The New Adventure

I was getting ready to block the strike when-

*poof*

I opened my eyes to see nothing but black, It felt like I was flying but I couldn't see anything. The Flying feeling slowly slows down but is replaced by the feeling of someone hitting me in the head with a hammer, It hurt allot. As the feeling of pain goes away it feels like i'm laying down now, just floating in space. I start to feel something form under me but i'm not sure what it is, I then start to hear some birds in the distance, I try to move my body but I start to feel VERY tired. I try to stay awake but i'm just to tired, The last thought it my head was what was to happen to me as I dazed off.

It seems like I can move my body a bit now, I'm not sure how long I dazed off but there was only one question in my mind right now.

What... Happened...

It felt like I was laying on... Grass. Did that guy get me? Was I dead? I didn't really feel dead. I opened my eyes to see trees above me, They looked different from the ones back at Lumbridge... I got up and looked around, I found no sign of the sword, the man in red armor, or the crowd. Whats going on here? Where did everyone go? I guess there is only one way to find out.

I unsheathe my sword and start walking through the forest hoping to find someone that can answer my questions. About a minute into walking I start to hear a snake, I start to look around to see where the noise is coming from when  I hear the bushes move behind me, I quickly turn around with my sword at the ready to attack anything that wants to have me for dinner, But what I saw made me want to question my sanity. It was a ... Chicken? No, It was a snake with the head of a chicken. What kind of abomination is this?

That's when I looked into it's eyes. It's blood red eyes. They are so... I-... I cant look away from them... What is this?

I tried to take a step back but my legs wouldn't move, I looked down in horror to see that my boots were stone and my legs were slowly becoming stone!

What.

Was this Medusa's pet from hell?

I looked back to the Chicken Snake to see that it was about to attack, I raised my sword to slice it in half but I was too slow as it jumped onto my chest and pushed me down onto the ground, With it still on me it same up to my helmet and started to glare into it. The Darn thing was trying to make me into stone.

If only I had a spiked helmet...

My body started to become cold, Oh no. How much of me is left that is not stone? I closed my eyes praying to Saradomin that this strike would hit. I raised my arm that was holding the sword and stabbed at the Chicken snake monster, I heard a "Squaak..." as the thing slowly fell off my body. I opened my eyes to see what had become of the monster, It was bleeding on the ground.

My body was slowly becoming warm as I could feel my legs again.I moved them around a bit to make sure they were working. It felt so good to move my legs again.

I got off the ground and slowly got to my feet, I looked down at myself to make sure everything was alright, when that was done I looked back at the monster that almost turned me into stone.

"What the Zamorak was that thing?"

Well, Whatever it was, It was gone now.

I started to wonder where exactly I was. I have never heard of a Chicken with a snake body, Why was I sent here after the man struck me? Was it some wizard that sent me here? Maby his sword was magic and it caused me to teleport here. I sheathed my sword and started walking through the dark trees again, There has to be some kind of path near here...

I sighed as I once again started to think about the Chicken. Was that the only kind of weird monster that was here? What was next? an evil monkey turtle that would battle me? And what about the sword I pulled out from the rock? Maby it was really expensive, That winged unicorn made it seem like it was from some rich family. Maby if I can find it again and give it back they will make me rich? I need to stop asking myself all these questions when I know they cant be answered.

After about an hour of walking through these blasted trees I did not find any kind of path or way out, Only more trees. I need to sit down for a second. I sat against a tree and looked infront of me, Only more trees. Was this a place only filled with trees and Weird monsters? I need to get out of here soon, Not sure how good I would be against a pack of Chicken snakes. I was about to go deeper in thought when I heard a little girl crying and what sounded like a wolf.

"I wonder what the wolf's here taste like."
