Scoots has a secret. no pony knows about it, and she assumes no pony cares. when a dramatic fight on the playground occurs, she takes a step in the direction, that she thinks, will make all the problems and worries go away..

" Hey, Scoots, it's getting dark. We should head home now." Observed Apple Bloom.

" Yea, Rarity doesn't want me out in the dark." Replied Sweetie Belle.

" You guys go ahead, I can catch up." Stammered Scootaloo.

" Ok!" Both fillies trotted out of the club house, leaving Scootaloo behind.

Scoots sighed. Those to were so lucky. They had homes, loving families, and big sisters to look up to. She had... Nothing. Only a worn out scooter, a rusty helmet, and a old cardboard box to sleep in. No pony knew about her situation, and she assumed no pony cared, ether. The teasing at school wasn't helping at all, and only made thing worse. Most of her meals came from he garbage, and some from sugar cube corner. Many she should just end it... It could be so easy...

'But I can't' she thought to herself. Scoots hoped that everything would turn out ok. All she had to do was hang on.

Scootaloo cantered out of the club house and made way to her scooter. She strapped her helmet on, and fluttered her wings to move forward. The streets were filled with darkness, and were long ago emptied. Scootaloo made her way into the dark ally with a cardboard box, and crawled into it. Slowly, ahe drifted into a dreamless sleep....

" That's it! I can't take it anymore!" A upset and hurt Scootaloo shrieked. Scootaloo ran from the playground with tears, and a little blood, dripping down her face. She ran to her ally and created inside if her cardboard box,and took out a piece of paper and scribbled down:

I can't take it anymore. I can't take the teasing, and he insults. It's time you guys knew the truth. When I was three, my dad lost his job at the Rainbow Factory. He became a drunk brute, and when I was five, beat my mom yo death in front of my own eyes. It was horrifying. He constantly made death threats and beat me close to death a couple of times. Scared and confused, I ran away when I was seven years old. I was always homeless, and scavenged for my food. Then I met you guys.

You guys are the best! Don't forget that, and don't let Diamond Tiara knock you down. You each individually have more talent then all of Pony Ville combined. Sweetie Belle, your voice is the prettiest thing I ever herd! Apple Bloom, you are amazing at art and painting! You guys never forget that. Ever. Il see you in heaven.

Scoots hoped on her scooter and zoomed away. She went to the crusader club house. She had been there almost everyday, and knew the path by heart. She was sad that his would be the last time she traveled on that path. When she got there, she put the note on the CMC table, and dashed of.

Scootaloo had arrived at the tallest cliff in Ponyville. She looked below, and saw only darkness, just darkness. The perfect place for the job. She thought, before she jumped, all about the ponies who had influenced her life in a good way: Rainbow dash, her mom, Apple Bloom, Sweetie belle,the names could just go on. She made her way to the edge, and leaped, into the cold, everlasting, welcoming, darkness..
