Princess Celestia sat in her throne, staring down at her faithful student, who sat nearly quivering on the cold tile below.
Nay, perhaps staring wasn't the proper term. Glaring was too strong. Perhaps looking with disdain? Irregardless, Princess Celestia clearly dominated the room right now, and Twilight couldn't do a thing about it. After an agonizingly long time, Princess Celestia spoke.
"Twilight Sparkle," she said, her voice low and filled with undercurrents of anger. "You have failed me."
Twilight remained glued to the tile, ignoring how cold it felt as it seemed to burn into her hooves. Her eyes, which had been fixed to the ground, ever-so-slowly traveled up towards her teacher. With a voice only describable as filled with terror, she spoke.
"What have I done?" she asked, shaking in her lavender hooves.
"I told you, not three years ago, that I did not require friendship reports daily. And for the next two years, you complied. And then today. Perhaps you felt disloyal, for not sending me a report all this time? Irregardless, casting a spell that caused cutie marks to change with no explanation is purely disappointing."
Twilight nodded, and with a dry gulp, replied in a subtle whisper.
"I am truly sorry, Princess Celestia. P-please don't send me back to magic kindergarten," she said, even quieter than the rest of her hushed sentence. Princess Celestia threw her head back and let out a dramatic and nearly cruel laugh.
"My dear, I would never return you to magic kindergarten. However, a punishment is most certainly in order. Do you digress?"
Twilight shook her head panickedly, and a smirk twisted across Celestia's face.
"Very well then. You will follow me," she said with another smirk, then slowly rose from her throne and walked across the floor. Her hooves caused a 'clip-clop,' each one distinctly separate. Twilight shook herself from her worried stupor and began to follow, keeping her head down and her eyes on the Princess' golden-shoed hind hooves. After descending a single staircase and ascending a painstakingly long one, they arrived.
"P-princess? Why are we in our old classroom?" squeaked Twilight, cowering in front of her teacher. She had never seen her like this, let alone been at the receiving end of her anger.
"We are in my classroom because you need a punishment. Because your infraction was done in relation to school, I believe a punishment related to school is equally fitting, correct?" Celestia seemed to be honestly acting, her facade of anger and excessive power vanished for a moment. Twilight froze, then, with a sudden realization, nodded.
"I-it is, Princess."
"Very well then. Do you recall how I punish naughty students?"
Twilight nodded, with a gulp.
"And how is that?"

"Very well, my faithful student. We shall begin shortly. For now, do take a seat." The Princess clip-clopped out of the room, leaving Twilight Sparkle alone to ponder. A memory flashed through her mind, and she shuddered.

Twilight had been lucky, or perhaps inconvenient enough to receive a spot in the second row, where she sat on one of the many auditorium benches. The Princess was standing behind a large armchair, her golden magic holding a solemn wooden paddle within its snaking grasp. As the Princess turned it so the audience could see, Twilight realized new holes had been drilled in, causing excessive pain. The Princess cleared her throat, and the room fell silent.
"Class of Princess Celestia's School for Magically Gifted Unicorns, you are gathered here to witness the punishment of a second-year filly, Lily Blossom. Lily Blossom, perhaps you'd care to tell us why you are here?"
Lily was clearly nervous, and she let out an unintelligible whisper. Princess Celestia whispered something into the trembling filly's ear, and Lily's eyes opened further. With a nervous nod, she turned her head towards the audience.
"My hooves are bound and my tail is up in preparation for a punishment because I... I cheated on my final exams, stole pencils from Miss Ivory Swirl, and took candy from Secretary Ink Blotch." The filly gulped, and Princess Celestia nodded approvingly.
"That is correct. Shall we begin?" Lily nodded, and Princess Celestia lifted the paddle silently, then brought it down with a 'whoosh' of air flying through the drilled holes. It landed with a solid and loud smack across the filly's backside, and the filly let out a loud squeal. A few members of the audience laughed, but when the Princess looked up, it fell silent.
"P-please stop!" begged Lily Blossom after the third swat, and Princess Celestia chuckled.
"That was not an approved statement. As I recall, you were only to say 'I am a naughty filly' between each spanking. I believe I'll have to begin again." Lily let a tear fall from her trembling face to the wooden stage floor, and Princess Celestia brought the paddle down on the filly's small cheeks once again.
"I am a naughty filly," cried Lily Blossom, letting all her pain go into the exclamation.
Several swats later, the Princess had finished and left. Twilight stared at her mentor with pure fear, and made a vow. She would never be punished like that.

Twilight shuddered at the memory, and moments later the Princess re-entered the chambers. Her anger was absent from her face, and she held a solid paddle within her magic.
"Twilight, do you remember the safe word?" asked Princess Celestia solemnly, and Twilight nodded, feeling excitement quiver between her legs. She wasn't being punished; she was being pleasured. She somberly walked over to the large chair, and positioned herself to be bent over the arm. What if I brought it down... here?" asked the Princess, this time smacking the belt forcefully on Twilight's clitoris.

She gave her body a once-over, then began to wiggle through the open window, intentionally kicking the bell that had been placed near the window as a subtle make-shift alarm. She froze as it rang through the house, only comforted slightly by the reminder that Sweetie Belle should be back at the farm for a Cutie Mark Crusaders' Sleepover-ers experiment. Before she could hesitate too long, Rarity spun around in a black swivel chair to face Applejack, dressed in a tight nightie and wearing tall black socks. Applejack felt a pulse between her legs, and a hint of moisture grow, but she ignored it. She pretended to look shock, then afraid.
"Ah'm sorry ma'am. Ah'll just be movin' along, as it were," she said smoothly, beginning to walk towards the door. As per the script she had figured would apply to the scene, Rarity magically clicked the door shut.
"Now darling, I believe you've made a mistake. You seem to have stumbled into one of Ponyville's police officer's homes." Applejack swallowed a gulp, and crossed her hindlegs behind her.
"Mah apologies once again ma'am. May ah be on my way?"
"I don't think you understand. Burglary, or even attempted burglary, is strictly illegal here in Equestria. And those who break the law deserve some punishment, do they not?"
Applejack's eyes widened, and she nodded hesitantly. The minute her nod had bobbed back up, her hooves were cuffed together and she was hovering just above the floor with a magical blue glimmer. She saw Rarity grunt, and a bead of sweat form along her neck.
"Ma'am, ah'll walk. No need usin' extra force," she said softly, and Rarity shot her a grateful smile before letting Applejack glide gently to the floor.
"You will still come with me," said Rarity sharply, and Applejack nodded with an eager shudder before following Rarity down the seldom-used steps towards the basement. When she arrived, she couldn't help but let out a startled gasp.
The basement had been magically redone, now reflecting a very, very sexy prison. A single cell was located in the center of the room, the bars just far apart enough for somepony to reach a crop through. Applejack was lifted magically once again, only briefly, before being set in the cell. Rarity shot her a worried glance, but Applejack simply gave her a confident nod. Rarity's face morphed back to it's dominant sneer, and Applejack continued to rub her hind legs together.
"You will wear appropriate prison attire," said Rarity snidely, and with a pop of magic, Applejack was wearing a rough wooden bridle, complete with sharp metal bit, and her other clothes were gone. She felt the cuffs that held her hind legs stretch into spreader bars, and she was forced to lean forward, displaying her hindquarters in the air. Rarity gave her a cruel grin, then carefully entered the cell.
"Mm-mm mmmm," grunted Applejack, to no avail. Rarity walked slowly from the front of Applejack to the back, then smiled.
"Punishment," she said shortly, and levitating a riding crop within a glowing blue field, she brought it down squarely on Applejack's cutie mark. Though her first slap had been well calculated, the rest fell suddenly and wildly, causing Applejack's rump to flail through the air with each slap. She let out a moan of mingled pleasure and a whimper at the sting, but her marehood continued to accumulate moisture. When Applejack's cutie mark was covered with red stripes, Rarity dropped the crop with a 'click'.

With a wham of magical force, Applejack was whisked from the cell and tied with heavy leather straps to the whipping post. She gave a whimper as a heavy block of wood covered the area between her legs, causing her to almost sit upon it. She almost immediately began to grind her hips against the wood, and Rarity scoffed again. Applejack froze, her eyes wide with excitement, as a whip cracked behind her.
"Mmm!" called Applejack worriedly, though she squirmed her hindquarters in excitement. Rarity cracked the whip again, this time across Applejack's rump. Applejack let out a deep moan of pleasure, and soon Rarity began to crack the whip once again wildly. Applejack squirmed her legs against the wood, until with a feral snarl, pulled herself back and plunged the wood into her eager canal. "Ah suppose so," said Applejack, equally sexily, as she slumped to the ground from the post.
