So a new pony, Rune, moves to Ponyville and decides to hit the club, trying to lift his depression and lonlieness. After a little bit of partying by himself, he hits the bar and starts drinking some alchoholic cider. He is getting a little dizzy when Vinyl Scratch hops onto the seat next to him, tired of DJ-ing all night. She orders a couple drinks and starts talking to Rune. They get to know eachother a lot and the next thing Rune knows, he wakes up in his home with Scratch asleep in his bed!

"You will be moved to Ponyville due to the lack of payments on your bills and you are unemployed." Celestia said in The Royal voice. "But its not my fault the school sucked in paymen-" "Quiet! You will be moved to Ponyville and you will work at Sweet Apple Achres with a mare named Applejack. I will supply you with gold until you can get back on your hooves." Celestia squinted "Now pack up your belongings and be on your way"

Rune turned away from Celstia after a curt bow and looked at the royal guard. They made no expression, they didn't even blink as they moved out of Rune's way. Rune hung his head as he walked to his run-down old apartment to gather his stuff. After a few hours of packing, he loaded all his stuff in a carriage as Celestia approached him. Celestia handed Rune a bag of gold. "This will be your allowance for every week. There is 50 gold pieces in each payment. You should get moving if you want to get to Sweet Apple Achres on time." Rune climbed on the first step of the carriage and looked across Cantrelot, his grey coat slightly moving from the wind.

The carriage softly landed in Ponyville and Rune climbed out with his luggage. The carriage softly floated away, as his new life began. A small, pink pony bounced up to him. "Hi! I'm Pinkemena Diane Pie! But you can call me Pinkie Pie!" and at that, she bounded away, smiling at everypony she came across. Rune was a little dazed at how fast the ony talked. Runes favorite necklace was uneven, so he had to straighten it out, remembering how his ex-girlfrend gave it to him as a present 1 year ago. It was the shape of a needle and thread, signaling his ex-girlfriend's cutie mark.

After a few days, Rune finally settled into his cozy house, right outside Sugar Cube Corner. Rune felt a little depressed at how his life was going, so he decided to go to a club that was playing that night. He saw a flier of it as he was buying bread. 'Best club in town! Join DJ-Pon3 as she lays some sick wubz at the Cool Club!' is what the flier had said. Rune put his favorite necklace on and headed to the club.

When Rune stepped outside his house, he could almost instantly hear all the bass drops from the club, not too far away. Rune made his way into the club, looking at the interior. The walls were pitch black with strobe lights everywhere and a pony at the soundboard, playing the rather awesome dubstep. Rune sat at the bar and asked for some alchoholic cider, and after 3 or 4 glasses, he was a little bit tipsy and didn't notice a white mare sitting next to him.
