saw Bellatrix looking at him. And smiling. Something that he rarely saw. “Are you alright, my love?” Bellatrix asked as Severus got up and washed any remaining blood off his robe. “Why?” Snape asked. “W-What?” Bellatrix asked. “Why did you save me?” Snape replied. Bellatrix didn’t answer but did some hand ringing and eye searching. Snape took notice. “Bella” Snape said “is there something you’re not telling me?” Bellatrix didn’t answer. What is wrong with this woman? Snape thought to himself She’s a total psychopath and yet now she isn’t doing anything? I don’t- Snape’s thoughts were stopped when Bellatrix kissed him. Her eyes were closed and then his closed after a second. The kiss ended with Bellatrix pulling away and turning her back to Snape. “Well, you see Snape, I…I love you.” Bellatrix finally said “I don’t know why but I just feel safe around you.” She turned to Snape (who was behind her now) and leaned in to kiss him again. “Bella…no.” Snape said. Bellatrix backed away slightly. “But why?” Bellatrix asked. “Bella, please understand when I say no.” Snape replied “I say no because Lily is still alive and she is my one true love. You're an amazing person, but I can't be with you. I'm so sorry.” “But…she’s dead!” Bellatrix pointed out “Isn’t she?” “I’ve discovered she’s inside the Elder Wand. And I finally have a chance to be with her again.” Snape replied. Bellatrix couldn’t help but shed a tear at that. Snape sighed and stoked her face. “Come with me.” Bellatrix insisted “Harry doesn’t need you. You’ll be safe with me.” “He needs me now more then ever.” Snape replied. He started to walk off then turned around. “Goodbye, my friend.” Snape said before he apparated away. “Goodbye.” Bellatrix whispered. ///////////////////// Harry, Ron and Hermione walked into the courtyard of Hogwarts and looked around. The castle had been devastated. Towers were covered in holes, rubble virtually lay everywhere, a bell from the tower had fallen and was now amid the rubble. John and Jennifer stood at the entrance to the grand hall. Jennifer ran to Hermione and embraced her daughter and kissed her forehead. “Oh sweetheart!” she sobbed “Are you alright?” “Yes mother.” Hermione said sadly. “What’s wrong?” John asked. “Snape died tonight.” Harry said. “I’m sorry.”  John said “But come inside. You need your rest.” John, Jennifer, Harry, Ron and Hermione walked into the grand hall. What Harry saw made him fell absolutely horrible. One hundred people lay dead on the floor. Two nurses were busy tending to the wounded. Horace was bandaging Twilight’s forehead and Sybil was crying over a dead friend. Harry looked to his right and saw Tonks and Lupin and Remus dead. Lucille McGillicudy looked at Harry and smiled weakly. Ron noticed Madeline, Ginny and George sobbing over someone and ran to them. But he then saw they were crying over Fred. He knelt down and broke into heaving sobs and leaning onto Madeline’s shoulder. “I’m sorry.” Madeline sobbed “I failed you all. Your mother trusted me. And I failed you.” Ron got up and then walked away. Madeline prepared to get up after him. “No.” Hermione said softly “I’ll go after him.” She then followed Ron. Harry then walked past Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rarity and Rainbow Dash. “Hey kid, you alright?” Rainbow Dash asked. Harry shook his head and walked away. Twilight then walked up to the ponies. “I think you should go after him.” Applejack said “In case he needs you.” “Alright then.” Twilight said following after Harry. ///////////////////// Draco sat solemnly in a corner. Astoria Greengrass sat down next to Draco. She looked at him but he didn’t look back. “Draco, you alright?” she asked. “Yeah.” Draco replied. Astoria then took Draco’s hand and began blushing. “I-I know I’m not Ginny or Hermione or any of the other girls…” Draco then looked to her. “What?” he asked “Astoria, what are you talking about?” Astoria said nothing but instead pulled Draco into a soft kiss. Her eyes were closed the entire time and she hoped Draco wouldn’t recoil. It was her first kiss. It was very shy, unpracticed and very frightened. Draco’s eyes were wide as Astoria kissed him. “Draco Malfoy” she said breaking the kiss “I’ll love you to the day I die.” Draco just couldn’t believe it. This woman he’d barely even known had just kissed him. “How long has this been going on?” he asked. “Quite some time.” Astoria replied shyly “I-I-I don’t know why but you just make me feel safe and that I can have someone to protect me.” “But…I’m a Death Eater.” Draco pointed out. Astoria put a finger on Draco’s lips. “Don’t say that. It’s not true.” Astoria said “You did so to protect your family. I understand.” “Astoria!” Pomona Sprout called out. “I have to go.” Astoria said before walking off. ///////////////////// Harry walked into Dumbledore’s office and brought the Dish of Memories out. Harry then stooped. “Only one person could sneak up on me like that.” he said turning to Twilight. “They sent me to check on you.” Twilight said shutting the door. “I might need you here in case the memories are too much for me.” Harry said. “Whose are they?” Twilight asked. “Snape’s.” Harry replied. “Go for it.” Twilight said. Harry poured the tear into the bowl and the following memories began to show: The first was of Severus as a child. He had heard the sound of a girl crying. He peeked from behind the tree and saw a girl with red hair crying softly. “What’s wrong?” Snape asked. The girl looked up at Snape. “I’m a freak.” the girl said. She then held out her hand and a flower appeared and floated away. “That’s not unusual.” Snape said. He then picked up blades of grass, rubbed them in his hands and they flew away (literally). The girl smiled at Snape and he smiled back. “I’m Lily Evans.” the girl said. “I’m Severus Snape.” Snape replied “Who called you a freak?” “My sister.” Lily said. “She’s jealous.” Snape said “She’s ordinary and you’re special.” Lily laughed. The second memory then appeared which was of Minerva McGonagall sorting the children at Hogwarts. “Lily Evans, you will be in Gryffindor.” Minerva said. This lead to a round of applause and Lily sat down next to a brown haired boy. “Hi, I’m James.” the boy said “James Potter.” “Hi, I’m Lily Evans.” Lily said. The next memory showed Severus and Lily walking and James ramming past Snape making him drop his books. He however turned and looked at Lily who looked at him. The next memory showed James and Lily kissing and dancing. It then changed to a memory showing Snape as a young man giving the Invisibility Cloak to Lily. “A gift from me.” Snape said. Lily smiled. “Thank you.” She then kissed him on the cheek and walked away. The memory then flashed to a brief one of Voldemort with his wand pointed at Snape. “No! Don’t kill me!” Snape begged. The next memory flashed to one of Dumbledore and Snape on a cliff ledge. “The prophecy did not refer to a woman.” Dumbledore said “It spoke of a boy born at the end of July.” “Yes but it’s her son.” Snape said his voice breaking “He intends to hunt them down and kill them. Hide them. Hide them all. I beg you.” “What will you give me in return?” Dumbledore asked. “Anything.” Snape said. The next memory showed Voldemort walking in menacingly towards Harry’s bedroom. “Harry, you are so loved.” Lily said as she wrapped Harry in the Invisibility Cloak “Mamma loves you. Daddy loves you. Harry be safe. Be strong.” Suddenly Voldemort burst in and fired a kill spell. The next memory showed Snape walking into the house past James’ dead body and up to the bedroom. Upon seeing Lily’s body, he fell to the ground and sobbed. He then cradled Lily in his arms. “I’m so sorry!” he sobbed. He then kissed Lily on the cheek. “I love you.” he whispered. The next memory showed Dumbledore and him in the Astronomy Tower. “You swore to keep her safe!” Snape said. “James and Lily put their trust in the wrong person.” Dumbledore said. “But the dark lord-” Snape started. “The dark lord will return.” Dumbledore said “And when he does the boy will be in terrible danger. If you really loved her-” “No one…can know.” Snape said cutting Dumbledore off. The next memory showed one of Harry and Snape. “Don’t say a word against my father!” Harry yelled. “James Potter.” Snape said “Lazy. Arrogant. Adulterer.” “My father was a great man!” Harry yelled. “Your father was a swine!” Snape yelled back. The memory then shifted to one of Snape and Dumbledore in the Astronomy Tower. “There will come a time that Harry Potter must be told something.” Dumbledore said. “What?” Snape asked. “You see, when Voldemort killed Lily Potter, the curse bounced off the Invisibility Cloak.”  Dumbledore explained “When that happened a part of Voldemort’s soul went into the only thing it could find…Harry himself. There’s a reason Harry can hear snakes. There’s a reason he can look inside Voldemort’s mind. A part of Voldemort lives inside of Harry.” “So when the time comes…the boy must die?” Snape asked. “Yes.” Dumbledore replied. “You have kept him alive so he can die at the proper moment.” Snape said “You’ve been raising him like a pig for the slaughter.” “Don’t tell me you’ve come to care for the boy.” Dumbledore said. The gears then turned in Dumbledore’s head and he blinked in surprise. “Lily. After all this time?” Dumbledore asked. “Always.”  Snape replied. And then the memories ended. //-------------------------------------------------------// Fall to Rise Again //-------------------------------------------------------// Fall to Rise Again Harry gasped. Twilight did some eye-searching. Harry turned to her. “Dumbledore lied to me.” Harry said. “Now, Harry” Twilight began to say “I know you’re upset…” “HE LIED TO ME!” Harry roared “THAT BASTARD! I’ve known him almost my whole life and HE LIED TO ME!!” “Harry, hey, whoa!” Twilight said “Calm down!” “But he…” Harry tried to say. “Harry, please.”  Twilight said with her hoof on his shoulders and sitting him down “Calm down. Tell me everything you saw.” ///////////////////// During this, Hermione had been looking for Ron. She found him on the stairs crying. She sat beside him and put her arm around him. “It’s okay.” she said softly “Everything’s going to be alright.” “I could have saved him!” Ron sobbed. “Ron, please, calm down…” Hermione said. “I should have helped him!” Ron sobbed. He then leaned on Hermione and broke out into heaving sobs. Hermione then began to sing a song her mother had taught her: Hush-by, Don't you cry Go to sleep a little baby When you wake you shall have All the pretty little horses Blacks and bays, dapples and grays Coach and six a little horses When you wake you shall have All the pretty little horses Hush-by, Don't you cry Go to sleep a little baby When you wake you shall have All the pretty little horses Ron cried his last tear when Hermione finished singing and she gave him a soft kiss. The two then heard footsteps and looked to see Harry. He was walking down the stairs. The two got up. “Where are you going?” Hermione asked. “We thought you went to the forest.” Ron said. “I’m going there now.” Harry said. “Are you mad?!” Ron said “No! You can’t give yourself up to him!” Hermione walked to Harry. “What is it, Harry?” Harry sighed and turned to Hermione and Ron. “There’s a reason I can hear them.” Harry explained “The Horcruxes. I think I’ve known for a while now. And I think you have too.” Hermione began to well up in tears. “I’ll go with you.” Hermione said as her voice broke. “No. Kill the snake.” Harry said “Kill the snake and then it’s just him.” Hermione then ran to Harry and gave him a hug and cried softly. Harry looked to Ron who sighed. Harry then broke the hug and walked away. Twilight then walked up to Ron and Hermione. “Be safe, old friend.” Twilight said softly. ///////////////////// Voldemort stood in the woods. He waited patiently for Harry to come. His Death Eaters behind him had Rubeus Hagrid tied up. “No sign of him, my lord.” Herod Alacross said. “I thought he would come.” Voldemort said. He then turned and began to walk back to his forces. “Look!” Bellatrix said. Sure enough, Harry walked into the clearing. Voldemort turned and smiled evilly. “Harry?!” Hagrid said “No! What are you doing here?!” “Quiet!” Gilderoy Lockhart demanded. “Harry Potter.” Voldemort said “The Boy Who Lived….come to die.” Nagini began to slither to her masters side. Harry closed his eyes. After a brief moment of silence Voldemort fired a kill spell and for Harry everything went white. ///////////////////// Harry gasped and looked around. He was in what appeared to be Kings Cross Station only it glowed bright white. He got up and looked around. He then heard a faint moaning and peeked under a nearby bench. What he saw made him jump back. Under the bench was a bloodied Voldemort with no clothes. He was moaning as if he was in pain. “Harry Potter.” said a voice. Harry turned to see a blond-girl with blue eyes in a white robe walking towards him. She smiled softly at him. “Who are you?” Harry asked. “My name is Valerie.” the girl said “Valerie Jacobs. Tell me, Harry, where do you think you are right now?” “Well, it looks like Kings Cross Station” Harry said “Only cleaner and with no trains.” “Good eye.” Valerie said. “Valerie, what was that?” Harry said pointing to the bench. Valerie sighed “A part of Voldemort sent here to die.” “So a part of him lives inside me like the memory said?” Harry asked. “Did.” Valerie said “It was just destroyed many moments ago by none other then Voldemort himself. You were the Horcrux he never meant to make.” The two then sat on a bench. “Voldemort has the Elder Wand.” Harry said “And the snake still lives.” “Yes I know.” Valerie said “I feel so sorry for him.” “For who?” Harry asked. “Tom Riddle.” Valerie replied “You see…I was his girlfriend. You know, before you know what happened. One day he was stealing the book of dark magic and your father James tried to stop him but the spell missed him and hit me. He couldn’t believe his father was like that. “No, ma’am.” Harry said. Valerie sighed and put her hands on Harry’s cheeks. “You’re nothing like him.” she said “But you must make a choice.” “What kind of choice?” Harry asked. “You can either stay here or you can return to your body and to the world of the living.” Valerie responded as she got up and began to walk off. Harry thought about this. Valerie stopped and looked at Harry. Harry looked at her. “Valerie, as much as I would love to stay here” Harry said “My friends are in danger because of me. But their more than friends. Their my family. I have to fix this. I have to make things right. And if I’m correct, if I can break the Elder Wand, I can set my mother free.” Valerie smiled and walked towards Harry and kissed his forehead. “Very well then.” Valerie said smiling “God’s grace be with you.” She then put her hand on his chest, closed her eyes and suddenly everything vanished before Harry’s eyes into white. ///////////////////// Voldemort opened his eyes and gasped for air. He then slowly began to get up. Mayu and two Death Eaters rushed to help him up. “I don’t need your help.” Voldemort said. Voldemort and his Death Eaters turned their attention to Harry whose body had it’s back facing towards them. Narcissia then walked over to Harry and leaned down beside him. “Is he dead?” Bellatrix asked. “I’m checking.” Narcissia yelled back. Harry was alive and doing some eye searching. “Draco. Is he alive?” Narcissia whispered. Harry nodded. Lucky for him, Narcissia was blocking Harry’s head so none of the Death Eaters could see his head move. Narcissia then stood up and turned to her fellow Death Eaters. “Dead.” she said. ///////////////////// Neville walked up to Catalonia who was staring at the fog where the back bridge of Hogwarts was. Neville was holding the sword of Gryffindor in a cloth. “Hello, professor.” he said. “Morning, Longbottom.” Catalonia replied. “What are you looking at?” Neville asked. “Nothing. I just like staring out at the landscape when it’s morning.”  Catalonia replied “Reminds me of when I was a little girl in Scotland and I would run across the foggy glen. Herod would have loved this.” “Herod?” Neville asked. “Herod Alacross.” Catalonia replied “He is my boyfriend. He’s a good man. Though I fear for him.” “Why?” Neville asked. “Professor!” called a voice. The two turned to see Lavender Brown. “Professor, you have to come quick.” Lavender said. Neville and Catalonia followed after her. ///////////////////// Voldemort and his mob of Death Eaters walked through the fog across the main Hogwarts bridge. Chrysalis 20 surviving Changelings were with them. Voldemort held his cloak up with one hand blocking Rubeus Hagrid who was carrying Harry’s body. Behind him were the Malfoys and Bellatrix. Narcissia noticed her sisters head was low and she wasn't laughing, smiling or anything. “What’s wrong, Bella?” Narcissia asked “Aren’t you happy? You got everything you wanted.” Bellatrix looked at her sister with sorrow in her face. “Not everything.” she said sadly. ///////////////////// By now a crowd of Hogwarts survivors had come out of the Grand Hall to see Voldemort entering the courtyard. Ginny and Madeline walked up next to Neville with Ron, Hermione, George, Bill and Fleur (who had partaken in the battle last night). “Neville, what’s going on?” Ginny asked. “Harry Potter” Voldemort yelled “Is dead!” With that he moved his cloak and revealed Hagrid holding Harry’s body. This was met with several gasps. Ginny’s heart broke when saw such an image. “No!” she sobbed as she began to run to Hagrid “No!” Madeline managed to grab her and restrain her when Voldemort fired a beam of magic into the sky. “Silence!” Voldemort said “You stupid girl. Harry Potter is dead. From this day forth…you belong to me.” he turned to his mob of Death Eaters and twenty Changelings “Harry Potter is dead!” His army laughed. “Your hero” he continued “whose whole cause was a lie!” “You’re lying!” Catalonia yelled. “Am I?” Voldemort said “Perhaps Herod Alacross can explain it for you.” With that Herod walked up behind Voldemort with a piece of paper he’d gotten from Harry’s coat and unfolded it. "I have in my hand yet another reason you shall fail. There is secrecy within your ranks...Well, at least, there used to be, before the keeper, and his secrets with him, have perished in the onslaught that brought us to this point.” Herod said “Your great leader, Headmaster Albus Dumbledore, knew of the fact that Harry Potter, your proposed "Wizard Messiah" was a Horcrux for the Dark Lord the entire time and he never told any of you! Why he wouldn't tell any of his esteemed associates or even the Boy Who Lived himself and his band of friends is a complete mystery. However, I must ask if you know you can trust the old man who supposedly "guided" the Order of the...(the slightest hesitation and a sigh) Phoenix and led you all against us? Who knows what other enigmas he has kept to himself all these years; stealing vital pieces of knowledge that one cannot complete the puzzle without." As he was about to continue, Lucius Malfoy whispered in his ear. "It is enough," he said, "the seeds of doubt have been sown among them. It is but a matter of time before they give in." Everyone stood aghast at this. They just couldn’t believe it. How could the Headmaster, someone they trusted their whole lives, lie to them like that? Even the ponies, who barely knew Dumbledore, were shocked by this. Herod walked back into his rank and Voldemort turned his attention back to the Hogwarts survivors. “And now the time has come to declare yourself.” he said “Come forward and join us or die.” No one moved forward. There was an awkward silence. “Draco!” Lucius said pointing to his son “Come on, son. Don’t be stupid!” “Draco…come.” Narcissa asked softly. Draco walked forward much to Astoria’s dismay. Voldemort moved out of the way to let Draco pass. “Next?” Voldemort asked. There was a brief moment of silence when Neville Longbottom walked forward. “Well, I must say I hoped for better.” Voldemort said “And who might you be young man?” “N-Neville Longbottom.” Neville said. This caused everyone to laugh at Neville. Bellatrix only laughed quietly. She wasn’t in a laughing mood. “Well, Neville, I’m sure we can find a place for you in our rank.” Voldemort said. “I’d like to say something.” Neville replied. Voldemort did some eye-searching. “Well, Neville, we’d all love to hear what you have to say.” Neville turned to his grim collogues. “Doesn’t matter that Harry’s gone.” he said. “Neville, wait…” Jennifer said. “Mrs. Granger, people die everyday. Friends. Family.” Neville said. At the mention of family, Madeline felt a lump in her throat. “Yeah. We lost Harry tonight.” Neville continued “But he’s still with us.” he put his hand on his chest “In here. So is Fred, Remus, Tonks. All of them. They didn’t die in vain.” he then turned to Voldemort “But you will. Because you’re wrong! Harry’s heart did beat for us! For all of us! It’s not over!” Just as Neville finished his speech he unsheathed the sword of Gryffindor. Harry then flipped out of Hagrid’s arms and onto the ground. Everyone stood and looked in surprise. Draco Malfoy then ran out of ranks and pulled out his wand. “Potter!” he yelled throwing his wand to Harry. Harry caught it and fired a spell at Nagini. A small plume of fire flew out. It bounced off and slammed into a row of death eaters and about seven Changelings killing half and injuring three. Harry then started running for his life towards the Grand Hall. Voldemort wasted no time in firing three spells at Harry that exploded on impact but they missed. He turned to see eleven of his death eaters turning into plumes of smoke and fleeing for their lives. “No! Wait! Come back!” Bellatrix yelled “Come back! Come back! Fight! Come back!” Voldemort in the meantime was beside himself with rage. “KILL THEM!” he screamed. Though some had fled, Voldemort still had many, many forces left and his mob charged  towards Hogwarts shooting their wands and guns at the retreating survivors. Professors blocked magic beams while whomever had guns fired back at the charging mob. “Lure him into the castle!” Harry ordered Ron and Hermione “We have to kill the snake!” “You’ll need this!” Hermione said handing Harry a snaggletooth. Neville meanwhile was climbing on the debris Sword of Gryffindor in hand. “Neville, no!” John yelled. Voldemort fired a spell but Neville blocked it. However he was flung back a few feet and slammed into a chair knocking him unconscious. Voldemort in the meantime blocked a spell then apparated away with Nagini. //////////////////// In the confusion, the Malfoy’s managed to walk towards the bridge. The bridge. Their way to freedom. Narcissa held Draco’s hand as they walked off. Lucius stopped and took a look back. He considered for a fleeting moment going back but then he turned and walked with his son and wife. As for Draco, he suddenly remembered Astoria. And that tender moment they had. He then freed himself from his mothers grip and ran towards the battle. “Draco, stop!” Narcissa ordered. Draco shoved his father out of the way and continued running. He couldn’t lose Astoria. Not now. “After him!” Lucius yelled to his wife. The two then started after their son towards the battle where his fate would be decided. //-------------------------------------------------------// The End and A New Beginning //-------------------------------------------------------// The End and A New Beginning Catalonia walked through the rubble of Hogwarts with her wand drawn. She was very tense with the sounds of battle in the distance. She heard footsteps and turned around. “Herod?” she asked. “Oh my angel!” Herod said running to Catalonia. He then gave her a passionate kiss and she returned it. The two broke then kiss and looked at each other. “Herod!” said a voice. Herod turned to see Mayu Cantina with tears in her eyes. “How could you?!” she yelled. She then fired a kill spell but Catalonia threw Herod out of the way and she blocked it. Mayu fired three more spells but Catalonia blocked them all. Mayu prepared to fire a fourth spell but Herod fired a spell and the wand flew out of Mayu’s hand. She looked to Herod who had his wand pointed to her. “Mayu, you will not touch Catalonia.” he said “I love her. And you can’t change that.” “But, Herod I-I love you too.” Mayu explained. “What?” Catalonia asked. “Mayu, I do give you credit for your sincerity” Herod said “But I love Catalonia. Not you. You need to accept that.” “B-But…” Mayu said as her voice began to break. “Lass, please.” Catalonia insisted. Mayu looked around and sighed sadly. She began to walk away but then looked back to Herod. He smiled at her and she smiled at him and then she vanished in a plume of smoke. Herod turned to Catalonia who embraced Herod. “Come on” she said breaking the hug “I have to keep you safe.” //////////////////// Harry waited behind a wall at the staircases. He then heard the sound of Voldemort apparating into the room. Harry then ran out and pulled out his wand and fired it at Voldemort. Voldemort blocked the spell and Voldemort fired spell after spell at Harry but Harry dodged them all. Voldemort then apparated away. Harry turned around just in time to have his magic collide with Voldemort’s. Harry turned to see Nagini slithering at him. Harry then forced their two magical beams to the roof and the roof caved in and slammed between the two forcing Voldemort to apparate to a nearby staircase. Harry pulled out the Basilisk tooth and headed to Nagini but Voldemort fired a spell that forced Harry to roll over the staircase and hit the lower staircase. He then ran for his life and Voldemort followed after him. Nagini still slithered up the main staircase but stopped when she felt a stone rock hit her and she hissed at her attacker. It was Hermione. Hermione gulped nervously and threw a another rock at Nagini. //////////////////// Neville awoke dizzyingly and looked around him. It was pure chaos. Changelings, Death Eaters, the ponies and everyone else were firing spells or guns or just fighting with their fists. He then turned next to him and saw the Sword of Gryffindor. The snake. he thought I have to kill it. //////////////////// Twilight fired at any oncoming Death Eaters and Changelings. Gilderoy Lockhart prepared to fire a kill spell but was killed himself by a gunshot. Twilight looked to see Madeline. “What are you doing?!”  Twilight demanded. “Someone’s got to watch your back.” Madeline said. “I’m a bit busy at the moment!” Twilight said as her and Madeline returned to fighting. //////////////////// Hermione had been backed to a corner by Nagini who was slithering towards her victim. Ron then crept up behind Nagini his Basilisk tooth raised. Nagini turned, hissed and lunged at Ron. She missed but she forced Ron to drop the Basilisk tooth over the staircase. Nagini now hissed at Ron. //////////////////// Draco pushed through the mob of people and saw Astoria who had just finished killing a Death Eater. Draco ran to her and caught her as she fell. “Astoria!” he said. “Draco!” Astoria said “What are you doing here?” Draco pulled Astoria into a hard kiss, tears streaming down his face as he did. “I just wanted to be sure you were okay.” Draco said breaking the kiss. “Draco!” called a voice. Draco turned to see his father and mother looking at him completely surprised. “Son, look out!” Narcissia yelled. Draco turned to see Barty Crouch Jr. firing a spell at Draco but then Bellatrix got in front of it and blocked it with her wand. Barty laughed like an insane man when suddenly Snape walked in front of Draco. “You will not touch this child.” Snape said. “Bring it on, old man!” Barty laughed. Snape and Barry fired spells at one another each of them dodging them. But in the end Snape got the upper-hand and fired a spell at Barty. It hit Barty completely disintegrating him. Snape turned to check on Draco only to be met by Bellatrix embracing him. //////////////////// Harry was by now in one of the towers and ran across the swaying staircase but Voldemort apparated into the room and fired a spell at Harry who jumped across the bridge and forced the spell to the bridge which caused it to fall. As Harry got up Voldemort apparated next to him and beat the living daylights out of Harry. The two ended up on a ledge the ravine below. Voldemort grabbed Harry by his shirt cuffs. “Why do you live?!” he demanded. “Because” Harry replied “I have something worth living for!” With that Harry grabbed Voldemort and dragged him off the balcony and they fell towards the ravine. Voldemort transformed into a plume of smoke but as they flew Harry stabbed Voldemort with his wand and the two separated slamming into the courtyard, which was empty since the battle had moved to the Grand Hall. Harry brushed himself off and looked around. His wand was on the ground. He crawled towards it with all his might. Voldemort himself, whose legs were broken, crawled towards the Elder Wand and grabbed it as Harry grabbed his. Voldemort then fired a kill spell at Harry and Harry fired his spell at Voldemort. The beams clashed. //////////////////// Ron and Hermione ran for their lives from Nagini who slithered after them. They turned to face Nagini and as Hermione tripped over something, Ron fired a spell at the oncoming snake. The spell simply dissipated and Nagini lunged towards Hermione and Ron (who were now cornered by some rubble) screeching as she did. Suddenly, Neville came in and with one slice of the Sword of Gryffindor decapitated Nagini who disintegrated. Neville looked to Ron who was comforting a sobbing Hermione. //////////////////// Voldemort suddenly felt an agonizing pain in his chest and both his and Harry’s magic dissipated as Voldemort clenched his chest. Harry smiled. They did it! he thought I can kill him now. In the nick of time, Harry fired a spell and Voldemort did and the beams collided once more. But this time, Harry’s magic overpowered Voldemort’s. Voldemort looked to his hand in horror as the skin turned black and the skin, blood and bone began to seemingly melt away. Harry fired one last spell and it hit Voldemort in the heart. The Elder Wand flew out of Voldemort’s hand and Harry caught it. He then looked to Voldemort. Voldemort fell to the ground, clenching his chest and then he either melted or evaporated (Harry couldn’t tell which). Harry fell to his knees, exhausted. He had won. //////////////////// The afternoon sun brightly shone in the sky. Any if all clouds were now gone. In the Grand Hall, everyone was busy talking to one another. The Death Eaters had retreated when they knew the battle was lost and not a single Changeling survived. Only the Malfoy’s, Bellatrix, Herod and Mayu were left in the Grand Hall. The Malfoy’s were hearing Draco tell them about Astoria while Bellatrix was busy resting. Herod and Catalonia were talking as if they hadn’t seen each other in years. Mayu had her arm in a sling and was talking with Aberforth and Horace Slughorn. Luna and Neville were finally talking to each other and Madeline was busy tending to any wounded. Harry walked around and bumped into Rubeus Hagrid who leaned down and hugged him. He then broke the hug and the two laughed. “That’s my boy.” Hagrid said. Harry then walked away and was approached by Ron, Hermione, Jennifer, John, Snape and the ponies. “Harry, you were incredible.” Twilight said. “Dude, you were badass!” Rainbow Dash said. “We just wanted to say were proud to be your friends.” Fluttershy said. “Come on” Applejack said “We have other people to talk to.” Harry then was hugged by Jennifer. “Thank you and Mr. Weasley for protecting my daughter.” she said. “You’re welcome.” Harry said smiling. John then walked away with his wife. Harry was now left with Snape, Hermione and Ron. Harry then brought the Elder Wand out of his bag. “You know what you have to do.” Hermione said. //////////////////// Harry, Ron, Hermione and Snape stood on the bridge among the destroyed statues. They looked around at the sight around them and then at Harry who showed them the Elder Wand. “Well, here it goes.” Harry said. He then closed his eyes and broke the wand in half preparing for blinding pain or an explosion. Nothing happened. He opened his eyes and his face turned to astonishment. From the broken wand a plume of blue smoke came out and it flew towards the bridge. It landed and began to form the shape of a person. The mist faded away revealing Lily Potter who had her back turned to the four. She got up and then turned around to look at the four. Lily’s expression turned from fear to shock. Harry, Hermione, Ron, and Snape were looking at her with shocked expressions as well. It was a while before Harry asked, child-like and almost tearing up, “M-Mum?” Lily’s eyes welled up with tears as she nodded and said, “Yes. Harry…” They both ran at each other and embraced each other. Mother and son were finally reunited after 18 years. The both of them were crying and hugging for a long time until Harry broke off the hug. “I would like to introduce you to my friends, Hermione Granger and Ronald Weasley. Hermione, Ron…this is my mother, Lily Evans Potter.” Harry said. Lily smiled and said “It is a wonderful pleasure to meet you both.” She stuck out her hand and both Hermione and Ron shook it, still very shocked by what they just witnessed. Lily turned her head and saw Snape, looking at her with shocked eyes. “Hello, Severus.” she said happily. “L-Lily” he said, nervous and hoping this wasn’t a dream. “I-I…can’t believe it. You’re…alive.” “I guess I am.” she said. She chuckled softly and Severus did the same. “Severus?” Lily asked. “Yes,” Snape asked. “There’s something that I wanted to tell you. Something…that I never got the chance to say.” Lily answered. Harry, Hermione, and Ron decided to give them their privacy and walked away until they were out of an earshot. “What is it, Lily?” Snape asked. “I wanted to say that…I never loved James. He was arrogant and untrustworthy and everything you said he was. He cheated on me several times, always sorry afterwards and never meaning it; but I kept running back to him. It was before I was killed that I realized…” her words trailed off and she looked at Hogwarts, the school where she once attended years ago. “What, Lily? You can tell me.” Snape said, worried. “I realized…that I love you.” Lily said “You’re so sweet and kind to me and you always have been and I want to be with you. Now and forevermore.” Snape took a step back and moved his mouth, but no words came out. He started to laugh happily. Lily looked confused. “Severus?” she asked. He laughed more and then finally said “Lily, I have loved you all these years. Always and forevermore. I love you so very much. I love you!” He bolted to her and kissed her passionately. Lily was shocked but returned the kiss and they embraced each other as they kissed. Snape lifted Lily off her feet and swung her around. Lily pulled back and laughed as Snape spun her again and again. Snape was laughing with joy, more joy than he had experienced in years. He finally put her down and they hugged closely, just completely happy that they were together again and now…forever. //////////////////// Harry, Ron and Hermione smiled as they saw Snape and Lily together. It was first time Harry had ever seen Snape happy. They then noticed to ponies walk to their sides. “Looks like everything worked out for the best.” Rarity said. “Yeah, but…I must confess I miss home.” Fluttershy said. Then, as if on command, Spike appeared right in front of them a remote control in his hand. “Guys!” he said hugging each of the ponies who hugged him back. “Spike! How did you find us?!” Twilight asked. “We finally got a teleporter that’s portable!” Spike said “We can go home now!” Harry, Ron and Hermione’s faces turned to disappointment. “Must you go?” Ron asked. “Sadly, yes.” Rarity said. “But we’ll keep in touch.” Pinkie Pie said “Right?” Twilight chuckled “We’ll try.” “Well” Harry said shaking Twilight's hoof “It was nice knowing all of you.” “Us as well.” Fluttershy said. The ponies then grabbed Spike’s hands and teleported away. Harry, Ron and Hermione the looked to the forest and mountains beyond and held each other’s hand. Nothing would ever be the same. //////////////////// 19 years had passed since the battle of Hogwarts. The wizarding world was going through a time of peace. During that time, Astoria, Draco, Ron, Hermione, Harry and Ginny had all wed their respective lovers. Bellatrix had married a Muggle named Dom Philips and Lily and Severus had finally wed. The Malfoy’s were allowed to live in peace. Herod, Catalonia and Mayu had taken jobs as professors at Hogwarts. At Kings Cross, they were all seeing their children or grand-children off to Hogwarts. Harry leaned down to his son who had a suitcase. “Isaac Severus Potter” Harry said “you be good now, okay?” Isaac nodded. “Papa?” he asked “Will I be a professor like grandfather?” Harry smiled. “Maybe.” Isaac then got on the train with Ron and Hermione and Draco and Astoria’s children. Hermione walked up to Harry. “A fine young man.” Hermione said. “Yes he is.” Ginny said. The train then whistled and began to move. The children and adults waved goodbye to one another some with tears in their eyes. Harry, Ron and Hermione smiled. They knew their children would be safe. It has come to my attention that earlier today, Harry Potter was sighted here in this castle.” Snape said “Now, should anyone…student or staff attempt to aid Mr. Potter…they will be punished in a manner consistent of their transgression. Furthermore, any person found to have knowledge of these events who fails to come forward will be treated as equally guilty.” he then began to walk down the row of silent people “Now then, if anyone here has any knowledge of Mr. Potter’s movements this evening…I invite them to step forward. Now.” Nothing happened. Suddenly Harry stepped forward from the crowd which caused some to gasp. “It seems, despite your precautions, you have a bit of a security problem headmaster.” he said. With that, Ron, Hermione, the ponies, Madeline, Jennifer, John, Kingsley Shacklebolt, Tonks, Lupin, Remus, Fred and George Weasley, Rosie Karenina, Catalonia Phoenix, Aberforth Dumbledore and Wilson Samara walked in. “How dare you stand where he stood?!” Harry continued “Tell them! Tell everyone! Tell them how it happened that night! How you looked him in the eye, a man who trusted you, and killed him!” Snape pulled out his wand. The students and staff backed against the wall but Minerva McGonagall pushed Harry out of the way. Minerva and Snape stared at one another then Minerva fired fire spells but Snape dodged all of them. Mayu took this opportunity to escape in a plume of smoke. She shattered the window and as Snape dodged Minerva’s last fire spell he followed after Mayu in his own plume of smoke. Everyone cheered happily and clapped as Minerva walked to Harry. “I presume you have a reason for returning Potter, what is it you need?” she asked. “Time, professor.” Harry said “As much as you can give me.” “Do what you have to do.” Minerva said “I’ll secure the castle.” Harry turned to walk away. “Potter.” Minerva said. Harry turned to her. “It’s good to see you.” Minerva said. Harry smiled. “You too, professor.” he then walked up to Neville “Hold the fort down, Neville.” “Aye.” Neville said. ///////////////////// Students chattered to each other as they ran up and down the stairs. Harry ran up them. “Harry!” Ron yelled. Harry nodded. “Well, Hermione and I think we know where we might find one.” Ron continued. “Okay, but take this.” Harry said handing them a map of Hogwarts “So you can find me when you get back.” “Where are you going?” Hermione asked. “To look for the diadem!” Harry responded walking up the stairs. Minerva turned and recited a spell. Suddenly the statues around Hogwarts fell from their places and became alive. They then began marching towards the main bridge. “Hogwarts is threatened!” she ordered “Man the boundaries! Protect us! Do your duty to our school!” The statues walked across the courtyard and to the bridge. Madeline stood completely astonished. “I’ve always wanted to use that spell.” Minerva laughed. “I-I can see that.” Madeline said still astonished. ///////////////////// Fillius Flitwick joined is fellow professors in the courtyard. They held their wands up high and began reciting spells. Twilight and Rarity nodded to each other and held their heads up and magic flew out of their horns and joined the wizards magic. They were creating a shield. The shield formed in no time and encompassed the entirety of Hogwarts (which was at least the size of a small town). Everyone then got to their positions and waited for the impending battle. ///////////////////// Harry ran up the empty staircase of the tower. Luna Lovegood was not far behind. “Harry!” she called out “Wait! She led through a door to a walkway that overlooked the side of Hogwarts. “I think it’s best you talk alone.” she said walking away “She’s very shy.” Harry walked through the courtyard then found a secluded part of it. The ghost of Helena Ravenclaw turned to see him. He blinked to make sure he wasn’t taking drugs. “The Grey Lady.” Harry said “The ghost of Ravenclaw tower?” “I do not answer to that name.” Helena said flying away to another corner. “I’m sorry! It’s Helena, isn’t it?” Harry asked “Helena Ravenclaw.” “Are you a friend of Luna’s?” Helena asked. “Yes.” Harry replied “She thought you might be able to help me.” “You seek my mother’s diadem.” Helena said. “Yeah.” Harry said. “Luna is kind. Unlike so many of the others.” Helena said “But she was wrong. I cannot help you.” She then flew to the window and gazed at the sky. “No! Wait! Please!” Harry yelled as he ran after her “I want to destroy it!” Helena’s face turned to concern. ///////////////////// Voldemort stared over the cliff ledge, Bellatrix at his right side, Chrysalis to his left. His vast army of Death Eaters stood behind him. They were 2,000 strong with Chrysalis and her 200 Changelings. He smiled wickedly. He chuckled as he gazed upon the school. “They never learn.” he said “Such a pity.” “My lord” Jack said “Shouldn’t we wait?” Voldemort turned and stared at the man and nodded to Herod who shot Jack in the head killing him. Voldemort then turned his attention to his target. “Begin.” he ordered. The Death Eaters raised their wands and beams of magic flew out towards the school like missiles. Chrysalis and her Changelings did the same. The beams of magic flew towards Hogwarts and hit the shield with a sound like lightning and thunder. As the besieging continued, Herod gulped nervously. Oh, dear Catalonia, please be safe. he thought. ///////////////////// Inside the shield the sounds of the magic hitting the shield sounded like muffled explosions. “Helena, you want to destroy it too. Don’t you?” Harry asked. “My mother swore to destroy it many years ago.” Helena said “A strange boy with a strange name.” “Tom Riddle.” Harry said. “But he lied.” Helena said. “He’s lied to many people.” Harry said. “I KNOW WHAT HE’S DONE!!!” Helena roared “I KNOW WHO HE IS!!! HE DIFFILED IT!!! WITH DARK MAGIC!!!” Harry jumped back and gulped. Helena gasped as she realized what she did and turned her back to Harry and she cried softly. “I-I didn’t mean to yell at you.” Helena said. “It’s alright.” Harry said as he walked up to her “But I can destroy it. Once and for all. But only if you tell me where it is. Tell me where he hid it. Please.” Helena turned to Harry. “It’s here. In the castle.” she said softly “Where everything is hidden. He then turned and began to ran but then stopped at the door and turned to Ravenclaw. “Be safe, Potter.” she said. “You too.” Harry said. He then ran off and Helena smiled and vanished away. ///////////////////// Kingsley Shacklebolt and Remus walked through the rigidity bridge in the south tower followed by Dean Thomas. “Dean, tell professor McGonagall me and Remus will handle this side of the castle.” Kingsley said Dean nodded and began to walk away. Kingsley noticed the explosions on the shield. “Hey Dean!” he said “Tell professor McGonagall we might need some more wands on this side or some of that Madeline lady’s Muggle weapons.” Dean nodded and walked away. ///////////////////// George and Fred looked at the exploding magic around them. “You okay, Freddie?” George asked. “Yeah.” Fred replied. The two then began to walk in. ///////////////////// The Quidditch Arena burned down and blazed with fire. You could see it even behind from the trees that lead to the back wooden bridge of Hogwarts. The bridge hung over a vast valley nearby the lake. It was almost the mile long. On it, near the edge stood Neville. He then heard the sound of yelling and looked towards the end of the bridge. Scabior and his entire army of Snatchers (which were 300 in number) ran towards the bridge yelling as they did. Three Snatchers ran right into the shield and were disintegrated. Scabior and the other 298 Snatchers stopped running and stood where they were. Neville laughed. “Sucks to be you, eh?!” Scabior growled at Neville, hatred in his eyes.
