On the week of Hearth's Warming, an innocent event causes Luna to question her worth as a princess. Bored with her "modern" role in Canterlot and seeking validation as a ruler, she longs for adventure outside of the city. In coincidental timing to her self-reflection, rumors begin to spread of a lost treasure responsible for the founding of Equestria. A treasure imbued with the power to make Equestria stand strong for another thousand years, or destroy it overnight.

In search of recognition and glory, Luna and company decide to find and return the treasure safely to Canterlot. But will Luna's earnest ambition hold true? Or will the saying, "the road to Tartarus is paved with good intentions," hold truer?

Only one thing is certain: in politics, it is necessary to get behind someone before you can stab them in the back!
