An odd disease is creeping across Equestria, leaving comatose ponies scattered across the land without their cutie marks. When one of the Elements of Harmony is hit by the disease, the land slowly loses hope. A band of blank flanks rush to find the cause with the aid of Spike and anyone else safe from the disease, but with much of the adult population comatose and the rest soon to follow

Meanwhile, Twilight Sparkle awakens in a strange and unfamiliar world…

PLEASE NOTE: The tags are actually a bit deceptive. Part of this will be sad at times (i.e. loved ones falling comatose, ponies disappearing from existence), but the other part will be an adventurous story with moments of Pinkie Pie shenanigans.
