Chapter 1:To Assemble A Team

“Ugh. Where am I?” the groggy being looked up at the sky. This wasn’t the jail cell he was just in, it was a sandy desert. “Hello?” He got up, and took a look around. There was nopony in sight.
He reached for his head grumbling “Why do I feel so diff-” He stopped as he felt what was on his forehead. It was not his normal hoof that he was used to, and in fact this felt like a claw on his forehead. Only it wasn’t sharp.
He looked at his new hands in total awe. And then he freaked out.
“AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
“Greetings Coin.” A bone chilling voice said.
“Who is there?” Coin demanded, “And what is the meaning of this!”
“Do not be alarmed. I am simply here to bring a gift.”
“What kind of gift?”
“Tell me.” The voice started. “What do you know about Windigo’s?”
“You actually believe that stupid crap?” Coin laughed a bit.
“They are real. But they’ve never acted on their own.” Coin noticed the voice was coming from a nearby small pond.
Coin used his new legs to approach it. He soon realised that the pond was was frozen, and reached out to touch it.
“DO NOT TOUCH IT!” The voice yelled.
Sand blew over the frozen pond, before freezing up and shattering into a million invisible pieces.
“How can this be in this heat?” Coin said.
“With this...”
As dark smoke flowed over the pond it revealed a staff, before vanishing.
“What is it?” Coin asked.
“It is the Windigo staff. With it you may control the bitter cold.”
“Psh! It’s probably just some trick.” Coin said before he walked away.
“With it you can get back at the Muffin Mare.” With that Coin came to a halt.
Coin turned around looking utterly pissed after hearing that name “How do you know about her?”
“I know allot more than you think I do. Now grab the staff.”
Moments passed as Coin considered the power he could get.
“Fine.” Coin grabbed the staff and felt a rush of cold air in him.
His skin started turning blue, and he felt colder than ice. But it was soothing, like this was meant to be.
“I can help you kill her! That is, if you trust me.” A cloud of dark smoke appeared.
Coins breath could be seen. He let out a bone chilling scream.
“Who could stop me now?” The smoke cloud whispered and then bursted out into a traditional villain laugh of, “MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No one can stop us now!”
"Are you trying to sound menacing because you're really not."
"SHUT UP!"

Music was heard all across Ponyville. Residents came out to see what was the loud noise all about.
“Thank you everybody! That was Angels by Owl City!” Ross Pit: Shark Hunter shouted to an audience of either cheering or pissed off ponies.
“Should we finish this thing off?” A pony by the name of Red Rage who was covered in a red suit with white eyes and some black asked.
“Yep!” A guitar wielding pony with blue fur, sunglasses, and a hat who was known by the name Ross Pit: Shark Hunter shouted. “Alright everypony! It’s time for my finishing song! My favorite song ever! Put your hooves together for! Well lets just say it’s from R.E.M.”
Red Rage hit the drums and Ross Pit sang “That's great, it starts with an earthquake, birds and snakes-” police ponies tackled Ross and Red Rage, cutting them off.

“I should have known it was you Ross. By the way who’s your friend?” The police chief asked.
“Oh, this is Red Rage.” Ross Pit introduced them. "Red Rage this is Sir Chief."
Red Rage and sir chief shook hoofs.
“Ross this has gone to far. I’m afraid i’m going to have to put you and your friend in jail. Take off the mask Red.” Sir chief said reaching forward.
“I’m afraid you shouldn't do that.” Red Rage spoke.
“And why not?” Sir Chief asked reaching to take Red’s mask off.
But Sir Chief was greeted with a twist to the hoof by Red Rage who then proceeded to jumped over the table with a front flip and twisted Sir Chiefs arm the other way and then getting the arm pulled behind his back giving Red Rage enough time to pull out one of his knives and stick it up against Sir Chiefs neck.
“What is the meaning of this!” The chief screamed struggling.
“Ya see.” Ross started “What if I told you that we were creating a team of super powered ponies from other dimensions?” Ross had a serious look on his face. And that's new for Ross Pit: shark hunter.
"What the hell are you talking about?" Sir Chief asked.
"Well ya see. There are different dimensions with Ponies in them. Almost all of them have a hero." Ross calmly smiled "For instance. This dimension has a little hero named The Muffin Mare."
"YOU’RE CRAZY!" Chief shouted
"That is so true!"
"Wait, did you say the Muffin Mare?" Asked Sir Chief

"Dinky I'm home!" Derpy Hooves shouted closing the door behind her.
Derpy put her mailbag down on the floor walking into the living room where Dinky would normally be drawing. But she couldn't find any trace of her sister(before you give me hate comments or leave note it was not my fault that Dinky is Derpy's sister. Blame "prosdkr". Great guy though. Read his/her stories their pretty good).
Derpy quickly reacted by shooting sticky muffin mix from her Hooves at the pony, attempting to stick him to the wall.
The pony had different plans and took out a knife, cut the muffin mix in two.
"What are you doing here and who are you?" Derpy asked quickly getting into a fighting stance.
"I have come to ask you a question. And have you considered the irony of asking another one’s identity when you yourself wear a mask, Muffin Mare?" The pony quickly came into the light, to reveal that it is Red Rage.
"Ok why are you here? And how did you know that I was Muffin Mare?" Derpy slowly got out of her fighting pose.
"This dimension is going into hell. A frozen hell If you will."
"How do you know?"
"I'm from the future." Said Red Rage putting away his knife he had so recently taken out.
Derpy quickly shot more muffin mix which Red just dodged.
"I'm serious here. Remember your old foe Coin?"
"How could I forget?" Derpy said then pondered for a second. “Oh yeah that’s how.”
"He has been turned into a human and has a staff that can control cold and summon Windigo's."
"You’re crazy." Derpy tried to shoot her webs again, but was blocked.
"Listen if you don't do this then your sister will die." Red said.
Derpy gasped and again shot muffin mix, this time hitting Red, throwing him against the wall.
Derpy ran up to him pushing his head against the wall with a hoof and pulled the other one back ready to punch his face in. "Don't you dare!" She shouted.
"I wouldn't even look at her funny. Mostly because you can't really see my face. But still." He said in fear of his head getting smashed in.
"Fine." Derpy said tearing the Muffin mix off him and the wall. "So why are you here?"
"So I'm here to ask you to join a team."

"You sure this will work?" Ross asked Red Rage.
"Of course it will!" Red Rage said smacking Ross upside the head and then got back to work on a machine.
They waited a few minutes Red continued to work and Ross decided to try and make a conversation "You know there's a princess coronation thingy going on in Canterlot."
"What about it?"
"Well I was just wondering if you wanted to go?"
"And this should be done, NOW!" Red Rage shouted and turned the machine on.
To Ross's surprise a portal to a different dimension opened up.
"Woah!" Ross starred at the portal.
"Now then. which one of us will go first?" Red Rage said with a cocky smirk under his mask.

Ohai audience. this story probably won't be a great story. It won't even involve some well known pony heroes. And just so you know. I will reply to all hate comments with rage. You have been warned.
