Red flame the unicorn with a broken horn
They were playing in the library. Red flame Applejack's adopted little brother wanted to play a game of spy with spike. The game was simple spike playing the spy tries to infiltrate the enemy base which is the library. Red flame would capture spike and then proceed to tickle interrogate him on who he's working for. If Spike talks then red flame get's to tickle him for the whole day however if he manages to resist for an hour than he get's to tickle Red Flame.
The lights were dark in the library. Spike wore a black spy mask on his head. He tip toed over to the staircase. However he felt something touch his belly. The lights turned on revealing a water pistol in his belly. He looked at his grinning friend holding the water pistol to his belly.
"hehe hands up." Red flame smiled.
"Alright you got me buddy." Spike smiled.
Spike did as ordered putting his hands over his head. His young pony friend marches him over to a table near the bookcase. Spike lays on the table while red flame get's some rope. Red flame's fur was red. His cutie mark was a two swords crossed together in an x with a feather on it. He quickly tied spike's wrists together above his head and then his ankles together. He secured the other ends of the rope to the table's legs. Red Flame then teleported a bag full of tickle tools under the table. Even though his horn had been broken he could still perform magic. Spike temporarily breaks character.
"man I always forget that your a unicorn." Spike commented.
"Hehe it's okay the only way you could know is if you noticed the scar on my forehead." Red flame explained.
Red flame could still remember how he met Applejack. It was after Black Ice his former best friend cut his horn off. He would of bled to death but then Applejack found him. She took him back to her barn and treated his wounds. He then developed amnesia and had no place to go so Applejack decided to adopt him. If it wasn't for her he would be dead and he'll always be loyaly to her. He snapped out of his memories when Spike wiggled in his bonds. He got out two feathers and got back in charachter.
"Now spy who are you working for?" red flame asked.
"I'll never talk, do your worst." Spike replied with a playful smirk.
Red flame started wiggling the feathers on his belly. He bursts out laughing wiggling as much as his bonds would allow. Red flame's tickling sped up making Spike laugh harder. He traced the feathers in circles around his belly making the baby dragon thrash out of reflex.
Red flame used his magic to lift two toothbrushes out of his tickle tool bag. Red aura surrounded the toothbrushes. He brushed them in Spike's armpits while still tickling his belly with the feathers. Spike laughed and squealed as he was tickle tortured. His friend then blew a big raspberry in his belly he squealed thrashing hard from it. He was enjoying this though but he knew he was going to lose red flame is a really good tickler. His torture had increased once Red flame lifted up a feather duster tickling up and down his ribs with it. After an hour of tickling he decided to give in.
"OKAY YOU WIN I'LLL TALHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA." Spike surrendered.
Red flame stops allowing Spike to take in some much needed air. He watched as Spike's belly rose up and down while he panted. He always loved this as it looked incredibly cute. He kept the objects hovering over Spike's belly and armpits just in case. Once he finally regained his breathe he thought of an answer quick.
"I'm working for Pinkie pie." Spike said in a playful defeated tone.
"of course that explained why your cupcakes have been tasting better." red flame played along.
Spike knew now that he lost he wasn't gonna be untied unless he needed something so he just relaxed. Red flame puts the tickle tools back in the bag. He certainly isn't an unreasonable captor, if his ticklee needs something he will of course untie them. He begins tickling Spike's belly with his tail. Thinking his playful captor was done for now Spike was totally caught off guard and exploded with laughter from this. He laughed and thrashed around on the table. Red Flame giggled and actually stopped.
"Hehe thanks for being a good sport when we play." red flame smiled.
"well it's pretty fine as long as it's not non stop." Spike added.
Red flame knew when to respect his ticklee's limits and always give them breaks if they need them. He believes if both sides aren't having fun there's no point. Spike understood this and that's why he always agrees to play games where red flame wants to tickle interrogate him. It was then that Applejack walked into the library. She saw Spike tied to the table chuckling to herself. She was well aware of Red Flame's games she often wins them.
"So who won?" Applejack asked.
" I did." Red flame smiled.
He and Applejack embraced each other in a big hug. With Applejack getting a playful smirk on her face. She broke the hug and stroked her tail along the helpless dragon's belly. Spike laughed and wiggled cutely. She traced her tail in circles around his belly making his laughter shoot up, he bucked against the table
"hey let me rest first your little brother gave me a workout." Spike smiled.
Red flame smiled proudly at that comment. Applejack got a playful smirk on her face as she stopped her tickling. Spike panted heavily his eyes drooping from the intense tickle torture. She turned to her little brother.
"Want to try and catch me if ya do ya can tickle me all day too."Applejack explained.

The Little Bro of Applejack
Applejack ran as fast as she could. She still couldn't believe how fast Red Flame was, he could keep up quite nicely with Rainbow Dash. Her little bro seemed to just disappear for an instant. She stopped looking around for him. However she failed to notice sleep powder fall over her head being dropped by Red Flame from a tree branch. She fell to the ground and everything went black.
During her sleep she started dreaming about the night she met Red Flame. It was a day she'd never forget, on a stormy night in the forest she was just on her way back to ponyville. She had entered a nearby town's rodeo and won first place, a blue ribbion on her backpack as a result of that. However she glanced to her right and saw a really young filly bleeding on the ground. His unicorn horn had been broken, he was bleeding all over his body as well. She Carefully lifted the injured pony onto her back.
"Don't worry. Ah'll take care of ya." Applejack whispered.
She took him back to the Applefarm in ponyville. The apples were especially startled when Applejack brought home a bleeding pony. Big macintosh helped her get the young filly onto a guest bed. She began to treat his wounds as best he could, Applebloom was worried about the filly. It was tough, but she managed to take care of him to where his life wasn't in danger anymore. She slept by the red pony's side all night long.
"H-Hello." A voice said.
Applejack awoke to see the filly was awake. She smiled she knew he still needed to be taken to the hospital, but at least he was awake now.
"Hello Ah'm Applejack. Ah found ya last night and brought ya to my home." Applejack explained.
The filly seemed confused, not just about his current situation.
"Uh what's your name?" Applejack asked.
"It's Red Flame, I think." He questioned.
"Uhh, well do ya have any parents ya can call?"
"I-I'm not sure."
This was worse than she thought. This kid must've developed amnesia, she felt sorry for the little guy not remembering his family or friends. She would have to talk to Granny Smith about looking after him while he's like this. She'd do that tomorrow though. She walked over to Red Flame's bed to see if he was okay. She accidently brushed the exposed skin of his side that wasn't covered in bandages while she checked him. This caused a rather cute giggle to come from the little filly.
"Oh sorry ya ticklish?" Applejack smiled.
"Hehe yeah, but it's okay I'm pretty sure I love being tickled." Red Flame smiled.
Applejack giggled at this. She stroked her tail along his belly for a few seconds. Red Flame laughed cutely wiggling on the bed. She stopped since Red Flame still needs some rest. She liked Red Flame though she figured Pinkie Pie would really like him.
"All right ya just get some rest. Ah'll take ya to the hospital to have your injuries assed by a doctor." Applejack explained.
"Okay that sounds good." Red Flame smiled.
After the visit from the doctor she learned Red Flame's amnesia was caused by his horn being broken. Though Red Flame didn't seem to be bothered by this. Infact over the next few days she and Red Flame became quite close. He would help her with her Applebucking whenever he could, she would always play his silly tickle games with him. Applebloom especially was growing quite fond of Red Flame as well. He often stuck up for Applebloom at school when she got bullied by Diamond Tiara. She finally worked up the courage to ask Granny Smith.
"Granny Ah got a question.Could we adopt Red Flame into the family?" Applejack asked.
"He won't have amnesia forever sweetie." Granny Smith reminded.
"Ah know but-"
She stopped when Red Flame came into the room.
"It's okay, as far as I'm concerned you ponies are my family. I don't need my memory back." Red Flame explained.
"Sweetie your parents might be worried sick about ya." Granny smith pointed out.
"There's also a chance they could be dead. I don't want to take the chance if I already have ponies who care for me here."
Applejack looked at Granny as the elder pony thought. Red Flame's mind seemed made up and one's forcing him to think this way. Applebloom eagerly knodded her head yes. Big Macintosh just did his simple yup. She sighed when Granny smiled.
"Okay it's settled Red Flame will become part of the family." Granny smith decided.
Red Flame smiled and hugged his new big sister Applejack. She had grown to love the little guy, but couldn't help feeling a little guilty.
"I couldn't ask for a better sister than you." Red Flame mumbled.
With that the guilt was gone and the other Apples joined the two in a group hug.
That day she met the tickle loving happy go lucky pony Red Flame. She couldn't be anymore happy about that if she tried.
She was slowly brought back to the present when she woke up and found herself back in Twilight's library. She looked up to see her hind hooves were tied to the stair railing so she was upside down. She was just a couple inches above the ground. She looked infront of her to see the pony she had just been dreaming about with his cute smile.
"Hehe I got you Applejack." Red Flame giggled.
"Do ya'r worst lil bro." Applejack playfully taunted.
She saw Red flame's scar glow red, in seconds two feathers hovered inches away from her belly. She felt those tools brush up against her belly skin. She began to laugh madly from it, she squirmed around in the ropes that held her. Those feathers we're leaving no part of this belly untouched, digging up every ounce of laughter she could make.
"Hehe such a cute belly." Red Flame teased.
Red flame watched her sister squirm and laugh from the feathers. Applejack always told him he looked cute when tickled, but she was looking pretty cute herself here. He lifted a toothbrush from Twilight's backpack and positioned it on the center of Applejack's belly. He moved the brush up and down the defenseless skin causing Aj to laugh harder.
As he tickle tortured his big sister, he was glad he chose Applejack. Sure there maybe some part of him that still wants to remember his past. But if it wasn't for Applejack he would've been dead. Sevral ponies walked by him that night, not one stopped to help him until Applejack came. He stops the tickle tools for a minute letting Applejack catch her breathe.
"Applejack." Red Flame smiled.
"What?" Applejack asked while panting.
She was suddenly hugged by Red Flame. She returned it as best she could being upside down and all.
"Thanks for caring." Red Flame smiled.
Tears streamed down his eyes but they were of joy not suddenness.
