Switching Bodies
Morning Confusions

I woke up in the morning, having an unusual pain on my nether regions. "Ooh..." I grunted. "I guess I've bucked my hind-legs a bit too hard last night." I chuckled. "Wait..." I noticed that my voice was rather lighter and more feminine than a normal stallion's voice. "Must be just a sore throat problem." I sat up and stretched out my forelegs, accompanied by a long yawn. I looked around and noticed that I was still in the Mare's dormitory. "Well, I guess I better leave before things get out of hoof." I lowered my muzzle to a certain sleeping pony's ear beside me. "Pica, I'm leaving." I whispered to Pica. Most of her body had been covered in blanket. The only visible part of her was her ear who twitched as my words reached her.
"Sure..." she replied in raspy voice, or rather sounded like a stallion's voice.
"Is there something wrong with your voice?" I tried to remove the blanket, but she shifted herself, trying to avoid my hoof.
"I'm always like this in the morning, I just need some sleep." she turned her back on me, blanket still covering her.
"Su-sure." I got off the bed, and onto the wooden floor. "Maybe she's like that when she doesn't get enough sleep?" I thought to myself. I walked towards the window just beside the bed. Winds flow towards my mane after I opened the window.
"What do you think you're doing this early?" a voice behind me asked. I turned around slowly and saw Minty, rubbing her eyes as she sat up from her bed. "You might want to close the window, it's getting a bit chilly in here." she opened her eyelids slowly, revealing her magenta colored eyes.
"Oh, I-I'm just going back to my room at the stallion's dormitory." I gave her a sheepish smile.
"What are you talking about? You're already inside of your room." I looked at my surroundings, seeing that I'm still inside of their room. I gazed back at Minty, who's now giving me a worried expression. "Did you hit your head last night?" I just stared at her blankly. "Pica!" Minty called out.
"What?" Pica asked in an irritated tone as she burst out of the blanket and sat up. I couldn't believe my eyes. I stared at Pica blankly, or rather myself!? For a minute there, I thought that the only two ponies on the bed earlier was me and Pica. But how could there be another me on the bed? I exchanged gazes with the impostor. The other me started to hyperventilate and then in a few seconds, he let out a scream. "Ah!!!" I'm sure that most of the mares here in the dormitory.
"Pipe down Pico, you're gonna get yourself caught if you keep screaming like a little filly." Minty got down from her bed and sat beside the impostor. "Pico, shush for a m-." Minty was interrupted by several knocks on the door. Minty placed a hoof on the impostor's muzzle, making him stop.
"We would like to ask you to quiet down, most of the mares in this dormitory is still asleep." a voice called out on the other side of the door.
Minty gazed at the door. "Y-yes, it's j-just the morning r-radio." Minty stammered. She then turned to the impostor. "I guess you should leave now before things gets out of hoof." Minty gestured at me, signalling me to open the window beside me. I quickly followed her command, and opened the window. Minty pushed the impostor out of the window. "Looks Pico, we're in a tight situation here, so you might want to avoid getting caught in the situation."
"B-but this is my room." the impostor stood on the other side of the window, clueless of what's really going on.
"Well, your room is in the stallion's dormitory, so we'll see you later." Minty closed the window and let out a sigh. Minty then turned to me. "We were almost done for." Minty walked towards Pica's bed, and then took a sit. "So, mind telling me what happened last night?" Minty gave me a grin. I stared at her for a moment, still lost of what's really happening.
"I... Don't know." I replied as I scratch the back of my head.
"Oh come on, don't be such a kill joy," Minty walked towards me and gave me a friendly push. "I know you and Pico did something last night."
"Why would I even do anything to myself?" I backed away from her.
"Are you sure you're okay Pica?" Minty gave me a worried look.
"Wait, I'm Pica?" Minty slowly nodded. "And this is my room?" Minty continued to nod. "If this is my room, then where's the bathroom?" Minty gestured towards a door. "Thanks." I rushed towards the bathroom and quickly went inside. I faced the mirror sink and shocked as I saw my reflection. The pony standing in front of the mirror was not me, but rather Pica. "Now, I'm really lost." I examined myself in front of the mirror. Everything I do was followed by Pica's reflection in front of the mirror. "If I'm in Pica's body, then..." remembering the impostor that looked like me earlier, he said something about this room being his. "Then Pica's in my body!!!" I exclaimed. I heard several knocks on the door.
"Hey Pica are you okay in there?" Minty called out. I stared at the door for a moment before realizing that she was talking to me.
"Oh-er... Yes, I'm okay." I replied.
"Oh, okay then." I let out a sigh. "Oh yeah, I almost forgot to tell you. You smelled like a stallion earlier, I would suggest taking a morning shower if I were you."
"Oh su-sure."
"Okay then." I heard Minty's hoofsteps, moving away from the door. I let out another sigh before facing the mirror again.
"She sounds like Kevin," I muttered. "I wonder how Pica's doing right about now?" a smelly odor hit my snout. I took a sniff before covering my nose with a hoof. "Minty was right, I do need a shower." I gazed at the shower booth beside me. "All though I have one question. How do I bucking clean myself in a mare's body?"
