His companion looked at him like he was nuts but it was to be expected for this has been the 5th time this person has traveled to another planet. "Very interesting planet Doc. Thought I would like it better if you'd take me somewhere they won't try to kill me." Shadow said with slite hints of distain in his tone. Doc got the hint but he ignored the tone and began thinking of another planet. Shadow turned to sit when all of a sudden the TARDIS began to flash red lights and sound an alarm. The Doctor looked at Shadow to see if he touched anything. Shadow looked around and saw a monitor giving waves of rainbowic colors. "Ummm.... Doctor?! What does that mean?" Shadow said with urgency and the Doctor rushed over to look at the screen. "That my friend is a brilliant question... Why don't we find out?" Doctor replied with a crazy grin looking at Shadow. "Want to find out?" He asked again. Shadow stopped and thought for a moment. "Wait Doc didn't you say never to fly into that stuff? Why would we want to? That is the rainbow timey whimie stuff right?" Doctor paused for a moment and thought looking stumped. He obviously came to a quick conclusion because his eyes seemed to light up. " I don't think we have much of a choice." The Doctor said grabbing hold of the TARDIS's center control panel bracing for impact. Shadow looked confused then grabbed hold of the panel as well and braced for what was happening. "Ow... My head that really hurt!" Shadow rolled on the ground for a moment before he felt a bit strange. He looked around but saw no sign of the Doctor. " Now where did he wonder off to?" Shadow hears a flapping of wings and looks behind him to see he has a jet black coat and a set of wings. "Doctor!!! Why the hell do I have wings!?" He looks around his eyes darting to every part of the room looking for him. Untill he hears a painful groan coming from not to far away on the other side of the panel where he couldn't see. "Doctor?" Shadow rises and manges to walk his way over with his newly found hooves. "That is the last time I loosen my grip on anything." Doctor looked up to a pony looking down at him. "Oh hello what are you?" Completely ignoring the shocked look on the Pegasus's face. "Wait Shadow is that you?" The Pegasus nodded slowly in response still unsure what to make of the current situation he looked at himself to find he to is now a pony. "Chesnut not bad... But still not ginger blast!" "Honestly Doctor is that all you can think about! We got sucked into the rainbow timey whimie stuff and now I'm a Pegasus and ur a pony... Doesn't that bother you?" Shadow has a very irritated tone as he says this clearly not liking the change. "Nope not in the slightest! Actually this is fascinating! I've never been a pony before!" Doctor got up and stretched and made his way to the door. "I'm going to take quick look outside now." Doctor opens the door to find the Everfree forest staring him in the face. He trots outside already accustomed to his hooves. Shadow lets out a deep sigh before grabbing his toothbrush, some tooth paste, a lighter, and a make-shift homemade pocket knife into a bag and carried it in his mouth following the Doctor as he walked out closing the door behind him. After about 5 minutes they reached the edge of the forest. There was a clearing and they both saw a town in the distance. "What did you bring that for?" Doctor looked quizzically at the bag that Shadow had in his mouth. Shadow rolled his eyes and put the bag down to speak. "Doc remember how we got locked up on mars? I don't want that to happen again but if it does I'm prepared." With that said he picks the bag back up in his mouth and waits for the doctor to respond. The doctor gives him a blank look and nods. "Alright I guess you right. If something does happen you'll have something. But why a lighter?" Shadow gave him an ask me later glare and started off towards town. Doctor followed closely until they stood just outside the town."Well not to shabby if I do say so." Shadow nods silently in agreement he would say something normally but given his situation and the bag of his stuff in clutched in his mouth. "Where to start?" The two of them walk into the bustling little town full of activity and laughter. It was all going fine till a pink pony with poofy pink hair made a large gasp and ran off in a hurry. This made Doctor and Shadow look at each other with confused faces then looked forward and kept walking. "There certainly a lot to see here isn't there?" Doctor was looking around as Shadow made a "mhm." Eventually after looking at the scenery for a few hours it was starting to get late. Doctor turned a corner and that was a big mistake because as soon as he did a confetti cannon went off showering confetti everywhere. "Surprize!" the look on Doctor's face was so priceless Shadow fell on the ground bursting with laughter. Thus dropping the bag with his things. Doctor shook off the shocked expression and with a smile introduced himself. "Hello my name is Timeturner." Author's Note I know it is early to start a new story but given my other was kinda a lame one I figured what the heck The Party"Hi my name is Pinkie Pie! And I threw this party for you two." She said full of energy. Shadow stands up and pulls his bag of things toward himself. "I'm um..." looks at his black coat and strong wings. "I'm DarkDash. It's nice to meet you PinkiePie. Oh and was the confetti cannon necessary even if it was fun?" "Of course it was necessary! What kinda of party would it be without confetti?!" Pinkie smiled hugely with enthusiasm. "Come on lets introduce you to some of the others. Oh! Timeturner you have the same cutie mark as Colgate!" "Who?" DarkDash and Timeturner say at the same time. "Colgate she has an hourglass as her cutie mark as well! Come on I'll introduce you!" PinkiePie walked over to Minuitte otherwise know as Colgate and began introductions so fast DarjDash lost her at "this is..." and Timeturner was hasn't much better he lost her at "this..." Colgate seemed to follow because she outstretched her hoof for a hoof shake. Timeturner shakes her hoof once then nudges DarkDash in the arm because he was daydreaming. Dark snapping to attention noticed her hoof and shook it politely then planted his hoof back on the ground. Colgate was suspicious of the small bag Dark had. "If you don't mind me asking what's with the bag?" Dark looked at her as if inspecting her and then replied "I am a traveler and these are a few things I carry around with me." Dark felt a bit guilty about lying to her. Colgate eyed the bag for a while unknowing that Dark was staring right at her questioningly. He was going to say something but decided agenst it and shut his mouth. Timeturner was watching them and drinking some punch. "Tell me PinkiePie do you know of a apartment complex or houses Dark and I could rent or buy?" Pinkie looked at Timeturner with a smile and placed a few papers in front of him. "Here ya go! I figured you would need these sooner or later!" Timeturner looked over the papers deep in thought. "So, Dark where are you staying?" Colgate asked with curiosity. Dark didn't know how to respond to this. He would say the TaRDiS but since Colgate wasn't in on the Timeturners secret so he had to come up with something. "I um... Don't have a place right now. I don't know it depends on what Timeturner has to say." Dark scoffed his hoof across the ground a few times purposely showing uncertainty. " Oh so you two are um... Coltcuddlers?" Colgate's eyes were wide waiting for Dark's responce to her accusation. It took a bit to comprehend what she had just said he shook his head furiously. "No no no no no no! I don't swing that way. Time and I are just traveling buds nothing else." Colgate started laughing at Darks reaction. "No I could tell that you don't swing that way. The over use of no and not getting overprotective about it proves it." Colgate smiled and her teeth gleamed slightly. He smiled showing his pearly whites as well. Dark knew he kept good care of his teeth so he wasn't afraid to show his teeth. "Well someone knows how to take care of his teeth." Colgate said still smiling at Dark. "Well hey if my mouth wasn't clean I wouldn't want to smile and I like smiling as much as um... Anypony else." Dark saw Timeturner motion him over. "Got to go see what Time wants Colgate... I guess I'll see you around." Dark walked over to the Timeturner. "So? What's up?" Author's Note Srry may have spelt Minuette wrong... :( oh and srry so short. But this chapter was suppost to be short. Playing with Fire.Hours after the other ponies left Timeturner and Dark spoke quietly about the house and work arrangement. Unbeknownst to them trouble is about to stir up in ponyville. A metalic pony moved about in the Everfree forest making a loud thump and mechanical noises. "Well Doc what do you think?" Dark said changing the subject of work and house stuff to something new. "Think about what?" Time asked shuffling through the papers in front of him. "How long will it be peaceful here now that, ya know." Dark's question threw the Time's mind through a loop as he thought about it. His face scrunched a bit thinking then came to a conclusion. "I honestly have no idea how long but I do know I will protect them." Dark nodded his head in response to Time's determination. "Now what about this one?" Hoofs over a picture of a house to Dark. Dark inspected the picture closely looking for anything out of the ordinary. "Hey Doc? I think we have a problem." Dark placed the picture down and slid it back over. "Look at the house window." Time looks at the window to see a metalic color in the window. "No it's probably just a lamp or a piece of jewelry." Time said with reassurance. Dark didn't believe him but decided to go along with it. "Alright Doc your call but, I think we are playin with fire as it is." Time looked at him confused and then went back to finding a house. "Here look at this" hoofs over another picture. Dark looks it over and sees a dentist office in the background. Dark thinks about the last trip to the dentist. "Perfect Doc." Dark gives the picture back and sighs. Time gives Dark a questioning look then signs the occupation papers. Slides them over to me with a quill and ink. "Your turn." Dark signs on the dotted line in fancy cursive. Dark slides the documents back to Time. The new house is roomy and comfortable which Dark likes. "Well I like it already." Time looks at Dark funny before speaking. "Not as good as the TaRDiS but it will do." Dark looked at him weird for a moment before he spoke. "Speaking of why aren't we living in the TaRDiS? I mean..." Time cut him off by speaking. "The TaRDiS is too damaged and she's at low power. Plus it would be unfair to you if I made you stay there while I'm fixing her." Dark thought about it and nodded in agreement. Time walked to the bed room and closed the door behind him. With that Dark got on the couch and laid down and fell asleep. Dark awoke with a groan and looked at the clock which read 8:45 A.M. Dark raises from the couch grabs his bag of things and flutters to the bathroom. Dark takes out his toothbrush and begins brushing his teeth after he puts some tooth paste on it. As he is brushing he looks at the toothpaste tube and it reads "Colgate total." Dark smiled laughing on the inside. After brushing for about five minutes he spits. Dark smiles in the mirror and his teeth seemed to shimmer in the light. "Now that is clean." He rinsed his tooth brush out and placed his things back into the bag and placed it in the cabinet. "Now to the dentist office." Dark said as he fluttered over to the door and opened it. "I should leave Doc a note." He said as he scribbled out a note for him. Dark left in the direction of the dentist office. Time woke up and looked at the small alarm clock on the bed side table. It read 9:15 A.M. Time made his way into the living room and found the note and read it out loud. "Doc, I am heading to the dentist office to see if my teeth are okay because my jaw did slam agenst the floor when the TaRDiS crashed I'll try to be back in a few hours. Maybe around 1:00 P.M. Till then be careful Doc. Your fellow traveler, DarkDash (AKA Shadow) Time thought to himself about what to do next. " Well may as well try to fix up the TaRDiS. The sooner the better." Time wrote a small not on the back with the quill and ink Dark left out. Time after writing it he headed to the TaRDiS's location in the Everfree forest closing and locking the door behind him. Author's Note Yeah I'm on a writing spree at the moment I really have not much else to do. She's a bit banged up.(Meanwhile while Dark was at the dentist...) Doctor reached the TaRDiS and trotted over. He remembered that they left the door unlocked so he opened the door and looked inside. It was just how they left it. Clothe of them both on the ground now small enough to fit himself and Dark. Doctor walked over to his clothe and dug though them looking for his sonic screwdriver. Once he found it after a few moment of scavenging he began to fix up the TaRDiS. "You sure got busted up huh? Not to worry though I'm going to fix you up. Make you look good as new!" He began working and fixing the TaRDiS up. A few moments after he fixed the consul he decided to rest a bit. "It sure is peaceful here... Only I think maybe Shadow was right maybe I am playing with fire... After all who knows what that glint in that picture was. Oh well may as well get back to work." He began working once more and used the sonic to fix a few calibration errors. Within a few minutes he picked up the clothing on the floor and placed it on the chair. Doctor began to make himself something to eat when the door to the TaRDiS swung open and 2 ponies entered. He couldn't see who entered but knew as soon as he heard a shout. "DOCTOR we have a BIG problem!" He knew that that was Shadow's voice. Doctor turned the corner and looked at Dark and Colgate. "What is the problem? Also, why did you bring her here?" "Cyberponies!" The Doctor's eyes widened and his pupils shrunk. "What?! This is bad very bad! Now I know why you brought her they attacked the dentist office didn't they?" Dark nodded and Cogate frowned and nodded. "Doc, it was after me." Doctor turned and looked at him questionably. "Why in the world would they want you? Unless... They want something you have what do you have with you?" "Nothing actually I don't have anything on me..." Dark looks around the TaRDiS. "Doc where are my clothes? My be something is in them." Doctor points at a chair where they are resting. Dark trots over and digs in the pockets. Pulling out his wallet, cell phone, dental floss and a key to the TaRDiS as well as his house key. "What the hell could they want? All I have is a few things but... Could it be something in the house? Okay in the bag I carried was um... A pocket knife, a lighter, my toothbrush and toothpaste. I think that is it." "Did it say anything?" Doctor looked at Dark with a serious face. Colgate nodded the same time Dark did. "Yeah it said it wanted to kill me. That is it." Doctor thought for a moment. "There is a possibility it came back from the future but they don't have a time machine. Or any sort of way... Unless they gathered enough raw power they built a portal but the only for them to do that is if... Oh no. Not good. We need to go to another point in time. Before they find the TaRDiS." "Hold it!" Dark and Doctor stop and look at a very confused and angry Colgate. "You expect me to believe this is a time machine and that that cyber thingy is after you?" Dark and the doctor nod. "I'm not buying it." Doctor smiled at Dark and he nodded. "Colgate what was the best day of your life?" Colgate stopped and thought. "When I opened my dental office, why?" "What was the date?" "Oh my name is Screwball by the way and you are?" "My name is DarkDash. Nice to meet you Screwball." Dark sat on one of the seats by the wall as he heard Screwball giggle. Dark gave her a a confused look and it made her burst out laughing for no apparent reason to him. She finally stopped and explained. "So DarkDash you come to see Colgate?" Dark raised an eyebrow quizzically. She burst into laugher again this time falling out of her chair and rolling on the ground. "Umm... She works here? I didn't know that, but I guess I can somewhat trust the dentist now." Screwball got back in her chair and forced herself to stop laughing. "You're a riot DarkDash. You must be really naïve. Last night after she left the party to walk me home she hasn't stopped taking about you." Dark cleared his throat and remained silent. "She said she wanted to get to know you more. Also maybe um..." She starts laughing again. Dark can feel his face heat up slightly until he looks at the clock. After he does the door on the other side of the room opens up. Some dark pink earth pony trots right by and places 50 bits on the table. Then turns around and trots out the door. "Umm... Who was that?" Dark asked screwball turning to her. "Cheerliee the school teacher." Screwball said while at the same putting all the bits into the bottom drawer of the desk and locked it with the key around his neck. "I'm surprised you don't know her. She was at your party last night. Or where you too busy with Colgate to talk with any other pony?" She said teasingly. This remark burned at Darks face. Clearly he was blushing but not hard enough for Screwball to tell threw his black coat. About a minute after Colgate walked out and looked over at Screwball. "Who's next Screwball?" Colgate asked with a big smile. Dark could tell she loved her work. "Hmm... Lets see.." She began looking through the lists. Dark could tell she was messing with her, but he didn't want to ruin a chance to see the shock on Colgate's face. "It's DarkDash." Colgate's face turned beat red. "Hey, don't screw around Screwball! Really who is it." Colgate was blushing. Dark now knew that she wasn't mad and thought about speaking. "I'm not he's over there." Colgate looked over at Dark. Dark did as he was told. "Oh my!" Dark looked up confused he would say 'what' but he didn't want to interrupt her. "These have to be the cleanest teeth I have ever seen besides my own." Colgate removes the tool. " How long was it sence your last visit to the dentist?" "Hmm... I think it was a year and 2 mouths ago." Colgate's jaw dropped. "What?" "That long and your teeth are still that clean?" Dark nodded. "I like to keep my teeth clean I hate it when my mouth feels dirty. So I brush or a leat try to two times a day." "Glad to see someone cares about there teeth." Dark froze up as he hear the sound of machinery movements. He turns his head to the door. Colgate stopped and heard it as well. "What was that?" "Cybermen, there is no mistaking that sound." Colgate looked at Dark with a confused look. "Cyber what?" Colgate was a little weirded out by the serious look on Darks face. "Cyberpony, it is a very dangerous being. Colgate is there a back door?" Dark asked without his eyes leaving the front door. "Yes, but why would we need it?" "There isn't any time to explain. Where is it?" At that moment there was a sound of splitting wood. "Over there." Colgate points at the backdoor behind a moveable desk. "We need to get out of here" dark leaped fro the chair and flew to the desk and moved it out of the way. "Come on Colgate we need to get out of here." Then the door be hind Colgate shattered into pieces as a Cyberpony walked through it destroying the door completely. "Okay!" Colgate charged over to the door and opened it. She ran though it and stopped waiting for Dark. She began to watch for other Cyberponys. "Shadow you will die." As the Cyberpony began to march toward him. Dark clenched his teeth and ran out the door and slammed it behind him. He turned and flew to Colgate. "Okay let's the hell away from here I know somewhere safe for now." Dark began to lead the way to the TaRDiS. "Doc isn't going to be happy about this." Colgate followed as fast as she could, but stopped at the edge of the Everfree forest. "Wait we can't go in there!" Dark shook his head. "Yes we can we are almost to the safe place! Come on!" Colgate thought for a moment. "Okay." Colgate followed Dark to the TaRDiS. "What? The safe place is a blue police box? Are you joking?" "No." Dark opens the door and pushes her in the door. Colgate's jaw dropped. "It's bigger on the inside." Colgate sits looking around shocked. Dark goes in and closes the door. "Who?" DarkDash and Timeturner say at the same time. "Colgate she has an hourglass as her cutie mark as well! Come on I'll introduce you!" PinkiePie walked over to Minuitte otherwise know as Colgate and began introductions so fast DarjDash lost her at "this is..." and Timeturner was hasn't much better he lost her at "this..." Colgate seemed to follow because she outstretched her hoof for a hoof shake. Timeturner shakes her hoof once then nudges DarkDash in the arm because he was daydreaming. Dark snapping to attention noticed her hoof and shook it politely then planted his hoof back on the ground. Colgate was suspicious of the small bag Dark had. "If you don't mind me asking what's with the bag?" Dark looked at her as if inspecting her and then replied "I am a traveler and these are a few things I carry around with me." Dark felt a bit guilty about lying to her. Colgate eyed the bag for a while unknowing that Dark was staring right at her questioningly. He was going to say something but decided agenst it and shut his mouth. Timeturner was watching them and drinking some punch. "Tell me PinkiePie do you know of a apartment complex or houses Dark and I could rent or buy?" Pinkie looked at Timeturner with a smile and placed a few papers in front of him. "Here ya go! I figured you would need these sooner or later!" Timeturner looked over the papers deep in thought. "So, Dark where are you staying?" Colgate asked with curiosity. Dark didn't know how to respond to this. He would say the TaRDiS but since Colgate wasn't in on the Timeturners secret so he had to come up with something. "I um... Don't have a place right now. I don't know it depends on what Timeturner has to say." Dark scoffed his hoof across the ground a few times purposely showing uncertainty. " Oh so you two are um... Coltcuddlers?" Colgate's eyes were wide waiting for Dark's responce to her accusation. It took a bit to comprehend what she had just said he shook his head furiously. "No no no no no no! I don't swing that way. Time and I are just traveling buds nothing else." Colgate started laughing at Darks reaction. "No I could tell that you don't swing that way. The over use of no and not getting overprotective about it proves it." Colgate smiled and her teeth gleamed slightly. He smiled showing his pearly whites as well. Dark knew he kept good care of his teeth so he wasn't afraid to show his teeth. "Well someone knows how to take care of his teeth." Colgate said still smiling at Dark. "Well hey if my mouth wasn't clean I wouldn't want to smile and I like smiling as much as um... Anypony else." Dark saw Timeturner motion him over. "Got to go see what Time wants Colgate... I guess I'll see you around." Dark walked over to the Timeturner. "So? What's up?" Author's Note Srry may have spelt Minuette wrong... :( oh and srry so short. But this chapter was suppost to be short.
Playing with Fire.Hours after the other ponies left Timeturner and Dark spoke quietly about the house and work arrangement. Unbeknownst to them trouble is about to stir up in ponyville. A metalic pony moved about in the Everfree forest making a loud thump and mechanical noises. "Well Doc what do you think?" Dark said changing the subject of work and house stuff to something new. "Think about what?" Time asked shuffling through the papers in front of him. "How long will it be peaceful here now that, ya know." Dark's question threw the Time's mind through a loop as he thought about it. His face scrunched a bit thinking then came to a conclusion. "I honestly have no idea how long but I do know I will protect them." Dark nodded his head in response to Time's determination. "Now what about this one?" Hoofs over a picture of a house to Dark. Dark inspected the picture closely looking for anything out of the ordinary. "Hey Doc? I think we have a problem." Dark placed the picture down and slid it back over. "Look at the house window." Time looks at the window to see a metalic color in the window. "No it's probably just a lamp or a piece of jewelry." Time said with reassurance. Dark didn't believe him but decided to go along with it. "Alright Doc your call but, I think we are playin with fire as it is." Time looked at him confused and then went back to finding a house. "Here look at this" hoofs over another picture. Dark looks it over and sees a dentist office in the background. Dark thinks about the last trip to the dentist. "Perfect Doc." Dark gives the picture back and sighs. Time gives Dark a questioning look then signs the occupation papers. Slides them over to me with a quill and ink. "Your turn." Dark signs on the dotted line in fancy cursive. Dark slides the documents back to Time. The new house is roomy and comfortable which Dark likes. "Well I like it already." Time looks at Dark funny before speaking. "Not as good as the TaRDiS but it will do." Dark looked at him weird for a moment before he spoke. "Speaking of why aren't we living in the TaRDiS? I mean..." Time cut him off by speaking. "The TaRDiS is too damaged and she's at low power. Plus it would be unfair to you if I made you stay there while I'm fixing her." Dark thought about it and nodded in agreement. Time walked to the bed room and closed the door behind him. With that Dark got on the couch and laid down and fell asleep. Dark awoke with a groan and looked at the clock which read 8:45 A.M. Dark raises from the couch grabs his bag of things and flutters to the bathroom. Dark takes out his toothbrush and begins brushing his teeth after he puts some tooth paste on it. As he is brushing he looks at the toothpaste tube and it reads "Colgate total." Dark smiled laughing on the inside. After brushing for about five minutes he spits. Dark smiles in the mirror and his teeth seemed to shimmer in the light. "Now that is clean." He rinsed his tooth brush out and placed his things back into the bag and placed it in the cabinet. "Now to the dentist office." Dark said as he fluttered over to the door and opened it. "I should leave Doc a note." He said as he scribbled out a note for him. Dark left in the direction of the dentist office. Time woke up and looked at the small alarm clock on the bed side table. It read 9:15 A.M. Time made his way into the living room and found the note and read it out loud. "Doc, I am heading to the dentist office to see if my teeth are okay because my jaw did slam agenst the floor when the TaRDiS crashed I'll try to be back in a few hours. Maybe around 1:00 P.M. Till then be careful Doc. Your fellow traveler, DarkDash (AKA Shadow) Time thought to himself about what to do next. " Well may as well try to fix up the TaRDiS. The sooner the better." Time wrote a small not on the back with the quill and ink Dark left out. Time after writing it he headed to the TaRDiS's location in the Everfree forest closing and locking the door behind him. Author's Note Yeah I'm on a writing spree at the moment I really have not much else to do.
She's a bit banged up.(Meanwhile while Dark was at the dentist...) Doctor reached the TaRDiS and trotted over. He remembered that they left the door unlocked so he opened the door and looked inside. It was just how they left it. Clothe of them both on the ground now small enough to fit himself and Dark. Doctor walked over to his clothe and dug though them looking for his sonic screwdriver. Once he found it after a few moment of scavenging he began to fix up the TaRDiS. "You sure got busted up huh? Not to worry though I'm going to fix you up. Make you look good as new!" He began working and fixing the TaRDiS up. A few moments after he fixed the consul he decided to rest a bit. "It sure is peaceful here... Only I think maybe Shadow was right maybe I am playing with fire... After all who knows what that glint in that picture was. Oh well may as well get back to work." He began working once more and used the sonic to fix a few calibration errors. Within a few minutes he picked up the clothing on the floor and placed it on the chair. Doctor began to make himself something to eat when the door to the TaRDiS swung open and 2 ponies entered. He couldn't see who entered but knew as soon as he heard a shout. "DOCTOR we have a BIG problem!" He knew that that was Shadow's voice. Doctor turned the corner and looked at Dark and Colgate. "What is the problem? Also, why did you bring her here?" "Cyberponies!" The Doctor's eyes widened and his pupils shrunk. "What?! This is bad very bad! Now I know why you brought her they attacked the dentist office didn't they?" Dark nodded and Cogate frowned and nodded. "Doc, it was after me." Doctor turned and looked at him questionably. "Why in the world would they want you? Unless... They want something you have what do you have with you?" "Nothing actually I don't have anything on me..." Dark looks around the TaRDiS. "Doc where are my clothes? My be something is in them." Doctor points at a chair where they are resting. Dark trots over and digs in the pockets. Pulling out his wallet, cell phone, dental floss and a key to the TaRDiS as well as his house key. "What the hell could they want? All I have is a few things but... Could it be something in the house? Okay in the bag I carried was um... A pocket knife, a lighter, my toothbrush and toothpaste. I think that is it." "Did it say anything?" Doctor looked at Dark with a serious face. Colgate nodded the same time Dark did. "Yeah it said it wanted to kill me. That is it." Doctor thought for a moment. "There is a possibility it came back from the future but they don't have a time machine. Or any sort of way... Unless they gathered enough raw power they built a portal but the only for them to do that is if... Oh no. Not good. We need to go to another point in time. Before they find the TaRDiS." "Hold it!" Dark and Doctor stop and look at a very confused and angry Colgate. "You expect me to believe this is a time machine and that that cyber thingy is after you?" Dark and the doctor nod. "I'm not buying it." Doctor smiled at Dark and he nodded. "Colgate what was the best day of your life?" Colgate stopped and thought. "When I opened my dental office, why?" "What was the date?" Doctor began pushing buttons and pulling levers. "It was May 7th, 1002 of Celestia's reign." Doctor typed it in and looked at them. "Ready?" Doctor grabbed hold of the consul in front of him. "Colgate grab hold of something!" Dark Grabs hold of the rail around the central control panel. Colgate panicked and lached onto Dark. "I said something not someone!" Doctor pulled the last lever and clutched the consul again. The TaRDiS began to wur and shake uncontrollably. After about 30 seconds or so it stopped. Dark released his grip on the rail. Colgate is clamped onto him her eyes squeezed shut. "Um... Colgate? You can let go now." Her eyes open and she release her grasp. Dark could see her face get really red as she turned to the door. "Doc? Where are we?" "We should be at the exact moment and day Colgate opened her dentistry office." Dark trotted to the door and opened it. "Um Doc it seems as if your um... Calculations where way off. We are um... Well... Look for yourself." Doctor walked over and looked outside and his jaw dropped. "Um... I guess we are um... In the time of 100th year of Celestia's reign. I guess this old girl is a bit more banged up than I thought." "What now?" Dark looked at Colgate and shook his head. "I don't know." A Dentistry Catastrophe!Dark approaches the dentist office which unbeknownst to him is owned by Colgate. Dark walks it to find a small filly as the receptionist. She looks at him and motions him over. Dark trots over to her. "Can I help you? Or do you have an appointment?" "Umm... Actually I want to make an appointment. As soon as possible, if that's alright." "Well lets see..." She began looking at the appointment lists and times. "Well we have an opening in about 15 minutes. Can you wait that long?" Dark nodded at her reply because it has been almost a year since his last appointment. The reason behind that is because he went along with the Doctor. "Oh my name is Screwball by the way and you are?" "My name is DarkDash. Nice to meet you Screwball." Dark sat on one of the seats by the wall as he heard Screwball giggle. Dark gave her a a confused look and it made her burst out laughing for no apparent reason to him. She finally stopped and explained. "So DarkDash you come to see Colgate?" Dark raised an eyebrow quizzically. She burst into laugher again this time falling out of her chair and rolling on the ground. "Umm... She works here? I didn't know that, but I guess I can somewhat trust the dentist now." Screwball got back in her chair and forced herself to stop laughing. "You're a riot DarkDash. You must be really naïve. Last night after she left the party to walk me home she hasn't stopped taking about you." Dark cleared his throat and remained silent. "She said she wanted to get to know you more. Also maybe um..." She starts laughing again. Dark can feel his face heat up slightly until he looks at the clock. After he does the door on the other side of the room opens up. Some dark pink earth pony trots right by and places 50 bits on the table. Then turns around and trots out the door. "Umm... Who was that?" Dark asked screwball turning to her. "Cheerliee the school teacher." Screwball said while at the same putting all the bits into the bottom drawer of the desk and locked it with the key around his neck. "I'm surprised you don't know her. She was at your party last night. Or where you too busy with Colgate to talk with any other pony?" She said teasingly. This remark burned at Darks face. Clearly he was blushing but not hard enough for Screwball to tell threw his black coat. About a minute after Colgate walked out and looked over at Screwball. "Who's next Screwball?" Colgate asked with a big smile. Dark could tell she loved her work. "Hmm... Lets see.." She began looking through the lists. Dark could tell she was messing with her, but he didn't want to ruin a chance to see the shock on Colgate's face. "It's DarkDash." Colgate's face turned beat red. "Hey, don't screw around Screwball! Really who is it." Colgate was blushing. Dark now knew that she wasn't mad and thought about speaking. "I'm not he's over there." Colgate looked over at Dark. Her face got redder as if that was even possible. "Anyway, Colgate I'm taking my break early so see ya later." With that Screwball trotted out the front door to outside. "H-Hi DarkDash. Are you here for an appointment?" Dark nodded and got up. "Well right this way." Colgate opened the door and walked in. Dark followed her through the door and closed it behind him. "Ya know I was kinda shocked when I found out you worked here." Dark got into the dentist chair and waited. Colgate walked over with a with a mirror like thing on a very small rod. "Now say ahh." Dark did as he was told. "Oh my!" Dark looked up confused he would say 'what' but he didn't want to interrupt her. "These have to be the cleanest teeth I have ever seen besides my own." Colgate removes the tool. " How long was it sence your last visit to the dentist?" "Hmm... I think it was a year and 2 mouths ago." Colgate's jaw dropped. "What?" "That long and your teeth are still that clean?" Dark nodded. "I like to keep my teeth clean I hate it when my mouth feels dirty. So I brush or a leat try to two times a day." "Glad to see someone cares about there teeth." Dark froze up as he hear the sound of machinery movements. He turns his head to the door. Colgate stopped and heard it as well. "What was that?" "Cybermen, there is no mistaking that sound." Colgate looked at Dark with a confused look. "Cyber what?" Colgate was a little weirded out by the serious look on Darks face. "Cyberpony, it is a very dangerous being. Colgate is there a back door?" Dark asked without his eyes leaving the front door. "Yes, but why would we need it?" "There isn't any time to explain. Where is it?" At that moment there was a sound of splitting wood. "Over there." Colgate points at the backdoor behind a moveable desk. "We need to get out of here" dark leaped fro the chair and flew to the desk and moved it out of the way. "Come on Colgate we need to get out of here." Then the door be hind Colgate shattered into pieces as a Cyberpony walked through it destroying the door completely. "Okay!" Colgate charged over to the door and opened it. She ran though it and stopped waiting for Dark. She began to watch for other Cyberponys. "Shadow you will die." As the Cyberpony began to march toward him. Dark clenched his teeth and ran out the door and slammed it behind him. He turned and flew to Colgate. "Okay let's the hell away from here I know somewhere safe for now." Dark began to lead the way to the TaRDiS. "Doc isn't going to be happy about this." Colgate followed as fast as she could, but stopped at the edge of the Everfree forest. "Wait we can't go in there!" Dark shook his head. "Yes we can we are almost to the safe place! Come on!" Colgate thought for a moment. "Okay." Colgate followed Dark to the TaRDiS. "What? The safe place is a blue police box? Are you joking?" "No." Dark opens the door and pushes her in the door. Colgate's jaw dropped. "It's bigger on the inside." Colgate sits looking around shocked. Dark goes in and closes the door. "DOCTOR! We have a BIG problem!" Author's Note Here you go guys a little sooner than it thought. The next chapter will be the doctor when Dark is at the dentist.
