The Struggle To Fly Again

"It-It-It It was Derpy, Rainbow" Applejack said looking at the floor "Derpy... The mailpony?" Rainbow asked curious "Yeah" "Bring her here. Tomorrow" Rainbow's voice took a dark turn "Umm, Why?" Applejack was now a bit scared "I have something to settle with her" and with that Rainbow turned to put her back to Applejack, and went to sleep.

"So, why does miss strong apple pony want Derpy to come with her?" Derpy asked "ah told y'all, its a secret!" AJ snapped "Oh, okay" "Right now y'all follow me" AJ turned and walked towards Ponyville Hospital and Derpy followed, as they got through the door of Rainbow Dash's room AJ escorted Derpy to a seat next to Rainbow "Applejack could you give us a moment. Alone?" Rainbow asked careful of how she asked "oh uh, sure, bye Derpy" AJ left the room and sat in the cafe down the hall...

"Now Derpy, i hear you were the cause of my little accident?" Rainbow gestured to her wings "Oh Derpy is so sorry Derpy was just jumping on jumpy cloud when yellow line come out of it and hit Miss speedy pony" Derpy said feeling a little guilty, Rainbow sighed - she couldn't get mad at Derpy, it wasn't her fault - but at the same time it was "Okay, Derpy i know you're sorry but i might never fly again, and-and i cant live with that!" Both Rainbow's and Derpy's eyes were welling up with tears now Derpy hated being yelled at "Derpy is sorry! Derpy will help you! Derpy will be there for Miss speedy pony! Derpy promise!" Derpy was now full-on crying "Wow, wow, wow, Derpy calm down!" Rainbow was panicking she had never had to deal with this before "Derpy need's hug... Will Miss speedy pony give Derpy a hug?" Derpy wiped her nose with her fore hoof and flung her arms round Rainbow who was quite surprised by this, once her brain processed what was going on she hugged back.

Wow... Derpy give's great hug's... Even when it's to make her feel better Dash thought

Once Rainbow pulled any form Derpy she asked"Okay Derpy, lets make a deal you give me hug's when im sad and i'll give you hugs when you're sad... Okay?" Derpy nodded "Derpy likes that idea" Derpy was happier now and the usual sparkle in her eyes returned, "Wow..." Rainbow mutters looking deep in Derpy's eyes "What?" Derpy asked wondering if she had something on her face "Hm?... Oh nothing, its just... You're eye's" Rainbow said now aware of what she was doing "What about Derpy's eye's... Is it that sone is up and one is down? that's mean!" Derpy said to  Rainbow "No, its not that it's just... I never noticed before but they, well, sorta... Sparkle" Rainbow Dash was getting nervous was she really attracted to Derpy? her question was awnserd when Derpy when for another hug, but Rainbow pulled her in close and their lip's locked in a kiss...
