"A vile, inhumane pony is what he is. A monster!" The lawyer screamed. "He, is someone who should be kept away and shunned for life!"
Chester giggled at the thought of his trial, which led him to his position in prison. Equestrian Lock-down Facility for Stallions And Mares, they called it. The mare who had prosecuted him, also one of Equestria's finest, had urged the jury to find him guilty of his "crimes"- grand theft, with a possible murder involved. They did find him guilty, although in his mind he knew what ACTUALLY went down that night. In honor of his nickname, "Cheddar", he had stolen aged cheeses and delacies worth millions of bits. How is that grand theft?, He thought.
The other will-be inmates stared at him as though he was the next meal. Chester looked to the stallion chained and sitting next to him. "So....how come you're here?" He asked with a smile.
"Murder." The other growled.
"What's your name?"
"Brick Speed."
"Really? I'm Chester. How come-"
"Look, foal, you just gonna keep asking silly questions?"
"Well, if you want me to, why does it look like-"
"Shut up."
Chester shrugged and simply started humming, quickly quieted by the new surroundings. A gray, dark overcast hung over the tall cement prison, filled with small squares for windows. As the truck passed, mares and stallions of all shapes and sizes wore worn orange jumpsuits, filled with dirt and holes. The gaurds were outfitted more colorfully, but looked no better. The truck jolted to a stop, as a gray pony walked aboard. "Hello. You all, you unfit for society, will be staying here," The stallion raise a hoof to point at the buidling. "Built for terrible beings like you. During the course of your lovely stay-that is, if it isn't permanently- you will share a cell with two other ponies, stallion or mare. Inside, you will be given a manual full of rules and regulations. Should you fillies fail to follow them, it won't be fun. Questions?"
Chester raised a hoof, and gingerly asked,"Will somepony rape me in the shower?"
The speaker only gritted his teeth. "Don't get cocky, son."
As he waited in the long line in the lobby for his guide and apparel, Chester analyzed his surroundings. The lobby was painted brightly, and decorated with flowers. The only disgusting feature was the ponies that surrounded him, and the flowing pool of blood rolling down the tile, from a previous fight at the front of the line. The closer he moved towards the scene, he shook the liquid off his hooves.
By the time he had reached the from, it seemed like an entire day had passed. Only standing there, inbetween stallions and very few mares, all of whom could wrestle a bear and win.
"Sign here." A yellow mare held out a clipboard. Chester eagerly took it and examined the questions. Name? Chester. Age? Younger that most here. Criminal profile? Theft. Simple enough. The mare took back the paper.
"Cell 325, Floor 4. Next!"
Couldn't be simpler,Chester thought as he headed towards his new home.
